Definitions
- the present invention relates to packaging, in particular for food, with a container for holding a particularly liquid and / or at least partially solid substance, a marking element for identifying the substance and at least one functional element for using the substance.
- the invention also relates to a packaging unit for a packaging and a method for producing a packaging.
- Two-part packaging containers with a plastic cup and a cardboard sleeve are widely known in the prior art.
- the two-part design also results in the following, rather contradicting requirements.
- the cardboard sleeve should be separated from the plastic cup.
- an outwardly projecting bead running essentially parallel to the cup rim is provided on at least one outer surface of the plastic cup, and that the inside of the cardboard sleeve when the plastic cup and cardboard sleeve are joined together has an inwardly projecting bulge directly above the bead of the plastic cup.
- the disadvantage of this is that the cardboard tube and the plastic cup have to be separated by exerting force in order to achieve disposal in accordance with regulations. Furthermore, there is no guarantee that this separation actually takes place when the food is consumed.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to create a packaging, a packaging unit for a packaging and a method for producing a packaging which facilitates the separation of two-part packaging, unconsciously instructs a user to separate it and / or improves the recyclability of the packaging.
- the object is achieved by a packaging, a packaging unit for a packaging and a method for producing a packaging having the features of the independent claims.
- the proposal is for packaging, in particular for food, with a container for holding a particularly liquid and / or at least partially solid substance, a marking element for identifying the substance and at least one functional element for using the substance.
- the term “functional element” is to be understood as meaning an element which is intended for the use of the substance. This can be cutlery, in particular a spoon, fork, knife, spatula and / or chopstick. However, it is also conceivable that the functional element is a straw or a pouring aid for drinks.
- identification element is to be understood as an element that is intended to identify the substance intended for the container.
- the packaging is preferably designed as food packaging, in particular yoghurt packaging.
- the container and the identification element are indirectly detachably connected to one another via the at least one functional element in such a way that the identification element separates, in particular automatically, when the at least one functional element is removed from the container.
- a user When used as intended, a user must therefore first detach the functional element from the identification element in order to use the substance taken up by the container. By removing the functional element, the indirect connection between the identification element and the container is also automatically separated. This automatically detaches the identification element from the container.
- the user unconsciously separates the identification element from the container when the latter is using the functional element. This makes it easier to separate the identification element from the container. Furthermore, the user is unconsciously instructed to separate the identification element from the container. This advantageously significantly improves the recyclability of the packaging.
- the packaging is intended for food, for example for a yogurt.
- the container is preferably a cup for holding a yogurt.
- the identification element identifies the food, in particular the yoghurt, which is received in the cup.
- An attached functional element, in particular a spoon, is used to use the yogurt, in particular to scoop it out. If the cup and the spoon are indirectly detachably connected to one another via the spoon, the identification element separates from the cup when the spoon is removed. As a result, these can be disposed of separately from one another without having to use additional force.
- the container and the identification element are connected to one another exclusively in the area and / or via the at least one functional element and / or releasably. This enables the identification element to be separated from the container without any other influencing variables. It is also advantageous if the identification element is connected to the container exclusively in the area of the functional element and / or exclusively via the functional element and via at least one adhesive, in particular an adhesive.
- the functional element is preferably connected to the container via a first adhesive and / or to the identification element via a second adhesive.
- the at least one functional element is detachable with the container and / or the identification element connected is. In this way, separate disposal of the individual components can be guaranteed as required.
- the at least one functional element is at least partially a component of the container and / or of the identification element. It is also advantageous if the at least one functional element is formed at least in one piece with the container and / or the identification element. Such a design can lead to a simpler, faster and / or more cost-effective production.
- the at least one functional element is made at least partially from the material of the container and / or the identification element.
- the at least one functional element can be disposed of together with the container and / or the identification element.
- it can lead to a more cost-effective production.
- the container is made from a first material, in particular plastic, and the identification element is made from a second material, in particular paper, cardboard and / or cardboard.
- a suitable material can be used for the container and the marking element, depending on their requirements.
- the packaging in particular the container and / or the identification element, has at least one intended separation area.
- intended separation area is to be understood as an area specified by spatial configuration, such as material type, material properties, geometric configuration and / or material weakening, which is detached and / or destroyed when force is applied by the adjoining areas and / or elements.
- the intended separation area is preferably designed in such a way that when the intended separation area is destroyed the functional element can be separated from the container and / or from the identification element. Additionally or alternatively, the intended separation area is preferably designed in such a way that when the intended separation area is destroyed, the marking element is broken up so that it falls off the container.
- the container and / or the identification element comprises a first intended separation area via which the functional element is connected, in particular indirectly and / or exclusively, to the container and / or the identification element. If the functional element is at least partially part of the container and / or the identification element and / or partially made of the same material, the functional element can be deliberately separated from the container and / or from the identification element when the first intended separation area is destroyed. Additionally or alternatively, it is advantageous if the container and / or the marking element comprises a second intended separation area. The second intended separation area is preferably formed between the functional element and the identification element. This can in particular be a perforation and / or an adhesive connection, preferably an adhesive point.
- the second intended separation area is designed in such a way that a first section of the marking element is connected to a second section of the marking element via it.
- the two sections can be formed integrally with one another or represent two parts of the identification element that are separate from one another and / or connected to one another, in particular glued together.
- the second intended separation area is destroyed, the two sections of the marking element are thus detached from one another. This detaches the identification element from the container.
- the two intended separation areas are combined with one another, in particular in such a way that they are destroyed one after the other when the functional element is separated out.
- the two intended separation areas can be arranged directly adjacent to one another and / or adjoin one another, in particular in a transverse direction of the marking element.
- the intended separation area in particular the first intended separation area, the second desired separation area and / or a combination of these two, extends over the complete transverse direction of the marking element.
- the intended separation area is destroyed, the marking element is broken up so that it falls off the container. This further simplifies the separation of the two sections of the identification element from one another and the separation of the functional element from the container and / or from the functional element.
- the intended separation area is a material weakening, in particular a perforation, fold and / or thinning. An even simpler and more targeted separation of the at least one functional element from the container and / or from the identification element can thus be achieved.
- the at least one functional element is connected, in particular glued, to the container and / or the identification element in at least one connection area.
- a connection area is particularly advantageous if the one functional element with the container and / or the identification element is designed in two parts and / or is made of different materials.
- the functional element can be deliberately separated from the container and / or from the identification element by means of such a connection area.
- an adhesive arranged in the at least one connection area is designed in such a way that the functional element can be detached from the container and / or the identification element without damage. In this way, an unrestricted function of the functional element can be guaranteed after it has been separated.
- the functional element is connected to the container via a first connection area and / or to the identification element via a second connection area.
- the functional element, the container and / or the identification element have at least one engagement area.
- This area of engagement can be a tab, bulge or any other aid for engaging. In this way, the engagement with the functional element, the container and / or the identification element can be facilitated in order to separate them more easily from one another.
- the functional element has at least one folding contour.
- the functional element can thus be folded from a basic shape into a functional shape in order to ensure easier use of the substance, in particular the food.
- a flat and / or slightly curved basic shape which is in particular separated from the marking element, can be folded into a functional shape which has a handle end for gripping and / or a bowl-like recess.
- the identification element is designed as a closed ring, in particular a coil, and / or surrounds the container on its outer circumference. It is conceivable that such a closed ring, in particular a lap, is produced by a sheet, in particular made of paper, cardboard and / or cardboard. For this purpose, the arch is cut out in the necessary contour and joined together at its ends to form a ring. Such a design has the advantage that it can be manufactured very cheaply and quickly.
- a packaging unit for a packaging in particular according to the previous description, with a container or an identification element and with a functional element is proposed.
- the at least one functional element is at least partially part of the container or the identification element.
- the functional element, the container and / or the identification element of the packaging unit can be designed according to at least one feature of the preceding and / or following description.
- a method for producing a package in particular according to the previous description, with a container for receiving a substance, a marking element for marking the substance and at least one functional element for using the substance, wherein the marking element and the functional element, in particular from the outside, are attached to the container, proposed.
- the container and the identification element are indirectly detachably connected to one another via the at least one functional element.
- the identification element can separate from the container when the at least one functional element is removed.
- the packaging can be designed according to at least one feature of the preceding and / or following description.
- the container and the identification element are indirectly detachably connected to one another via the at least one functional element, so that the identification element can separate from the container when the at least one functional element is removed.
- the container and the identification element are releasably connected to one another only indirectly via the at least one functional element.
- the at least one functional element is detachably connected to the container and / or the identification element.
- the container is made from a first material, in particular plastic, and the identification element is made from a second material, in particular paper, cardboard and / or cardboard.
- the functional element is connected to the container and / or the identification element via a predetermined separation area.
- the functional element is connected, in particular glued, to the container and / or the identification element in at least one connection area.
- FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a packaging 1 according to a first embodiment.
- the packaging 1 has a container 2, an identification element 3 and a functional element 4.
- the container 2 is designed as a round, conically tapering cup.
- the identification element 3 surrounds the container 2 on its outer circumference. It is used to identify a substance intended to be received in the container 2, in particular a foodstuff. Furthermore, the identification element 3 can be used to advertise a brand associated with the substance.
- the marking element 3 reinforces the container 2 so that it can be made thin-walled. As a result, the container 2 can be designed to save material.
- the identification element 3 and the container 2 are preferably formed from mutually different materials. Here it is preferably a matter of materials that have to be separated from one another for recycling reasons.
- the identification element 3 is made in particular from an environmentally friendly material such as cardboard, paper or cardboard.
- the container 2 is preferably made of an environmentally incompatible material such as plastic.
- the identification element 3 and the functional element 4 form a packaging unit 5 of the packaging 1.
- the functional element 4 is at least partially part of the identification element 3.
- the functional element 4 is connected to the identification element 3 via a first intended separation area 6, which can be, for example, a material weakening 7, in particular in the form of a perforation.
- a first intended separation area 6 accordingly serves to separate the identification element 3 and the functional element 4 of the packaging unit 5 from one another with the hands and / or without additional tools.
- the first predetermined separation area 6 thus preferably forms a predetermined breaking point.
- the first intended separation area 6 is irreparably destroyed when the functional element 4 is separated from the identification element 3.
- the packaging unit 5 is detachably connected to the container 2 in at least one connection area 8.
- the releasable connection is preferably formed by an adhesive 9 arranged in the connection area 8.
- the connection area 8 is formed between the functional element 4 and the container 2. Instead, the identification element 3 rests loosely on the outer circumference of the container 2. As a result, the identification element 3 is indirectly connected to the container 2 via the functional element 4 in the connection area 8. When the functional element 4 is removed, it is separated from the identification element 3 in the first intended separation area 6. At the same time, the connection between the functional element 4 and the container 2 in the connection area 8 is also separated. As soon as the functional element 4 is removed from the identification element 3, there is consequently also between the identification element 3 and the container 2 no longer an attachment, in particular an adhesive connection. Because of this, the marking element 3 is also automatically detached from the container 2. The identification element 3 accordingly falls off the container 2 or can easily be stripped off from it. If a user wants to use the functional element 4, he must therefore also separate the identification element 3 from the container
- connection areas 8 are formed in the area of the functional element 4. There is no force-fit connection between the identification element 3 and the container 2. The identification element 3 thus lies loosely against the container 2. As a result, the identification element 3 separates from the container 2 after the functional element 4 has been removed.
- the packaging unit 5 has an engagement area 10. As in Figure 1 shown, be in the form of a tab. By gripping and pulling on this engagement area 10, in particular the tab, the functional element 4 can be separated more easily from the identification element 3. Likewise, instead of a tab, a cutout, in particular between functional element 4 and identification element 3, can also be formed.
- the functional element 4 is separated from the marking element 3, in particular by engaging in the engagement area 10, then the, preferably cohesive, connection between the packaging unit 5 and the container 2 in the at least one connection area 8 is also separated.
- the identification element 3 is therefore only indirectly connected to the container 2 via the functional element 4. As a result, when the functional element 4 is removed, the identification element 3 falls off the container 2. The consumer therefore does not have to deal with the separate disposal of the container 2 and the labeling element 3 after using up the substance contained therein, especially food.
- the functional element 4 can be brought into a functional form after being removed (cf. Figures 4a and 4b ).
- the functional element 4 has at least one folding contour 11.
- the at least one functional element 4 can be, for example, a spoon, fork, knife, spatula or chopstick.
- FIG. 13 is a side sectional view of the package 1 according to an exemplary embodiment similar to FIG Figure 1 shown.
- the section through the packaging 1 runs essentially centrally through the functional element 4 Figure 1
- the features of the packaging 1 mentioned in the illustrated embodiment can be transferred to one another and combined with one another.
- the identification element 3 is indirectly connected to the container 2 via the functional element 4.
- the packaging unit 5 is detachably connected to the container 2 in the at least one connection area 8.
- the connection area 8 is formed between the functional element 4 and the container 2.
- the identification element 3 is only indirectly connected to the container 2, in particular via the at least one functional element 4 and / or the at least one connection area 8. There is therefore no direct adhesive connection between the identification element 3 and the container 2.
- the connection area 8 is also automatically separated. As a result, the identification element 3 is detached from the container 2. This has the consequence that when the functional element 4 is removed, the identification element 3 falls away from the container 2 in a transverse direction Q of the identification element 3.
- FIG. 3a, 3b , 3c and 3d Each top view of a packaging unit 5 is shown in an expanded form according to further exemplary embodiments.
- This in Figure 1 and 2 The illustrated embodiment of the packaging 1 can alternatively be a packaging unit 5 according to the in Figures 3a, 3b , 3c and 3b Have illustrated alternative embodiments.
- the packaging unit 5 has the identification element 3 and the functional element 4, which are connected to one another and / or can be separated via the first intended separation area 6.
- the above in relation to the Figures 1 and 2 illustrated embodiments as well as the following in relation to the in the Figures 3a, 3b , 3c and 3d Features of the packaging unit 5 mentioned in the illustrated embodiments can be transferred to one another and combined with one another.
- the packaging units 5 shown differ essentially only in the alternative engagement area 10 Figure 3a
- the packaging unit 5 shown has several, in particular two, engagement areas 10, whereas the in Figure 1
- the packaging unit 5 shown comprises only one engagement area 10.
- the engagement area 10, in particular the recess is shown in FIG Figure 1 in the marking element 3 and the engagement areas 10, in particular recesses, according to Figure 3a formed in the functional element.
- the engagement area 10 has been omitted for the sake of clarity.
- the packaging unit 5 has a longitudinal direction L and the transverse direction Q.
- the unrolled packaging unit 5 is out Figure 3a is wrapped around the container 2 along the longitudinal direction L, the result is in the Figures 1 and 2 shown wraps.
- the packaging unit 5 is accordingly according to the Figures 1 and 2 designed as a coil.
- a free end 12 of the packaging unit 5 attached to a fastening tab 13, in particular glued. In this way it can be ensured that the roll does not return to the spread shape.
- Figure 3b shows similar to Figure 3a one unrolled packaging unit 5.
- the marking element 3 has a second intended separation area 16.
- the functional element 4 forms an engagement area 10 at one end in the transverse direction Q of the identification element 3. If the engagement area 10 is pulled, the functional element 4 separates from the identification element 3 along the first intended separation area 6.
- a first section 17 also separates from the second section 18 of the marking element 3 due to the second intended separation area 16. Since the intended separation areas 6, 16 extend over the entire transverse direction Q of the marking element 4, the first section 17 is after the functional element 4 has been separated and the second section 18 completely separated from one another.
- Figure 3c is similar to the Figures 3a and 3b an unrolled packaging unit 5 is shown.
- the functional element 4 extends beyond the transverse direction Q of the identification element 3.
- the first intended separation area 6 thus extends over the complete transverse direction Q of the marking element 3.
- Figure 3d shows similar to the Figures 3a, 3b and 3c an unrolled packaging unit 5.
- the functional element 4 is designed as a funnel.
- the first predetermined separation area 6 also extends together here with the second intended separation area 16 over the complete transverse direction Q of the marking element 3.
- the functional element 4 has two tuck-in tabs 19 and two recesses 20. After the functional element 4 has been separated from the identification element 3, the functional element 4 is folded along the folding contour 11 and the push-in tabs 19 are inserted into the recesses 20. This creates a funnel from the functional element 4.
- Figures 4a and 4b is a functional element 4, in particular for a packaging 1 and / or packaging unit 5 according to the in FIG Figure 1 , 2 and / or 3a shown in different states.
- Figure 4a shows the functional element 4 in a basic form and Figure 4b in a functional form. If the functional element 4 is on a container 2 (see Figure 1 ), it is in its basic form. If, however, the functional element 4 is separated from the container 2 for use and is folded on its at least one folding contour 11, the functional element 4 lies according to FIG Figure 4b in its functional form.
- the functional shape of the functional element 4 has a handle end 14 for gripping and a bowl-like recess 15 for receiving the substance. The functional element 4 is thus shaped as a spoon.
- Figure 5 shows a side sectional view of the packaging 1 according to an alternative embodiment.
- the packaging unit 5 here comprises the container 2 and the functional element 4.
- the identification element 3 is connected to the functional element 4 via the connecting area 8.
- This connecting area 8 is formed by those surfaces of the functional element 4 which face the container 2. The surfaces hold the marking element 3 in a form-fitting manner on the container 2.
- the marking element 3 is thus indirectly connected to the container 2 via the functional element 4.
- the functional element 4 is connected to the container 2 via the first intended separation area 6.
- the first predetermined separation area 6 can have a material weakening 7, in particular a notch in the present example. If the functional element 4 is removed from the container 2, at least a part of the first predetermined separation area 6 remains connected to the container 2. Since the identification element 3 is held on the container 2 exclusively by the functional element 4, in particular in a form-fitting manner, this falls off when the functional element 4 is removed from the container 2. The consumer is thus forced to dispose of the container 2, the identification element 3 and the functional element 4 separately from one another after the substance contained therein, in particular food, has been used up.
- FIG 6 is a side sectional view of the packaging 1 according to a further embodiment.
- the functional element 4 is connected both to the container 2 and to the identification element 3 via connection areas 8, 8 '.
- the container 2 is connected to the functional element 4 via the first connection area 8 and the marking element 3 via the second connection area 8 '.
- the functional element 4 is arranged between the container 2 and the identification element 3, in particular in a cross-sectional view.
- the releasable connection between the identification element 3 and the container 2 is formed by the adhesive 9 arranged in the connection areas 8, 8 '.
- the identification element 3 is connected to the container 2 only indirectly, namely via the at least one functional element 4 and the at least one connection area 8, 8 ′, in particular in the present case via the respective adhesive 9. There is thus no direct adhesive connection between the identification element 3 and the container 2. As a result, when the functional element 4 is detached, the identification element 3 is automatically detached from the container 2. Additionally or alternatively, similar to the exemplary embodiment of FIG Figures 2 and 5 the functional element 4 over the first intended separation area 6 can be connected to the container 2 and / or the marking element 3.
- the second connection area 8 is also automatically separated.
- the identification element 3 detaches from the container 2. This has the consequence that when the functional element 4 is removed, the identification element 3 falls off the container 2 in the transverse direction Q of the identification element 3.
- the identification element 3 can have a predetermined separation area 6 in the area of the functional element 4, in particular a material weakening 7, such as a perforation.
- a material weakening 7, such as a perforation When the functional element 4 is removed, the intended separation area 6 of the identification element 3 is thus additionally destroyed, so that the identification element 3 can be removed more easily from the container 2.

Description
The present invention relates to packaging, in particular for food, with a container for holding a particularly liquid and / or at least partially solid substance, a marking element for identifying the substance and at least one functional element for using the substance. The invention also relates to a packaging unit for a packaging and a method for producing a packaging.
Two-part packaging containers with a plastic cup and a cardboard sleeve are widely known in the prior art. In contrast to one-piece variants of packaging containers, the two-part design also results in the following, rather contradicting requirements. For the proper disposal of such two-part packaging containers, the cardboard sleeve should be separated from the plastic cup. When using the packaging container, however, inadvertent separation of the cardboard tube and the plastic container should be avoided.
The object of the present invention is therefore to create a packaging, a packaging unit for a packaging and a method for producing a packaging which facilitates the separation of two-part packaging, unconsciously instructs a user to separate it and / or improves the recyclability of the packaging.
The object is achieved by a packaging, a packaging unit for a packaging and a method for producing a packaging having the features of the independent claims.
The proposal is for packaging, in particular for food, with a container for holding a particularly liquid and / or at least partially solid substance, a marking element for identifying the substance and at least one functional element for using the substance. The term “functional element” is to be understood as meaning an element which is intended for the use of the substance. This can be cutlery, in particular a spoon, fork, knife, spatula and / or chopstick. However, it is also conceivable that the functional element is a straw or a pouring aid for drinks. The term “identification element” is to be understood as an element that is intended to identify the substance intended for the container. The packaging is preferably designed as food packaging, in particular yoghurt packaging. The container and the identification element are indirectly detachably connected to one another via the at least one functional element in such a way that the identification element separates, in particular automatically, when the at least one functional element is removed from the container. When used as intended, a user must therefore first detach the functional element from the identification element in order to use the substance taken up by the container. By removing the functional element, the indirect connection between the identification element and the container is also automatically separated. This automatically detaches the identification element from the container.
Advantageously, the user unconsciously separates the identification element from the container when the latter is using the functional element. This makes it easier to separate the identification element from the container. Furthermore, the user is unconsciously instructed to separate the identification element from the container. This advantageously significantly improves the recyclability of the packaging.
It is advantageous if the packaging is intended for food, for example for a yogurt. In this case, the container is preferably a cup for holding a yogurt. The identification element identifies the food, in particular the yoghurt, which is received in the cup. An attached functional element, in particular a spoon, is used to use the yogurt, in particular to scoop it out. If the cup and the spoon are indirectly detachably connected to one another via the spoon, the identification element separates from the cup when the spoon is removed. As a result, these can be disposed of separately from one another without having to use additional force.
It is advantageous if the container and the identification element are connected to one another exclusively in the area and / or via the at least one functional element and / or releasably. This enables the identification element to be separated from the container without any other influencing variables. It is also advantageous if the identification element is connected to the container exclusively in the area of the functional element and / or exclusively via the functional element and via at least one adhesive, in particular an adhesive. The functional element is preferably connected to the container via a first adhesive and / or to the identification element via a second adhesive.
In this regard, it is also advantageous if the at least one functional element is detachable with the container and / or the identification element connected is. In this way, separate disposal of the individual components can be guaranteed as required.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the at least one functional element is at least partially a component of the container and / or of the identification element. It is also advantageous if the at least one functional element is formed at least in one piece with the container and / or the identification element. Such a design can lead to a simpler, faster and / or more cost-effective production.
It also has advantages if the at least one functional element is made at least partially from the material of the container and / or the identification element. As a result, the at least one functional element can be disposed of together with the container and / or the identification element. In addition, it can lead to a more cost-effective production.
It is advantageous if the container is made from a first material, in particular plastic, and the identification element is made from a second material, in particular paper, cardboard and / or cardboard. A suitable material can be used for the container and the marking element, depending on their requirements.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the packaging, in particular the container and / or the identification element, has at least one intended separation area. The term "intended separation area" is to be understood as an area specified by spatial configuration, such as material type, material properties, geometric configuration and / or material weakening, which is detached and / or destroyed when force is applied by the adjoining areas and / or elements. The intended separation area is preferably designed in such a way that when the intended separation area is destroyed the functional element can be separated from the container and / or from the identification element. Additionally or alternatively, the intended separation area is preferably designed in such a way that when the intended separation area is destroyed, the marking element is broken up so that it falls off the container. It is advantageous if the container and / or the identification element comprises a first intended separation area via which the functional element is connected, in particular indirectly and / or exclusively, to the container and / or the identification element. Additionally or alternatively, the second intended separation area is designed in such a way that a first section of the marking element is connected to a second section of the marking element via it. The two sections can be formed integrally with one another or represent two parts of the identification element that are separate from one another and / or connected to one another, in particular glued together. When the second intended separation area is destroyed, the two sections of the marking element are thus detached from one another. This detaches the identification element from the container. It is advantageous if the two intended separation areas are combined with one another, in particular in such a way that they are destroyed one after the other when the functional element is separated out. The two intended separation areas can be arranged directly adjacent to one another and / or adjoin one another, in particular in a transverse direction of the marking element.
It also has advantages if the intended separation area, in particular the first intended separation area, the second desired separation area and / or a combination of these two, extends over the complete transverse direction of the marking element. As a result, when the intended separation area is destroyed, the marking element is broken up so that it falls off the container. This further simplifies the separation of the two sections of the identification element from one another and the separation of the functional element from the container and / or from the functional element.
It is also advantageous if the intended separation area is a material weakening, in particular a perforation, fold and / or thinning. An even simpler and more targeted separation of the at least one functional element from the container and / or from the identification element can thus be achieved.
It also has advantages if the at least one functional element is connected, in particular glued, to the container and / or the identification element in at least one connection area. Such a connection area is particularly advantageous if the one functional element with the container and / or the identification element is designed in two parts and / or is made of different materials. The functional element can be deliberately separated from the container and / or from the identification element by means of such a connection area.
It also has particular advantages if an adhesive arranged in the at least one connection area is designed in such a way that the functional element can be detached from the container and / or the identification element without damage. In this way, an unrestricted function of the functional element can be guaranteed after it has been separated.
It is advantageous if the functional element is connected to the container via a first connection area and / or to the identification element via a second connection area.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the functional element, the container and / or the identification element have at least one engagement area. This area of engagement can be a tab, bulge or any other aid for engaging. In this way, the engagement with the functional element, the container and / or the identification element can be facilitated in order to separate them more easily from one another.
It is also advantageous if the functional element has at least one folding contour. The functional element can thus be folded from a basic shape into a functional shape in order to ensure easier use of the substance, in particular the food. Using the example of a spoon, a flat and / or slightly curved basic shape, which is in particular separated from the marking element, can be folded into a functional shape which has a handle end for gripping and / or a bowl-like recess.
It is also extremely advantageous if the identification element is designed as a closed ring, in particular a coil, and / or surrounds the container on its outer circumference.
Furthermore, a packaging unit for a packaging, in particular according to the previous description, with a container or an identification element and with a functional element is proposed. The at least one functional element is at least partially part of the container or the identification element.
The functional element, the container and / or the identification element of the packaging unit can be designed according to at least one feature of the preceding and / or following description.
Furthermore, a method for producing a package, in particular according to the previous description, with a container for receiving a substance, a marking element for marking the substance and at least one functional element for using the substance, wherein the marking element and the functional element, in particular from the outside, are attached to the container, proposed. The container and the identification element are indirectly detachably connected to one another via the at least one functional element. Thus, the identification element can separate from the container when the at least one functional element is removed.
The packaging can be designed according to at least one feature of the preceding and / or following description.
It is advantageous if the container and the identification element are indirectly detachably connected to one another via the at least one functional element, so that the identification element can separate from the container when the at least one functional element is removed.
It is also advantageous if the container and the identification element are releasably connected to one another only indirectly via the at least one functional element.
It also has advantages if the at least one functional element is detachably connected to the container and / or the identification element.
It is also advantageous if the container is made from a first material, in particular plastic, and the identification element is made from a second material, in particular paper, cardboard and / or cardboard.
It is also extremely advantageous if the functional element is connected to the container and / or the identification element via a predetermined separation area.
It is also advantageous if the functional element is connected, in particular glued, to the container and / or the identification element in at least one connection area.

In the example shown, the
The
If the

The
