Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur Wärmebehandlung eines Produktes, umfassend:- eine Kammer (2),- einen Förderer zum Fördern des Produktes zwischen einem Einlass der Kammer und einem Auslass der Kammer, der eine Schnecke (10) umfasst, die in der Kammer drehbar um eine geometrische Rotationsachse gelagert ist, und der einen Rotationsantriebsaktor zum Rotationsantrieb der Schnecke um diese Achse umfasst, wobei die Schnecke selbst ohne Rotationswelle ist,- eine Heizung mittels Joule-Effekt für die Schnecke,- wobei die Kammer eine Hülle (12) aus feuerfestem Material umfasst, durch die sich die Schnecke erstreckt, wobei die genannte Hülle zu einem Rohr geformt ist, von dem eine Hauptinnenfläche den Konturen der Schnecke folgt,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Innenradius der Hülle (12) um einen Wert zwischen 1 und 20 Millimeter größer als ein Außenradius der Schnecke (10) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Hülle (12) aus feuerfester Keramik ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Hülle (12) zu einem Hohlzylinder geformt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Innenradius der Hülle (12) um einen Wert zwischen 5 und 15 Millimeter größer als der Außenradius der Schnecke (10) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Hülle (12) aus einer Abfolge von Abschnitten (13) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, bei der die verschiedenen Abschnitte (13) geformt sind, um ineinandergefügt zu werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Kammer (2) eine äußere Umhüllung (16) umfasst, die die Hülle (12) umschließt und mindestens innen an die Form der Hülle angepasst ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der die Umhüllung (16) zu einem Hohlzylinder geformt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Kammer (2) eine Abdeckung (174) aus wärmeisolierendem Material umfasst, die die Hülle umgibt.
- Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Wärmebehandlung eines Produktes bei einer Temperatur über 800 Grad.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 10, bei der man die Vorrichtung zur Wärmebehandlung eines Produktes und des mit seiner Zersetzung verbundenen Gases bei einer Temperatur über 800 Grad verwendet.
