Definitions
- the invention relates to a heat insulation container according to the independent claim.
- Thermally insulating containers are containers for holding temperature-sensitive goods with an interior space which is separated from an exterior space in a thermally insulating manner by the use of thermally insulating walls.
- thermal insulation containers often have the shape of a transport box in order to transport temperature-sensitive transport goods, such as food or medicines, in a temperature-controlled manner.
- heat insulation containers which are formed, for example, from a molded foam part.
- the molded foam part is brought into a desired shape by foaming a foam material in a molding tool.
- the foam material has heat-insulating properties.
- Thermal insulation containers are off WO 2014/118 821 A1 and KR 10 2009 0 078 268 A known.
- thermal insulation containers have the disadvantage that all walls have the same or a similarly high heat transfer coefficient. These thermal insulation containers therefore do not offer optimal thermal insulation Properties, especially in those cases in which the heat flux density of the exterior has an anisotropic effect on the thermal insulation container. In many applications, the heat flux density in the area of the cover and the base is particularly high. In areas of the heat-insulating walls of the heat-insulation container on which an increased heat flow density acts, there is a particularly high heat input into the heat-insulation container. Known thermal insulation containers do not solve the problem of specifically protecting these areas of the thermal insulation container from increased heat input.
- the invention comprises a heat insulation container which comprises a base, at least one, preferably four, side walls each arranged on the base and a cover or a ceiling part arranged on the side walls.
- the bottom, the four side walls and the lid completely enclose an interior.
- the cover has a heat transfer coefficient k D , the bottom a heat transfer coefficient k B , and each of the side walls has one of the heat transfer coefficients k S1 , k S2 , k S3 or k S4 .
- k D ⁇ minimum [k S1 , k S2 , k S3 , k S4 , k B ].
- the particularly low heat transfer coefficient k D of the cover is selected in order to protect against a particularly high heat flux density, which acts on the cover, for example, through solar radiation. For example, surfaces with lower emission coefficients, thicker designs or lower thermal conductivity can be used.
- k D ⁇ k B ⁇ minimum [k S1 , k S2 , k S3 , k S4 ].
- the low heat transfer coefficient k B of the floor is selected in order to protect against an increased heat flux density, which is caused, for example, by contact of the floor with the substrate on which the thermal insulation container is standing.
- a heat insulation container is particularly advantageous, where k D ⁇ 0.8, in particular 0.6 * minimum [k S1 , k S2 , k S3 , k S4 , k B ].
- the base, the four side walls and the cover each comprise at least one vacuum insulation panel.
- a vacuum insulation panel has a thermal conductivity of less than 9 mW / mK, in particular less than 5 mW / mK, particularly preferably less than 3.5 mW / mK.
- the cover comprises at least two vacuum insulation panels, the vacuum insulation panels being arranged stacked on top of one another. In this way, a lower heat transfer coefficient k D of the cover can be implemented in a simple manner.
- a heat insulation container is also preferred, the base, the four side walls and the lid being made of the same material.
- the cover is made thicker than the base and than each of the four side walls. In this way, a lower heat transfer coefficient k D of the cover can be realized in another simple way.
- a heat insulation container comprising at least one stand which is arranged on the floor.
- the at least one stand is designed and arranged on the floor in such a way that the floor of the thermal insulation container does not come into direct contact with the subsurface when the thermal insulation container is placed on a base. This reduces the flow of heat across the floor.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 show a heat insulation container 1, which has a bottom 26, four side walls 21, 23 [22, 24; the front and rear walls cannot be seen in this illustration] and comprises a cover 25 arranged on the side walls.
- the base 26, the four side walls 21, 23 and the cover 25 completely enclose an interior space 3.
- the particularly low heat transfer coefficient k D of the cover 25 is selected in order to protect against a particularly high heat flux density, which acts on the cover 25, for example, through solar radiation.
- the low heat transfer coefficient k B of the floor 26 is selected in order to protect against an increased heat flux density, which is caused, for example, by contact of the floor 26 with the substrate on which the thermal insulation container 1 stands.
- the heat insulation containers 1 shown comprise two feet 5 which are arranged on the floor 26.
- the feet 5 reduce the heat flow over the floor 26 when the thermal insulation container 1 is placed on a surface, in that the floor 26 does not come into direct contact with the surface.
- the base 26, the four side walls 21, 23 and the cover 25 each comprise at least one vacuum insulation panel 4 Fig. 1
- the cover 25 comprises two stacked vacuum insulation panels 4,
- the cover 25 comprises in FIG Fig. 2 a vacuum insulation panel 4a, which is made thicker than the vacuum insulation panels 4 of the bottom 26 and each of the four side walls 21, 23.
- an optimized heat transfer coefficient k D of the cover 25 can be achieved in a simple manner.
- Each of the vacuum insulation panels 4 shown has a thermal conductivity of less than 9 mW / mK, in particular less than 5 mW / mK, particularly preferably less than 3.5 mW / mK.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- eine schematische Schnittansicht eines ersten Wärmeisolationsbehälters; und
- Fig. 2
- eine schematische Schnittansicht eines zweiten Wärmeisolationsbehälters.
-
- Deshalb gilt dabei kD < kB < Minimum[kS1, kS2, kS3, kS4].
Während in
