Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for securing a motorized loading and / or extraction of a trolley carrying a stretcher, that is to say a device for connecting a bar of a trolley carrying a stretcher to a receiver. motorized in an ambulance.
  • the invention also relates to a motorized receiver and an ambulance incorporating the stowage device.
  • the invention aims more particularly to allow the automated traction of the trolley by the receiver within the ambulance.
  • An ambulance is a vehicle intended in particular to receive a trolley carrying a stretcher.
  • ambulances are increasingly equipped with an automated receiver configured to automatically move the trolley carrying the stretcher when the trolley is inserted or removed from the ambulance.
  • the devices allowing the loading and the extraction of the carriage are generally provided with a movable arm arranged under a reception table of the carriage, as for example described in the document WO 2009/135803 .
  • the kinematics of movement of the arm imposes a large spacing between the reception table and the floor of the ambulance. Due to the presence of this arm, these tie-downs are very heavy and bulky. They can be integrated in a large volume ambulance, for example hospital ambulances, but it is currently not possible to integrate this type of device in a low volume ambulance, for example private ambulances.
  • the movements of the trolley are ensured by hooks, movable on the receiver, which cooperate with a bar arranged at the front end of the trolley, such as for example described in the document WO 2009/135803 .
  • the strike system can be mounted on the carriage and controlled as a function of the position of a front stand of the carriage.
  • the trolley cannot be disengaged from the receiver and the stretcher cannot separate the trolley from the ambulance.
  • this system requires the stretcher to come manually raise the front stand when inserting the trolley into the receiver.
  • EP2974704 discloses a vehicle for transporting a trolley comprising an opening and a loading platform intended to receive said trolley while rolling.
  • the vehicle comprises a hook fixed by a reversible securing device to a base attached to the loading platform of the vehicle.
  • the technical problem of the invention is to be able to provide a system in which the clamping of the carriage and of the receiver can be carried out automatically.
  • the invention proposes to mount a keeper on the receiver at the level of one or more hooks and to control the position of the keeper directly as a function of the position of a plate carrying the at least one hook.
  • the strike is formed by a strike mounted on a pivot link, so that the strike can be moved between two positions: a closed position in which the strike is positioned in front of the hook, and an open position in which the strike is not placed in front of the hook.
  • the keeper is moved between the two positions by means of a link, a first end of which is connected to the keeper and a second end is connected to a pin intended to cooperate with a stop placed on the path of the plate carrying the hook. In doing so, the movements of the plate cause the pin to cooperate with the stop, and they control the opening or closing of the strike.
  • the keeper is preferably closed.
  • a stretcher bearer wishes to load the trolley, he moves the bar of the trolley against the strike plate, which causes a displacement of the plate carrying the hook a few centimeters. The movement of the plate makes it possible to reach a position in which the strike is open.
  • the stretcher bearer then continues his effort to move the trolley over a very short distance so that the bar of the trolley enters the hook and once again moves the plate.
  • This second movement of the plate has the effect of closing the strike and indicating to the loading mechanism to ensure the traction of the carriage while being assured that the strike is effectively closed.
  • the platen when extracting the carriage, the platen can be disposed at an exit position in which the strike is open, automatically releasing the carriage.
  • the stretcher bearer therefore only has to accompany the movement of the cart. After the stage has been moved to the output position, that is to say after a predefined time delay, the stage is moved to the loading standby position.
  • the invention thus makes it possible to obtain a securing device in which it is easy to define positions in which the keeper is open or closed by placing, at the desired locations, the stop making it possible to control the position of the keeper.
  • the invention makes it possible to obtain a particularly robust and compact securing device.
  • the invention makes it possible to form a receiver that is lighter and more compact than the existing receivers making it possible to ensure the loading and extraction of a trolley. In doing so, the invention makes it possible to obtain a receiver which can be integrated into all types of vehicle without requiring structural modifications.
  • said at least one hook is articulated on at least one axis of said plate.
  • This embodiment makes it possible to retract the hook in a groove of the receiver when the hook is not in use, which allows ambulance personnel to move without hindrance on the receiver.
  • the rotational mobility of the hook also allows the lashing device to adapt to several types of trolleys because the height between the bar and the wheels in the folded position is variable between several trolleys.
  • the securing device may have a single hook.
  • the hook is preferably placed above the plate and centered between the lateral edges of the plate.
  • the plate is provided with at least one upright extending perpendicularly to the plate so as to maintain an axis of rotation of the hook.

  • the central recess can also be configured to hold the pin and the link.
  • the pin extends through a central recess in the plate so as to cooperate with one or more stops arranged under the plate.
  • the front end of the hook that is to say the end opposite the axis of rotation, preferably comprises a central axis on which the keeper is mounted.
  • the cooperation of the pin with a stopper generates a displacement of the rod and a movement of the keeper between the closed position and the open position as described above.
  • the securing device comprises two hooks, said hooks being interconnected by a spacer arranged above the plate.
  • the spacer prevents the hooks from touching the bottom of the grooves when they are in the retracted position.
  • the spacer is configured to extend above a shuttle. of the receiver so as to come to bear on this shuttle when the hooks are in the retracted position.
  • said at least one hook comprises a cam, articulated on an axis, said cam being intended to cooperate with at least one stop arranged on the path of said plate; in doing so, the movements of the plate cause the cam to cooperate with said stop to control the movement of said at least one hook around the axis.
  • This embodiment makes it possible to define positions in which the hook or hooks are raised to facilitate the insertion of the bar of a carriage into the housings of the hooks.
  • the movement of the hooks can be provided by a single cam / stopper assembly for moving the hooks via the spacer or by two sets of two cams and two stops.
  • the pin is mounted on the link on one of the sides of the latter, opposite to the side of said link opposite said cam.
  • This embodiment makes it possible to juxtapose the two stops for the pin and for the cam in each groove of the receiver.
  • the plate has a U-shape in which the pads are fixed to vertical uprights of said plate.
  • the U shape allows the plate to be inserted between a shuttle and a base of a receiver.
  • the pads make it possible to cooperate with a rim of the shuttle so that the plate is only movable in translation on the shuttle.

  • the bar of the trolley is held in the housing 31a by means of a keeper 32a which closes the opening of the housing 31a and guarantees the positioning of the bar in the hooks 30a.
  • the hooks 30a are articulated on an axis 40a connected to a plate 22a.
  • This plate 22a is movable in translation on the receiver 21.
  • the plate preferably has a "U" shape provided with two lateral uprights 24a extending in the direction of a base of the receiver 21.
  • the lateral uprights 24a are intended to move in two parallel grooves 25 formed in a base of the receiver 21.
  • Two belts 26 are arranged in these grooves 25 and allow the plate 22a to be moved.

  • a spring 39 is mounted so as to constrain the position of the keeper 32a in the closed position, that is to say in the positions illustrated on the figures 4 and 6 in which the keeper 32a blocks access to housing 31a. In doing so, the stowage of the bar of the cart in the receiver 21 of the ambulance is ensured.
  • This keep 32a is further connected to a link 34a by an attachment point 35a arranged under the axis 33a.
  • This link 34a is mounted on a cam 38, itself fixed on a pin 36 mounted on the hooks 30a between the pin 40a and the pin 33a.
  • This cam 38 is intended to cooperate with a stop 42 mounted in the groove 25 so as to force a rotational movement of the hooks 30a when the cam 38 rises along a slope formed on the stop 42.
