Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Verpackung für Lebensmittel nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Seit vielen Jahren werden empfindliche Lebensmittel, beispielsweise Fleisch, Käse, Wurst oder sonstige verderbliche Waren in wasser- und gasdichten Beutel verpackt, um diese vor Austrocknung, Beschädigungen oder Verschmutzungen zu schützen. Die derart eingepackten Lebensmittel werden in Lebensmittelgeschäften dem Verbraucher zum Kauf angeboten und sind folglich mit Informationen über den Inhalt des Beutels, die Beschaffenheit des Lebensmittels, dessen Herkunft und weitere für den Verbraucher wichtige Informationen zu versehen. Hierfür sind Etiketten aus Papier vorgesehen, die entsprechend mit Informationen bedruckt sind.
  • Oftmals sind die Lebensmittel während des Transportes und des Lagerzeitraumes in Lebensmittelgeschäften zu kühlen und gleichzeitig visuell dem interessierten Verbraucher feil zu bieten. Daher weisen solche Verpackungen oftmals eine Durchgangsöffnung auf, so dass die geschlossenen Beutel an einen Haken in einem Tiefkühlregal eingehängt werden können. Die für die Informationen erforderlichen Etiketten sind mittels einer Metallklammer im Bereich der Durchgangsöffnung festgetackert.
  • Als nachteilig bei solchen Verpackungen hat sich herausgestellt, dass diese dem Kunden nicht optimal präsentiert werden können, da entweder die Verpackungen hintereinander an Haken befestigt sind oder da die entsprechenden Verpackungen übereinander bzw. hintereinander in einem Regal zu stapeln sind. Folglich hat es der Kunde schwer, eine bestimmte Verpackung auszuwählen, denn lediglich die vorderste Verpackung ist frei und unkompliziert zugänglich. Oftmals sind in den Verpackungen jedoch unterschiedlich groß bemessenen Lebensmittel enthalten und der Verbraucher benötigt eine bestimmte Menge.
  • Zudem können die Verpackungen nicht optimal platziert werden, um einen möglichst optischen Blickwinkel auf diese zu erreichen. Auch das Bedrucken des Beutels mit weiteren Informationen oder visuell herausgestellten Verkaufsargumenten ist nicht möglich, ohne dass das eingeschlossene Lebensmittel durch diese Aufdrucke abgedeckt ist. Für den Verbraucher ist es jedoch oftmals von entscheidender Kaufentscheidung, das Lebensmittel vollständig erkennen zu können, um dessen Beschaffenheit in Augenschein zu nehmen.
  • In einer modernen Industriegesellschaft stellt sich darüber hinaus die Notwendigkeit dar, verschiedene recycelbare Rohstoffe zu trennen. Eine Mülltrennung ist daher für jeden Haushalt erforderlich. Wenn jedoch die Verpackung aus unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen besteht, stellt sich für den jeweiligen Verbraucher das Problem, die entstehenden unterschiedlichen Bestandteile der Verpackung voneinander zu lösen und diese in die jeweilige dafür vorgesehenen Behältnisse für deren Beseitigung einzufüllen.
  • Seite 2a einfügen Es ist daher Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Verpackung der eingangs genannten Gattung derart weiterzubilden, dass durch diese zum einen eine gefällige Präsentation erreicht ist, ohne dass zeitaufwendige und kostenintensive Maßnahmen an der Verpackung durchzuführen sind, und dass zum anderen die Verpackung aus unterschiedlichen Materialien bestehen kann, die einfach und unkompliziert von dem Verbraucher nach dem Kauf oder dem Verzehr des Lebensmittel in den entsprechenden dafür vorgesehenen Behältnissen entsorgt werden kann.
  • Die BE 788 975 A offenbart eine Verpackung für Lebensmittel mit einem Beutel, in welchem das Lebensmittel fest eingeschlossen ist, und mit einem den Beutel umschließenden Stabilisierungs- oder Trägerkörper. Für Verbraucherinformationen kann die Verpackung mit einem Etikett versehen sein.
  • Die EP 1 228 978 A2 offenbart einen Beutel zur Aufnahme von Keksen, wobei der Beutel mit einem Standfuß versehen ist, der es ermöglicht, den Beutel in einer aufrechten Position aufzustellen. Der Standfuß ist über einen Verbindungsabschnitt mit der Außenseite des Beutels verbunden.
  • Diese Aufgaben sind erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils von Patentanspruch 1 gelöst.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
  • Dadurch, dass auf einer der Außenseite des Beutels ein Stabilisierungskörper befestigt ist, der mittels einer manuellen Krafteinwirkung von dem Beutel lösbar ist, und dass das Etikett auf dem Stabilisierungskörper unmittelbar auf den Beutel aufgeklebt ist, ist erreicht, dass der Stabilisierungskörper eine verbesserte Präsentationsmöglichkeit für das Lebensmittel bietet, und dass gleichzeitig das Lebensmittel dauerhaft wasser- und gasdicht vor Verunreinigungen, vor dem Austrocknen oder sonstigen Umwelteinflüssen während des Lagerzeitraums geschützt ist. Gleichzeitig können die einzelnen Bestandteile der Verpackung, die aus unterschiedlichen Materialien hergestellt sind, die nach dem Kauf oder der Benutzung der Verpackung ohne Weiteres voneinander gelöst werden, um diese den gesetzlichen Vorgaben entsprechend zu entsorgen.
  • Zudem kann der Verbraucher den Stabilisierungskörper bereits nach dem Kauf von dem Beutel lösen, wenn beispielsweise in dessen Kühlschrank der erforderliche Platz fehlt oder für andere Waren benötigt ist. Der Hersteller des Lebensmittels kann auf den Stabilisierungskörper umfangreiche für den Verbraucher wichtige Informationen ausdrucken und das Lebensmittel visuell optimal herausstellen und bewerben.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird in eine der Seitenwände des Stabilisierungskörper eine Perforationsnaht eingearbeitet, um einen Teil des Stabilisierungskörper auszukleiden, der anschließend als Standfuß für die Verpackung dient. Folglich können die Verpackungen vereinzelt in einem Regal präsentiert werden, so dass der Verbraucher erkennen kann, welches der eingelagerten Lebensmittel nach Größe, Haltbarkeit oder sonstigen für die Kaufentscheidung wichtigen Gegebenheiten ausgewählt werden soll, da diese Verpackungen aus der Horizontalen aufstellbar sind. Folglich hat der Verkäufer die Möglichkeit die derart ausgestaltete Verpackung in unterschiedlicher Präsentation oder Positionen dem jeweiligen Verbraucher vorzustellen und feil zu bieten.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein erfindungsgemäßes Ausführungsbeispiel einer Verpackung dargestellt, die nachfolgend näher erläutert ist. Im Einzelnen zeigt:

    eine Verpackung bestehend aus einem Beutel, in dem ein Lebensmittel in Form eines Fleischstückes eingeschlossen ist und aus einem fest mit dem Beutel an einer Oberseite verbundenen Stabilisierungskörper, die aus unterschiedlichen recycelbaren Materialien hergestellt sind, in perspektivischer Ansicht und im geschlossenen Zustand,

  • Aus Figur 1 ist eine Verpackung 1 zu entnehmen, durch die ein Lebensmittel 2, beispielsweise ein Stück Fleisch, wasser- und/oder gasdicht während des Transport- und Lagerzeitraumes geschützt ist. Die Verpackung 1 besteht aus einem Beutel 3, der vollständig geschlossen und in den das Lebensmittel 2 eingesetzt ist. Der Beutel 3 ist aus einem transparenten Kunststoff hergestellt, der atmungsaktiv sein kann, wenn der Hersteller des Lebensmittels 2 solche technischen Anforderungen an den Beutel 3 stellt. Die erste Oberseite des Beutels 3 ist mit der Bezugsziffer 4 und die dazu gegenüberliegende zweite Oberseite ist mit der Bezugsziffer 5 gekennzeichnet.
  • Zudem ist auf der ersten Oberseite 4 des Beutels 3 ein Etikett 6 aufgeklebt, das aus Papier oder Karton hergestellt ist. Auf dem Etikett 6 sind für den jeweiligen Verbraucher wichtige Informationen aufgedruckt, nämlich Haltbarkeit des Lebensmittels 2, dessen Herkunft und sonstige wichtige Informationen. Das Etikett 6 kann durch Feuchtigkeit, Sonneneinstrahlung oder sonstigen Umwelteinflüssen beschädigt bzw. dessen Beschriftung kann dadurch in Mitleidenschaft gezogen werden, so dass das Etikett 6 mittels einer dünnwandigen Folie 7 aus einem transparenten Kunststoff abgedeckt ist. Das Etikett 6 kann ebenso aus einem Kunststoff-Material hergestellt sein und entsprechend bedrück werden. Ein derartiges Etikett 6 benötigt keine zusätzlich Versiegelung mittels eines Pulvers.
  • Um den Beutel 3 stapeln zu können oder in Regalen dem jeweiligen Verbraucher optimal präsentieren zu können, ist dieser mit dessen Oberseite 5 mit einem Stabilisierungskörper 11 verbunden. Die Fixierung zwischen dem Beutel 3 und dem Stabilisierungskörper 11 kann beispielsweise mittels dünnen Klebepunkten oder Klebeschichten bewerkstelligt sein.
  • Der Stabilisierungskörper 11 ist aus einem recycelbaren Werkstoff, beispielsweise einem dickwandigen Papier oder Kartonage hergestellt. Folglich weist der Stabilisierungskörper 11 eine entsprechend hohe Biegesteifigkeit verbunden mit einer wesentlich breiteren Wandstärke als die Dicke des Behälters 3 auf, so dass dieser als Trägerteil für den Beutel 3 und das darin eingeschlossene Lebensmittel 2 dient.
  • Das Etikett 6 erstreckt sich lediglich über einen Teilbereich der ersten Oberseite 4 des Beutels 3, so dass das eingelagerte Lebensmittel 2 durch das Etikett 6 lediglich bereichsweise abgedeckt ist. Zusätzlich oder ausschließlich können auch auf der Oberfläche des Stabilisierungskörper 11 für den Verbraucher wichtige Informationen aufgedruckt sein bzw. die Oberfläche des Stabilisierungskörper 11 kann mit entsprechenden Werbebotschaften oder sonstige die Kaufentscheidung positiv beeinflussenden Werbemaßnahmen bedruckt sein.
  • In Figur 2i ist ersichtlich, dass der Beutel 3 aus einer ersten Schicht 8 und einer zweiten Schicht 9 gebildet ist, die im Seitenrand 14 übereinander angeordnet sind. Zwischen den beiden Schichten 8 und 9 im Bereich des Seitenrandes 14 ist dabei eine Siegelnaht 15 vorgesehen, die sich zumindest bereichsweise zwischen diesen beiden Schichten 8 und 9 erstreckt. Folglich können die beiden Schichten 8 und 9 des Beutels 3 im Bereich des Seitenrandes 14 voneinander gelöst sein, wodurch eine Austrittsöffnung zur Entnahme des Lebensmittels 2 entsteht.
  • Aus Figur 3a ist eine in dem Stabilisierungskörper 11 eingearbeitete Perforationsnaht 12 erkennbar, durch die ein Teil der Rückwand des Stabilisierungskörper 11 nach Art eines Drehgelenkes ausgeklappt bzw. ausgeschwenkt werden kann, so dass derart ein Standfuß 13 gebildet ist. Der Stabilisierungskörper 11 weist demnach zwei voneinander räumlich getrennte Teilbereiche auf. Der Standfuß 13 dient als Ständer oder Stütze für die Verpackung 1, so dass diese vertikal aufgestellt werden kann, um eine großflächige Präsentation für die Verbraucher zu erreichen.
  • Um eine Absorption der möglicherweise von dem eingelagerten Lebensmittel 2 abgegebene Flüssigkeit zu erreichen, ist gemäß Figur 3b eine im Innern des Beutels 3 eingebrachte Absorptionseinlage 16 vorgesehen, auf der das Lebensmittel 2 flächig aufliegt. Zudem ist in Figur 3b gezeigt, dass die erste Schicht 8 von dem jeweiligen Verbraucher aufgerissen werden kann, um das Lebensmittel 2 aus dem Beutel 3 zu entnehmen.
  • Die einzelnen Bestandteile der Verpackung 1, insbesondere der Beutel 3 und die das Etikett 6 abdeckende Folie 7 sind aus einem Kunststoff-Material und die Etikette 6 und der Stabilisierungskörper 11 aus einem natürlichen Werkstoff, beispielsweise Papier oder Kartonagen, hergestellt. Diese unterschiedliche Beschaffenheit der einzelnen Bestandteile sind nach der Benutzung der Verpackung 1 voneinander zu trennen. Durch die punktuelle oder flächige Verbindung mittels eines Klebers zwischen dem Beutel 3 und dem Stabilisierungskörper 11 bzw. zwischen dem Beutel 3 und dem Etikett 6 können diese einzelnen Bestandteile mit einer geringen manuellen Kraft voneinander gelöst und folglich getrennt werden. Die vereinzelten Bestandteile der Verpackung 1 sind anschließend von dem Verbraucher ohne Weiteres den entsprechenden Behältnissen für die jeweiligen Wertstoffe zuzuführen. Zudem kann der Verbraucher bereits nach dem Kauf den Stabilisierungskörper 11 von dem Beutel 3 entfernen, um das eingeschränkte Platzangebot des eigenen Kühlschranks nicht unnötig zu blockieren.
  • Der Beutel 3 weist en nachfolgend angegebenen Folienaufbau auf:

Claims (9)

  1. Verpackung (1) für Lebensmittel (2) mit einem aus einem Kunststoff hergestellten transparenten Beutel (3), in dem das Lebensmittel (2) wasser- und/oder gasdicht eingeschlossen ist, und mit mindestens einem an einer beliebigen Position der Verpackung (1) befestigten Etikett (6), auf dem Inhaltsangaben für das Lebensmittel (2) und sonstige für den Verbraucher wichtige Informationen aufgedruckt sind, wobei auf einer der Außenseiten (5) des Beutels (3) ein Stabilisierungskörper (11) befestigt ist, und wobei das Etikett (6) auf dem Stabilisierungskörper (11) und/oder das Etikett (6) unmittelbar auf den Beutel (3) aufgeklebt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Stabilisierungskörper (11) mittels einer manuellen Krafteinwirkung von dem Beutel (3) lösbar ist und dass in den Stabilisierungskörper (11) eine Perforationsnaht eingearbeitet ist, derart, dass ein Teil des Stabilisierungskörpers (11) ausklappbar ist und als Standfuß (13) für die Verpackung (1) dient.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Stabilisierungskörper (11) plattenförmig ausgestaltet und aus einem recycelbaren Werkstoff, vorzugsweise aus Papier, Kartonage oder aus einem natürlichen Gewebe, hergestellt ist.
  3. Verpackung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Etikett (6) mittels einer transparenten Folie (7) aus Kunststoff abgedeckt ist.
  4. Verpackung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Beutel (3) einen Seitenrand (14) aufweist, in dem zwei Lagen des Beutels (3) übereinander liegen, und dass der zweilagige Seitenrand (14) durch eine Siegelschicht oder -naht (15) voneinander durch eine manuelle Krafteinwirkung trennbar ist, derart, dass eine Öffnung (16) entsteht, durch die das eingelagerte Lebensmittel (2) entnehmbar ist.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass zwischen der Innenwand des Beutels (3) und dem eingelagerten Lebensmittel (2) eine Absorptions-Einlage (17) eingesetzt ist, durch die die vom Lebensmittel (2) abgegebene Flüssigkeit aufnehmbar ist.
  6. Verpackung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Etikett (6) auf der dem Stabilisierungskörper (11) gegenüberliegenden Oberseite (5) des Beutels (3) angebracht ist und dass die Fläche des Etikettes (6) kleiner bemessen ist als die Oberfläche (5) des Beutels (3).
  7. Verpackung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Stabilisierungskörper (11) eine Biegesteifigkeit in dessen Längsrichtung von 740 mN und in Querrichtung von 350 mN aufweist.
  8. Verpackung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Stabilisierungskörper (11) eine Siegelfestigkeit von 0 N / 15 mm und der Beutel (3) von mehr als 10 N / 15 mm aufweist.
  9. Verpackung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Beutel (3) eine Biegefestigkeit in dessen Längsrichtung von 31,5 mN und in Querrichtung von 38,8 mN aufweist.
