Aus Figur 1 ist eine Verpackung 1 zu entnehmen, durch die ein Lebensmittel 2, beispielsweise ein Stück Fleisch, wasser- und/oder gasdicht während des Transport- und Lagerzeitraumes geschützt ist. Die Verpackung 1 besteht aus einem Beutel 3, der vollständig geschlossen und in den das Lebensmittel 2 eingesetzt ist. Das Etikett 6 kann ebenso aus einem Kunststoff-Material hergestellt sein und entsprechend bedrück werden. Claims (9)

  1. Packaging (1) for food (2), comprising a transparent bag (3) which is produced from a plastics material and in which the food (2) is enclosed in a water-tight and/or gas-tight manner, and comprising at least one label (6) which is fastened at any position on the packaging (1) and on which content information for the food (2) and other important information for the consumer are printed, a stabilizing body (11) being fastened on one of the outer sides (5) of the bag (3), and the label (6) being adhered to the stabilizing body (11) and/or the label (6) being adhered directly to the bag (3), characterized in that
    the stabilizing body (11) can be detached from the bag (3) by a manual force being applied, and in that a perforation seam is incorporated into the stabilizing body (11) in such a way that a part of the stabilizing body (11) can be folded out and used as a base (13) for the packaging (1).
