Claims (11)

  1. Procédé permettant de faire fonctionner une carde (1) et de régler un intervalle de cardage (6) de la carde (1),
    comportant une commande (7),
    comportant un dispositif d'affichage et un dispositif d'entrée (8, 9) sur la carde (1) et
    comportant un tambour (2) comportant une garniture et
    au moins un élément de garniture disposé en regard du tambour (2), une fente de cardage (6) comportant une largeur d'intervalle de cardage (W) étant formée entre la garniture du tambour (2) et l'élément de garniture,
    présentant les étapes de procédé suivantes:
    - entrée d'une matière première prévue pour le cardage dans le dispositif d'entrée (9),
    - entrée d'une quantité de production prévue dans le dispositif d'entrée (9),
    - définition d'une largeur d'intervalle de cardage cible,
    caractérisé par les étapes de procédé suivantes:
    - émission de la largeur d'intervalle de cardage cible sur le dispositif d'affichage (8),
    - détermination et émission d'une vitesse de rotation de tambour cible et/ou d'une vitesse de recouvrement cible sur le dispositif d'affichage (8).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un moment cible permettant d'égaliser et/ou de rectifier la garniture du tambour (2) et/ou de l'élément de garniture est émis, en particulier en fonction de la quantité de production.
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la commande (7), en particulier une commande de machine disposée sur la carde (1), effectue le calcul de la largeur d'intervalle de cardage cible.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la commande (7), en particulier une commande de machine disposée sur la carde (1), amène l'émission de la largeur d'intervalle de cardage cible, la vitesse de rotation de tambour cible, la vitesse de recouvrement cible sur le dispositif d'affichage (8) et/ou le moment cible permettant l'égalisation et/ou la rectification.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une largeur d'intervalle de cardage réelle, une vitesse de rotation de tambour réelle, une vitesse de recouvrement réelle et/ou un intervalle de temps jusqu'au ou depuis le moment cible permettant l'égalisation et/ou la rectification sont émis sur le dispositif d'affichage (8).
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les valeurs cibles et les valeurs réelles (14) de la largeur d'intervalle de cardage (W), de la vitesse de rotation de tambour, de la vitesse de recouvrement et/ou du moment permettant l'égalisation et/ou la rectification sont émises sur le dispositif d'affichage (8), en relation les unes par rapport aux autres.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la commande (7) amène un réglage automatique de la largeur d'intervalle de cardage (W) et/ou l'égalisation et/ou la rectification automatiques de la garniture du tambour (2) et/ou de l'élément de garniture.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la commande (7) empêche un fonctionnement de production de la carde (1) si au moins l'une des valeurs réelles s'écarte de sa valeur cible d'une valeur maximale prédéfinie.
  9. Carde
    - comportant un tambour (2) comportant une garniture et
    - comportant au moins un élément de garniture disposé en regard du tambour (2), en particulier un hérisson (3), un peigneur (5) et/ou une tige de recouvrement (4),
    - un intervalle de cardage (6) comportant une largeur d'intervalle de cardage (W) étant formé entre la garniture du tambour (2) et l'élément de garniture,
    - comportant une commande (7) et
    - comportant un dispositif d'affichage et un dispositif d'entrée (8, 9) disposés sur la carde (1),
    caractérisée en ce que la commande (7), le dispositif d'affichage et le dispositif d'entrée (8, 9) sont conçus pour exécuter les étapes de procédé d'au moins l'une des revendications précédentes.
  10. Carde selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la carde (1) est associée à un système de réglage (11) permettant de régler manuellement ou automatiquement la largeur d'intervalle de cardage (W).
  11. Carde selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que la carde (1) est associée à un appareil de rectification de garniture (10).
