  • the combined joint-fitted structure also allows simplifying the installation steps of the systems, during which a buffer is inserted on the lower profiled element that will then be removed at the end of the installation, to leave space for the joint-fitting of the upper profiled elements.
  • the particular shape of the threshold proposed here with the edges or protuberances of the lower profiled element that taper the groove and with the inner lip of the upper profiled element that integrates or "simulates" the wearable portion of the slider, allow reducing the width of the groove, passing from about 10-12 mm to 5 mm. Reducing the groove has the advantage of limiting or entirely avoiding tripping, access problems with wheelchairs or walkers provided with wheels, stretchers, unintentional dropping of small objects, etc.

Claims (15)

  1. Schwelle (1) für die Tür eines Aufzugs, umfassend:
    ein erstes Profilelement (2), das sich hauptsächlich in Längsrichtung erstreckt und einen ersten oberen vorstehenden Abschnitt (21) und einen zweiten oberen vorstehenden Abschnitt (22) umfasst, die durch eine nach oben offene Nut (23) getrennt sind, wobei der erste obere vorstehende Abschnitt (21) und der zweite obere vorstehende Abschnitt (22) eine entsprechende Querschnittsverengung (210, 220) aufweisen, die durch lokalisierte Aussparungen der vertikalen Wände (211, 212; 221, 222) des entsprechenden oberen vorstehenden Abschnitts (21, 22') erhalten werden;
    ein zweites Profilelement (3), das sich hauptsächlich in Längsrichtung erstreckt und eine erste Rinne (31) definiert, wobei das zweite Profilelement (3) an dem ersten Profilelement (2) eingepasst ist, sodass der erste obere vorstehende Abschnitt (21) in die erste Rinne (31) eingreift;
    ein drittes Profilelement (4), das sich hauptsächlich in Längsrichtung erstreckt und eine zweite Rinne (41) definiert, wobei das dritte Profilelement (4) an dem ersten Profilelement (2) eingepasst ist, sodass der zweite obere vorstehende Abschnitt (22) in die zweite Rinne (41) eingreift, wobei das zweite Profilelement (3) und das dritte Profilelement (4) teilweise in die Nut (23) eindringen und so eine Führung zum Gleiten eines Flügels (100) der Tür definieren,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Profilelement zwei Reliefs (32, 33) aufweist, die in die lokalisierten Aussparungen der Querschnittsverengung (210) des ersten oberen vorstehenden Abschnitts (21) eingepasst sind und das dritte Profilelement (4) zwei Reliefs (42, 43) aufweist, die in die lokalisierten Aussparungen der Querschnittsverengung (220) des zweiten oberen vorstehenden Abschnitts (22) eingepasst sind.
  2. Schwelle (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das zweite Profilelement (3) und das dritte Profilelement (4) identisch sind, jedoch bezüglich der Nut (23) spiegelnd an dem ersten Profilelement (2) angebracht sind.
  3. Schwelle (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das zweite Profilelement (3) und das dritte Profilelement (4) jeweils eine in die Nut (23) eindringende Lippe (33, 34) aufweisen, die so geformt ist, um ein Antireibungselement (7) aufzunehmen oder um einen krummlinigen Vorsprung (442) in der Nut (23) zu definieren.
  4. Schwelle (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei: das erste Profilelement (2) aus einem der folgenden Materialien hergestellt ist:
    Kunststoff, Stahl, Aluminium;
    das zweite Profilelement (3) und das dritte Profilelement (4) aus dem gleichen Material hergestellt sind, das ausgewählt werden kann aus: Kunststoff, Stahl, Aluminium.
  5. Schwelle (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das zweite Profilelement (3) und das dritte Profilelement (4) aus zwei extrudierten Kunststoffkörpern bestehen.
  6. Schwelle (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine jede lokalisierte Aussparung einen Winkel (a) zwischen 10° und 170° definiert.
  7. Schwelle (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Nut (23) seitlich von einer ersten vertikalen Wand (211) des ersten oberen vorstehenden Abschnitts (21) und von einer zweiten vertikalen Wand (221) des zweiten oberen vorstehenden Abschnitts (22) begrenzt ist.
  8. Schwelle (1) nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Nut (23) unten durch eine horizontale Basis (223) zur Verbindung zwischen der ersten vertikalen Wand (211) und der zweiten vertikalen Wand (221) begrenzt ist.
  9. Schwelle (1) nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei die erste vertikale Wand (211) und die zweite vertikale Wand (221) eine entsprechende Ausstülpung (2110, 2210) aufweisen, die innerhalb der Nut (23) vorsteht.
  10. Schwelle (1) nach Anspruch 7, wobei die erste vertikale Wand (211) und die zweite vertikale Wand (221) jeweils mit einer zur Nut (23) gefalteten Kante (211a, 221a) enden.
  11. Schwelle (1) nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Kanten (211a, 221a) eine nach unten gerichtete Verjüngung oder Verengung der Nut (3) definieren.
  12. Schwelle (1) nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Nut (23) unten durch einen Teil des ersten Profilelements (2) begrenzt ist.
  13. Schwelle (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das erste Profilelement (2) ferner einen ersten unteren vorstehenden Abschnitt (24) und einen zweiten unteren vorstehenden Abschnitt (25) umfasst, die durch einen weiteren Kanal oder eine Aussparung (26) getrennt sind.
  14. Schwelle (1) nach Anspruch 13, ferner umfassend eine Halterung (5) mit mindestens einem ersten Abschnitt (51), der an einer Wand (200) des Aufzugsschachts befestigt werden kann, und einem zweiten Abschnitt (52), der das erste Profilelement (2) abstützt.
  15. Schwelle (1) nach Anspruch 14, wobei das erste Profilelement (2) an dem zweiten Abschnitt (52) der Halterung (5) durch Befestigungsmittel (6) befestigt ist, die in dem weiteren Kanal (26) untergebracht sind.
