Abstract
Description
U-Schenkel hinter die Randwülste des darüber liegenden Tragprofils unter elastischer Aufweitung derselben einrastbar ist. Die seitlichen Ansätze sind hakenförmig ausgebildet und greifen formschlüssig in die Randwülste ein. An dem U-Boden oder an den U-Schenkeln des Verbindungselements sind Federzungen ausgebildet, deren elastische Auslenkung das Einrasten der Ansätze ermöglicht und die die Ansätze nach dem Einrasten in die Rastposition drücken. Die freien Außenkanten der Federzungen stützen sich dabei am jeweiligen Randwulst am Konterprofil ab und sind durch U-förmige Ausstanzungen des U-Bodens des Verbindungselements gebildet.

Am Boden dieses aus DE 197 35 711 C2 bekannten Kreuzverbinders können ferner Verriegelungselemente vorgesehen sein, die nach ihrem Umlegen in montierter Stellung des Kreuzverbinders eine starre Abstützung zwischen dessen Boden und den Rändern des oberen C-Profils bilden. Die Verriegelungselemente sind insbesondere als Laschen über Soll-Biegekanten an den Blechboden des Kreuzverbinders angeformt und werden aus dem Blechteil nach unten gebogen zur zusätzlichen Versteifung der Verbindung.

Claims (18)
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden zweier Schienen mita) wenigstens zwei Seitenteilen,b) einem mit den Seitenteilen verbundenen Mittelteil,c) wobei das Mittelteil quer über eine erste der beiden Schienen und die beiden Seitenteile außen an Seitenwänden der ersten Schiene entlang bis zur zweiten Schiene verlaufend anordenbar oder angeordnet sind,d) wobei die Seitenteile in jeweils wenigstens einem Verbindungsbereich mit einer zweiten der beiden Schienen verbindbar oder verbunden sind unde) wobei im Bereich jedes Seitenteils jeweils wenigstens ein Verriegelungselement angeordnet ist, das auf dem Randbereich der zugehörigen Seitenwand der ersten Schiene oder auf einem Übergangsbereich zwischen der zugehörigen Seitenwand und einem beide Seitenwände verbindenden Boden und/oder dem Boden der ersten Schiene rastend oder schnappend verriegelbar oder verriegelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der wenigstens ein Verriegelungselement in einem auf dem zugeordneten Randbereich oder Übergangs-bereich aufzulegenden oder aufliegenden Auflagebereich der Gestalt, insbesondere der Krümmung, des Randbereichs oder Übergangsbereichs angepasst ist und in einem Biegebereich, der biegsamer ist als der Auflagebereich, mit dem Randbereich oder Übergangsbereich form- und/oder kraftschlüssig verbindbar oder verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Randbereiche der Seitenwände der ersten Schiene konvex gekrümmt sind und zum Boden hin gerichtet auslaufen und wobei jedes Verriegelungselement mit seinem Auflagebereich im Wesentlichen auf der konvex gekrümmten von der anderen Seitenwand abgewandten Außenfläche des Randbereichs der zugehörigen Seitenwand auflegbar ist oder aufliegt und mit dem Biegebereich an der konvex gekrümmten der anderen Seitenwand zugewandten Innenfläche dieses Randbereichs kraftschlüssig verbunden oder verbindbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3, bei der das oder die Verriegelungselement(e) in dem Auflagebereich zusätzlich versteift ist bzw. sind, insbesondere wenigstens eine Versteifungssicke aufweist bzw. aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, bei der jedes Verriegelungselement in einem an den Biegebereich anschließenden Bereich einen sich entgegengesetzt zum Biegebereich bzw. zum Randbereich oder Übergangsbereich der ersten Schiene krümmenden glatten Anlaufbereich aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der jedes Verriegelungselement eine Lasche zur Handhabung oder Betätigung des Verriegelungselements beim Verriegeln und/oder Entriegeln aufweist, wobei die Lasche insbesondere bei verriegeltem Verriegelungselement über das Mittelteil an der von der ersten Schiene abgewandten freien Seite übersteht und/oder im sich an den Biegebereich anschließenden Endbereich des Verriegelungselements angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 in Rückbeziehung auf Anspruch 5, bei der der Anlaufbereich zwischen der Lasche und dem Biegebereich gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der jedes Verriegelungselement in einem Verbindungsbereich mit dem zugeordneten Seitenteil verbunden ist und zum Verriegeln oder Entriegeln in diesem Verbindungsbereich schwenkbar oder biegbar ist, insbesondere zum zugehörigen Randbereich oder Übergangsbereich hin oder davon weg.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der bei Rast- oder Schnappvorgang jedes Verriegelungselements ein vernehmbares, insbesondere klickendes, Geräusch entsteht zur Anzeige einer vollzogenen Montage.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der jedes Verriegelungselement so gestaltet ist, dass eine sichere Verriegelung auch bei Toleranzen, insbesondere von wenigstens 0,5 mm, in der vom Randbereich bzw. Übergangsbereich zur zweiten Schiene hin gemessenen Abmessung der ersten Schiene gewährleistet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Verriegelungselemente sich im verriegelten Abstand am Mittelteil an dessen zur Schiene zeigenden Unterseite abstützen, insbesondere unter das Mittelteil kraft- und/oder formschlüssig in Eingriff bringbar oder gebracht sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der im Bereich des Mittelteils Anschläge angeordnet sind zur Begrenzung der Bewegung der Seitenwände der ersten Schiene beim Verriegeln der Verriegelungselements, wobei die Anschläge bei verriegeltem Verriegelungselement von den Seitenwänden der ersten Schiene beabstandet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, bei der wenigstens ein Teil der Anschläge zwischen den Seitenwänden angeordnet sind und eine Bewegung der Seitenwände nach innen begrenzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder Anspruch 13, bei der die Anschläge mit oder an vom Mittelteil oder von den Seitenwänden zur Schiene hin abstehenden Fortsätzen gebildet sind, wobei insbesondere wenigstens ein Teil der Fortsätze im Wesentlichen parallel zu der von Seitenteil zu Seitenteil verlaufenden Hauptrichtung des Mittelteils verlaufen und mit ihren Schmalseiten die Anschläge bilden und/oder wenigstens ein Teil der Fortsätze im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der von Seitenteil zu Seitenteil verlaufenden Hauptrichtung des Mittelteils verlaufen und mit ihren Breitseiten die Anschläge bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, hergestellt oder gebildet aus einem Blechteil, wobei jedes Verriegelungselement aus der zugehörigen Seitenwand bis auf einen stehengebliebenen Verbindungsbereich mit der Seitenwand freigeschnitten oder freigestanzt ist und in seine endgültige Gestalt gebogen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zum Verbinden zweier einander, insbesondere orthogonal, kreuzender Schienen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 zum Verbinden zweier Schienen, von denen zumindest die zweite Schiene eine C-Profilschiene oder CD-Profilschiene mit Seitenwänden mit gebördelten Randbereichen ist und die Verbindungsbereiche, insbesondere in Gestalt von Verbindungsnasen, der Seitenteile in die gebördelten oder umgebogenen Randbereiche der Seitenwände der zweiten Schiene in Eingriff bringbar oder gebracht sind, wobei insbesondere beim Verriegeln der Verriegelungselemente eine Kraft auf die Verbindungsbereiche der Seitenteile ausgeübt wird, wodurch diese in die zugehörigen Randbereiche der Seitenwände der zweiten Schiene hineingezogen oder hineingerastet werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 17 zum Verbinden zweier Schienen, von denen zumindest die erste Schiene eine C-Profilschiene oder CD- oder U-Profilschiene ist.
