Claims (16)
- Noyau (12) pour composant inductif (10) doté au moins d'une première partie latérale (18), d'une partie centrale (22) et d'une deuxième partie latérale (20), la partie centrale (22) présentant une section centrale (30), une première section de bord (32) qui est disposée en parallèle à la section centrale (30), et une deuxième section de bord (34) qui est disposée en parallèle à la section centrale (30), la section centrale (30) étant disposée entre la première et la deuxième section de bord (32, 34), et les deux sections de bord (32, 34) reliant respectivement des sections de bord (26, 28) des deux parties latérales (18, 20) et prolongeant leur forme, au moins une pièce en plastique (36) étant prévue qui est prévue au moins entre la section centrale (30) et la première section de bord (32) et/ou au moins entre la section centrale (30) et la deuxième section de bord (34) afin de régler par une sélection appropriée de la constante diélectrique εr de la matière plastique utilisée pour la pièce en plastique (36) une capacité de fuite du composant inductif (10), et afin d'influencer par une sélection appropriée d'une faible perméabilité relative µr de la matière plastique utilisée pour la pièce en plastique (36) un flux magnétique auxiliaire du composant inductif.
- Noyau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une constante diélectrique de la pièce en plastique (36) se situe dans la plage de 1 à 50, en particulier dans la plage de 1 à 10.
- Noyau selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce en plastique (36) est réalisée en une matière plastique à faible perméabilité magnétique.
- Noyau selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce en plastique (36) est formé de silicone, de polyamide, d'isoprène ou de latex.
- Noyau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la matière plastique contient comme additif du carbone, des granulés de verre, un composé céramique et/ou de la viscose.
- Noyau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce en plastique (36) fixe la section centrale (30), la première section de bord (32) et la deuxième section de bord (34) dans une position relative définie les unes par rapport aux autres.
- Noyau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce en plastique (36) entoure la section centrale (30) de la partie centrale (22) au moins sur une partie de la longueur de la section centrale (30).
- Noyau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce en plastique (36) est réalisée sous la forme d'une traverse en forme de plaque (38) qui est disposée verticalement à la section centrale (30) de la partie centrale (22), à la première section de bord (32) et à la deuxième section de bord (34), et qui présente trois ouvertures de passage (42, 44, 46) pour recevoir la section centrale (30) de la partie centrale (22), la première section de bord (32) et la deuxième section de bord (34).
- Noyau selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une première des trois ouvertures de passage (42, 44, 46) est adaptée à la section transversale de la section centrale (30) de la partie centrale (22), une deuxième des trois ouvertures de passage (42, 44, 46) est adaptée à la section transversale de la première section de bord (32), et une troisième des trois ouvertures de passage (42, 44, 46) est adaptée à la section transversale de la deuxième section de bord (34).
- Noyau selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la section centrale (30) de la partie centrale (22), la première section de bord (32) et/ou la deuxième section de bord (34) sont fixées par serrage dans l'ouverture de passage respective (42, 44, 46).
- Noyau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première partie latérale (16) et la deuxième partie latérale (20) présentent en générale une section transversale similaire à la forme de la lettre E.
- Noyau selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la première partie latérale et la deuxième partie latérale sont réalisées sous la forme d'un noyau E, d'un noyau PQ, d'un noyau ETD ou d'un noyau RM.
- Noyau selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce en plastique (36) présente une plaque de base (40) à partir de laquelle une traverse en forme de plaque (38) fait saillie verticalement, la plaque de base (40) étant prévue pour fixer la première partie latérale (18) et la deuxième partie latérale (20) du noyau (12).
- Noyau selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de base (40) est munie, sur sa face détournée de la traverse en forme de plaque (38), de moyens de fixation, en particulier de moyens d'arrêt ou de moyens de serrage.
- Composant inductif (10) comprenant un noyau (12) selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes et au moins une bobine (14, 16) qui entoure la section centrale (30) de la partie centrale (22) au moins par endroits.
- Composant inductif (10) selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce qu'une constante diélectrique de la matière plastique de la pièce en plastique (36) est adaptée à une inductance de la bobine (14, 16) afin d'obtenir une fréquence de résonance définie du composant inductif (10).
