Description

Frontblende für eine Schublade
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Frontblende für eine Schublade, wobei die Frontblende durch wenigstens eine Dekorplatte und einen Rahmen zur Aufnahme der Dekorplatte gebildet wird, wobei die Dekorplatte in einem montierten Zustand zumindest bereichsweise innerhalb des Rahmens aufgenommen ist und wobei der Rahmen zumindest einen Verriegelungsteil zum lösbaren Verriegeln der Frontblende mit einer Schubladenseitenwand aufweist.
Im Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Schublade mit einer Frontblende der zu beschreibenden Art sowie ein Verfahren zum Zusammenbau einer Frontblende.
In der WO 2009/111807 A2 und in der WO 2012/028489 A1 sind jeweils Schubladen mit einer Frontblende gezeigt, welche durch mehrere miteinander verbindbare Wandelemente gebildet ist. Die an den Endbereichen der Frontblende befindlichen Wandelemente weisen jeweils einen von der Frontblende quer abstehenden Verriegelungsteil oder Adapter auf, durch welchen die Frontblende mit den beiden Schubladenwänden lösbar verriegelbar ist.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Frontblende der eingangs erwähnten Gattung anzugeben, wobei die Montage der Dekorplatte am Rahmen einfach durchführbar ist.
Dies wird durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungen der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen definiert.
Gemäß der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass an zumindest einem Endbereich der Dekorplatte wenigstens eine von der Dekorplatte und vom Rahmen gesonderte Flaltevorrichtung zur Aufnahme des zumindest einen Endbereiches der Dekorplatte angeordnet ist, wobei die gesonderte Flaltevorrichtung mit dem Rahmen lösbar verbindbar ist. Auf diese Weise ist die Dekorplatte in einem ersten Montageschritt in den Rahmen einsetzbar und in einem weiteren Montageschritt durch die gesonderte Haltevorrichtung lösbar mit dem Rahmen verbindbar, wobei sich die Dekorplatte in einem Zustand, in welchem die Haltevorrichtung mit dem Rahmen verbunden ist, in ihrem montierten Zustand befindet und durch den Rahmen in Position gehalten wird.
Bei einem möglichen Ausführungsbeispiel kann vorgesehen sein, dass die gesonderte Haltevorrichtung durch wenigstens eine Schnappverbindung mit dem Rahmen lösbar verbindbar ist. Auf diese Weise kann die Haltevorrichtung mit dem Rahmen durch eine elastische Verbiegung oder Verformung und anschließendes Zurückfedern zumindest eines Verriegelungselementes formschlüssig verbunden werden. Solche Schnappverbindungen sind gemäß dem Stand der Technik in vielen Ausführungen bekannt und brauchen an dieser Stelle nicht näher beschrieben zu werden.
Die Frontblende kann eine nach außen gewandte Sichtseite und eine gegenüberliegende, im Montagezustand in das Innere der Schublade hin weisende Rückseite aufweisen, wobei die Haltevorrichtung in einem Zustand, in welchem die Haltevorrichtung mit dem Rahmen verbunden ist, an der Rückseite der Frontblende angeordnet ist. Auf diese Weise kann die Haltevorrichtung in einer optisch unauffälligen Weise angeordnet werden.
Ein besonderer Vorteil der Erfindung liegt darin, dass die Dekorplatte durch die Haltevorrichtung auch dann mit dem Rahmen verbindbar ist, wenn der Rahmen über den zumindest einen Verriegelungsteil mit der Schubladenseitenwand bereits verriegelt ist. Dies ermöglicht eine nachträgliche und komfortabel durchzuführende Montage, Demontage und einen problemlosen Austausch der Dekorplatte an bereits zusammengefügten Schubladen, bei denen also der Rahmen über den daran angeordneten oder ausgebildeten Verriegelungsteil mit der Schubladenseitenwand bereits verriegelt ist.
Die Schubladenseitenwand ist üblicherweise als Hohlkammerprofil ausgebildet, wobei eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung zur lösbaren Verriegelung des Verriegelungsteiles an einem vorderen (d.h. einem in Montagelage der Frontblende zugewandten) Endbereich innerhalb des Hohlkammerprofils angeordnet ist. Durch Einschieben des Verriegelungsteiles in die Verriegelungsvorrichtung der Schubladenseitenwand ist ein Verriegelungshebel auslösbar, sodass der Verriegelungsteil des Rahmens durch die Kraft einer Feder lösbar verriegelbar ist.
Gemäß einem Ausführungsbeispiel kann vorgesehen sein, dass die wenigstens eine Haltevorrichtung im montierten Zustand der Dekorplatte zumindest bereichsweise an einer Stirnseite und/oder an einer Mantelfläche der Dekorplatte anliegt. Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die wenigstens eine Haltevorrichtung den Endbereich der Dekorplatte, vorzugsweise vollständig, umgreift. Hierfür kann die Haltevorrichtung beispielsweise eine Einstecktasche zur Aufnahme des Endbereiches der Dekorplatte aufweisen.
Der Rahmen kann im Wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildet sein, wobei ein erster Seitenteil der U-Form in einem montierten Zustand der Dekorplatte entlang einer ersten Schmalseite der Dekorplatte, ein zweiter Seitenteil der U-Form an einer zweiten Schmalseite der Dekorplatte und ein Mittelteil der U-Form, welcher den ersten Seitenteil und den zweiten Seitenteil der U-Form miteinander verbindet, entlang einer Längsseite der Dekorplatte verläuft.
Der Rahmen kann ein längserstrecktes Trägerprofil mit einem ersten Endbereich und mit einem zweiten Endbereich aufweisen, wobei am ersten Endbereich und/oder am zweiten Endbereich des Trägerprofils ein Seitenteil angeordnet oder ausgebildet ist, wobei der Seitenteil in einer Montagelage der Frontblende an der Schublade vom Trägerprofil nach oben hin absteht. Hierbei kann vorsehen sein, dass das Trägerprofil zumindest eine in einer Längsrichtung des Trägerprofils verlaufende Nut zur Aufnahme einer Längsseite der Dekorplatte aufweist. Die Dekorplatte ist bei der Montage am Rahmen mit der unteren Längsseite in die Nut des Trägerprofils einführbar, nach erfolgtem Einführen in die Nut um eine in Längsrichtung der Dekorplatte verlaufende Achse verschwenkbar und nach erfolgtem Verschwenken durch die Haltevorrichtung mit dem Rahmen lösbar verriegelbar. Der Rahmen kann einstückig, mehrteilig oder auch monolithisch ausgebildet sein. Die Dekorplatte kann aus - beispielsweise transparentem, transluzentem oder satiniertem - Glas gebildet sein. Alternativ kann die Dekorplatte aus FHolz, Kunststoff, Metall, Keramik, Stein oder einem Verbundwerkstoff gebildet sein.
Die erfindungsgemäße Schublade weist wenigstens eine Frontblende der beschriebenen Art auf.
Das Verfahren zum Zusammenbau einer Frontblende ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
- in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt der Rahmen bereitgestellt wird,
- in einem zweiten Verfahrensschritt an zumindest einem Endbereich, vorzugsweise an beiden Endbereichen, der Dekorplatte die Flaltevorrichtung angeordnet wird, und
- in einem dritten Verfahrensschritt die Dekorplatte samt der Flaltevorrichtung lösbar mit dem Rahmen verbunden wird.
Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der vorliegenden Erfindung werden anhand der nachfolgenden Figurenbeschreibung erläutert.

Fig. 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Darstellung eines schrankförmigen Möbels 1 mit einem Möbelkorpus 2, wobei Schubladen 3a, 3b und 4 relativ zum Möbelkorpus 2 über (nicht gezeigte) Schubladenausziehführungen relativ zum Möbelkorpus 2 verfahrbar gelagert sind. Die Frontblenden der beiden Schubladen 3a, 3b liegen in der Schließstellung an einer Stirnseite 2a des Möbelkorpus 2 an. Die Schublade 4 kann hingegen als sogenannter Innenauszug ausgebildet sein, wobei die Frontblende 7 der Schublade 4 durch wenigstens eine Dekorplatte 10 und einen Rahmen 5 zur Aufnahme der Dekorplatte 10 gebildet wird. Der Rahmen 5 ist im Wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildet und weist im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel zwei Seitenteile 5a, 5b und ein zwischen den Seitenteilen 5a, 5b angeordnetes, längserstrecktes Trägerprofil 5c (beispielsweise in Form eines Strangpressprofiles aus Aluminium) auf. Der Rahmen 5 mit den Seitenteilen 5a, 5b und dem Trägerprofil 5c können entweder zusammen einstückig oder alternativ als aneinander zu befestigende Teile ausgeführt sein. Die Frontblende 7 der als Innenauszug ausgebildeten Schublade 4 schlägt in der Schließstellung der Schublade 4 nicht an der Stirnseite 2a des Möbelkorpus 2 an, sondern ist in der Schließstellung zwischen den beiden Seitenwänden des Möbelkorpus 2 angeordnet. Die Schublade 4 weist einen Schubladenboden 8 und Schubladenseitenwände 9 auf, wobei die Frontblende 7 der Schublade 4 in der Schließstellung durch eine hohe Frontblende der unteren Schublade 3b abdeckbar ist.
Fig. 2a zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht der Schublade 4, welche zwei gegenüberliegende Schubladenseitenwände 9, einen Schubladenboden 8 und eine Rückwand 12 aufweist. Die Schubladenseitenwände 9 sind jeweils als Flohlkammerprofile ausgebildet, in welchen - wie an sich bekannt - eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung 13 zum lösbaren Verriegeln der Frontblende 7 angeordnet ist. Die Verriegelungsvorrichtung 13 umfasst üblicherweise einen von einer Feder 13b vorgespannten Verriegelungshebel 13a, welcher mit einem Verriegelungsteil 14a, 14b (Fig. 2b) des Rahmens 5 lösbar verriegelbar ist. Zur Montage der Frontblende 7 werden die Verriegelungsteile 14a, 14b jeweils in den vorderen Endbereich der
Schubladenseitenwände 9 eingeschoben, wodurch der Verriegelungshebel 13a der Verriegelungsvorrichtung 13 auslösbar ist und die Frontblende 7 durch die Kraft der Federn 13b gegen die Stirnseiten 9a der Schubladenseitenwände 9 gezogen wird. Solche Verriegelungsvorrichtungen 13 sind gemäß dem Stand der Technik (beispielsweise aus der EP 0 740 917 B1 ) hinlänglich bekannt und brauchen an dieser Stelle nicht weiter beschrieben zu werden.
Fig. 2b zeigt die an den Seitenwänden 9 zu befestigende Frontblende 7 in einer perspektivischen Ansicht von hinten, wobei sich die Dekorplatte 10 in ihrem montierten Zustand befindet. Der Rahmen 5 kann ein längserstrecktes Trägerprofil 5c aufweisen, an dessen Endbereichen jeweils ein nach oben abstehendes Seitenteil 5a, 5b angeordnet ist. Die Seitenteile 5a, 5b weisen jeweils einen Verriegelungsteil 14a, 14b zum lösbaren Verriegeln mit der in der Schubladenseitenwand 9 angeordneten Verriegelungsvorrichtung 13 auf. Ferner kann an den Seitenteilen 5a, 5b ein Verbindungszapfen 15a, 15b zur lösbaren Befestigung einer (nicht gezeigten) Relingstrebe befestigt sein, welche in der Montagelage mit einem vorgegebenen Abstand über der Schubladenseitenwand 9 und in Längsrichtung der Schubladenseitenwand 9 verläuft. Die beiden Endbereiche der Dekorplatte 10 sind in Haltevorrichtungen 16a, 16b aufgenommen, welche - vorzugsweise werkzeuglos - an den Seitenteilen 5a, 5b zu befestigen sind. Dies kann beispielsweise durch eine gemäß dem Stand der Technik bekannte Schnappverbindung erfolgen.
Fig. 3a-3d zeigen die Montage der Dekorplatte 10 am Rahmen 5 in zeitlich aufeinanderfolgenden Schritten. Das längserstreckte Trägerprofil 5c des Rahmens 5 kann eine in Längsrichtung (L) verlaufende Nut 11 zur Aufnahme einer unteren Längsseite der Dekorplatte 10 aufweisen. Innerhalb der Nut 11 kann beispielsweise ein in Längsrichtung (L) verlaufender Elastomerstreifen zur Vermeidung von Klappergeräuschen angeordnet sein. In einem ersten Schritt wird der Rahmen 5 bereitgestellt, beispielsweise durch Zusammensetzen des Trägerprofils 5c mit den Seitenteilen 5a, 5b. In einem zweiten Schritt wird an zumindest einem Endbereich, vorzugsweise an beiden Endbereichen, der Dekorplatte 10 eine Haltevorrichtung 16a, 16b angeordnet (Fig. 3a). Zu erkennen ist, dass an den Seitenteilen 5a, 5b des Rahmens 5 zumindest ein Vorsprung 17, 18 (Fig. 3a, 3b) mit einer daran angeordneten Schrägfläche 17a, 18a (Fig. 5a) angeordnet ist, deren Funktion später erläutert wird.
In einem weiteren Schritt wird die Dekorplatte 10 mit der unteren Längsseite in die Nut 11 des Trägerprofils 5c des Rahmens 5 eingeführt (Fig. 3b), woraufhin die in die Nut 11 eingeführte Dekorplatte 10 um eine in Längsrichtung der Dekorplatte 10 verlaufende Achse verschwenkt wird (Fig. 3c). Wenn die an den Endbereichen der Dekorplatte 10 angeordneten Haltevorrichtungen 16a, 16b und die Seitenteile 5a, 5b annähernd parallel zueinander ausgerichtet sind, so werden die Haltevorrichtungen 16a, 16b mit den Seitenteilen 5a, 5b (beispielsweise durch zumindest eine Schnappverbindung) selbsttätig miteinander verriegelt (Fig. 3d), sodass die Dekorplatte 10 über die Haltevorrichtungen 16a, 16b relativ zum Rahmen 5 in Position gehalten wird. In den Haltevorrichtungen 16a, 16b können auch Spielausgleichselemente (beispielsweise Federzungen) vorgesehen werden, durch welche die Dekorplatte 10 im montierten Zustand relativ zu den Haltevorrichtungen 16a, 16b in Längsrichtung (L) und/oder in einer quer zur Längsrichtung (L) verlaufenden Richtung spielfrei anordenbar ist.
Fig. 4a zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer Haltevorrichtung 16a in einer Explosionsdarstellung. Die Haltevorrichtung 16a kann zumindest zwei relativ zueinander verschiebbare Bauteile 19, 20 aufweisen, wobei ein erster Bauteil 19 zur Aufnahme eines Endbereiches der Dekorplatte 10 und ein zweiter Bauteil 20 zur Befestigung am Rahmen 5 ausgebildet ist. Der erste Bauteil 19 kann eine Einstecktasche 22 aufweisen, in welche ein Endbereich der Dekorplatte 10 einsteckbar ist. Der zweite Bauteil 20 kann zumindest eine Ausnehmung 23a, 23b aufweisen, welche mit einem Steg 24 (Fig. 7) der Seitenteile 5a, 5b in Eingriff bringbar sind. Durch einen Kraftspeicher 21 , beispielsweise in Form einer Druckfeder, ist der zweite Bauteil 20 relativ zum ersten Bauteil 19 vorgespannt, sodass also der zweite Bauteil 20 durch die Kraft des Kraftspeichers 21 relativ zum ersten Bauteil 19 in Richtung (Y) gedrückt wird. Alternativ kann der Kraftspeicher 21 auch durch eine Materialelastizität eines Kunststoffteiles gebildet sein. Fig. 4b zeigt die Haltevorrichtung 16a in einem zusammengebauten Zustand.
Fig. 4c zeigt einen Querschnitt der Haltevorrichtung 16a in einem entriegelten Zustand, wobei der (hier nicht gezeigte) Kraftspeicher 21 gespannt ist. Der zweite Bauteil 20 nimmt relativ zum ersten Bauteil 19 eine erste Höhenlage H1 ein. Im verriegelten Zustand der Haltevorrichtung 16a, in welchem der Kraftspeicher 21 entspannt ist, nimmt hingegen der zweite Bauteil 20 relativ zum ersten Bauteil 19 eine zweite, tiefere Position H2 ein (Fig. 4d). Fig. 5a zeigt den Seitenteil 5a mit der daran zu befestigenden Haltevorrichtung 16a in einem Querschnitt. Der Seitenteil 5a weist zwei voneinander beabstandete Vorsprünge 17, 18 auf, welche jeweils eine Schrägfläche 17a, 18a und eine Ausnehmung 17b, 18b ausbilden. In einem ersten Schritt wird die Dekorplatte 10 in die Nut 11 des Trägerprofils 5c schräg eingeführt. Fig. 5b zeigt den in Fig. 5a eingekreisten Bereich B in einer vergrößerten Ansicht. Durch eine Schwenkbewegung der Haltevorrichtung 16a in Richtung des Seitenteiles 5a wird der zweite Bauteil 20 durch das Zusammenwirken mit der Schrägfläche 17a des Vorsprunges 17 entgegen der Kraft des Kraftspeichers 21 nach oben gedrängt.
Fig. 5c zeigt eine fortgesetzte Schwenkbewegung der Haltevorrichtung 16a relativ zum Seitenteil 5a des Rahmens 5. Fig. 5d zeigt den in Fig. 5c eingekreisten Bereich C in einer vergrößerten Ansicht, wobei die Ausnehmung 23a des zweiten Bauteiles 20 noch nicht in Eingriff mit einem am Seitenteil 5a angeordneten Steg 24 ist. Fig. 5e zeigt den in Fig. 5c eingekreisten Bereich B in einer vergrößerten Ansicht, wobei der zweite Bauteil 20 der Haltevorrichtung 16a durch Entlanggleiten an der Schrägfläche 17a nach oben verschoben wurde, wodurch der Kraftspeicher 21 maximal gespannt ist.
Fig. 6a-6f zeigen die fortgesetzte Montage der Haltevorrichtung 16a am Seitenteil 5a in Querschnitten und in vergrößerten Detailansichten. In Fig. 6a befindet sich die Haltevorrichtung 16a noch in einer geringen Schräglage relativ zum Seitenteil 5a, sodass noch keine Verriegelung vorliegt. Fig. 6b zeigt den in Fig. 6a eingekreisten Bereich C in einer vergrößerten Ansicht, wobei die Ausnehmung 23a des vom Kraftspeicher 21 beaufschlagten, zweiten Bauteiles 20 noch nicht mit dem Steg 24 des Seitenteiles 5a verriegelt ist. Fig. 6c zeigt den in Fig. 6a eingekreisten Bereich B in einer vergrößerten Ansicht, wobei der zweite Bauteil 20 noch nicht mit der Ausnehmung 17b des Seitenteiles 5a verriegelt ist.
Fig. 6d zeigt schließlich jene Stellung, in welcher die Haltevorrichtung 16a und der Seitenteil 5a parallel zueinander ausgerichtet und miteinander verriegelt sind. Fig. 6e zeigt den in Fig. 6d eingekreisten Bereich C in einer vergrößerten Ansicht, wobei die Ausnehmung 23a des zweiten Bauteiles 20 mit dem Steg 24 des Seitenteiles 5a durch die Kraft des Kraftspeichers 21 verriegelt ist. Fig. 6f zeigt den in Fig. 6d eingekreisten Bereich B in einer vergrößerten Ansicht, wobei der zweite Bauteil 20 durch die Kraft des Kraftspeichers 21 in die zwischen dem Seitenteil 5a und dem Vorsprung 17 gebildete Ausnehmung 17b eingedrückt wurde, sodass die Haltevorrichtung 16a (und damit die Dekorplatte 10) relativ zum Rahmen 5 verriegelt ist.
Fig. 7 zeigt die Frontblende 7 in einer Explosionsdarstellung, aus welcher der mehrteilig aufgebaute Rahmen 5 hervorgeht. Die Seitenteile 5a, 5b können jeweils Flansche 25 aufweisen, wodurch die Seitenteile 5a, 5b mit dem Trägerprofil 5c über Schrauben 26 aneinander fixierbar sind. Die Haltevorrichtungen 16a, 16b weisen jeweils eine Einstecktasche 22 zur Aufnahme eines Endbereiches der Dekorplatte 10 auf, wobei die Einstecktaschen 22 im montierten Zustand der Dekorplatte 10 eine Mantelfläche der Dekorplatte 10, vorzugsweise vollständig, umgreifen. Die zwei in Höhenrichtung voneinander beabstandeten Stege 24 des Seitenteiles 5b können beispielsweise durch Stanzen hergestellt werden und stehen im verriegelten Zustand der Haltevorrichtung 16b mit den Ausnehmungen 23a, 23b (Fig. 4a) der Haltevorrichtung 16b in Eingriff. Durch eine (beispielsweise aus Aluminium gebildete) Abdeckung 27 sind jeweils die Seitenteile 5a, 5b abdeckbar. Die Abdeckung 27 weist einen ersten Abschnitt 27a zur Anlage am Seitenteil 5b und einem vom ersten Abschnitt 27a rechtwinklig abstehenden zweiten Abschnitt 27b auf, welcher den Schenkel 28 des Seitenteiles 5b umgreift. Die Demontage der Dekorplatte 10 vom Rahmen 5 wird gelöst, indem zuerst die Abdeckung 27 vom Seitenteil 5b entfernt wird und anschließend ein Schraubendreher in eine im Bereich der Stege 24 gebildete Öffnung eingeführt wird, wobei der zweite Bauteil 20 der Haltevorrichtung 16b durch den Schraubendreher anhebbar und so die Verriegelung zwischen der Haltevorrichtung 16b und dem Seitenteil 5b lösbar ist.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Frontblende (7) für eine Schublade (4), wobei die Frontblende (7) durch wenigstens eine Dekorplatte (10) und einen Rahmen (5) zur Aufnahme der Dekorplatte (10) gebildet wird, wobei die Dekorplatte (10) in einem montierten Zustand zumindest bereichsweise innerhalb des Rahmens (5) aufgenommen ist und wobei der Rahmen (5) zumindest einen Verriegelungsteil (14a, 14b) zum lösbaren Verriegeln der Frontblende (7) mit einer Schubladenseitenwand (9) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an zumindest einem Endbereich der Dekorplatte (10) wenigstens eine von der Dekorplatte (10) und vom Rahmen (5) gesonderte Flaltevorrichtung (16a, 16b) zur Aufnahme des zumindest einen Endbereiches der Dekorplatte (10) angeordnet ist, wobei die gesonderte Flaltevorrichtung (16a, 16b) mit dem Rahmen (5) lösbar verbindbar ist.

Frontblende nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Frontblende (7) eine nach außen gewandte Sichtseite und eine gegenüberliegende, im Montagezustand in das Innere der Schublade(4) hin weisende Rückseite aufweist, wobei die Flaltevorrichtung (16a, 16b) in einem Zustand, in welchem die Flaltevorrichtung (16a, 16b) mit dem Rahmen (5) verbunden ist, an der Rückseite der Frontblende (7) angeordnet ist.
3. Frontblende nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dekorplatte (10) durch die Flaltevorrichtung (16a, 16b) auch dann mit dem Rahmen (5) verbindbar ist, wenn der Rahmen (5) über den zumindest einen Verriegelungsteil (14a, 14b) mit der Schubladenseitenwand (9) verriegelt ist.
4. Frontblende nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Flaltevorrichtung (16a, 16b) im montierten Zustand der Dekorplatte (10) zumindest bereichsweise an einer Stirnseite und/oder an einer Mantelfläche der Dekorplatte (10) anliegt.
5. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Haltevorrichtung (16a, 16b) den Endbereich der Dekorplatte (10) vollständig umgreift.
6. Schublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Haltevorrichtung (16a, 16b) eine Einstecktasche (22) zur Aufnahme des Endbereiches der Dekorplatte (10) aufweist.
7. Frontblende nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (5) im Wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildet ist.
8. Frontblende nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (5) ein längserstrecktes Trägerprofil (5c) mit einem ersten Endbereich und mit einem zweiten Endbereich aufweist, wobei am ersten Endbereich und/oder am zweiten Endbereich des Trägerprofils (5c) ein Seitenteil (5a, 5b) angeordnet oder ausgebildet ist, wobei der Seitenteil (5a, 5b) in einer Montagelage der Frontblende (7) an der Schublade (4) vom Trägerprofil (5c) nach oben hin absteht.
9. Frontblende nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerprofil (5c) zumindest eine in einer Längsrichtung (L) des Trägerprofils (5c) verlaufende Nut (11 ) zur Aufnahme einer Längsseite der Dekorplatte (10) aufweist.
10. Frontblende nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dekorplatte (10) bei der Montage am Rahmen (5) mit der unteren Längsseite in die Nut (11 ) des Trägerprofils (5c) einführbar, nach erfolgtem Einführen in die Nut (11 ) um eine in Längsrichtung der Dekorplatte (10) verlaufende Achse verschwenkbar und nach erfolgtem Verschwenken durch die Haltevorrichtung (16a, 16b) mit dem Rahmen (5) verriegelbar ist.
11. Frontblende nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (16a, 16b) mit dem Seitenteil (5a, 5b) des Rahmens (5) lösbar verbindbar ist.
12. Frontblende nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (16a, 16b) zumindest zwei relativ zueinander verschiebbare Bauteile (19, 10) aufweist, wobei ein erster Bauteil (19) zur Aufnahme des Endbereiches der Dekorplatte (10) und ein zweiter Bauteil (20) zur Befestigung am Rahmen (5) ausgebildet ist.
13. Frontblende nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Bauteile (19, 20) durch wenigstens einen Kraftspeicher (21 ) relativ zueinander vorgespannt sind.
14. Frontblende nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Rahmen (5), vorzugsweise am Seitenteil (5a, 5b), wenigstens ein Vorsprung (17, 18) mit einer Schrägfläche (17a, 18a) angeordnet ist, wobei der zweite Bauteil (20) bei der Montage der Dekorplatte (10) am Rahmen (5) entlang der Schrägfläche (17a, 18a) des Vorsprungs (17, 18) entgegen der Kraft des Kraftspeichers (21 ) bewegbar ist und anschließend durch die Kraft des Kraftspeichers (21 ) mit zumindest einer am Rahmen (5) angeordneten oder ausgebildeten Ausnehmung (17b) verriegelbar ist.
15. Frontblende nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (5) zumindest einen zweiten Verriegelungsteil (14a, 14b) zum lösbaren Verriegeln der Frontblende (7) mit einer zweiten Schubladenseitenwand (9) aufweist.
16. Schublade (4) mit einer Frontblende (7) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15.
17. Verfahren zum Zusammenbau einer Frontblende (7) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
- in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt der Rahmen (5) bereitgestellt wird,
- in einem zweiten Verfahrensschritt an zumindest einem Endbereich, vorzugsweise an beiden Endbereichen, der Dekorplatte (10) die Haltevorrichtung (16a, 16b) angeordnet wird, und
- in einem dritten Verfahrensschritt die Dekorplatte (10) samt der Haltevorrichtung (16a, 16b) lösbar mit dem Rahmen (5) verbunden wird.
18. Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (5) im Zuge des ersten Verfahrensschrittes aus dem längserstreckten Trägerprofil (5c) und zumindest einem Seitenteil (5a, 5b) zusammengesetzt wird.
