Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Seifenspendevorrichtung, umfassend eine Pumpeneinheit (1), an welcher ein Seifenvorratsbehälter (2) austauschbar befestigbar ist und durch welche ein von dem Seifenvorratsbehälter (2) ausgehender Seifenschlauch (3) führbar ist, wobei mittels der Pumpeneinheit (1) Seife aus dem Seifenvorratsbehälter (2) durch den durchgeführten Seifenschlauch (3 ) förderbar ist, eine flexible Führungsleitung (4), die an die Pumpeneinheit (1) angeschlossen ist und durch welche der Seifenschlauch (3) von der Pumpeneinheit (1) zu einer Sanitärarmatur (5) führbar ist.

Description

Seifenspendevorrichtung
Beschreibung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Seifenspendevorrichtung mit einer Pumpeneinheit und einer Befestigungsvorrichtung für die Pumpeneinheit. Die Erfindung betrifft insbesondere solche Seifenspendevorrichtungen, bei denen die Sanitärarmatur sowohl zur Abgabe von Flüssig- oder Schaumseife als auch zur Abgabe von Wasser eingerichtet ist. Hierbei sind insbesondere der Wasserauslass und der Seifenauslass benachbart zueinander an dem Armaturenkörper der Sanitärarmatur angeordnet.
Aus dem Stand der Technik ist es bekannt, dass mit dem Austausch eines Sei- fenvorratsbehälters auch ein Seifenschlauch ausgetauscht werden muss, der von dem Seifenvorratsbehälter zu dem Seifenauslass der Sanitärarmatur führt. Der Seifenschlauch wird beim Austausch des Seifenvorratsbehälters durch die Pumpeneinheit und durch den Sanitärarmaturenkörper zu dem Seifenauslass geführt. Da der Seifenschlauch durch die unterhalb eines Waschtisches fest installierte Pumpeneinheit eingeführt werden muss, gestaltet sich der Aus tausch des Seifenvorratsbehälters relativ umständlich.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, die mit Bezug zum Stand der Technik geschilderten Nachteile zu beheben und insbesondere eine Sei fenspendevorrichtung anzugeben, bei der der Seifenvorratsbehälter einfacher ausgetauscht werden kann. Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch eine Seifenspendevorrichtung mit den Merk- malen des unabhängigen Anspruchs. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Seifen spendevorrichtung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen und in der Beschrei bung angegeben, wobei einzelne Merkmale der vorteilhaften Weiterbildungen in technisch sinnvoller Weise beliebig miteinander kombinierbar sind.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft insbesondere eine Seifenspendevorrichtung, umfassend
eine Pumpeneinheit, an welcher ein Seifenvorratsbehälter insbesondere werkzeuglos, beispielsweise durch eine lösbare Rastverbindung, aus tauschbar befestigbar ist und durch welche ein von dem Seifenvorrats behälter ausgehender Seifenschlauch führbar ist, wobei mittels der Pumpeneinheit Seife aus dem Seifenvorratsbehälter durch den durch die Pumpeneinheit durchgeführten Seifenschlauch förderbar ist,
eine flexible Führungsleitung, beispielsweise eine flexible Schlauchlei tung, die an die Pumpeneinheit insbesondere über eine Schraubverbin dung angeschlossen ist und durch welche der Seifenschlauch von der Pumpeneinheit zu einer Sanitärarmatur führbar ist, und
eine Befestigungsvorrichtung zur mittelbaren oder unmittelbaren Halte rung der Pumpeneinheit, wobei die Pumpeneinheit zum Austausch des Seifenvorratsbehälters werkzeuglos von einem Halteelement der Befestigungsvorrichtung abnehmbar und nach dem Austausch wieder anbring- bar ist.
Die Erfindung sieht in ihrem Grundgedanken also vor, dass die Pumpeneinheit ohne großen Aufwand von der Befestigungsvorrichtung abnehmbar ist, wobei zum Austausch des Seifenvorratsbehälters die abgenommene Pumpeneinheit aufgrund der flexiblen Führungsleitung durch den Benutzer frei ausrichtbar ist, sodass das Einführen des Seifenschlauches in die Pumpeneinheit verein facht ist, da die Pumpeneinheit in eine zum Einführen des Pumpenschlauches geeignete Stellung ausgerichtet werden kann.
An j edem Seifenvorratsbehälter für Flüssigseife ist bevorzugt ein eigener Sei fenschlauch angebracht, der gemeinsam mit dem Seifenvorratsbehälter ausge tauscht wird. Dementsprechend ist die Pumpeneinheit so ausgebildet, dass der Seifenschlauch durch einem Schlaucheingang in die Pumpeneinheit einführbar ist, wobei die Pumpeneinheit zur Förderung der Flüssigseife auf den Pumpen- schlauch einwirkt. Die flexible Führungsleitung ist so an der Pumpeneinheit angebracht, dass der durch die Pumpeneinheit beim Austausch des Seifenvor ratsbehälters durchgeführte Seifenschlauch selbsttätig in die flexible Füh rungsleitung eingeschoben wird. Durch die flexible Führungsleitung wird der Seifenschlauch zu einer Sanitärarmatur geführt.
Die Sanitärarmatur ist insbesondere dazu eingerichtet, sowohl Wasser an ei nem Wasserauslass als auch Seife an einem Seifenauslass auszugeben. Die Sanitärarmatur ist insbesondere zur Anbringung auf einer Oberseite eines Waschtisches eingerichtet, wobei eine Hülse der Sanitärarmatur durch den Waschtisch hindurchgeführt ist und die Sanitärarmatur mittels der Hülse an dem Waschtisch festlegbar ist.
Die Befestigungsvorrichtung und die Pumpeneinheit sind in diesem Fall un terhalb des Waschtisches angebracht. Der Armaturenkörper der Sanitärarma tur weist im Inneren eine Schlauchführung für den Seifenschlauch auf, durch welche der Seifenschlauch beim Austausch des Seifenvorratsbehälters zum Seifenauslass geführt wird. Die flexible Führungsleitung ist hierzu so an der Sanitärarmatur angebracht, dass der durch die flexible Führungsleitung hin- durchgeschobene Seifenschlauch selbsttätig in die Schlauchführung des Sani tärarmaturenkörpers gelangt. Die Befestigungsvorrichtung ist so eingerichtet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung an einer Wand, dem Waschtisch und/oder bevorzugt an der Sanitärarmatur angebracht werden kann. Die Befestigungsvorrichtung weist ein insbeson dere einteilig mit der Befestigungsvorrichtung ausgebildete Halteelement auf, an dem die Pumpeneinheit und/oder der flexible Führungsschlauch festgelegt werden können, sodass die Pumpeneinheit unterhalb des Waschtisches instal lierbar ist. Es kann prinzipiell vorgesehen sein, dass an der flexiblen Füh rungsleitung oder der Pumpeneinheit ein Halterungselement angebracht ist, mit welchem die Pumpeneinheit und/oder die flexible Führungsleitung an dem Halteelement der Befestigungsvorrichtung festlegbar ist. Bevorzugt ist das Halteelement aber so ausgebildet, dass die flexible Führungsleitung und/oder die Pumpeneinheit direkt an dem Halteelement festlegbar sind.
Das Halteelement kann insbesondere so ausgebildet sein, dass es die Pumpen einheit und/oder die flexible Führungsleitung im installierten Zustand arre tiert. Zum Lösen der Arretierung muss also ein gewisser Widerstand überwun den werden oder gegebenenfalls ein Arretierungselement mechanisch ausgelenkt werden. Somit ist sichergestellt, dass die Pumpeneinheit nicht versehentlich von dem Halteelement gelöst wird.
Insbesondere ist das Halteelement der Befestigungsvorrichtung durch einen vertikal ausgerichteten Abschnitt gebildet, in dem eine zu einer Seite offene Aussparung ausgebildet ist, in welche die Pumpeneinheit und/oder die fle xible Führungsleitung zur Halterung der Pumpeneinheit einbringbar ist. Die Pumpeneinheit und/oder die flexible Führungsleitung können also von der offenen Seite in die Aussparung eingeführt werden, wobei die Pumpeneinheit und/oder die flexible Führungsleitung mit einem auskragenden Abschnitt auf der Oberfläche des vertikal ausgerichteten Abschnitts zur Anlage kommen, sodass die Pumpeneinheit an der Befestigungsvorrichtung hängt. Bevorzug ist die flexible Führungsleitung auf einen entsprechenden Anschluss an die Pum peneinheit aufgeschraubt, wobei das aufgeschraubte Bauteil der flexiblen Führungsleitung auf der Oberseite des vertikal ausgerichteten Abschnitts des Halteelements zur Anlage kommt und das Anschlussteil der Pumpeneinheit in der Aussparung angeordnet ist.
Da die Pumpeneinheit und der daran befestigbare Seifenvorratsbehälter seitlich versetzt zu einem Siphon des Waschtisches zu befestigen sind, ist das Halteelement bevorzugt außermittig an der Befestigungsvorrichtung angeord net.
Damit das Halteelement der Befestigungsvorrichtung in einer vordefinierten Position relativ zu der Sanitärarmatur angeordnet ist, kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung ein Armaturenanbringungselement aufweist, mit dem die Befestigungsvorrichtung an der Sanitärarmatur anbringbar ist.
Die Befestigungsvorrichtung wird insbesondere an einer Hülse der Sanitärarmatur befestigt, die von der Waschtischoberseite zur Waschtischunterseite geführt ist und mit welcher die Sanitärarmatur am Waschtisch festgelegt ist. In der Regel wird durch die Hülse die Warm- und/oder Kaltwasserleitung in die Sanitärarmatur hineingeführt. Durch die Hülse wird auch der Seifenschlauch in die Sanitärarmatur eingeführt.
Insbesondere umfasst das Armaturenanbringungselement in einem vertikal ausgerichteten Abschnitt eine Öffnung, mit der die Befestigungsvorrichtung auf ein Teil, insbesondere die Hülse der Sanitärarmatur aufgebracht ist. Somit kann die Befestigungsvorrichtung einfach von unten auf die Hülse aufgesetzt werden.
Hierbei kann insbesondere vorgesehen sein, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung mittels einer auf die Hülse der Sanitärarmatur aufgeschraubten Mutter festge legt wird, wobei die Mutter gleichzeitig dazu dienen kann, die Sanitärarmatur am Waschtisch zu befestigen. In diesem Zusammenhang kann insbesondere vorgesehen sein, dass das Hal teelement und das Armaturenanbringungselement sowohl vertikal als auch horizontal versetzt zueinander an der Befestigungsvorrichtung angeordnet sind, sodass der Abstand zwischen Halteelement und Armaturenanbringungselement feststeht und das dementsprechend auch die Länge der flexiblen Führungslei tung gewählt sein kann.
Bevorzugt ist zudem, dass die flexible Führungsleitung mit einem Ende in ein Teil, beispielsweise ein Anschlussteil der Sanitärarmatur zerstörungsfrei lös bar befestigbar, beispielsweise anschraubbar ist. Durch eine solche sichere Befestigung der flexiblen Führungsleitung an einem Teil der Sanitärarmatur kann gewährleistet werden, dass die Pumpeneinheit über die flexible Füh rungsleitung beim Austausch des Seifenvorratsbehälters an der Sanitärarmatur hängt, wenn die Pumpeneinheit nicht aktiv von einem Benutzer gehalten wird.
Die Erfindung sowie das technische Umfeld werden im Folgenden anhand der Figuren beispielhaft erläutert. Es zeigen schematisch

Die in den Figuren gezeigte Seifenspendevorrichtung umfasst eine Pumpen einheit 1 , an der ein Seifenvorratsbehälter 2 für flüssige Seife lösbar befestigt ist. An die Pumpeneinheit 1 ist eine flexible Führungsleitung 4 angeschlos sen, die zu einer Sanitärarmatur 5 führt. Die Sanitärarmatur 5 umfasst einen Armaturenkörper 14, an dem ein Seifenauslass 1 5 und ein Wasserauslass 16 nebeneinander ausgebildet sind. Die Seifenspendevorrichtung umfasst ferner eine Befestigungsvorrichtung 6 mit einem Halteelement 7 und einem Armaturenanbringungselement 9. Wie insbesondere aus Figur 2 ersichtlich ist, ist das Halteelement 7 vertikal ausge richtet und umfasst eine Aussparung 8 , in die die Pumpeneinheit 1 mit einem Anschlussteil 12 angebracht ist und auf deren Oberseite eine Mutter der flexiblen Führungsleitung 4 zur Halterung der Pumpeneinheit 1 aufliegt.
Das Armaturenanbringungselement 9 ist ebenfalls vertikal ausgerichtet und mit einer Öffnung auf eine Hülse 1 1 aufgesetzt, wobei auf die Hülse 1 1 eine Mutter 10 aufgeschraubt ist, die einerseits die Befestigungsvorrichtung 6 an der Hülse 1 1 haltert und andererseits die Sanitärarmatur 5 an einem nicht dargestellten Waschtisch festlegt.
Wie insbesondere in Figur 2 zu erkennen ist, ist in der Hülse 1 1 ein Anschlussteil 12 angeordnet, in welches die flexible Führungsleitung 4 einge schraubt ist. An das Anschlussteil 12 schließt sich eine Schlauchführung 13 im Inneren des Armaturenkörpers 14 an, der zu dem Seifenauslass 1 5 führt.
An dem Anschlussteil 12 sind zudem nicht dargestellte Anschlüsse für Kalt- und/oder Heißwasserzuleitungen ausgebildet, von denen aus eine Wasserlei tung zu dem Wasserauslass 16 führt.
In dem in Figur 2 dargestellten Zustand ist die Pumpeneinheit 1 aus dem Hal teelement 7 der Befestigungsvorrichtung 6 herausgenommen. Aufgrund der flexiblen Führungsleitung 4 könnte die Pumpeneinheit 1 durch einen Benutzer beliebig ausgerichtet werden. In dem in Figur 2 dargestellten Zustand hängt die Pumpeneinheit 1 allerdings an der Schlauchleitung 4, die in das An- schlussteil 12 eingeschraubt ist.
In Figur 2 ist auch zu erkennen, dass an dem Seifenvorratsbehälter 2 ein Sei fenschlauch 3 befestigt ist, der gemeinsam mit dem Seifenvorratsbehälter 2 ausgetauscht wird. Ein Seifenschlauch 3 eines neuen Seifenvorratsbehälters 2 wird zunächst in die Pumpeneinheit 1 eingeführt, wozu die Pumpeneinheit 1 aufgrund der flexiblen Führungsleitung 4 beliebig ausgerichtet werden kann. Nachdem der Seifenschlauch 3 durch die Pumpeneinheit 1 hindurchgeführt ist, gelangt der Seifenschlauch 3 in die flexible Führungsleitung 4, die den Seifenschlauch 3 durch das Anschlussteil 12 zu der Schlauchführung 13 in dem Armaturenkörper 1 4 führt. Im montierten Zustand ist der Seifenschlauch 3 soweit durch die Schlauchführung 13 eingeführt, dass er mit seinem an dem Seifenauslass 15 Ende anliegt.

Claims

Ansprüche
1 . Seifenspendevorrichtung, umfassend
eine Pumpeneinheit ( 1 ), an welcher ein Seifenvorratsbehälter (2) austauschbar befestigbar ist und durch welche ein von dem Seifenvorratsbehälter (2) ausgehender Seifenschlauch (3 ) führbar ist, wobei mittels der Pumpeneinheit ( 1 ) Seife aus dem Seifenvorrats- behälter (2) durch den durchgeführten Seifenschlauch (3) förder bar ist,
eine flexible Führungsleitung (4), die an die Pumpeneinheit ( 1 ) angeschlossen ist und durch welche der Seifenschlauch (3) von der Pumpeneinheit ( 1 ) zu einer Sanitärarmatur (5) führbar ist, und eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (6) zur mittelbaren oder unmittelba ren Halterung der Pumpeneinheit (1 ), wobei die Pumpeneinheit ( 1 ) zum Austausch des Seifenvorratsbehälters (2) werkzeug- los von einem Halteelement (7) der Befestigungsvorrichtung (6) abnehmbar und an das Halteelement (7) anbringbar ist.

Seifenspendevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , wobei das Halteelement (7) der Befestigungsvorrichtung (6) durch einen vertikal ausgerichteten Ab schnitt gebildet ist, in dem eine zu einer Seite offene Aussparung (8) ausgebildet ist, in welche die Pumpeneinheit (1) und/oder die flexible Führungsleitung (4) zur Halterung der Pumpeneinheit ( 1 ) einbringbar ist.
3. Seifenspendevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Halteele ment (7) außermittig an der Befestigungsvorrichtung angeordnet ist.
4. Seifenspendevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung (6) ein Armaturenanbringungselement (9) aufweist, mit dem die Befestigungsvorrichtung (6) an der Sa- nitärarmatur (5) anbringbar ist.
5. Seifenspendevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Armaturenanbringungselement (9) eine Öffnung umfasst, mit der die Befestigungsvor- richtung (6) auf ein Teil einer Sanitärarmatur (5) aufgebracht ist.
6. Seifenspendevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 , wobei die Befestigungsvor- richtung (6) mittels einer auf das Teil der Sanitärarmatur (5) aufge- schraubten Mutter (1 0) an der Sanitärarmatur (5) festgelegt ist.
7. Seifenspendevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei das Halteelement (7) und das Armaturenbefestigungselement (9) vertikal und/oder horizontal versetzt zueinander an der Befestigungsvorrich- tung (6) angeordnet sind.
8. Seifenspendevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die flexible Führungsleitung (4) mit einem Ende an einem Teil der Sanitärarmatur (5) lösbar befestigbar ist.
