  • the power rail 100 is for example formed in one piece from a metal (eg copper, copper alloy).

Claims (19)

  1. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) servant au raccordement d'un conducteur électrique (2), comprenant
    - une barre omnibus (100),
    - un ressort de serrage (200),
    - un boîtier (300),
    - un levier (400),
    dans laquelle
    - la barre omnibus (100) et le ressort de serrage (200) et le levier (400) sont reçus au moins partiellement dans le boîtier (300),
    - le levier (400) présente un premier disque de palier (410) ayant un premier contour extérieur partiellement circulaire (411) pour loger le levier (400) dans un premier coussinet (510),
    - le levier (400) présente un deuxième disque de palier (420) ayant un deuxième contour extérieur partiellement circulaire (421) pour loger le levier (400) dans un deuxième coussinet (520), le deuxième disque de palier (420) étant espacé du premier disque de palier (410),
    - le levier (400) présente une poignée d'actionnement (490) qui est reliée au premier disque de palier (410) et au deuxième disque de palier (420),
    - le ressort de serrage (200) présente une branche de serrage (210), la branche de serrage (210) formant avec la barre omnibus (100) un point de serrage (K) pour le serrage du conducteur électrique (2) sur la barre omnibus (100),
    - le levier (400) présente un entraîneur (430) qui est réalisé, lors du pivotement du levier (400), pour déplacer la branche de serrage (210) d'une position fermée (GS) à une position ouverte (OS),
    caractérisée en ce que
    - le premier coussinet (510) est formé à partir
    d'une première section de boîtier (310) du boîtier (300) ayant un contour intérieur partiellement circulaire (311), et
    d'une première section de paroi de barre omnibus (110) de la barre omnibus (100) ayant un contour intérieur (111),
    la première section de paroi de barre omnibus (110) de la barre omnibus (100) présentant un contour intérieur partiellement circulaire (111),
    et/ou
    - le deuxième coussinet (520) est formé à partir
    d'une deuxième section de boîtier (320) du boîtier (300) ayant un contour intérieur partiellement circulaire (321), et
    d'une deuxième section de paroi de barre omnibus (120) de la barre omnibus (100) ayant un contour intérieur (121),
    la deuxième section de paroi de barre omnibus (120) de la barre omnibus (100) présentant un contour intérieur partiellement circulaire (121).
  2. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle
    - un rayon (r) du premier contour extérieur partiellement circulaire (411) du premier disque de palier (410) n'est pas supérieur à un rayon du contour intérieur partiellement circulaire (111, 311) de la première section de boîtier (310) et/ou de la première section de paroi de barre omnibus (110),
    et/ou
    - un rayon (r) du deuxième contour extérieur partiellement circulaire (421) du deuxième disque de palier (420) n'est pas supérieur à un rayon du contour intérieur partiellement circulaire (121, 321) de la deuxième section de boîtier (320) et/ou de la deuxième section de paroi de barre omnibus (120).
  3. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - le boîtier (300) comprend une partie de réception (340) pourvue d'un espace intérieur (341) servant à recevoir au moins la barre omnibus (100) et un couvercle (360),
    - le couvercle (360) ferme une ouverture orientée vers l'espace intérieur (341) de la partie de réception (340),
    - le couvercle (360) présente la première section de boîtier (310) pour former le premier coussinet (510), et/ou le couvercle (360) présente la deuxième section de boîtier (320) pour former le deuxième coussinet (520), et/ou
    - la partie de réception (340) présente la première section de boîtier (310) pour former le premier coussinet (510), et/ou la partie de réception (340) présente la deuxième section de boîtier (320) pour former le deuxième coussinet (520).
  4. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - le boîtier (300), en particulier le couvercle (360), présente une première paroi de guidage (331) et/ou une deuxième paroi de guidage (332) d'un passage de guidage de conducteur (LF), le passage de guidage de conducteur (LF) guidant le conducteur électrique (2) jusqu'au point de serrage (K).
  5. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - la première section de boîtier (310) et une première face intérieure (412), tournée vers le conducteur électrique (2), du premier disque de palier (410) sont alignées au moins dans la direction d'insertion de conducteur (ER), et/ou
    - la deuxième section de boîtier (320) et une deuxième face intérieure (422), tournée vers le conducteur électrique (2), du deuxième disque de palier (420) sont alignées au moins dans la direction d'insertion de conducteur (ER).
  6. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - un passage de guidage de conducteur (LF) est fermé latéralement par la première face intérieure (412) du premier disque de palier (410) et la première section de boîtier (310) et la première section de paroi de barre omnibus (110) en particulier sur une hauteur du conducteur électrique (2), à l'exception d'un intervalle entre le premier disque de palier (410) et la première section de boîtier (310) et entre le premier disque de palier (410) et la première section de paroi de barre omnibus (110) et entre la première section de paroi de barre omnibus (110) et la première section de boîtier (310),
    et/ou
    - un passage de guidage de conducteur (LF) est fermé latéralement par la deuxième face intérieure (422) du deuxième disque de palier (420) et la deuxième section de boîtier (320) et la deuxième section de paroi de barre omnibus (120) en particulier sur une hauteur du conducteur électrique (2), à l'exception d'un intervalle entre le deuxième disque de palier (420) et la deuxième section de boîtier (320) et entre le deuxième disque de palier (420) et la deuxième section de paroi de barre omnibus (120) et entre la deuxième section de paroi de barre omnibus (120) et deuxième section de boîtier (320).
  7. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - la barre omnibus (100) forme avec
    une section de fond (130) et
    une section de fixation (140) et
    la première section de paroi de barre omnibus (110) et/ou
    la deuxième section de paroi de barre omnibus (120) un cadre de contact (KR).
  8. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - la section de fond (130) et la section de fixation (140) et la première section de paroi de barre omnibus (110) et la deuxième section de paroi de barre omnibus (120) de la barre omnibus (100) sont réalisées d'un seul tenant à partir d'une pièce métallique.
  9. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - le ressort de serrage (200) présente la branche de serrage (210) et une branche d'appui (220) et un arc élastique (230) reliant la branche de serrage (210) et la branche d'appui (220).
  10. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - la branche d'appui (220) du ressort de serrage (200) et la section de fixation (140) de la barre omnibus (100) présentent un palier (149, 250) pour loger la branche d'appui (220) et la section de fixation (140) l'un contre l'autre.
  11. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - la première section de paroi de barre omnibus (110) et/ou la deuxième section de paroi de barre omnibus (120) présente(nt) une surface (115) adjacente au contour intérieur (111, 121) qui forme une butée (115) pour le levier (100) dans la position ouverte (OS).
  12. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - la première section de boîtier (310) du boîtier (300) et/ou la deuxième section de boîtier (320) du boîtier (300) présente(nt) une face de boîtier (315) adjacente au contour intérieur partiellement circulaire (311) et qui forme une butée (315) pour le levier (400) dans la position fermée (GS).
  13. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - le boîtier (300) présente un couvercle (360) pourvu d'une première section de boîtier (310) pour former le premier coussinet (510) et d'une deuxième section de boîtier (320) pour former le deuxième coussinet (520),
    - un premier contour intérieur partiellement circulaire (311) de la première section de boîtier (310), vu dans la direction d'insertion de conducteur (ER), s'étend jusqu'après l'axe de rotation (D) du premier disque de palier (410), et
    - un deuxième contour intérieur partiellement circulaire (321) de la deuxième section de boîtier (320), vu dans la direction d'insertion de conducteur (ER), s'étend jusqu'après l'axe de rotation (D) du deuxième disque de palier (420).
  14. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - dans la position ouverte (OS), le premier disque de palier (410) est adjacent au contour intérieur partiellement circulaire (311) de la première section de boîtier (310) et au contour intérieur (111) de la première section de paroi de barre omnibus (110), et/ou
    - dans la position fermée (GS), le premier disque de palier (410) est adjacent au contour intérieur partiellement circulaire (311) de la première section de boîtier (310) et au contour intérieur (111) de la première section de paroi de barre omnibus (110).
  15. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - dans la position ouverte, le deuxième disque de palier (420) est adjacent au contour intérieur partiellement circulaire (321) de la deuxième section de boîtier (320) et au contour intérieur (121) de la deuxième section de paroi de barre omnibus (120), et/ou
    - dans la position fermée (GS), le deuxième disque de palier (420) est adjacent au contour intérieur partiellement circulaire (321) de la deuxième section de boîtier (320) et au contour intérieur (121) de la deuxième section de paroi de barre omnibus (120).
  16. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - la barre omnibus (100) présente une languette (150) pour former une poche collectrice de conducteur (AT) pour le conducteur électrique (2), la languette (150) limitant une profondeur d'insertion du conducteur électrique (2).
  17. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - la section de fixation (140) de la barre omnibus (100) présente un prolongement (145) sous la forme d'un support pour l'appui d'une branche d'appui (220) du ressort de serrage (200).
  18. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - le premier contour extérieur partiellement circulaire (411) du premier disque de palier (400) et le deuxième contour extérieur partiellement circulaire (421) du deuxième disque de palier (420) définissent un axe rotation (D) du levier (400) lors du pivotement du levier (400) de la position fermée (GS) à la position ouverte (OS),
    - l'entraîneur (430) présente une surface bombée (435) de façon à faire varier l'écartement (d) entre une zone de la surface (435), en contact avec la branche de serrage (210), et l'axe de rotation (D) lors du pivotement du levier (400).
  19. Borne de raccordement à ressort (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle
    - l'entraîneur (430) présente une forme de section transversale substantiellement ovale ou substantiellement réniforme ou substantiellement elliptique.
