Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kraftpapier mit einer nach ISO 534:2011 gemessenen Dichte von 630-870 kg/m3 und einer nach SS-ISO 1924-3:2011 gemessenen Bruchdehnung in Maschinenrichtung (MD) von 1,0-8,9 %, umfassend einen Schritt des Kalandrierens einer Papierbahn bei einem Trockengehalt von 55-79 %, wobei die Linienlast des Kalandrierungsschritts 8-90 kN/m, wie z. B. 10-70 kN/m, wie z. B. 12-50 kN/m, wie z. B. 15-40 kN/m, beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die gemäß ISO 534:2011 gemessene Dichte des Kraftpapiers 690-850 kg/m3, wie z. B. 700-830 kg/m3, wie z. B. 730-830 kg/m3, beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die gemäß SS-ISO 1924-3:2011 gemessene Bruchdehnung in Maschinenrichtung (MD) des Kraftpapiers 1,0-2,9 % und der gemäß ISO 2493-1:2010 gemessene Biegefestigkeitsindex des Kraftpapiers in MD 190-250 Nm6/kg3 beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Papierbahn in einer Clupak-Einheit verdichtet wird, wobei die gemäß SS-ISO 1924-3:2011 gemessene Bruchdehnung des Kraftpapiers in Maschinenrichtung (MD) 3,0-8,9 %, wie z. B. 3,0-6,0 %, beträgt, und der gemäß ISO 2493-1:2010 gemessene Biegefestigkeitsindex des Kraftpapiers in MD 90-120 Nm6/kg3, wie z. B. 95-115 Nm6/kg3 beträgt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Sackpapier mit einem Gurley-Wert gemäß ISO 5636-5:2013 von 2 bis 15 s, umfassend die Schritte des Verdichtens einer Papierbahn in einer Clupak-Einheit und des Kalandrierens der Papierbahn bei einem Trockengehalt von 55-79 %, wobei die Linienlast des Kalandrierungsschritts 8-90 kN/m, wie z. B. 10-70 kN/m, wie z. B. 12-50 kN/m, wie z. B. 15-40 kN/m, beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei vor dem Schritt des Kalandrierens die Papierbahn in der Clupak-Einheit verdichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Trockengehalt in dem Kalandrierungsschritt 55-75 % beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt des Kalandrierens in einem Trocknungsabschnitt einer Papiermaschine durchgeführt wird, in welchem Trocknungsabschnitt dem die Papierbahn vor und nach dem Kalandrierungsschritt getrocknet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei für den Kalandrierungsschritt ein Weichspaltkalander verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die nach ISO 8791-2 gemessene Bendtsen-Rauheit mindestens einer Seite des Kraft- oder Sackpapiers 300-700 ml/min beträgt.
