本发明公开了一种格拉辛原纸超级压光工艺,该格拉辛原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:阔叶木浆55‑98份、生石灰1‑13份、玉米淀粉9‑15份、蒸馏水40‑85份、分散剂0.1‑0.9份、烷基烯酮二聚物0.8‑1.2份、烘缸剥离剂0.9‑1.7份、碳酸钙1‑3份、木聚糖酶0.3‑2份、过氧化钠1‑7份和纤维素酶3‑6份,所述格拉辛原纸制备过程中添加的分散剂、烷基烯酮二聚物和烘缸剥离剂,提高了原纸的强度和韧性;超级压光采用带温度的两辊互碾,同时在超压前控制了原纸的水分含量,保证了在超压时候原纸的压缩性,从而提高了原纸的紧密度和韧性,同时也降低了能耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种格拉辛原纸超级压光工艺。
背景技术
格拉辛原纸具有强度高、韧性好、抗水拒油性好的特点,因此格拉辛纸被广泛应用于食品、医药等行业,也可用于高速自动贴标特殊胶带、激光防伪标等。为了保证格拉辛原纸具有很高的紧度和良好的表面性能,生产过程中需要通过超级压光来提高纸张的紧密度,而现有的超压工艺都只是简单的重力碾压,不注意原纸的水分含量和压缩性,往往会造成在超压过程中很大影响原纸的韧性和紧密度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种生产成本低廉,压光效果好,具有耐热性能,提高了抗老化性,生产过程更环保的格拉辛原纸。
为解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种格拉辛原纸,该格拉辛原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:阔叶木浆55-98份、生石灰1-13份、玉米淀粉9-15份、蒸馏水40-85份、分散剂0.1-0.9份、烷基烯酮二聚物0.8-1.2份、烘缸剥离剂0.9-1.7份、碳酸钙1-3份、木聚糖酶0.3-2份、过氧化钠1-7份和纤维素酶3-6份,所述格拉辛原纸制备过程中的超级压光采用两辊转动方式。
本发明所要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种格拉辛原纸的制备方法,
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:所述格拉辛原纸的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取阔叶木浆55-98份、生石灰1-13份和纤维素酶3-6份进行打浆;
2)按重量份配比提取蒸馏水40-85份、分散剂0.1-0.9份、烷基烯酮二聚物0.8-1.2份、烘缸剥离剂0.9-1.7份、碳酸钙1-3份、木聚糖酶0.3-2份、过氧化钠1-7份添加进步骤1的浆料内,用玻璃棒搅拌;
3)将步骤2中得到的浆料进行网部成型处理;
4)将步骤3中已经成型的浆料进行压榨;
5)经步骤4压榨后进行前段干燥,干燥后水分控制在5%-10%;
6)经步骤4干燥后添加玉米淀粉9-15份进行表面施胶;
7)将步骤6施胶后再进行后段干燥,干燥后水分控制在15%;
8)将步骤7干燥后的原纸进行超级压光处理,超级压光采用两辊相互碾压,辊面温度控制在200℃-250℃,超级压光后即为成品原纸。
本发明格拉辛原纸的有益效果是:所述格拉辛原纸制备过程中添加的分散剂、烷基烯酮二聚物和烘缸剥离剂,提高了原纸的强度和韧性;超级压光采用带温度的两辊互碾,同时在超压前控制了原纸的水分含量,保证了在超压时候原纸的压缩性,从而提高了原纸的紧密度和韧性,同时也降低了能耗。

以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
本发明的一种格拉辛原纸,该格拉辛原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:阔叶木浆55份、生石灰1份、玉米淀粉9份、蒸馏水40份、分散剂0.1份、烷基烯酮二聚物0.8份、烘缸剥离剂0.9份、碳酸钙1份、木聚糖酶0.3份、过氧化钠1份和纤维素酶3份,所述格拉辛原纸制备过程中的超级压光采用两辊转动方式。
所述格拉辛原纸的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取阔叶木浆55份、生石灰1份和纤维素酶3份进行打浆;
2)按重量份配比提取蒸馏水40份、分散剂0.1份、烷基烯酮二聚物0.8份、烘缸剥离剂0.9份、碳酸钙1份、木聚糖酶0.3份、过氧化钠1份添加进步骤1的浆料内,用玻璃棒搅拌;
3)将步骤2中得到的浆料进行网部成型处理;
4)将步骤3中已经成型的浆料进行压榨;
5)经步骤4压榨后进行前段干燥,干燥后水分控制在5%-10%;
6)经步骤4干燥后添加玉米淀粉9份进行表面施胶;

其与实施例1不同之处在于,该格拉辛原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:阔叶木浆66份、生石灰6份、玉米淀粉12份、蒸馏水60份、分散剂0.5份、烷基烯酮二聚物1份、烘缸剥离剂1.3份、碳酸钙2份、木聚糖酶1份、过氧化钠4份和纤维素酶4份,所述格拉辛原纸制备过程中的超级压光采用两辊转动方式。
实施例4
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该格拉辛原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:阔叶木浆58份、生石灰3份、玉米淀粉10份、蒸馏水43份、分散剂0.2份、烷基烯酮二聚物0.9份、烘缸剥离剂1份、碳酸钙1.2份、木聚糖酶0.4份、过氧化钠2份和纤维素酶3.5份,所述格拉辛原纸制备过程中的超级压光采用两辊转动方式。
实施例5
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该格拉辛原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:阔叶木浆90份、生石灰11份、玉米淀粉13份、蒸馏水81份、分散剂0.8份、烷基烯酮二聚物1.1份、烘缸剥离剂1.5份、碳酸钙2.7份、木聚糖酶1.8份、过氧化钠6份和纤维素酶5.6份,所述格拉辛原纸制备过程中的超级压光采用两辊转动方式。
实施例6
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该格拉辛原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:阔叶木浆77份、生石灰7.7份、玉米淀粉11份、蒸馏水71份、分散剂0.7份、烷基烯酮二聚物1.1份、烘缸剥离剂1.35份、碳酸钙2.1份、木聚糖酶0.7份、过氧化钠3.7份和纤维素酶4.6份,所述格拉辛原纸制备过程中的超级压光采用两辊转动方式。
实施例7
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该格拉辛原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:阔叶木浆61份、生石灰3.3份、玉米淀粉10.5份、蒸馏水51份、分散剂0.3份、烷基烯酮二聚物0.88份、烘缸剥离剂1.2份、碳酸钙1.4份、木聚糖酶1.6份、过氧化钠1.9份和纤维素酶3.3份,所述格拉辛原纸制备过程中的超级压光采用两辊转动方式。
实施例8
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该格拉辛原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:阔叶木浆70份、生石灰5份、玉米淀粉10份、蒸馏水60份、分散剂0.5份、烷基烯酮二聚物1份、烘缸剥离剂1.5份、碳酸钙1.5份、木聚糖酶1.5份、过氧化钠2.5份和纤维素酶4份,所述格拉辛原纸制备过程中的超级压光采用两辊转动方式。

1.一种格拉辛原纸超级压光工艺,其特征在于:该格拉辛原纸是由下列重量份配比成份组成:阔叶木浆55-98份、生石灰1-13份、玉米淀粉9-15份、蒸馏水40-85份、分散剂0.1-0.9份、烷基烯酮二聚物0.8-1.2份、烘缸剥离剂0.9-1.7份、碳酸钙1-3份、木聚糖酶0.3-2份、过氧化钠1-7份和纤维素酶3-6份,所述格拉辛原纸制备过程中的超级压光采用两辊转动方式。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的格拉辛原纸的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份配比提取阔叶木浆55-98份、生石灰1-13份和纤维素酶3-6份进行打浆;
2)按重量份配比提取蒸馏水40-85份、分散剂0.1-0.9份、烷基烯酮二聚物0.8-1.2份、烘缸剥离剂0.9-1.7份、碳酸钙1-3份、木聚糖酶0.3-2份、过氧化钠1-7份添加进步骤1的浆料内,用玻璃棒搅拌;
3)将步骤2中得到的浆料进行网部成型处理;
4)将步骤3中已经成型的浆料进行压榨;
5)经步骤4压榨后进行前段干燥,干燥后水分控制在5%-10%;
6)经步骤4干燥后添加玉米淀粉9-15份进行表面施胶;
7)将步骤6施胶后再进行后段干燥,干燥后水分控制在15%;
8)将步骤7干燥后的原纸进行超级压光处理,超级压光采用两辊相互碾压,辊面温度控制在200℃-250℃,超级压光后即为成品原纸。
