Zur Verspannung eines Rundkammes können dadurch anstelle von vier Befestigungsschrauben nur noch zwei Befestigungsschrauben eingesetzt werden. Dies führt zu einer einfacheren Montage und zu einer bedienerfreundlichen Einstellung des Rundkammes. Durch die Verwendung von O-Ringen wird ein spielfreier Einsatz der Bolzen ermöglicht, was bei den auftretenden Beschleunigungskräften einem Verschleiss der Federrippen durch eine auftretende Richtungsumkehr der auftretenden Kräfte entgegenwirkt. Auch fallen die Bolzen bei einer Demontage des Rundkammes durch die Verwendung von O-Ringen nicht aus den Bohrungen. Das Zangenaggregat wird gebildet aus einem Zangenrahmen 14, an welchem eine untere Zangenplatte 15 und eine obere Zangenplatte 16 befestigt ist. In der gezeigten Ausführungsform ist das Zangenaggregat geschlossen, wobei der aus der Klemmstelle des Zangenaggregates herausragende Faserbart 17 von der Kämmgarnitur 13 erfasst und ausgekämmt wird. Dabei wird die Auskämmung wesentlich durch den Abstand C zwischen der unteren Zangenplatte 15 und einem Hüllkreis 2 der Kämmgarnitur 13 bestimmt. Ebenfalls im Zangenrahmen 14 ist oberhalb der unteren Zangenplatte 15 eine Speisewalze 18 drehbar gelagert, welche z. B. von einem nicht gezeigten Klinkenantrieb schrittweise angetrieben wird. Über diese Speisewalze 18 wird eine der Kämmvorrichtung 1 zugeführte Watte 19 (oder einzelne Faserbänder) der Klemmstelle des Zangenaggregates zugeführt. - A combing device having a circular comb (7) and a compensating element (25), wherein the circular comb (7) has a carrier (49) and a support body (53), and the support body (53) and the compensating element (25) are oppositely situated on a circular comb shaft (8) and tensioned against one another with fastening elements via the circular comb shaft (8), and the carrier (49) is fastened to the support body (53) via fastening elements (59), characterized in that the carrier (49) is embodied according to one of the preceding claims.
- A combing device having a circular comb (7) and a compensating element (25), wherein the circular comb (7) has a carrier (24), and the carrier (24) and the compensating element (25) are oppositely situated on a circular comb shaft (8) and tensioned against one another with fastening elements (38) via the circular comb shaft (8), characterized in that the carrier (24) is embodied according to one of claims 1 to 8.
- The combing device according to Claim 9 or 10, characterized in that when the support surface (27, 51) contacts a surface (40) of the circular comb shaft (8) or a surface of the support body (53), the spring ribs (31, 52) with their supports (33) are brought into contact on the surface (40) of the circular comb shaft (8) or the surface of the support body (53), under maximum tension.
- The combing device according to one of Claims 9 to 11, characterized in that the spring ribs (31, 52) with their supports (33) are brought into contact on the surface (40) of the circular comb shaft (8) or the surface of the support body (53) under tension, wherein a gap (A) of 0 mm to 1.5 mm, preferably 0 mm to 0.8 mm, is provided between the support surface (27, 50) and the surface (40).
- The combing device according to one of Claims 10 to 12, characterized in that , independently of the fastening elements (38) for tensioning the carrier (24) to the compensating element (25), a force transmission element (41) is provided between the carrier (24) and the circular comb shaft (8) for transmitting the acceleration forces (42) from the circular comb shaft (8) to the carrier (24).
- The combing device according to Claim 13, characterized in that the force transmission element is designed as a bolt (41) that has a female thread (46) and that in an end area has a surface (47) that is integrally formed on the circular comb shaft (8), wherein the bolt (41) is tensioned against the circular comb shaft (8) with a threaded bolt (48) that extends through the circular comb shaft (8), and is provided with an O-ring (43) for fixing in a borehole (44) in the carrier (24).
- A combing machine having at least one combing device according to one of Claims 9 to 14.
