Abstract

L'invention concerne une poutre en treillis (10) destinée au secteur de la construction comprenant une membrure supérieure (14) et une membrure inférieure (16) en bois équarri, qui s'étendent le long de l'axe longitudinal (12) de la poutre en treillis (10) et qui sont reliées entre elles par plusieurs entretoises (24) disposées respectivement de façon inclinée par rapport aux membrures (14, 16). Les entretoises sont formées par au moins une bande d'entretoises (18) dont la face supérieure et la face inférieure (26, 28) présentent une forme ondulée dans la direction axiale et qui sont disposées de façon à être parallèles entre elles avec des rayons qui se correspondent. La bande d'entretoises (18) est assemblée par tenon et mortaise ou en queue d'aronde tour à tour avec la membrure supérieure (14) et la membrure inférieure (16) dans la direction axiale et est réalisée d'une seule pièce sous la forme d'une pièce en matériau dérivé du bois. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication, en particulier de production de masse, d'une telle poutre en treillis.
