Claims (20)

  1. Machine (1) de finition de surfaces laminaires flexibles (P) utilisées comme revêtement d'objets comprenant :
    - une structure porteuse (2) appropriée pour se reposer sur une surface de référence (S) ;
    - un cylindre de transport et de contraste inférieur (3), couvert d'un matériau flexible et couplé de manière stable à ladite structure porteuse (2), relié de manière opérationnelle à des premiers moyens de motorisation (4) appropriés pour le faire pivoter autour d'un premier axe transversal (X1) défini par ledit cylindre inférieur (3) ;
    - un cylindre de revêtement supérieur (5), pourvu d'une surface externe (5a) gravée et couplée de manière stable à ladite structure porteuse (2), relié de manière opérationnelle auxdits seconds moyens de motorisation (6) appropriés pour le faire pivoter autour d'un second axe transversal (X2) défini par ledit cylindre supérieur (5) qui fait face et est opposé de manière supérieure audit cylindre inférieur (3) duquel il est espacé pour définir une lumière de passage (7) entre ledit cylindre inférieur (3) et ledit cylindre supérieur (5) appropriée pour recevoir une à la fois des surfaces laminaires flexibles étendues (P) au moins en partie supportée par ledit cylindre inférieur (3) ;
    - au moins une lame transversale (8), couplée à ladite structure porteuse (2), reliée de manière opérationnelle audit cylindre supérieur (5) sur ladite surface externe (5a) de laquelle il est approprié pour distribuer une pellicule de produit liquide (L) que ledit cylindre supérieur (5), tout en pivotant autour dudit second axe transversal (X2), dépose par pression, au niveau de ladite lumière de passage (7), sur la face supérieure (Ps) desdites surfaces laminaires flexibles (P) avançant le long d'une direction préfixée (F) et supportée par ledit cylindre de transport et de contraste inférieur (3),
    caractérisée en ce que le rapport (D1/D2) entre le diamètre (D1) dudit cylindre inférieur (3) et le diamètre (D2) dudit cylindre supérieur (5) a une valeur comprise entre 1,35 et 1,40 (1,35 ≤ D1/D2 ≤ 1,40).
  2. Machine (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit rapport (D1/D2) entre ledit diamètre (D1) dudit cylindre inférieur (3) et ledit diamètre (D2) dudit cylindre supérieur (5) a une valeur entre 1,36 et 1,39 (1,36 ≤ D1/D2 ≤ 1,39).
  3. Machine selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit rapport (D1/D2) entre ledit diamètre (D1) dudit cylindre inférieur (3) et ledit diamètre (D2) dudit cylindre supérieur (5) a une valeur égale à 1,37.
  4. Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit cylindre inférieur (3) est pivoté autour dudit premier axe transversal (X1) dans une direction (T) égale à celle (W) dans laquelle ledit cylindre supérieur (5) est placé en rotation autour dudit second axe transversal (X2).
  5. Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens de transport et de distension (9), couplés à ladite structure porteuse (2) et disposés en amont dudit cylindre inférieur (3) et dudit cylindre supérieur (5) et comprenant au moins une courroie d'alimentation principale (10) appropriée pour recevoir une à la fois des surfaces laminaires flexibles étendues (P) pour être soumise à un traitement de finition et pour les faire avancer le long de ladite direction préfixée (F).
  6. Machine (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de transport et de distension (9) comprennent une courroie d'alimentation auxiliaire (11) faisant face et opposée de manière supérieure au moins partiellement à ladite courroie d'alimentation principale (10) de laquelle elle est espacée pour définir un écart de passage (12) desdites surfaces laminaires flexibles (P) se reposant sur une surface externe (10a) de ladite courroie d'alimentation principale (10).
  7. Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit cylindre inférieur (3) est relié de manière opérationnelle auxdits premiers moyens de motorisation (4) à travers un joint de liaison (13).
  8. Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit cylindre inférieur (3) est couplé de manière amovible à ladite structure porteuse (2) à travers des moyens de fixation (14) accessibles par l'opérateur qui travaille sur eux de manière à définir pour ledit cylindre inférieur (3) une position de travail principale, relevée pendant des conditions de fonctionnement normales de ladite machine (1), dans laquelle ledit cylindre inférieur (3) est fermement couplé à ladite structure porteuse (2) et faisant face audit cylindre supérieur (5) duquel il reste espacé par ladite lumière de passage (7), et une position de libération auxiliaire, relevée pendant les conditions de non fonctionnement temporaires de ladite machine (1), dans laquelle ledit cylindre inférieur (3) est désengagé et séparé de ladite structure porteuse (2) pour permettre son extraction des dimensions globales de ladite structure porteuse (2).
  9. Machine (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de fixation (14) sont en partie contenus dans un premier corps de protection en forme de boîte (15) appartenant à ladite structure porteuse (2), contenant lesdits premiers moyens de motorisation (4) et disposés latéralement audit cylindre inférieur (3) et audit cylindre supérieur (4), à l'extérieur de la zone de travail desdites surfaces laminaires flexibles (P) entre ledit cylindre inférieur (3) et ledit cylindre supérieur (5).
  10. Machine (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de fixation (14) sont en partie disposés proches d'une paroi interne (15a) dudit corps de protection en forme de boîte (15) et à proximité de deux extrémités (3b, 3c) face à face audit cylindre inférieur (3), faisant face à ladite zone de travail desdites surfaces laminaires flexibles (P).
  11. Machine (1) selon la revendication 8, 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de fixation (14) comprennent :
    - un support façonné (18), pourvu d'une première extrémité reliée auxdits premiers moyens de motorisation (4) et d'une seconde extrémité reliée de manière amovible à une première plaque façonnée (19) couplée de manière stable à une première extrémité (3b) dudit cylindre inférieur (3) de manière à s'interposer entre lesdits premiers moyens de motorisation (4) et un bord latéral (3d) dudit cylindre inférieur (3) ;
    - un premier groupe de sûreté (20) disposé au niveau d'une partie arrière (19a) de ladite première plaque façonnée (19) et au niveau d'une première paroi (15a) dudit premier corps de protection en forme de boîte (15) ;
    - un second groupe de sûreté (21) disposé au niveau de :
    • une partie arrière (22a) d'une seconde plaque façonnée (22), couplée fermement à une seconde extrémité (3c) dudit cylindre inférieur (3) et opposée et faisant face à ladite première plaque façonnée (19) ;
    • une paroi interne (23a) d'un second corps de protection en forme de boîte (23), contenant lesdits seconds moyens de motorisation (6) et opposée et faisant face audit premier corps en forme de boîte (15).
  12. Machine (1) selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que ladite première plaque (19) et ladite seconde plaque (22) ont un profil égal l'une à l'autre et se terminent chacune au niveau d'une partie avant (19b, 22b) opposée à ladite partie arrière (19a, 22a), à une poignée avant (24) accessible par l'opérateur.
  13. Machine (1) selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que ledit second corps de protection en forme de boîte (23) est disposé latéralement audit cylindre inférieur (3) et audit cylindre supérieur (4), à l'extérieur de la zone de travail desdites surfaces laminaires flexibles (P) entre ledit cylindre inférieur (3) et ledit cylindre supérieur (5).
  14. Machine (1) selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que ledit cylindre inférieur (3) comprend deux roues rainurées (26, 27), disposées une au niveau de ladite première extrémité (3b) et l'autre au niveau de ladite seconde extrémité (3c) dudit cylindre inférieur (3) à interposer, respectivement, entre ladite première plaque (19) et ledit premier corps de protection en forme de boîte (15) et entre ladite seconde plaque (22) et ledit second corps de protection en forme de boîte (23).
  15. Machine (1) selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier groupe de sûreté (20) et ledit second groupe de sûreté (21) comprennent :
    - une pince de bloc façonnée (28) fixée à ladite paroi interne (15a, 23a) à la fois dudit premier corps de protection en forme de boîte (15) et dudit second corps de protection en forme de boîte (23) ;
    - un ou plusieurs rouleaux auxiliaires (29) couplés à ladite première plaque (19) et à ladite seconde plaque (20) au niveau de ladite partie arrière (19a, 22a), logés fermement, lorsque ledit cylindre inférieur (3) prend ladite position de travail principale, dans un siège interne (30) communiquant avec l'extérieur inférieurement et latéralement, défini dans ladite pince de bloc façonnée (28).
  16. Machine (1) selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens de guidage (31), couplés à ladite structure porteuse (2) et coopérant avec lesdites roues rainurées (26, 27), appropriés pour faciliter une extraction contrôlée et sécurisée dudit cylindre inférieur (3) desdites dimensions globales de ladite structure porteuse (2).
  17. Machine (1) selon la revendication 16 lorsqu'elle dépend de la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de guidage (31) comprennent :
    - des premiers moyens de guidage (32), couplés fermement et définitivement à ladite paroi interne (15a, 23a) dudit premier corps en forme de boîte (15) et dudit second corps en forme de boîte (23) et supportant de manière coulissante lesdites roues rainurées (26, 27) et lesdits rouleaux auxiliaires (29) lorsque ledit cylindre inférieur (3) prend ladite position de libération auxiliaire ;
    - des seconds moyens de guidage (33), couplés de manière stable mais de manière amovible auxdits premiers moyens de guidage (32) et supportant de manière coulissante lesdites roues rainurées (26, 27) et lesdits rouleaux auxiliaires (29) pendant ladite extraction dudit cylindre inférieur (3) de ladite structure porteuse (2) et supportés par une structure auxiliaire (34) appropriée pour être disposée en amont dudit cylindre inférieur (3) et dudit cylindre supérieur (5) et pour se reposer sur ladite surface de référence (S).
  18. Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 8 à 17, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de fixation (14) sont reliés de manière opérationnelle avec des moyens de réglage (42) de la position dudit cylindre inférieur (3), pour modifier la distance entre ledit cylindre inférieur (3) et ledit cylindre supérieur (5) et, par conséquent, la hauteur de ladite lumière de passage (7), lorsque l'épaisseur desdites surfaces laminaires flexibles (P) en transit à travers elle et/ou la quantité de ladite pellicule du produit liquide (L) à appliquer sur ladite face supérieure (Ps) desdites surfaces laminaires flexibles (P) changent.
  19. Machine selon la revendication 18 lorsqu'elle dépend de la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de réglage (42) comprennent :
    - deux barres latérales (43, 44), fixées de manière amovible une à ladite partie avant (19b) de ladite première plaque façonnée (19) et l'autre à ladite partie avant (22b) de ladite seconde plaque (22), faisant saillie latéralement de ladite première (19) et seconde plaque (22) et insérées dans deux fentes traversantes (45, 46) avec un profil allongé et arqué réalisées l'une dans ledit premier corps en forme de boîte (14) et l'autre dans ledit second corps en forme de boîte (23), de manière à être en partie contenues dans ledit premier (15) et second corps de protection en forme de boîte (23) et en partie faisant saillie vers l'extérieur de la paroi interne (15a, 23a) dudit premier (15) et second corps de protection en forme de boîte (23) ;
    - des moyens d'actionnement (47), contenus dans ledit premier (15) et ledit second corps de protection en forme de boîte (23) où ils sont reliés de manière opérationnelle à une première extrémité (43a, 44a) de chacune desdites barres latérales (43, 44),
    lesdites barres latérales (43, 44) réalisées coulissantes à l'intérieur desdites fentes traversantes (45, 46) selon une trajectoire courbe de manière à régler ladite position dudit cylindre inférieur (3) par rapport audit cylindre supérieur (5).
  20. Machine (1) selon la revendication 19 lorsque la revendication 11 dépend de la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que lesdites barres latérales (43, 44) sont reliées l'une à l'autre à travers un élément de renforcement d'écartement (50) approprié pour stabiliser leur fonctionnement, ayant sensiblement la même longueur dudit cylindre inférieur (3) et contenu dans lesdites dimensions globales de ladite structure porteuse (2).
