Abstract

Mevcut doküman, deri nesnelerin kesintisiz boyanmasına yönelik bir makine ile ilgilidir, burada söz konusu deri nesneleri, "senkronize" modda, yani deri nesnenin öne doğru hareketi ile aynı yönde deri nesnenin (P) öne doğru hareket yönüne göre dikey olan karşılık olarak paralel dönüş eksenleri etrafında dönen iki karşıt haddenin (1, 2) içinden geçirilmektedir. Böyle bir makine, iki haddenin (1, 2), yukarıda bahsedilen deri eşyanın (P1) iki yüzeyi üzerinde aynı zamansa sıvı boya ürününün önceden belirlenmiş bir miktarda filminin (9, 10) aktarılması için uygun çukurlar veya başka kavitelerin oluşumu ile, dış yüzeyi oymalı/tırtıklı olan iki silindirden oluşması ile karakterize edilmektedir.
