Claims (11)
- Quick changer (1) for changing an attachment on a building machine, which has a support (7), first receivers (8) arranged on one side of the support (7) for receiving a first coupling element (5), second receivers (9) arranged on the other side of the support (7) and having at least one locking element (10) movable between a release position for coupling or uncoupling the attachment and a coupling position for holding the attachment on the quick changer (1) for receiving a second coupling element (6) and a mechanical display device (16) to monitor locking, wherein the mechanical display device comprises an arrangement (17, 19, 22, 23, 39, 40) to display lack of engagement of the second coupling element (6) to the second receivers (9) having a display element (17) movable between a locking position and an unlocking position and a coupling gear (19, 22, 23; 39, 40) to move the display element (17) into the locking position during a movement of the at least one locking element (10) into the coupling position and for rearward movement of the display element (17) into the unlocking position during a movement of the at least one locking element (10) going beyond the coupling position, characterised in that the coupling gear (19, 22, 23, 39, 40) comprises a control lever (22) pivotable about a hinge (21) on the support (7) and which is connected to the display element (17) via a hinge rod (23) and a linearly movable rod (19), or has a carriage (39) displaceable at right-angles to the display element (17) and connected to the latter via a toothed drive (36, 37, 38) and an actuating element (40) releasably connected to the carriage (39).
- Quick changer (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the control lever (22) has a control cam (24) and a recess (25).
- Quick changer (1) according to claim 2, characterised in that the control cam (24) and the recess (25) are arranged on one arm of the control lever (22) and the hinge rod (23) on the other arm of the control lever (23).
- Quick changer (1) according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the control lever (22) can be rotated by a cylinder (15) for displacement of the at least one locking element (10) via an actuating arrangement (28, 29).
- Quick changer (1) according to claim 4, characterised in that the actuating arrangement (28, 29) is formed by a lever (28) with a ball bearing (29).
- Quick changer (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the linearly movable rod (19) is displaceably guided in a guide (26) and resiliently pretensioned.
- Quick changer (1) according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the display element (17) is a gate arranged pivotably on a housing (18) and which is movable between a raised locking position and a lowered unlocking position via the linearly movable rod (19).
- Quick changer according to claim 1, characterised in that the carriage (39) is connected releasably to the actuating element (40) via a pivotable control lever (42).
- Quick changer according to claim 8, characterised in that the double-arm control lever (42) arranged rotatably about an axis (41) on the carriage (39) has on its one lever arm a projection (43) for engagement in a groove (44) of the actuating element (40) and on its other lever arm a control slope (45) for engagement with an inclined control surface (46) on a housing (18).
- Quick changer according to one of claims 1, 8 or 9, characterised in that the toothed drive (36, 37, 38) has a lever (33) rotatable by a toothed wheel (36), an idler wheel (37) meshing with the toothed wheel (36) and a toothed rack (38) meshing with the idler wheel (37) on the carriage (39).
- Quick-change system having a quick changer (1) and an adapter (2) which can be coupled to the quick changer (1), characterised in that the quick changer (1) is configured according to one of claims 1 to 10.
