Claims (6)

  1. Un groupe de brûleurs (1) pour un appareil de cuisson comprenant un corps de brûleur configuré pour générer des flammes à partir de gaz inflammables brûlés, pour chauffer un récipient de cuisson placé sur celui-ci, le groupe de brûleurs (1) comprenant en outre
    - une chambre de mélange intérieure (3) pour alimenter un cercle de flamme intérieur, configurée pour mélanger le gaz et l'air ambiant
    - au moins un injecteur vertical (4) pour délivrer le gaz dans la chambre de mélange interne (3),
    - une première chambre de mélange extérieure (11) et une deuxième chambre de mélange extérieure (12) pour alimenter un cercle de flamme extérieur, qui sont disposées sur le corps du brûleur (2), et dans lesquelles le gaz et l'air ambiant sont mélangés,
    - un premier injecteur horizontal (9) pour l'acheminement du gaz vers la première chambre de mélange extérieure (11),
    - un deuxième injecteur horizontal (10) pour délivrer le gaz dans la première chambre de mélange extérieure (12),
    - une tête de brûleur (7) qui est disposée sur le corps du brûleur (2), pour délivrer des flammes à la base d'un récipient de cuisson à travers des trous disposés autour de la tête de brûleur (7) et au moins un chapeau de brûleur (8) qui est disposé sur la tête de brûleur (7),
    est caractérisé en ce que
    le premier injecteur horizontal (9) et le deuxième injecteur horizontal (10) sont disposés de manière opposée sur le corps du brûleur (2),
    - un premier canal Venturi (13) pour envoyer le gaz délivré par le premier injecteur horizontal (9) à la première chambre de mélange extérieure (11) et un second canal Venturi (14) pour envoyer le gaz délivré par le second injecteur horizontal (10) à la seconde chambre de mélange extérieure (12), dans lequel les premier et second canaux Venturi (13, 14) sont disposés en opposition.
  2. Un groupe de brûleurs (1) comme dans la déclaration 1, est caractérisé en ce que le premier canal Venturi (13) et le second canal Venturi (14) sont inclinés l'un par rapport à l'autre sur le corps du brûleur (2).
  3. Un groupe de brûleurs (1) comme dans la déclaration 1 ou 2, est caractérisé en ce que le premier canal Venturi (13) avec une section transversale s'élargit du premier injecteur horizontal (9) vers la première chambre de mélange extérieure (11) et le second canal Venturi (12) avec une section transversale s'élargit du second injecteur horizontal (10) vers la seconde chambre de mélange extérieure (12
  4. Un groupe de brûleurs (1) comme dans l'une quelconque des déclarations ci-dessus, est caractérisé en ce qu'un conduit d'air (15) est disposé sur le corps du brûleur (2), pour délivrer de l'air de l'environnement extérieur à la chambre de mélange intérieure (3).
  5. Un groupe de brûleurs (1) comme dans l'une quelconque des déclarations ci-dessus, est caractérisé en ce que le corps du brûleur (2) comporte un corps inférieur (16) et un corps supérieur (17).
  6. Une cuisinière comprenant un groupe de brûleurs (1) comme dans l'une des déclarations ci-dessus.
