Zugleich sorgt die beim Schließvorgang erfolgende Schwenkbewegung des Schwenkteils 5 dafür, dass das Stellelement 4 im Vergleich zur mit dem Positionselement 3 gemeinsamen Achse 7 die ebenfalls in der

Tatsächlich sorgt die Zusatzfeder 10 bei einem Ausfall und/oder einer Fehlfunktion der Stellfeder 9 dafür, dass die Haube 1 dennoch aufgestellt wird. Zugleich kommt es dann bei dem Ausfall der Stellfeder 9 nicht dazu, dass der Sensor bzw. Schalter 6 fälschlicherweise beaufschlagt wird. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Zusatzfeder 10 für die Aufstelleinrichtung 3, 4, 5 insgesamt als Schenkelfeder ausgebildet. Man erkennt, dass die Schenkelfeder zwei Federschenkel 10a, 10b aufweist, die an einen gemeinsamen und die beiden Federschenkel 10a, 10b miteinander verbindenden gewundenen Federabschnitt angeschlossen sind. Die Schenkelfeder ist mit ihrem einen Federschenkel 10a an das Stellelement 4 angeschlossen. Hierbei entspannt sich die Zusatzfeder 10. Das hat dann unmittelbar zur Folge, dass die Haube 1 in einem solchen Fall aufgestellt wird und demzufolge auch das Positionselement 3 im Gegenuhrzeigersinn um die mit dem Stellelement 4 gemeinsame Achse 7 verschwenkt wird. Dadurch kann die Betätigungsnase 3a am Positionselement 3 den Sensor bzw. Schalter 6 nicht beaufschlagen. Das heißt, die Zusatzfeder 10 verhindert, dass beim Ausfall der Stellfeder 9 fälschlicherweise ein Signal des Sensors bzw.
