Das hat dann unmittelbar zur Folge, dass die Haube 1 in einem solchen Fall aufgestellt wird und demzufolge auch das Positionselement 3 im Gegenuhrzeigersinn um die mit dem Stellelement 4 gemeinsame Achse 7 verschwenkt wird. Dadurch kann die Betätigungsnase 3a am Positionselement 3 den Sensor bzw. Schalter 6 nicht beaufschlagen. Das heißt, die Zusatzfeder 10 verhindert, dass beim Ausfall der Stellfeder 9 fälschlicherweise ein Signal des Sensors bzw. Claims (6)

  1. Motor vehicle door latch, in particular a hood latch comprising a raising device (3, 4, 5) for a latching bolt (2) or another stop part on a hood (1), further comprising at least one actuating spring (9) acting on the raising device (3, 4, 5), and comprising a sensor (6) for position checking of the hood (1), wherein an additional spring (10) is provided which, in the event of failure and/or malfunction of the actuating spring (9), raises the hood (1), wherein the actuating spring (9) is designed as a tension spring and is fixedly connected by one end (9a) to a latch housing (8) and by its other end (9b) to a control member (4), wherein the raising device (4) also comprises a positioning element (3) in addition to the control member (4), wherein the control member (4) and the positioning element (3) are coupled together in an articulated manner and the positioning element (3) interacts with the sensor (6).
  2. Motor vehicle door latch according to claim 1, characterized in that the additional spring (10) is designed as a leg spring.
  3. Motor vehicle door latch according to claim 2, characterized in that the additional spring (10) designed as a leg spring is connected by one spring leg (10a) to the control member (4) and acts on the positioning element (3) by means of its other spring leg (10b).
  4. Motor vehicle door latch according to any of claims 1 to 3,
    characterized in that the latching bolt (2) or the other stop part on the hood (1) interacts directly or indirectly with the control member (4) and/or the positioning element (3).
  5. Motor vehicle door latch according to claim 4, characterized in that the positioning element (3) has an actuating lug (3a) which acts on the sensor (6) at least in the closed state of the hood (1).
  6. Motor vehicle door latch according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the sensor (6) is designed as a switch, in particular a microswitch.
