Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Regalsystem zum Einbau in Fahrzeuge nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Die FR 2 145 882 A offenbart ein Regalsystem, bei dem die vertikalen Regalpfosten mit in diese einklinkbare Strebenverbindungen steif gehalten sind.
  • Ferner zeigt die DE 1 183 215 B ein Regal, bei dem die jeweils vorderen und jeweils hinteren Regalpfosten mit Tragschienen verspannt werden, welche den betreffenden Pfosten an zwei Außenflächen umgreifen.
  • Gemäß der AT 199 337 B sind einzelne Querstreben des dort aufgezeigten Schrankgestells verwindungssteif durch Aneinandersetzen komplementärer Gegenflächen festlegbar.
  • Die EP 1 523 907 B1 zeigt ein Regalssystem für den Einsatz in einem Fahrzeug, welches aus vertikal aufgestellten Regalpfosten und horizontal angeordneten Ansatzteilen zur gegenseitigen Verstrebung der Regalpfosten besteht.
  • Aus dem weiteren Stand der Technik außerhalb des Fahrzeugbereichs sind schließlich Regale bekannt, welche zwischen zwei schmalen Regalpfosten angeordnete Einsatzteile aufweisen, wobei es sich entweder um Regalbretter, Schubladen oder Wannen handeln kann. Die Einsatzteile sind mit den beiden Regalpfosten fest verschraubt.
  • Nachteilig bei den aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Regalsystemen ist deren komplexer Aufbau, da zunächst ein aus Pfosten und Querstreben bestehendes Regalsystem aufzubauen ist, in welches erst danach Wannen, Fachböden oder andere Einsatzteile eingefügt werden können. Ferner ist bei den aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Regalsystemen von Nachteil, dass diese gerade beim Einsatz in Fahrzeugen wenig universell einsetzbar sind und nicht speziell an die in einem Fahrzeug herrschende Geometrie angepasst sind.
  • Die EP 2 772 155 A1 zeigt ein Regalsystem für ein Fahrzeug mit zwei vertikalen Regalpfosten und mehreren zwischen den Regalpfosten angeordneten Einsatzteilen, wobei zwischen den Regalpfosten und den ihnen zugewandten Stirnseiten der Einsatzteile Befestigungselemente vorhanden sind, und wobei die Länge der Stirnseiten des Einsatzteils größer ist als eine größte Breite der Regalpfosten. Hierbei ist jedes Einzelteil in horizontaler Richtung in mehreren Positionen an den Regalpfosten befestigtbar. Ähnliche Vorrichtungen zeigen die Druckschriften WO 92/12026 A , AU 551 042 B2 , EP 0738 485 A1 und KR 2017 009 2835 A .
  • Nachteilig bei den bekannten Systemen ist, dass keine schnelle Verstellung zwischen zwei Positionen möglich ist.
    Es besteht daher die Aufgabe, ein Regalsystem zum Einbau in Fahrzeuge so weiter zu bilden, dass es einfach aufgebaut und universell verwendbar und schnell und sicher verstellbar ist.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind den Unteransprüchen entnehmbar.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im Folgenden unter Bezugnahme auf die begleitenden Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Diese zeigen:

  • Figur 1 zeigt in perspektivischer Darstellung ein erfindungsgemäßes Regalsystem. Dieses weist zwei vertikal auf einem (nicht dargestellten) Untergrund stehende Regalpfosten 1 und 2 auf, welche als Strangpressprofile ausgebildet sind, deren Querschnitt Figur 2 zu entnehmen ist. Aus optischen Gründen sind die Außenseiten der beiden Regalpfosten 1 und 2 glatt ausgebildet, während deren Innenseiten profiliert ausgebildet sind und, wie Figur 2 zu entnehmen ist, eine Reihe von Stegen 10 aufweisen, die verschiedene Funktionen haben. An ihren inneren, einander zugewandten Seiten weisen die beiden Regalpfosten 1 und 2 jeweils zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende vertikale Reihen von Bohrungen auf, welche geeignet sind, Befestigungselemente 9 aufzunehmen, wie sie in den Figuren 2 - 4 schematisch dargestellt sind. Die Anordnung und der Einsatz der Befestigungselemente 9 innerhalb der Regalpfosten 1 und 2 kann in an sich bekannter Weise erfolgen, z.B. indem die Befestigungselemente 9 von innen oder außen in die Bohrungen in den Regalpfosten 1 und 2 gedrückt und dort auf geeignete Weise, z.B. durch Wirkung einer Feder oder durch Verschraubung, gesichert werden.
  • Zwischen den Regalpfosten 1 und 2 befinden sich, wie in Figur 1 dargestellt, zwei sogenannte Einsatzteile 3 und 4, bei denen es sich im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel um Wannen handelt. Diese Einsatzteile 3 bzw. 4 können auch Fachböden, Schubladen, Schrankeinsätze, Verzurrschienen, Lifttüren oder Kofferzüge sein oder in anderer Weise ausgebildet sein, um entweder Waren aufzunehmen oder die Regalpfosten 1 und 2 zur Erhöhung der Stabilität des Regalsystems miteinander zu verstreben. Die Breite der Regalpfosten ist durch den Buchstaben "B" in Figur 1 und Figur 2 angedeutet.
  • In sämtlichen Figuren sind die übereinanderliegenden Einsatzteile mit den Bezugszahlen 3 und 4 gekennzeichnet. Hierbei bezeichnet die Bezugszahl 3 das jeweils obere Einsatzteil und die Bezugszahl 4 das jeweils untere Einsatzteil. Unabhängig von der konkreten Ausgestaltung der Einsatzteile 3 bzw. 4, also auch wenn diese länger oder kürzer sind, tragen diese aus Gründen der besseren Darstellbarkeit die gleichen Bezugszeichen.
  • Wie Figur 1 zu entnehmen ist weisen die beiden Einsatzteile 3 und 4 die gleiche Höhe und auch die gleiche Breite auf, wobei letztere durch den Abstand der Regalpfosten 1 und 2 bedingt ist. Jedoch weisen die beiden Einsatzteile 3 und 4 verschiedene Längen ihrer Stirnseiten 5 und 6 (auch als Tiefe der Einsatzteile 3 bzw. 4 bezeichnet) auf. In dem in Figur 1 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das untere Einsatzteil 4 tiefer als das obere Einsatzteil 3. Die Länge der Stirnseite 6 des unteren Einsatzteils 4 ist somit größer als die Länge der Stirnseite 5 des oberen Einsatzteils 3. Bei dem in Figur 1 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind beide Einsatzteile 3 und 4 mit ihren Stirnseiten 5 und 6 mittig zwischen den Regalpfosten 1 und 2 angeordnet, stehen also nach vorn und hinten etwa um den gleichen Betrag über die Breite B der Regalpfosten 1 und 2 hervor.
  • In einer alternativen, in Figur 4 dargestellten Ausführungsform, haben die Stirnseiten 5 und 6 der beiden Einsatzteile 3 die gleiche Länge und das obere Einsatzteil 3 ist in etwa mittig zwischen den Regalpfosten 1 und 2 mit der Breite B angebracht, während das untere Einsatzteil 4 dergestalt außermittig angeordnet ist, dass seine Rückseite 8 weiter aus den Regalpfosten 1 und 2 herausragt als die Rückseite 7 des oberen, mittig angeordneten Einsatzteils 3.
  • Die Art und Weise der Erzielung der verschiedenen Positionen der Einsatzteile 3 und 4 innerhalb des Regalsystems ist in Figur 3 dargestellt. Es ist erkennbar, dass die beiden Einsatzteile 3 und 4 an ihren Unterseiten Ausnehmungen 13 in Gestalt einer T-förmigen Nut aufweisen, wobei das Befestigungselement 9 in diese Ausnehmungen 13 eingreift. Wie Figur 3 zu entnehmen ist lassen sich die Einsatzteile 3 und 4 in zwei verschiedenen Positionen an den Regalpfosten 1 und 2 befestigen. In einer ersten, oben dargestellten Position gerät das Befestigungselement 9 in Anschlag mit einer Seite der Ausnehmung 13, während in einer zweiten, in Figur 3 unten dargestellten Position das Befestigungselement 9 in Anschlag mit dem gegenüberliegenden Ende der Ausnehmung 13 gelangt. In beiden Positionen können die Einsatzteile 3 bzw. 4 zusätzlich durch Schrauben gesichert werden, welche von der Innenseite der Einsatzteile 3 und 4 in die Befestigungselemente 9 geschraubt werden. Der Abstand der in den Einsatzteilen 3 und 4 befindlichen Bohrungen für den Durchtritt dieser Schrauben ist so bemessen, dass die Bohrungen genau mit den entsprechenden Gewinden innerhalb der Befestigungselemente 9 fluchten, wenn sich das Einsatzteil 3 bzw. 4 entweder in der einen oder in der anderen Position befindet. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel weisen die Seitenwände 5 und 6 der beiden Einsatzteile 3 und 4 also jeweils drei Bohrungen für zwei unterschiedliche Positionen auf.
  • Varianten der Erfindung sind in den Figuren 5, 6 und 7 dargestellt, wobei hier jeweils auch die Innenwand des Kraftfahrzeugs, in dessen Längsrichtung das Regalsystem eingebaut ist, dargestellt und mit der Bezugszahl 14 versehen ist.
  • Bei der in Figur 5 dargestellten Variante weist die Stirnseite 5 des oberen Einsatzteils 3 eine geringere Länge auf als die Stirnseite 6 des unteren Einsatzteils 4. Das untere Einsatzteil 4 ist mittig zwischen den Regalpfosten 1 und 2 angeordnet, während sich das obere Einsatzteil 3 außermittig befindet, so dass die Vorderseiten beider Einsatzteile 3 und 4 in etwa miteinander fluchten und die Rückseite 7 des oberen Einsatzteils 3 kaum noch aus der Breite B der Regalpfosten 1 und 2 hervorsteht. Diese Variante ist von besonderem Vorteil, wenn die Innenwand 14 des Fahrzeugs nach oben hin gekrümmt ausgebildet ist und somit eine mittige Positionierung des oberen Einsatzteils 3 aufgrund der dann gegebenen Kollision mit der Innenwand 14 des Fahrzeugs nicht möglich wäre. Ferner weist diese Ausgestaltung den Vorteil auf, dass die Vorderseite der Einsatzteile 3 und 4 miteinander fluchten, was auch ein optisch schöneres Gesamtbild ergibt.
  • Bei der in Figur 6 dargestellten Ausführungsform ist die Länge der Stirnseite 5 des oberen Einsatzteils 3 etwas größer als bei der in Figur 5 dargestellten Ausführungsform, während die Abmessungen und der Einbau des unteren Einsatzteils 4 gleich sind. Auch hier ist das obere Einsatzteil 3 außermittig eingebaut, wodurch seine Rückseite 7 nicht an der Innenwand 14 des Fahrzeugs anschlägt. Aufgrund der höheren Breite der Stirnseite 5 des oberen Einsatzteils 3 ist jedoch dessen Vorderseite nicht mehr fluchtend mit der Vorderseite des darunter angeordneten unteren Einsatzteils 4.
  • Bei der in Figur 7 dargestellten Ausführungsform werden zwei Einsatzteile 3 und 4 gleicher Längen der Stirnseiten 5 und 6 verwendet. Beide Einsatzteile 3 und 4 sind mittig zwischen den Regalpfosten 1 und 2 angeordnet. Sie stehen daher auch an ihren Rückseiten 7 und 8 um den gleichen Betrag aus den Regalpfosten 1 und 2 hervor. Hierdurch ist es notwendig, dass die Regalpfosten 1 und 2 einen ausreichenden Abstand von der Innenwand 14 des Fahrzeugs haben, damit keine Kollision zwischen den Rückseiten 7 und 8, insbesondere der Rückseite 7 des oberen Einsatzteils 3, mit der Innenwand 14 mehr auftritt.
  • Die Erfindung weist gegenüber dem Stand der Technik den Vorteil auf, dass eine Vielzahl neuer Einbauvarianten möglich ist und damit eine Anpassung des Regalsystems an verschiedene Fahrzeugkonturen gegeben ist.
  • In einer nicht dargestellten Ausführungsform können die Einsatzteile auch noch in weiteren horizontalen Positionen an den Regalpfosten 1 und 2 angebracht werden, so dass sich weitere und auch noch feinere Variationsmöglichkeiten ergeben. Wie bei anderen Regalsystemen auch können die Einsatzteile 3 und 4 selbstverständlich beliebig in der Höhe verstellt werden, was in Figur 1 durch die relativ enge Abfolge der vertikalen Lochreihen dargestellt ist.
  • In einer weiteren, nicht im Einzelnen dargestellten Ausführungsform weisen die Einsatzteile 3 und 4 an ihren den Regalpfosten 1 bzw. 2 zugewandten Stirnseiten 5 bzw. 6 Kunststoffabdeckungen auf, während sie im Übrigen aus Metallblech gefertigt sind. Diese Kunststoffabdeckungen haben einerseits optische Gründe und sorgen ggf. zusammen mit weiteren Kunststoffabdeckungen, z.B. für die Frontseite der Einsatzteile 3 bzw. 4, für ein ansprechendes Aussehen. Zum Anderen dienen die Kunststoffabdeckungen auch der Verbindung mit den Befestigungselementen 9 und weisen hierzu die T-förmigen Nuten auf, über welche die Einsatzteile 3 bzw. 4 an den Befestigungselementen 9 befestigbar sind. Die Kunststoffabdeckungen sind mit dem Metallrahmen der Einsatzteile 3 bzw. 4 fest verbunden, z.B. durch Verschrauben oder Verkleben.

Claims (8)

  1. Regalsystem zum Einbau in ein Fahrzeug, mit mindestens zwei vertikalen Regalpfosten (1, 2) und mindestens einem horizontal zwischen den Regalpfosten (1, 2) angeordnetem Einsatzteil (3, 4), wobei zwischen den Regalpfosten (1, 2) und den ihnen zugewandten Stirnseiten (5, 6) der Einsatzteile (3, 4) mindestens ein Befestigungselement (9) vorhanden ist, wobei die Länge der Stirnseiten (5, 6) des Einsatzteils (3, 4) größer ist als eine größte Breite (B) der Regalpfosten (1, 2), wobei jedes Einsatzteil (3, 4) in horizontaler Richtung in mindestens zwei Positionen an den Regalpfosten (1, 2) befestigbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder jedes Einsatzteil (3, 4) an seiner Unterseite eine Ausnehmung (13) in Gestalt einer T-förmigen Nut aufweist, deren Enden in Anschlag mit dem Befestigungselement (9) bringbar sind und so die zwei Positionen des Einsatzteils (3, 4) gegenüber den Regalpfosten (1, 2) definieren.
  2. Regalsystem nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Regalpfosten (1, 2) aus Strangpressprofilen gebildet und auf mindestens der zum Kontakt mit den Befestigungselementen (9) vorgesehenen Seite mit Stegen (10) ausgestattet sind.
  3. Regalsystem nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Einsatzteil (3, 4) als Fachboden, Schublade, Schrankeinsatz, Wanne, Verzurrschiene, Lifttüre oder Kofferzug ausgebildet ist.
  4. Regalsystem nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsatzteile (3, 4) so an den Befestigungselementen (9) der Regalpfosten (1, 2) angeordnet sind, dass die Rückseiten (7, 8) der beiden Einsatzteile (3, 4) verschieden weit aus den Regalpfosten (1, 2) herausragen.
  5. Regalsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsatzteile (3, 4) so an den Befestigungselementen (9) der Regalpfosten (1, 2) angeordnet sind, dass die Vorderseiten (11, 12) der beiden Einsatzteile (3, 4) verschieden weit aus den Regalpfosten (1, 2) herausragen.
  6. Regalsystem nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Regalpfosten (1, 2) ein zusätzliches Element aufweist, welches die Stirnseiten (5, 6) der Einsatzteile (3, 4) abdeckt und eine zusätzliche Halterung oder einen Haken aufweist.
  7. Regalsystem nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder jedes Einsatzteil (3, 4) an seinen beiden den Regalpfosten (1, 2) zugewandten Stirnseiten (5, 6) Kunststoffabdeckungen aufweist, über welche die Verbindung mit den Befestigungselementen (9) erfolgt.
  8. Regalsystem nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoffabdeckungen die T-förmigen Nuten aufweisen.
