Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Fixiersystem zum Fixieren eines Helms an dem Kopf eines Helmträgers. Zudem betrifft die Erfindung einen Helm, insbesondere einen Arbeitsschutzhelm, zum Schutz des Kopfs des Helmträgers mit einem derartigen Fixiersystem.
  • Bei Helmen, insbesondere bei Arbeitsschutzhelmen, ist ein zuverlässiger Halt des Helms am Kopf des Helmträgers sehr wichtig zur Entfaltung der vollen Schutzwirkung. Bekannt ist, zur Fixierung der Helmschale ein Kopfband vorzusehen, das zu einem gewissen Grad an die Kopfform des Helmträgers anpassbar ist. Beispielhafte Kopfbänder sind in den Druckschriften JP 2013 102 839 A , US 4 051 555 A , GB 2 098 459 A , DE 203 12 928 U1 , EP 2 046 156 B1 , EP 2 123 182 B1 , US 2017/0 112 221 A1 und DE 10 2010 027 014 A1 offenbart.
  • Es ist eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein verbessertes Fixiersystem zum Fixieren eines Helms an dem Kopf eines Helmträgers bereitzustellen. Das Fixiersystem soll insbesondere flexibel und präzise an die Kopfform des Helmträgers anpassbar sein und einen stabilen Halt des Helms gewährleisten.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Fixiersystem mit den im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmalen. Das Fixiersystem weist ein Stirnband mit zwei Führungseinrichtungen und zwei Nackenband-Abschnitte mit jeweils einer zu einer der zwei Führungseinrichtungen des Stirnbands korrespondierenden Gegen-Führungseinrichtung auf. Jede Gegen-Führungseinrichtung ist zum Verlagern des jeweiligen Nackenband-Abschnitts gegenüber dem Stirnband verschiebbar an der korrespondierenden Führungseinrichtung angeordnet. Die Führungseinrichtungen und die korrespondierenden Gegen-Führungseinrichtungen bilden insbesondere jeweils eine Linearführung. Unter einer Linearführung sei im Folgenden eine Führung entlang einer geraden oder gekrümmten Verschiebestrecke verstanden. Linearführungen entlang gekrümmter Verschiebestrecken werden auch als Bogenführungen bezeichnet. Die Linearführungen ermöglichen eine präzise und flexible Verlagerung der jeweiligen Nackenband-Abschnitte gegenüber dem Stirnband. Das Fixiersystem ist einfach und präzise an die Kopfform des Helmträgers anpassbar. Der Helm sitzt sicher und kann seine volle Schutzwirkung zuverlässig entfalten. Insbesondere ist das Fixiersystem zur Verwendung in einem Arbeitsschutzhelm mit einer vorzugsweise ungepolsterten Helmschale ausgelegt. Vorteilhaft ist zudem, dass Linearführungen wenige relativ zueinander bewegbare Teile aufweisen. Die Nackenband-Abschnitte sind mittels der jeweiligen Linearführung stabil mit dem Stirnband verbindbar. Die Produktion des Fixiersystems ist vereinfacht und dessen Lebensdauer erhöht.
  • Das Stirnband weist eine Längsrichtung auf. Die Längsrichtung des Stirnbands entspricht bei aufgesetztem Helm im Wesentlichen der Umfangsrichtung des Kopfes des Trägers. Die Längsrichtung des Stirnbands verläuft in einem an den Helm montierten Zustand des Fixiersystems zumindest im Wesentlichen in einer Ebene. Diese Ebene wird im Folgenden auch als Stirnband-Ebene bezeichnet.
  • Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Fixiersystem sind die Führungseinrichtungen jeweils an einem freien Ende eines jeweiligen Stirnband-Hebelarms angeordnet, wobei sich der Stirnband-Hebelarm als Bestandteil des Stirnbands in Richtung des jeweiligen Nackenband-Abschnitts über eine Schwenkachse, um welche der jeweilige Nackenband-Abschnitt gegenüber dem Stirnband verschwenkbar ist, hinaus erstreckt. Dies gewährleistet eine einfache Verlagerbarkeit der Nackenband-Abschnitte und einen zuverlässigen Sitz des Helms. Durch die Stirnband-Hebelarme sind die Führungseinrichtungen von der Schwenkachse beabstandet. Die hieraus resultierende Hebelwirkung bewirkt ein leichtgängiges und gleichzeitig präzises Verschwenken der Nackenband-Abschnitte um die jeweilige Schwenkachse. Die Führungseinrichtungen sind entlang der Längsrichtung über die Schwenkachse hinaus in Richtung der Nackenband-Abschnitte, d. h. nach hinten, beabstandet gelagert. Der Schwenkmechanismus hat keinen störenden Einfluss auf den Helmträger. Zudem erstreckt sich das Kopfband zumindest abschnittsweise entlang des Hinterkopfs, wodurch der Sitz des Helms weiter verbessert ist.
  • Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Fixiersystem sind die Führungseinrichtungen senkrecht zu der Längsrichtung des Stirnbands von der Schwenkachse beabstandet. Dies ermöglicht ein ungehindertes Verschwenken der Nackenband-Abschnitte bezüglich des Stirnbands. Beim Verschwenken ist ein Verhaken der Nackenband-Abschnitte mit der jeweiligen Führungseinrichtung vermieden.
  • Die Verlagerung der Nackenband-Abschnitte gegenüber dem Stirnband kann eine translatorische und/oder eine rotatorische Komponente aufweisen. Insbesondere kann die Verlagerung eine Bewegung des Nackenbands senkrecht zu der Stirnband-Ebene bewirken. Erfindungsgemäss werden die Nackenband-Abschnitte bei der Verlagerung relativ zu dem Stirnband verschwenkt.
  • Bevorzugt sind die Nackenband-Abschnitte nicht direkt, sondern nur über das Stirnband an einer Helmschale des Helms befestigbar. Dies gewährleistet ein unabhängiges, flexibles Verschwenken der Nackenband-Abschnitte. Die Einstellmöglichkeiten an die Kopfform des Helmträgers sind verbessert. Ein sicherer Sitz des Helms ist auch ohne Kinnriemen gewährleistet.
  • Die Nackenband-Abschnitte können fest oder lösbar zu einem Nackenband verbunden sein. Bevorzugt sind die Nackenband-Abschnitte längenveränderlich verbunden. Hierzu können bekannte Arretier- bzw. Verstellsysteme zur Anpassung einer wirksamen Länge des Nackenbands und insbesondere eines wirksamen Umfangs des Fixiersystems an den Kopfumfang des Helmträgers vorgesehen sein.
  • Die Nackenband-Abschnitte können jeweils zwei gegenläufig gekrümmte Kröpf-Knickstellen aufweisen. Ein im Wesentlichen gekröpfter (d. h. abgewinkelter oder umgelenkter) Verlauf der Nackenband-Abschnitte verbessert die ergonomische Anpassbarkeit des Fixiersystems an den Hinterkopf des Helmträgers.
  • Ein Fixiersystem nach Anspruch 2 ermöglicht eine einfache und effektive Verlagerung der Nackenband-Abschnitte gegenüber dem Stirnband. Bevorzugt sind beide der Führungseinrichtungen relativ zu der korrespondierenden Gegen-Führungseinrichtung um eine jeweilige Verschiebestrecke verschiebbar, die sich zumindest bereichsweise senkrecht zu der Längsrichtung des Stirnbands erstreckt.
  • Eine senkrecht zu der Längsrichtung des Stirnbands verlaufende Verschiebestrecke vereinfacht die Verlagerung der Nackenband-Abschnitte aus der Stirnband-Ebene hinaus. Die Anpassbarkeit an die Kopfform des Helmträgers ist weiter verbessert.
  • Ein Fixiersystem gemäß Anspruch 3 weist bevorzugt eine definierte Schwenkachse auf, um welche der mindestens eine Nackenband-Abschnitt gegenüber dem Stirnband verschwenkbar ist. Die Verlagerung des Nackenband-Abschnitts erfolgt durch eine präzise Verschwenkung um die definierte Schwenkachse. Die jeweilige Schwenkachse liegt vorzugsweise in der Stirnband-Ebene. Bevorzugt sind beide Führungseinrichtungen relativ zu der korrespondierenden Gegen-Führungseinrichtung entlang der jeweiligen Verschiebestrecke verschiebbar, wobei die Verschiebestrecken jeweils zumindest bereichsweise entlang eines Kreisbogens verlaufen. Besonders bevorzugt verlaufen die jeweiligen Verschiebestrecken vollständig entlang eines Kreisbogens.
  • Ein Fixiersystem gemäß Anspruch 4 weist bevorzugt eine eindeutig festgelegte Schwenkachse auf, um die mindestens einer der zwei Nackenband-Abschnitte verschwenkbar ist. Bevorzugt sind beide Nackenband-Abschnitte über je ein Gelenklager mit dem Stirnband verbunden. Durch das Gelenklager ist der jeweilige Nackenband-Abschnitt zusätzlich zu der Linearführung mit dem Stirnband verbunden. Der Nackenband-Abschnitt ist stabil gelagert und wird beim Verschwenken präzise geführt.
  • Die Verbindung über das Gelenklager kann insbesondere lösbar sein. Bevorzugt ist das Gelenklager als Kapsel-Stift-Gelenklager ausgeführt. Ein Gelenk-Stift kann beispielsweise einstückig an dem Stirnband angeformt sein. Die entsprechende Gelenk-Kapsel kann als an den Gelenk-Stift angepasste Ausnehmung in dem jeweiligen Nackenband-Abschnitt ausgebildet sein. Kapsel-Stift-Gelenklager sind konstruktiv einfach und stabil.
  • In einem Fixiersystem gemäß Anspruch 5 ist der betreffende Nackenband-Abschnitt einfach verschwenkbar. Bevorzugt sind beide Nackenband-Abschnitte mit dem Stirnband über ein Gelenklager verbunden, wobei das Gelenklager jeweils an einem dem Stirnband zugewandten freien Bandende des betreffenden Nackenband-Abschnitts angeordnet ist. Alle verschwenkbaren Teile sind im Bereich der Rückseite des Fixiersystems, also im Bereich des Hinterkopfs des Helmträgers angeordnet. Der Verschwenkmechnismus beeinträchtigt den Helmträger und den Sitz des Helms nicht.
  • Ein Fixiersystem gemäß Anspruch 6 weist eine definierte maximale Verschwenkbarkeit des betreffenden Nackenband-Abschnitts bezüglich des Stirnbands auf. Bevorzugt weisen beiden Nackenband-Abschnitte je einen Begrenzungs-Vorsprung im Bereich des Gelenklagers auf, wobei jeder Begrenzungs-Vorsprung zwischen zwei am Stirnband ausbildeten Anschlagelementen angeordnet ist. Durch den Anschlag des Begrenzungs-Vorsprungs an einem der Anschlagelemente ist eine eingeschwenkte Endstellung beziehungsweise eine ausgeschwenkte Endstellung des jeweiligen Nackenband-Abschnitts genau festgelegt. Zusätzlich können durch die Führungseinrichtungen und die korrespondierenden Gegen-Führungsvorrichtungen Begrenzungs-Elemente ausgebildet sein, die eine maximale Verschwenkung begrenzen.
  • Ein Fixiersystem gemäß Anspruch 7 gewährleistet das Festlegen verschiedener Schwenkstellungen. Ein unbeabsichtigtes Verändern der Schwenkstellung ist vermieden. Ein zuverlässiger Sitz des Helms auf dem Kopf des Helmträgers ist gewährleistet. Die Gegenrastelemente können insbesondere als Rastnasen ausgeführt sein, die in Rastaufnahmen der Führungselemente eingreifen. Bevorzugt weisen beide Führungselemente und beide Gegen-Führungselemente entsprechende Rastelemente bzw. Gegen-Rastelemente auf.
  • Die Schwenkachse kann bevorzugt durch die oben beschriebene Gelenkverbindung zwischen den Nackenband-Abschnitten und dem Stirnband festgelegt sein. In diesem Fall kann ein dem jeweiligen Stirnband-Hebelarm entsprechender Nackenband-Hebelarm je Nackenband-Abschnitt vorgesehen sein, der sich von der Schwenkachse aus nach hinten erstreckt. Bei gekröpftem Verlauf der Nackenband-Abschnitte kann sich der Nackenband-Hebelarm beispielsweise bis zu einer ersten Kröpf-Knickstelle des Nackenbands erstrecken. Bei einem insbesondere doppelt gekröpften Verlauf des Nackenband-Abschnitts mit einer ersten und einer zweiten Kröpf-Knickstelle sowie einem dazwischen liegenden Kröpf-Abschnitt ist die Gegen-Führungseinrichtung bevorzugt im Bereich des Kröpf-Abschnitts zwischen den beiden Kröpf-Knickstellen angeformt und steht von dort aus vor.
  • Ein Fixiersystem nach Anspruch 8 ist stabil und sicher an der Helmschale befestigbar. Bevorzugt ist an den freien Enden beider Stirnband-Hebelarme jeweils ein Ankerelement zum Befestigen des Fixiersystems an der Helmschale angeordnet. Zusätzlich können ein oder mehrere Ankerelemente derart am Stirnband angeordnet sein, dass auch eine Befestigung des Stirnbands im Bereich der Stirnseite der Helmschale möglich ist.
  • Bevorzugt sind die Führungseinrichtungen in Richtung der Helmschale, d.h. bei aufgesetztem Helm nach oben, von der Schwenkachse beanstandet. Dies ermöglicht insbesondere ein vollständiges Einschwenken der Nackenband-Abschnitte in die Helmschale. Insbesondere sind die an der Rückseite des Helms angeordneten Teile des Nackenbands innerhalb der Helmschale lagerbar. Dies ermöglicht eine gute Stapelbarkeit der Helme.
  • Die senkrecht zu der Längsrichtung von der Schwenkachse beabstandete Anordnung der Führungseinrichtungen kann über Stirnband-Führungsschenkel bewirkt werden. Die Stirnband-Führungsschenkel sind insbesondere an der jeweiligen Schwenkachse gegenüberliegenden Enden der Stirnband-Hebelarme angeordnet. Die Stirnband- Führungsschenkel erstrecken sich bevorzugt in Richtung der Helmschale.
  • Ein Fixiersystem gemäß Anspruch 9 weist eine hohe Stabilität auf und ist einfach und günstig fertigbar. Bevorzugt sind sowohl die Führungseinrichtungen mit dem Stirnband als auch die Gegen-Führungseinrichtung mit den jeweiligen Nackenband-Abschnitten einteilig ausgeführt. Besonders bevorzugt sind alle Komponenten des Stirnbands, wie beispielsweise Stirnband-Hebelarme und Stirnband-Führungsschenkel, einteilig mit dem Stirnband ausgeführt. Das Stirnband und die Nackenband-Abschnitte sind beispielsweise aus Kunststoff gefertigt.
  • Ein Fixiersystem gemäß Anspruch 10 ist konstruktiv einfach und stabil. Bevorzugt weisen beide Führungseinrichtungen jeweils eine Führungslasche und die korrespondierenden Gegen-Führungseinrichtung jeweils einen in der Führungslasche geführten Führungsschenkel auf. Besonders bevorzugt werden die Führungseinrichtungen im Wesentlichen aus den jeweiligen Führungslaschen und die Gegen-Führungseinrichtungen im Wesentlichen aus den jeweiligen Führungsschenkeln gebildet.
  • Ein Fixiersystem gemäß Anspruch 11 gewährleistet auf einfache und stabile Weise eine Linearführung, durch die der jeweilige Nackenband-Abschnitt um eine feste Schwenkachse verschwenkbar ist. Die gekrümmte Verschiebestrecke ist durch den Führungsschenkel präzise festgelegt. Bevorzugt sind beide Gegen-Führungseinrichtung als zumindest bereichsweise entlang eines Kreisbogens gekrümmte Führungsschenkel ausgeführt. Besonders bevorzugt sind die Führungsschenkel über ihre gesamte Länge entlang des Kreisbogens gekrümmt.
  • Die Führungslaschen können eine an die Krümmung der Führungsschenkel angepasste Krümmung aufweisen. Auch die Stirnband-Führungsschenkel können eine derartige Krümmung aufweisen.
  • Es ist eine weitere Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Helm zum Schutz des Kopfes eines Helmträgers zu verbessern. Der Helm soll insbesondere sicher und stabil auf dem Kopf des Helmträgers sitzen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch einen Helm mit den in Anspruch 12 angegeben Merkmalen. Der Helm weist eine Helmschale und ein an der Helmschale angebrachtes Fixiersystem, wie es oben beschrieben ist, auf. Der Helm weist einen sicheren und stabilen Sitz auf dem Kopf des Trägers auf. Weitere Befestigungsmittel, insbesondere ein Kinnriemen, sind hierfür vorzugsweise nicht nötig. Prinzipiell ist es aber auch möglich, dass ein zusätzlicher Kinnriemen vorhanden ist. Weitere Vorteile des Helms ergeben sich aus den Vorteilen des oben bezeichneten Fixiersystems.
  • Ein derartiger Helm ist insbesondere ein Arbeitsschutzhelm. Die Helmschale ist bevorzugt als Hartschale ausgeführt. Zusätzliche innere Schalenlagen aus Weich-PVC bzw. Schaummaterial können vorhanden sein, sind aber nicht nötig. Bevorzugt ist die Helmschale ungepolstert.
  • Bevorzugt sind die Nackenband-Abschnitte des Fixiersystems in einer eingeschwenkten Stellung innerhalb der Helmschale gelagert. Hierdurch sind derartige Helme gut aufeinander stapelbar.
  • Ein Helm gemäß Anspruch 13 weist eine stabile und sichere Befestigung des Fixiersystems an der Helmschale bei gleichzeitig flexibler Verlagerbarkeit der Nackenband-Abschnitte auf. Die Befestigung ist insbesondere entlang der Umfangrichtung des Kopfs des Helmträgers gleichermaßen gewährleistet. Zwei der Befestigungselemente können im Bereich einer Stirnseite des Helms und zwei weitere Befestigungselemente im Bereich einer Rückseite des Helms angeordnet sein.
  • Die Ankerelemente sind vorzugsweise lösbar mit der Helmschale verbunden, insbesondere lösbar verrastet. Das Fixiersystem kann hierdurch einfach aus dem Helm ausgebaut und/oder ausgetauscht werden.
  • Nachfolgend wird unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung beschrieben. Dabei zeigen:

  • Einander entsprechende Teile sind in den Fig. 1 bis 6 mit denselben Bezugszeichen versehen. Auch Einzelheiten der im Folgenden näher erläuterten Ausführungsbeispiele können für sich genommen eine Erfindung darstellen oder Teil eines Erfindungsgegenstands sein, wobei die Erfindung durch die angehängten Ansprüche definiert wird.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Helms 1. Der Helm 1 ist ein Arbeitsschutzhelm. Er weist eine Helmschale 2 und ein Fixiersystem 3 auf. Die Helmschale 2 ist als Hartplastikschale ausgeführt. Der Kopf eines Trägers des Helms 1 steht insbesondere nur mit dem Fixiersystem 3, nicht jedoch mit der Helmschale 2 in direktem Kontakt.
  • Das Fixiersystem 3 ist über vier Ankerelemente 4 an der Helmschale 2 befestigt, von welchen in der perspektivischen Ansicht der Fig. 1 nur zwei zu sehen sind. Die verbleibenden zwei Ankerelemente 4 sind den dargestellten Ankerelementen 4 bezüglich einer Mittellängsachse des Helms 1, die sich von dessen Stirnseite zu dessen Rückseite erstreckt, gegenüberliegend zu den dargestellten Ankerelementen 4 angeordnet. Zwei der vier Ankerelemente 4 sind innerhalb der Helmschale 2 im Bereich der Stirnseite des Helms 1 angeordnet. Die zwei weiteren Ankerelemente 4 sind im Bereich einer Rückseite des Helms 1 innerhalb der Helmschale 2 angeordnet. Das Fixiersystem 3 ist in einer Umfangrichtung eines Kopfs eines Helmträgers stabil und sicher an der Helmschale 2 befestigt.
  • In den Fig. 2 und 3 ist je eine Detaildarstellung eines Ankerelements 4 im Bereich der Stirnseite bzw. der Rückseite des Helms 1 gezeigt. Jedes der Ankerelemente 4 weist einen Rastvorsprung 5 auf, der in einer entsprechenden in der Helmschale 2 ausgebildeten Rastnut 6 gelagert ist. Die Rastvorsprünge 5 sind in den jeweiligen Rastnuten 6 über je einen Rasthebel 7 fixiert. Die Rasthebel 7 sind als Bestandteil der Helmschale 2 elastisch an diese angeformt. Durch Drücken der Rasthebel 7 aus dem Querschnitt der jeweiligen Rastnut 6 kann die Rastverbindung zu dem Rastvorsprung 5 gelöst und der Rastvorsprung 5 aus der Rastnut 6 geschoben werden. Auf diese Weise ist das Fixiersystem 3 lösbar mit der Helmschale 2 verbunden und kann aus dieser entnommen werden. Das Fixiersystem 3 und/oder die Helmschale 2 können bei Bedarf leicht ausgetauscht bzw. nachgerüstet werden.
  • Die Ankerelemente 4 sind an dem Fixiersystem 3 jeweils über eine Rastverbindung befestigt. Dafür weist das Fixiersystem je Ankerelement 4 zwei Befestigungsstifte 8 auf, die in entsprechenden, nicht dargestellten Stiftaufnahmen der Ankerelemente 4 verrasten. In alternativen, nicht gezeigten Ausführungsbeispielen sind die Ankerelemente 4 als Bestandteil des Fixiersystems 3 einstückig an dieses angeformt.
  • Jedes Ankerelement 4 weist weiterhin eine Lasche 9 auf. Die Lasche 9 dient zur Befestigung von nicht dargestellten Bändern als Teil einer Helmpolsterung.
  • Das aus der Helmschale 2 entnommene Fixiersystem 3 ist in den Fig. 4 bis 6 dargestellt. Der Übersichtlichkeit halber sind die Ankerelemente 4 und eine gegebenenfalls zugehörige Helmpolsterung nicht dargestellt.
  • Das Fixiersystem 3 umfasst ein Stirnband 10 und zwei Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12. Das Stirnband erstreckt sich entlang einer Längsrichtung 13. Die Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 sind im Bereich sich bezüglich der Längsrichtung 13 gegenüberliegenden Bandenden des Stirnbands 10 angeordnet und erstrecken sich in Längsrichtung 13 über das Stirnband 10 hinaus.
  • In der Darstellung des flach aufgefalteten (= unmontierten) Fixiersystems 3 in Fig. 5 sind die Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 nicht miteinander verbunden. In dieser Darstellung ist der Nackenband-Abschnitt 11 im Bereich eines linken Bandendes des Stirnbands 10 und der Nackenband-Abschnitt 12 im Bereich eines rechten Bandendes des Stirnbands 10 angeordnet. Der Nackenband-Abschnitt 11 weist im Bereich eines dem Stirnband 10 abgewandten Endes eine Rastausnehmung 14 auf. In die Rastausnehmung 14 ragt eine Vielzahl von Rastzähnen 15. Die Rastzähne 15 sind einstückig mit den Nackenband-Abschnitt 11 ausgeformt und sitzen auf einer die Rastausnehmung 14 nach unten hin begrenzenden Leiste. Der Nackenband-Abschnitt 12 weist eine entsprechende Rastausnehmung 16 mit hierein hineinragenden Rastzähnen 15 auf. Bei der Rastausnehmung 16 sind die Rastzähne 15 entlang von zwei die Rastausnehmung 16 nach oben bzw. nach unten hin begrenzenden Leisten angeordnet.
  • Für die Verwendung des Fixiersystems 3 in dem Helm 1 sind die Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 über eine bekannte Arretiervorrichtung 17 längenveränderlich miteinander verbunden, wie dies in den Fig. 1 und 4 gezeigt ist. Die Arretiervorrichtung 17 weist nicht dargestellte Arretierzähne auf, welche in den Rastausnehmungen 14, 16 der Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 geführt sind und in die Rastzähne 15 greifen. Durch Drehen an einem Verstellrad 18 lässt sich die wirksame Länge der verbundenen Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 variieren.
  • In der durch die Arretiervorrichtung 17 verbundenen Anordnung bilden die Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 ein Nackenband 19. Das Fixiersystem 13 ist daher als umlaufendes Kopfband aus dem Stirnband 10 und dem Nackenband 19 gebildet. Die Längsrichtung 13 des Stirnbands 10 läuft hierbei im Wesentlichen entlang der Umfangrichtung des Kopfs eines Helmträgers. Wenn das Fixiersystem 3 in der Helmschale 2 befestigt ist, ist das Stirnband 10 im Bereich der Stirnseite des Helms 1 und das Nackenband 19 im Bereich der Rückseite des Helms 1 angeordnet. Bei richtig aufgesetztem Helm kommt das Stirnband 10 an der Stirn des Helmträgers zu liegen, während das Nackenband 19 mit einem an der Arretiervorrichtung 17 angeordneten Anlageelement 20 ungefähr mittig an dem Hinterkopf des Helmträgers anliegt.
  • Die Längsrichtung 13 des Stirnbands 10 verläuft in dem montierten Zustand des Fixiersystems 3 in einer Stirnband-Ebene. Das Fixiersystem 3 ist an die Kopfform des Helmträgers anpassbar, indem die Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 gegenüber der Stirnband-Ebene verschwenkbar an dem Stirnband 10 angeordnet sind. Über Drehen des Verstellrads 18 der Arretiervorrichtung 17 ist das Fixiersystem 3 zudem an den Kopfumfang des Helmträgers anpassbar. Das Verschwenken der Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 wird im Folgenden im Rahmen der Beschreibung der Ausgestaltung des Stirnbands 10 sowie der Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 und deren relativen Anordnung im Detail erläutert.
  • Im Bereich ihres dem Stirnband 10 zugewandten freien Bandendes sind die Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 jeweils über ein Gelenklager 21 schwenkbar mit dem Stirnband 10 verbunden. Das Gelenklager 21 ist als Kapsel-Stift-Lager ausgeführt. Ein einstückig an dem Stirnband 10 ausgeformter Gelenk-Stift 22 ist in einer entsprechenden Ausnehmung im Bereich des freien Endes des jeweiligen Nackenbands-Abschnitts 11, 12 gelagert. Das Gelenklager 21 definiert jeweils eine Schwenkachse 23, um welche der jeweilige Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 gegenüber dem Stirnband 10 verschwenkt werden kann. Die Schwenkachsen 23 liegen insbesondere in der Stirnband-Ebene.
  • Ausgehend von den Gelenk-Stiften 22 erstreckt sich jeweils ein Stirnband-Hebelarm 24 entlang der Längsrichtung 13 in Richtung des jeweiligen Nackenband-Abschnitts 11, 12. Die Stirnband-Hebelarme 24 erstrecken sich also in Richtung der Rückseite des Helms 1. Die Stirnband-Hebelarme 24 sind ein einstückig mit diesem Stirnband 10 ausgeführt.
  • An den freien Enden der Stirnband-Hebelarme 24 ist jeweils ein sich im Wesentlichen in Längsrichtung 13 erstreckender Befestigungsvorsprung 25 angeordnet. Der Befestigungsvorsprung 25 weist jeweils zwei der Befestigungsstifte 8 zur Befestigung eines Ankerelements 4 auf. Über den sich nach hinten erstreckenden Befestigungsvorsprung 25 ist somit eine Befestigung des Stirnbands 10 an der Helmschale 2 im Bereich der Rückseite des Helms 1 möglich. Die verbleibenden Befestigungsstifte 8 sind jeweils paarweise an sich in Richtung der Helmschale 2 erstreckenden Befestigungsbügeln 26 angeordnet. Die Befestigungsbügel 26 sind bezogen auf die Längsrichtung 13 zwischen den beiden Gelenklagern 21 angeordnet. Die Befestigungsbügel 26 und die hieran über die Befestigungsstifte 8 befestigbaren Ankerelemente 4 gewährleisten die Befestigung des Stirnbands 10 an der Helmschale 2 im Bereich der Stirnseite des Helms 1. Die Befestigungsstifte 8 zur Befestigung der Ankerelemente 4 an dem Fixiersystem 3 sind ausschließlich an dem Stirnband 10 angeordnet. Es ist daher nur das Stirnband 10 des Fixiersystems 3 oder die Ankerelemente 4 direkt an der Helmschale 2 verankert. Das Nackenband 19 mit den Nackenband-Abschnitten 11, 12 ist dagegen nicht direkt mit der Helmschale 2 verbunden. Dies gewährleistet ein einfaches Verschwenken des Nackenbands 19 gegenüber der mit dem Stirnband 10 verbunden Helmschale 2 aus der Stirnband-Ebene heraus. Das Fixiersystem 3 ist einfach und flexibel an die Kopfform des Helmträgers anpassbar.
  • Neben den Befestigungsvorsprüngen 25 ist im Bereich der freien Enden der Stirnband-Hebelarme 24 jeweils ein Stirnband-Führungsschenkel 27 angeordnet. Die Stirnband-Führungsschenkel 27 erstrecken sich entlang eines Kreisbogens konzentrisch um die Schwenkachse 23 in Richtung der Helmschale 2. Die Stirnband-Führungsschenkel 27 erstrecken sich bei aufgesetztem Helm 1 entlang des Kreisbogens nach oben. An ihrem oberen Ende weisen die Stirnband-Führungsschenkel 27 jeweils Führungslaschen 28 auf.
  • Die Führungsschenkel 27 mit den Führungslaschen 28, die Befestigungsvorsprünge 25, die Stirnband-Hebelarme 24, die Befestigungsbügel 26 und die weiteren Elemente des Stirnbands sind einteilig aus Kunststoff geformt. Demgegenüber sind die Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 jeweils gesonderte Bauteile, die ebenfalls jeweils einstückig aus Kunststoff geformt sind.
  • Ausgehend von ihrem dem Stirnband 10 zugewandten freien Ende verlaufen die Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 zunächst entlang eines Nackenband-Hebelarms 29 gerade. Die Nackenband-Hebelarme 29 erstrecken sich jeweils von den Gelenklagern 21 im Wesentlichen nach hinten. An einem dem Gelenklager 21 gegenüberliegenden Ende der Nackenband-Hebelarme 29 weisen die Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 eine erste Kröpf-Knickstelle 30 auf. Im Bereich der ersten Kröpf-Knickstelle 30 erfolgt eine erste Richtungsänderung des Verlaufs jedes der Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 in Richtung von der Helmschale 2 weg, d. h. bei aufgesetztem Helm im Wesentlichen nach unten. An die ersten Kröpf-Knickstelle 30 schließt sich ein im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem jeweiligen Nackenband-Hebelarm 29 verlaufender Kröpf-Abschnitt 31 an. An einem der ersten Kröpf-Knickstelle 30 gegenüberliegenden Ende des Kröpf-Abschnitts 31 ist an jedem Nackenband-Abschnitte eine zweite Kröpf-Knickstelle 32 ausgeformt. An der zweiten Kröpf-Knickstelle 32 erfolgt eine zur ersten Richtungsänderung gegenläufige zweite Richtungsänderung des Verlaufs des jeweiligen Nackenband-Abschnitts 11, 12. Von der zweiten Kröpf-Knickstelle 32 verläuft jeder Nackenband-Abschnitt 11, 12 gerade bis zu dem jeweiligen dem Stirnband 10 abgewandtem Bandende mit den Rastausnehmungen 14, 16. Durch das Vorsehen der Kröpf-Knickstellen 30, 32 haben die Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 jeweils einen im Wesentlichen doppelt gekröpften (d. h. doppelt abgewinkelten oder umgelenkten) Verlauf. Dieser im Wesentlichen doppelt gekröpfte Verlauf hat sich als besonders geeignet zur Anpassung des Fixiersystems 3 an die Kopfform des Helmträgers erwiesen.
  • Jeder Nackenband-Abschnitt 11, 12 hat einen im Bereich des jeweiligen Kröpf-Abschnitts 31 einstückig angeformten Führungsschenkel 33. Der Führungsschenkel 33 ist entlang eines konzentrisch zu der Schwenkachse 23 verlaufenden Kreisbogens gekrümmt und erstreckt sich in Richtung der Helmschale 2.
  • Die Länge der Nackenband-Hebelarme 29 zusammen mit der ersten Kröpf-Knickstelle 30 einerseits und der Stirnband-Führungsschenkeln 27 andererseits sind derart aufeinander abgestimmt, dass die Führungsschenkel 33 der Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 in den Führungslaschen 28 des Stirnbands 10 verschiebbar gelagert sind. Die Führungslaschen 28 stellen eine Führungseinrichtung und die Führungsschenkel 33 des jeweiligen Nackenband-Abschnitts 11, 12 eine korrespondierende Gegen-Führungseinrichtung dar. Durch die Führungslaschen 28 und die korrespondierenden Führungsschenkel 33 sind Linearführungen gebildet. Eine Verschiebung der Führungsschenkel 33 relativ zu der jeweiligen Führungslasche 28 erfolgt entlang einer Verschiebestrecke 34 der Linearführung. Die Verschiebestrecke 34 verläuft wie der jeweilige Führungsschenkel 33 und der jeweilige Stirnband-Führungsschenkel 27 entlang eines konzentrisch zu der jeweiligen Schwenkachse 23 verlaufenden Kreisbogens. Die Verschiebestrecke 34 kann sich zumindest bereichsweise auch senkrecht zu der Längsrichtung 13 erstrecken.
  • Beim Verschieben eines der Führungsschenkel 33 relativ zu der korrespondierenden Führungslasche 28 entlang der Verschiebestrecke 34 wird der jeweilige Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 um die jeweilige Schenkachse 23 in einer Schwenkrichtung 35 gegenüber der Stirnband-Ebene verschwenkt. Die Führung der Führungsschenkel 33 in den korrespondierenden Führungslaschen 28 bewirkt ein stabiles und präzises Verschwenken.
  • Zur Festlegung einer jeweiligen Schwenkstellung weisen die Führungsschenkel 33 eine Mehrzahl von Rastnasen 36 auf, welche in einer Rastaufnahme 37 der jeweiligen Führungslasche 28 einrasten können. Die Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 und das gesamte Nackenband 19 sind zwischen den verschiedenen durch die Rastnasen 36 der jeweiligen Führungsschenkel 33 definierten Schwenkstellungen verschwenkbar.
  • In Fig. 5 ist der linke Nackenband-Abschnitt in einer eingeschwenkten Endstellung gezeigt. Gestrichelt ist zudem eine ausgeschwenkte Endstellung des Nackenband-Abschnitts 11 dargestellt. In der eingeschwenkten Endstellung ist der Nackenband-Abschnitt 11 in Richtung der Helmschale 2, d. h. bei aufgesetztem Helm 1 nach oben, verschwenkt. In der ausgeschwenkten Endstellung ist der Nackenband-Abschnitt 11 aus der Helmschale 2, d. h. bei aufgesetztem Helm 1 nach unten, verschwenkt. Um diese Endstellungen präzise zu definieren sind an den Nackenband-Abschnitten 11, 12 jeweils Begrenzungs-Vorsprünge 38 vorhanden. Die Begrenzungs-Vorsprünge 38 sind jeweils im Bereich des dem Stirnband 10 zugewandten freien Endes der Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 angeformt. Die Begrenzungs-Vorsprünge 38 sind jeweils zwischen zwei am Stirnband 10 ausgebildeten Anschlagelementen 39 gelagert. Zudem sind Begrenzungs-Elemente 40, 41 in Form von Ausbuchtungen auf den Führungsschenkeln 33 angeformt. Die Begrenzungs-Elemente 40 sind jeweils an den freien Enden der Führungsschenkel 33 angeordnet, die Begrenzungs-Elemente 41 an den dem jeweiligen Kröpf-Abschnitt 31 zugewandten Enden der Führungsschenkel 33. In der eingeschwenkten Endstellung eines Nackenband-Abschnitts 11, 12 schlägt der Begrenzungs-Vorsprung 38 am unteren Anschlagelement 39 und das Begrenzungs-Element 41 an der Führungslasche 28 an. In der ausgeschwenkten Endstellung schlägt der Begrenzungs-Vorsprung 38 am oberen Anschlagelement 39 und das Begrenzungs-Element 40 an der Führungslasche 28 an.
  • Die aus den Führungsschenkeln 33 und den korrespondierenden Führungslaschen 28 gebildeten Linearführungen sind bezüglich der jeweiligen Schwenkachsen 23 aufgrund der Stirnband-Hebelarme 24 bzw. der Nackenband-Hebelarme 29 in Längsrichtung 13 nach hinten verlagert. Der hieraus gebildete Verschwenkmechanismus beeinträchtigt einen Helmträger daher nicht. Auf Grund der sich in Richtung der Helmschale 2 erstreckenden Stirnband-Führungsschenkel 27 sind die Führungslaschen 28 senkrecht zu der Längsrichtung 13 des Stirnbands 10 von der Schwenkachse 23 beabstandet. Die Führungslaschen 28 behindern ein weites Einschwenken des jeweiligen Nackenband-Abschnitts 11, 12 daher nicht. In der eingeschwenkten Endstellung sind die Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 und damit das gesamte Nackenband 19 im Wesentlich vollständig innerhalb der Helmschale 2 gelagert. Die ermöglicht ein einfaches Stapeln der Helme 1.
  • Das Fixiersystem 3 erlaubt eine optimale Anpassung an die Kopfform des Helmträgers. Der Helm 1 sitzt somit sicher und gleichzeitig bequem auf dem Kopf des Helmträgers. Ein zusätzlicher Kinnriemen ist daher nicht unbedingt nötig. Dennoch kann es Anwendungsfälle geben, in welchen ein zusätzlicher Kinnriemen gewünscht ist. Zur Befestigung eines zusätzlichen Kinnriemens umfasst das Fixiersystem 3 vier Hakenelemente 42. Zwei der Hakenelemente 42 sind am Stirnband 10, jeweils in Längsrichtung 13 benachbart zu den Gelenklagern 21 angeordnet. An den Kröpf-Abschnitten 31 der Nackenband-Abschnitte 11, 12 ist jeweils ein weiteres Hakenelement 42 vorhanden. Die Hackenelemente 42 sind jeweils T-förmig. Ein Kinnriemen kann daher durch Halteschlaufen einfach in die Hakenelemente 42 eingehängt werden.

Claims (13)

  1. Fixiersystem zum Fixieren eines Helms an dem Kopf eines Helmträgers, aufweisend
    - ein Stirnband (10) mit zwei Führungseinrichtungen (28), und
    - zwei Nackenband-Abschnitte (11, 12) mit jeweils einer zu einer der zwei Führungseinrichtungen (28) des Stirnbands (10) korrespondierenden Gegen-Führungseinrichtung (33),
    wobei jede Gegen-Führungseinrichtung (33) zum Verlagern des jeweiligen Nackenband-Abschnitts (11, 12) gegenüber dem Stirnband (10) verschiebbar an der korrespondierenden Führungseinrichtung (28) angeordnet ist,
    wobei die Führungseinrichtungen (28) jeweils an einem freien Ende eines jeweiligen Stirnband-Hebelarms (24) angeordnet sind, wobei sich der Stirnband-Hebelarm (24) als Bestandteil des Stirnbands (10) in Richtung des jeweiligen Nackenband-Abschnitts (11, 12) über eine Schwenkachse (23), um welche der jeweilige Nackenband-Abschnitt (11, 12) gegenüber dem Stirnband (10) verschwenkbar ist, hinaus erstreckt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Führungseinrichtungen (28) senkrecht zu der Längsrichtung (13) des Stirnbands (10) von der Schwenkachse (23) beabstandet sind.
  2. Fixiersystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich eine Verschiebestrecke (34), um die zumindest eine der Führungseinrichtungen (28) relativ zu der korrespondierenden Gegen-Führungseinrichtung (33) verschiebbar ist, zumindest bereichsweise senkrecht zu einer Längsrichtung (13) des Stirnbands (10) erstreckt.
  3. Fixiersystem nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Verschiebestrecke (34), um die zumindest eine der Führungseinrichtungen (28) relativ zu der korrespondierenden Gegen-Führungseinrichtung (33) verschiebbar ist, zumindest bereichsweise entlang eines Kreisbogens verläuft.
  4. Fixiersystem nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der zwei Nackenband-Abschnitte (11, 12) über ein Gelenklager (21) mit dem Stirnband (10) verbunden ist.
  5. Fixiersystem nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenklager (21) an einem dem Stirnband (10) zugewandten freien Bandende des betreffenden Nackenband-Abschnitts (11, 12) angeordnet ist.
  6. Fixiersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der betreffende Nackenband-Abschnitt (11, 12) im Bereich des Gelenklagers (21) einen Begrenzungs-Vorsprung (38) aufweist, wobei der Begrenzungs-Vorsprung (38) zwischen zwei am Stirnband (10) ausgebildeten Anschlagelementen (39) angeordnet ist.
  7. Fixiersystem nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der Gegen-Führungselemente (33) Gegen-Rastelemente (36) aufweist, die in entsprechende Rastelemente (37) des korrespondierenden Führungselements (28) eingreifen.
  8. Fixiersystem nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des freien Endes mindestens eines der Stirnband-Hebelarme (24) ein Ankerelement (4) zum Befestigen des Fixiersystems (3) an einer Helmschale (2) angeordnet ist.
  9. Fixiersystem nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtungen (28) mit dem Stirnband (10) und/oder die Gegen-Führungseinrichtungen (33) mit den jeweiligen Nackenband-Abschnitten (11, 12) jeweils einteilig ausgeführt sind.
  10. Fixiersystem nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Führungseinrichtungen (28) eine Führungslasche und die korrespondierenden Gegen-Führungseinrichtung (33) einen in der Führungslasche geführten Führungsschenkel aufweisen.
  11. Fixiersystem nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsschenkel (33) zumindest bereichsweise entlang eines Kreisbogens gekrümmt ist.
  12. Helm zum Schutz des Kopfs eines Helmträgers, insbesondere Arbeitsschutzhelm, mit
    - einer Helmschale (2) und
    - einem an der Helmschale (2) angebrachten Fixiersystems (3) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11.
  13. Helm nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Stirnband (10) des Fixiersystems (3) über vier Ankerelemente (4) an der Helmschale (2) befestigt ist.
