Claims (15)

  1. Method for producing a precast concrete part using a formwork device (1), the formwork device (1) having two formwork panels (2) which are hingedly connected to one another, preferably detachably, in order to be transferred from an unfolded state to a folded state, each formwork panel (2) having a formwork front face (5) and a formwork rear face (8), and the formwork rear faces (8) of the two formwork panels (2) facing each other in the folded state, a cover (11) and a formwork chamber (12) which is intended for being filled with concrete and can be closed by the cover (11) being provided at least on one of the formwork front faces (5), characterised in that said chamber is filled with concrete in the unfolded state, and the concrete is hardened in an at least partially folded state of the formwork device (1).
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterised in that the formwork chamber (12) has a formwork wall (3) which protrudes with respect to the formwork front face (5).
  3. Method according to claim 2, characterised in that the formwork wall (3) is integral with the formwork front face (5), or in that the formwork wall (3) has formwork magnets (7).
  4. Method according to either claim 2 or claim 3, characterised in that the formwork wall (3) is formed by a boundary of the formwork front face (5) that preferably extends all the way round said face.
  5. Method according to at least one of claims 2 to 4, characterised in that the formwork wall (3) forms a closed line.
  6. Method according to at least one of claims 2 to 5, characterised in that the formwork wall (3) has a preferably closable opening for being filled with the concrete, which opening in particular faces a hinge (15).
  7. Method according to claim 6, characterised in that the opening is provided in the cover (11) or can be closed by the cover (11).
  8. Method according to at least one of claims 2 to 7, characterised in that fastening means (13) are provided in order to connect the cover (11) to the formwork panel (2) and/or the formwork wall (3), preferably detachably, the fastening means (13) preferably having at least one clamping device.
  9. Method according to at least one of claims 2 to 8, characterised in that a guide device for the cover (11) is provided between the formwork panel (2) and/or the formwork wall (3).
  10. Method according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cover (11) is at least indirectly, preferably detachably, attachable to the formwork panel (2).
  11. Method according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a securing device (14) is provided, by means of which the formwork panels (2) can be secured against unfolding in the folded state.
  12. Method according to claim 11, characterised in that the securing device (14) is provided between the formwork panels (2) and is designed as a connecting device (14), in order to connect the two formwork panels (2) to one another, at least in the folded state, the connecting device (14) preferably being flexible or hinged, in particular being designed as a chain or rope.
  13. Method according to claim 12, characterised in that the connecting device (14) is provided on the narrow face, preferably centrally on the formwork panel.
  14. Method according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that, in the folded state, the formwork panels (2) form an acute angle, preferably between 20 and 35 degrees, such that said panels can be set up in the folded state so as to have an A-shape in a side view.
  15. Method according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the formwork panel (2) has at least one roller (9) for moving the formwork panel (2), which roller is preferably on the rear face of the formwork (8) and in particular on the edge (2a) of the formwork panel (2).
