Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen verfahrbaren Nachttisch nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 sowie die Anordnung eines Nachttisches an einem Kranken- oder Pflegebett.
  • Ein verfahrbarer Nachttisch entsprechend der Gattung ist aus der DE 198 04 668 C1 bekannt.
  • Die Anordnung eines Nachttisches an einem mit Laufrollen versehenen Kranken- oder Pflegebett ist in der DE 44 47 082 C1 thematisiert. Dabei ist der Nachttisch quaderförmig ausgebildet und im Querschnitt quadratisch. Gegenüber einem unterseitigen Fahrgestell, das mit Rollen bestückt ist, erstreckt sich der Korpus des Nachttisches in seiner Länge senkrecht, d.h., das Fahrgestell entspricht in seinen Grundrissabmaßen etwa dem Querschnittsabmaß des Korpus, wobei die Kantenlänge des Querschnitts des Korpus bestimmt wird von der Breite des Betttisches, der am Korpus angeschlossen ist. Damit ergibt sich eine relativ große Querschnittsfläche und damit ein entsprechend großer Stauraum des Nachttisches, der allerdings aufgrund der abnehmenden Verweildauer von Patienten im Krankenhaus nicht mehr erforderlich ist.
  • Forderungen gehen daher dahin, Nachttische dem tatsächlichen Bedarf hinsichtlich des Stauraums anzupassen.
  • Unabhängig davon entsprechen die bekannten Nachttische aufgrund ihrer relativ großen Querschnittsabmaße nicht den Ansprüchen an eine einfache und problemlose Handhabung, insbesondere wenn ein solcher Nachttisch, wie in der erwähnten DE 44 47 082 C1 offenbart, mit dem Krankenbett bewegt werden soll.
  • Dazu ist das Krankenbett mit einer Verlängerung des Bettgestells versehen, durch die in Funktionsstellung, d.h., zur Aufnahme des Nachttisches, eine Nische gebildet wird, in die seitlich des Krankenbettes der Nachttisch eingeschoben wird, wobei dieser während des Einschiebens angehoben wird.
  • Allerdings behindert die Verlängerung des Krankenbettes beim gemeinsamen Transport des Nachttisches und des Krankenbettes die Handhabung, insbesondere beim Verfahren in vielerlei Hinsicht.
  • So ist beispielsweise das Rangieren der Einheit Krankenbett/Nachttisch aufgrund der sich ergebenden Länge äußerst beschwerlich. Auch die Platzierung dieser Einheit beispielsweise in einem Fahrstuhl gestaltet sich problematisch, wenn dies überhaupt möglich ist.
  • Vielfach wird daher der Nachttisch nicht mit dem Krankenbett transportiert, sondern separat, was die Handhabung gleichermaßen erschwert, wenn das Krankenbett gemeinsam mit einem zugeordneten Nachttisch bewegt werden soll, vor allem wenn bettlägerige Patienten mit dem Krankenbett verlegt werden.
  • Weiter ist aus der DE 36 25 126 C2 ein verfahrbarer Nachttisch bekannt, an dessen Fahrgestell ein senkrecht dazu ausgerichteter, teleskopartig höhenverstellbarer Träger befestigt ist, wobei der Korpus dieses Nachttisches am Träger gehalten ist. Allerdings ist der Betttisch starr mit dem Träger bzw. dem Korpus verbunden, d.h. nicht, entsprechend der Gattung, verschwenkbar, so dass ein gleichzeitiger Transport von Krankenbett und Nachttisch nicht praktikabel ist.
  • Die DE 70 05 950 U zeigt und beschreibt einen Nachttisch, der zum gemeinsamen Transport mit dem Krankenbett seitlich am Krankenbett gehalten wird, wobei allerdings der Betttisch praktisch in gestreckter, horizontaler Lage verbleibt. Aufgrund der durch die seitliche Anbringung des Nachttisches am Krankenbett außerordentliche Breite der zu transportierenden Einheit, gestaltet sich dieser Transport extrem schwierig.
  • Aus DE 20 2013 103 255 U1 ist ein Nachttisch mit abschwenkbarem Betttisch und Aufhängung für den Querholm eines Betthaupts bekannt, welcher als nächstliegender Stand der Technik angesehen werden kann.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Nachttisch der gattungsgemäßen Art sowie die Anordnung eines Nachttisches an einem Kranken- oder Pflegebett so weiterzuentwickeln, dass mit geringem konstruktiven und fertigungstechnischen Aufwand eine verbesserte Handhabung des Nachttisches bzw. der Kombination Krankenbett/Nachttisch möglich ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen Nachttisch mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Durch die Erfindung wird nun ein Nachttisch bereitgestellt, dessen Platzbedarf gegenüber einem solchen nach dem Stand der Technik deutlich reduziert ist.
  • Bevorzugt entspricht die Breite der Schmalseiten etwa der Hälfte der Breite des Betttisches. Die Breite der ersten Breitseite des Korpus entspricht, wie bisher, etwa der Breite des Betttisches.
  • Der nunmehr reduzierte Stauraum ist, wie sich gezeigt hat, ausreichend um die Patientenutensilien aufnehmen zu können, die ein Patient üblicherweise für die Verweildauer benötigt.
  • Der der ersten Breitseite des Korpus zugeordnete deutliche Überstand des Fahrgestells bietet eine ausreichende Abstützung, wenn der Betttisch in eine horizontale Gebrauchsstellung verschwenkt ist und belastet wird, beispielsweise durch Speisen und/oder Getränke oder als Arbeitsfläche.
  • Bevorzugt ist das Fahrgestell mit seinem gegenüber der ersten Breitseite des Korpus vorstehenden Bereich als eine vom Korpus ausgehende abfallende Schräge ausgebildet, wodurch bei abgeschwenktem Betttisch ein Ineinanderschieben einer Mehrzahl von Nachttischen möglich ist, so dass deren Unterbringung äußerst platzsparend ist.
  • Nach einem weiteren Gedanken der Erfindung ist der Betttisch an einem Oberboden des Korpus angelenkt, wobei dieser Oberboden gegenüber der ersten Breitseite des Korpus vorsteht und derart im Querschnitt ausgebildet ist, dass er eine Aufhängung bildet, mittels der der Nachttisch an einem Querholm eines stirnseitigen Hauptes des Krankenbettes angehängt werden kann. Hierzu ist der überstehende Kragbereich des Oberbodens etwa im Querschnitt winkelförmig ausgebildet mit einem lichten Abmaß derart, dass eine relativ passgenaue Einhängung am Querholm des Krankenbettes möglich ist.
  • In aufgeschwenkter Stellung des Betttisches wird dieser durch eine schwenkbare Konsole gehalten, die sich einerseits gelenkig aufgehängt an der Unterseite des Betttisches und andererseits gleichfalls gelenkig am Träger bzw. der ersten Breitseite des Korpus abstützt. In hochgeschwenkter Stellung ist der Betttisch durch einen lösbaren Rastmechanismus mit der Konsole arretiert verbunden.
  • In den Betttisch ist eine seitlich herausziehbare Stützplatte integriert, die in herausgezogener Schwenkstellung in eine schräge Position verschwenkbar ist.
  • Gemäß der Erfindung ist der Korpus an dem höhenverstellbaren Teil des Trägers gehalten, der teleskopartig ausgebildet ist und in jeder ausgezogenen Stellung gebremst gehalten ist, vorzugsweise mittels einer Gasdruckfeder, deren Rastfunktion durch ein manuell betätigbares Bedienorgan aufgehoben werden kann.
  • Bei Anordnung des Nachttisches an einem Krankenbett, dessen Liegefläche vorzugsweise höhenverstellbar ist, ist der Nachttisch mit dem hervorstehenden Bereich des Fahrgestells von einer Stirnseite unter das Krankenbett geschoben, wobei dann die gebildete Aufhängung des Oberbodens mit dem zugeordneten Querholm des Hauptes des Krankenbettes in Deckung gebracht ist.
  • Bei einem Anheben der Liegefläche wird der Querholm in die Aufhängung gebracht und der Nachttisch so weit angehoben, dass die Rollen seines Fahrgestells bodenfrei positioniert sind. Der Nachttisch wird daher bei einem nachfolgenden Bewegen dieser Einheit quasi mitgeführt ohne die Aufstellfläche zu berühren, so dass das Krankenbett problemlos auch über Schwellen oder dergleichen bewegt werden kann.
  • Darüber hinaus ist die gesamte Einheit in einer Waschanlage abwaschbar, was bislang, vor allem aus Platzgründen, nur unter erschwerten Bedingungen möglich war.
  • Vorteile ergeben sich gleichermaßen aus der insgesamt verkürzten Länge der Einheit Nachttisch/Krankenbett, die sowohl ein Rangieren erleichtert wie auch den Transport in einem Fahrstuhl, da dieser im Regelfall ausreichend bemessen ist, um die gesamte Einheit aufnehmen zu können.
  • Nach einem weiteren Gedanken der Erfindung besteht der Korpus aus zwei in Längsrichtung der Breitseiten getrennten gleichen Hälften, die form-, kraft- und/oder stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Jede Hälfte kann dabei einstückig aus Kunststoff hergestellt sein, was insofern den gestellten hygienischen Anforderungen in besonderer Weise entspricht, als der Korpus praktisch naht- und spaltfrei ausgebildet ist.
  • Der durch den Korpus mit Ober- und Unterboden begrenzte Stauraum kann aus mehreren Einzelräumen bestehen, die vorzugsweise beidseitig, d.h. zu den Schmalseiten des Korpus hin offen sind. Ebenfalls denkbar kann zumindest einer der gebildeten Stauräume durch mindestens einen Schubkasten gebildet sein, der ebenfalls beidseitig bedienbar ist.
  • Durch die Anordnung des Nachttisches am Krankenbett kann die so gebildete Einheit zusammen mit dem im Krankenbett ruhenden Patienten zu einem Ortswechsel verfahren werden, wobei die im Nachttisch deponierten Utensilien des Patienten an Ort und Stelle verbleiben, also mitgeführt werden.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.

  • In den Figuren 1 bis 9 sind jeweils verfahrbare Nachttische erkennbar, mit einem an einem Fahrgestell 9 gehaltenen, quaderförmigen, sich in seiner Länge senkrecht zum Fahrgestell 9 erstreckenden Korpus 1, der sich gegenüberliegende Schmalseiten 2 für mehrere Stauräume 6 aufweist. Ein Teil der Stauräume 6 ist durchgehend offen und erlaubt einen beidseitigen Eingriff. Ein weiterer Stauraum 6 kann als Schubkasten 7 ausgebildet sein, der beidseitig herausziehbar ist.
  • Abgewinkelt zu den Schmalseiten 2 ist der Korpus 1 begrenzt durch zwei sich gegenüberliegende Breitseiten, wobei einer ersten Breitseite 3 ein von einer vertikalen in eine horizontale Lage verschwenkbarer Betttisch 8 zugeordnet ist, der mittels Gelenklaschen 18 an einem die erste Breitseite 3 überragenden Oberboden 4 des Korpus 1 angelenkt ist.
  • In der Figur 1 ist der Betttisch 8 in eine vertikale Stellung abgeschwenkt erkennbar dargestellt, in der er an der ersten Breitseite 3 anliegt oder mit geringem Abstand dazu parallel verläuft.
  • In der Figur 2 ist der Betttisch 8 in eine horizontale Gebrauchsstellung verschwenkt abgebildet, in der er durch eine Konsole 14, die am Korpus 1 gehalten ist, abgestützt wird, wobei diese Konsole 14 längs verschieblich an der Unterseite des Betttisches 8 einerseits und andererseits gelenkig an der Breitseite 3 des Korpus 1 gehalten ist. In dieser Position sind die Konsole 14 und der Betttisch 8 miteinander lösbar verrastet.
  • Das im Beispiel mit vier Rollen 10 bestückte Fahrgestell 9 ragt, gemäß der Erfindung, gegenüber dem Korpus 1 auf der dem Betttisch 8 zugeordneten Seite hinaus, wobei hierzu das Fahrgestell 9 eine von der ersten Breitseite 3 ausgehende Brücke 11 aufweist, an deren dem Korpus 1 abgewandten Ende ein Rollenpaar angeordnet ist. Das andere Rollenpaar ist im Bereich des Unterbodens 5 auf der der ersten Breitseite 3 gegenüberliegenden Seite angeordnet.
  • Die Länge der Brücke 11 ist dabei größer als die Breite der Schmalseiten 2, wie insbesondere in der Figur 7 zu erkennen ist.
  • Der größte außenseitige Abstand der endseitig an der Brücke 11 angeordneten Rollen 10 zueinander ist kleiner als der lichte Abstand der gegenüberliegenden Rollen 10 zueinander. Anstelle von zwei am freien Ende der Brücke 11 angeordneten Rollen 10, kann auch lediglich eine Rolle vorgesehen sein, so dass sich ein dreirädriges Fahrgestell 9 ergibt.
  • Ausgehend vom Korpus 1 verläuft die Brücke 11 abfallend zu den endseitigen Rollen 10 als schiefe Ebene, so dass der Abstand des Korpus 1 zu einer Aufstellfläche, beispielsweise einem Fußboden 26 (Figur 9) größer ist als der Abstand der Brücke 11 im Bereich der endseitigen Rollen 10.
  • Dadurch, ebenso wie durch den geringeren Abstand der endseitig an der Brücke 11 angeschlossenen Rollen 10 zueinander als der der korpusseitigen Rollen 10 zueinander ist die Möglichkeit geschaffen, eine Mehrzahl von Nachttischen ineinander zu schieben, wie dies in der Figur 7 dargestellt ist. In diesem Fall wird das Fahrgestell 9 eines Nachttisches im Bereich seiner Brücke 11 unter das Fahrgestell 9 eines benachbarten Nachttisches geschoben, bis sich beide Nachttische berühren, im Beispiel im Bereich eines vorstehenden Teils des Oberbodens 4.
  • Dieser Bereich ist im Querschnitt winkelförmig gestaltet und bildet eine nach unten hin offene Aufhängung 16.
  • Der Korpus 1 ist im Übrigen am höhenverstellbaren Teil eines Trägers 13 befestigt, der senkrecht ausgerichtet an dem Fahrgestell 9 angeschlossen ist und der teleskopartig in seiner Höhe veränderbar ist. Zur Arretierung in einer Verschiebestellung ist der Träger 13 mit einer Bremse versehen, beispielsweise einer Gasdruckfeder, die mittels in einem bügelartigen Handgriff 12 angeordneten Löseelementen 15 aus ihrer Bremsstellung lösbar ist.
  • In der Figur 3 ist der Nachttisch in abgesenkter Stellung des Korpus 1 erkennbar, während die Figur 4 eine obere Endstellung des Korpus 1 wiedergibt, in der der Träger 13 vollständig ausgezogen ist, wobei der Betttisch 8 jeweils in eine horizontale Gebrauchsstellung verschwenkt ist.
  • Wie insbesondere in der Figur 5 sehr deutlich zu erkennen ist, ist am Betttisch 8 eine Stützplatte 17 begrenzt verschwenkbar gehalten, wobei die Stützplatte 17 in der abgebildeten Position schräg ausgerichtet ist und so beispielsweise eine Buchstütze bildet. Bei Nichtgebrauch wird die Stützplatte 17 in bzw. unter den Betttisch 8 verschoben und schließt dann bündig mit der zugeordneten Kante des Betttisches 8 ab.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise besteht der Korpus 1 aus zwei gleichen Hälften, die unter Bildung einer dichten Fuge 19 aneinander liegen und fest miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Die Anordnung des neuen Nachttisches an einem verfahrbaren Krankenbett ist in den Figuren 8 und 9 gezeigt. Dabei weist das Krankenbett einen umlaufenden Bettrahmen 21 auf, an dem Laufrollen 22 befestigt sind, die auf der Aufstellfläche 26 aufstehen.
  • Über eine am Bettrahmen 21 angelenkte Hubschere 23 ist eine Liegefläche 20 höhenverstellbar, die beidseitig durch ein Betthaupt 24 begrenzt ist. Oberseitig weist das jeweilige Betthaupt 24 einen Querholm 25 auf, der bei angehängtem Nachttisch in der Aufhängung 16 einliegt. Bevorzugt entspricht die lichte Breite der Aufhängung 16 etwa dem zugeordneten Außenabmaß des Querholms 25.
  • In der Figur 8 ist eine Position dargestellt, in der der Nachttisch mit seinem Fahrgestell 9 auf der Aufstellfläche 26 aufsteht, jedoch bereits am Querholm 25 angehängt ist, womit eine gemeinsame Verfahrbarkeit von Krankenbett und Nachttisch möglich ist.
  • Nach einem Anheben der Liegefläche 20 wird der Nachttisch gleichfalls mit angehoben in eine Position, in der das Fahrgestell 9 im Bereich der Brücke 11 zur Anlage am Bettrahmen 21 kommt, so dass die Rollen 10 gegenüber der Aufstellfläche 26 beabstandet sind. Die Einheit Krankenbett/Nachttisch kann so ohne Behinderung durch die Rollen 10 des Fahrgestells 9 bewegt werden.

Claims (15)

  1. Verfahrbarer Nachttisch, mit einem Fahrgestell (9) und einem quaderförmigen, sich in seiner Länge senkrecht zum Fahrgestell (9) erstreckenden Korpus (1), dessen Seiten zumindest einen Stauraum (6) begrenzen, wobei einer Seite ein von einer vertikalen in eine horizontale Lage verschwenkbarer, an einem den Korpus (1) abdeckenden Oberboden (4) gehaltener Betttisch (8) zugeordnet ist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
    a) der Korpus (1) ist im Querschnitt rechteckig, mit zwei Breitseiten (3) und zwei Schmalseiten (2), wobei einer ersten Breitseite (3) der Betttisch (8) zugeordnet ist
    b) am Fahrgestell (9) ist ein senkrecht dazu ausgerichteter, teleskopartig höhenverstellbarer Träger (13) befestigt
    c) am höhenverstellbaren Teil des Trägers (13) ist der Korpus (1) gehalten
    d) das Fahrgestell (9) steht gegenüber der ersten Breitseite (3) des Korpus (1) vor
    e) der Oberboden (4) steht gegenüber der ersten Breitseite (3) vor und ist im vorstehenden Kragbereich im Querschnitt winkelförmig ausgebildet, wobei dieser Kragbereich in abgeschwenkter Stellung des Betttisches (8) eine frei liegende Aufhängung (16) bildet, zur Einhängung am oberseitigen Querholm (25) an einem Betthaupt (24) eines Kranken- oder Pflegebettes.
  2. Verfahrbarer Nachttisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Schmalseiten (2) in ihrem Abmaß etwa der Hälfte der Breite des Betttisches (8) entspricht.
  3. Verfahrbarer Nachttisch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des gegenüber dem Korpus (1) vorstehenden Fahrgestells (9) größer ist als die Breite der Schmalseiten (2) des Korpus (1).
  4. Verfahrbarer Nachttisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Betttisch (8) unterseitig eine Konsole (14) angeschlossen ist, die andererseits gelenkig am Korpus (1) oder am Träger (13) befestigt ist.
  5. Verfahrbarer Nachttisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (13) in einer in der Höhe verstellten Stellung mittels einer Bremse, vorzugsweise einer Gasdruckfeder, blockierbar ist.
  6. Verfahrbarer Nachttisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremse des Trägers (13) mittels Löseelementen (15) lösbar ist.
  7. Verfahrbarer Nachttisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gegenüber der ersten Breitseite (3) hervorragende Teil des Fahrgestells (9), ausgehend von der Breitseite (3) als abfallende Schräge ausgebildet ist.
  8. Verfahrbarer Nachttisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fahrgestell (9) am freien Ende des vorstehenden Teils mindestens eine Rolle (10) und am gegenüberliegenden Ende zwei Rollen (10) aufweist.
  9. Verfahrbarer Nachttisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der lichte Abstand der beiden korpusseitigen Rollen (10) größer ist als der äußerste Abstand von zwei Rollen (10) am freien Ende des hervorstehenden Teils des Fahrgestells (9).
  10. Verfahrbarer Nachttisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (13) im Bereich der ersten Breitseite (3) mit dem Korpus (1) verbunden ist.
  11. Verfahrbarer Nachttisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betttisch (8) eine seitlich herausziehbare und in Schrägstellung verschwenkbare Stützplatte (17) aufweist.
  12. Verfahrbarer Nachttisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Korpus (1) aus zwei gleichen Hälften besteht, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, die form-, kraft- oder stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind.
  13. Anordnung eines Nachttisches nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche an einem Kranken- oder Pflegebett, das eine höhenverstellbare Liegefläche (20) aufweist, an deren zumindest einem Ende ein Betthaupt (24) angeordnet ist, das oberseitig mit einem Querholm (25) versehen ist, wobei ein mit Laufrollen (22) versehener Bettrahmen (21) vorgesehen ist, der die Liegefläche (20) trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nachttisch mit seinem Fahrgestell (9) mit seinem gegenüber der ersten Breitseite (3) vorstehenden Bereich zumindest teilweise unter dem Bettrahmen (21) positioniert ist und die Aufhängung (16) den Querholm (25) oberseitig übergreift.
  14. Anordnung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lichte Breite der Aufhängung (16) etwa der zugeordneten Breite des Querholms (25) entspricht.
  15. Anordnung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollen (10) des Fahrgestells (9) bei angehobener Stellung der Liegefläche (2) gegenüber einer Aufstellfläche (26) beabstandet sind.
