Claims (8)

  1. Procédé permettant de déplacer une lame d'aiguillage (2) d'un aiguillage comprenant un élément de retenue (7) installé sur une contre-aiguille (3) et au moins un rouleau (1) fixé sur celui-ci dont l'axe de rotation est essentiellement parallèle à la direction d'extension des rails et qui est monté de sorte que la lame d'aiguillage (2) puisse rouler sur le rouleau (1) entre une position d'appui inférieure sur la contre-aiguille (3), et une position située à distance de celle-ci, ainsi qu'un élément de ressort (13),
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de ressort (13) est installé à la partie interne du rouleau (1) et le rouleau (1) est fixé par au moins une liaison vissée et est bloqué en étant réglable dans une glissière (7a) sur l'élément de retenue (7).
  2. Dispositif conforme à la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'enveloppe la plus externe (11) du rouleau (1) est réalisée en métal.
  3. Dispositif conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le rouleau (1) est réalisé sous la forme d'un rouleau élastique en un matériau élastomère.
  4. Dispositif conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le rouleau (1) est installé sur l'élément de retenue (7) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une fixation excentrique.

    caractérisé en ce que
    la fixation excentrique comporte au moins une plaque polygonale (6) bloquée dans la glissière (7a) sur l'élément de retenue (7), ainsi qu'au moins un axe (20), l'axe (20) s'étendant au travers d'un perçage excentrique (2c) au travers de la plaque (6).
  6. Dispositif conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    au moins un second rouleau (1) est fixé sur l'élément de retenue (7), et les axes de rotation des rouleaux (1) sont essentiellement parallèles.
  7. Dispositif conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les paliers du rouleau (1) sont formés rigidement sur l'élément de retenue (7).
  8. Dispositif conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément de ressort (13) est réalisé sous la forme d'un cylindre creux dont le diamètre interne est situé dans une plage comprise entre 30% et 60%, de préférence entre 45% et 55% du diamètre externe.
