Description

Gebiet der Technikfield of technology

The invention relates to a pull-up curtain according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Partition curtains of the type in question are used, for example, to separate large rooms, such as so-called three-compartment sports halls, into several, for example two or three, smaller areas. Known curtains consist of at least two curtain panels that are horizontally spaced apart when lowered and have inner surfaces facing one another and outer surfaces that repel one another. The curtain panels are attached to a curtain support device with a winding shaft, whereby the curtain support device can also have two or more winding shafts.

For example, for physical education lessons in schools, as well as for the exercise units of the sports clubs that use the sports halls, good speech intelligibility in the part of a sports hall separated by the dividing curtains is of essential and indispensable importance. DIN 18032 - halls for gymnastics, games and multi-purpose use - therefore stipulates that dividing curtains must contribute to the sound absorption of the hall parts. The same DIN stipulates 22dB(A) values for the sound insulation of partition curtains. In addition to the sound insulation between the parts of the hall separated by dividing curtains, the acoustic conditions in a sports hall are significantly influenced by the duration of the reverberation times or the echo effect within the individual separated parts of the hall.

There is therefore a need to offer partition curtains with which the required sound insulation values can be achieved as well as sufficient sound absorption to reduce reverberation times.

For example, from the EP 1174 063 B1 Partition curtains of the type in question are known, in this case with wall surfaces made of fleece-coated covering material, with which a sound absorption coefficient of approximately 0.15 can be achieved on partition curtains. Such partition curtains meet the requirements of DIN18032-4 for sound absorption, although the achievable absorption value is not always suitable for ensuring the reverberation times according to DIN18041 in sports halls.

Double-shell partition curtains are also known, with or without an additional textile insert, in which one wall surface is made of sound-absorbing material and the opposite one is made of perforated material. If a correspondingly heavy covering material is used for the sound-absorbing wall surface, the 22dB(A) required by DIN18032-4 can be achieved. On the side of the perforated wall surface, the sound absorption values are sometimes very good and correspond to those of partition curtains perforated on both sides.

The EP 3 225 774 A1 and EP 2 947 256 B1 refer to three- or four-shell partition curtains, in which one or two wall surfaces arranged on the inside ensure sound insulation of 22dB (A) or above, while two perforated wall surfaces arranged on the outside, for example made of fleece-coated covering material, simultaneously ensure sound absorption of Offer 0.5 and above. Reverberation times according to DIN18041 can be achieved with this design.

With the known partition curtains, when the curtain panels are gathered up, a relatively large curvature results in the curtain panel area resulting between two rows of horizontally extending traction means that follow one another vertically, due to the inherent rigidity of the web material. The surfaces of the gathered curtain panel that face each other on both sides of this curvature in the gathered state are relatively far apart from one another due to the given rigidity of the curtain panel, particularly in a connecting section immediately following the curvature. This distance can be 30 to 50 times or more the unaffected thickness of the curtain panel. The distance can be comparatively large, particularly in the case of a desired highly sound-absorbing material, since this material generally also has a high basis weight and high rigidity. This resulting distance can impair high gathering or even make it no longer practical. There is therefore the problem of still achieving the required high-tightness despite, as desired, highly sound-absorbing material for a curtain panel.

The gathered curtain package is usually moved between two panels on the ceiling side. The maximum width of the curtain package is defined by the clear distance between the panels. In this regard, widths between 400 and 500 mm are common. Modern curtain panels that achieve the insulation values described above prove to be bulky in terms of the desired wrinkle formation due to the generally heavy and thick covering material. If the curtain heights are the same, they can be opposite each other The lighter, less bulky curtain panels that are often installed result in larger widths when gathered up, which does not allow or at least makes it more difficult to replace the existing curtain panels with modern curtain panels that comply with DIN values if the ceiling-side panels are left in place.

From the unpublished one EP 3 372 743 A1 a partition curtain is known in which the folding zone in a curtain panel is formed by two separate intermediate layers with an inner and an outer continuous layer or, alternatively, by a continuous outer layer and two separate layers which correspond to the intermediate layers mentioned but not from an inner one location are covered.

From the EP 1174 063 B1 a partition curtain is known without a folding zone. The same is also from the FR 2 769 944 A1 known, in which a partition curtain is folded between two rows of traction means that follow one another in the vertical direction, but no reduction in thickness or partial curtain panels are formed for this purpose.

Zusammenfassung der ErfindungSummary of the invention

Based on the last-mentioned prior art, one object of the invention is to advantageously design a partition curtain of the type in question.

This object is achieved in the subject matter of claim 1, the aim being that the folding zone is given by a reduction in thickness, and if necessary compression, of the curtain panel, which is otherwise formed throughout using the same material, or the curtain panel has partial curtain panels, the associated edge edges of which are in the area between two Directly successive rows of horizontal traction means run in the vertical direction based on the lowered state and are used to form the fold zone, which is formed by a fold layer connecting the edge edges.

According to one embodiment, the folding zone is achieved by reducing the thickness and, if necessary, compacting the curtain sheet, which is otherwise made of uniform material throughout. The uniform material continuity initially and essentially refers to an area of the curtain track between two rows of horizontal traction devices that follow one another in the vertical direction. The reduction in thickness can be achieved, for example, by a corresponding thinning of the material of the curtain panel in this area, for example as a result of the action of a rolling device in the course of producing the curtain panel. With regard to the thickness of the curtain panel, the reduction in thickness to form the fold zone in the state of use can only be on the outside or only on the inside. In this context, a central thinning of the curtain sheet is also possible simply by reducing the thickness, for example as a result of rolling on both sides to achieve the thickness reduction.

The thickness reduction in a one-piece design can also be achieved by one seam or several seams (darts).

In an alternative, the folding zone is provided in that the curtain panel has partial curtain panels, the associated edge edges of which run in the area between two rows of horizontal traction means that follow one another in the vertical direction in relation to the lowered state and are used to form the folding zone. In such a design there are correspondingly on both sides of the folding zone If necessary, separately manufactured partial curtain panels are provided, which are connected to one another in the area of the folding zone and are provided with a folded layer connecting the edge edges.

Such a connection can be a direct connection, for example by sewing, clamping or riveting the edge edges of the curtain sections that face one another. A connection in this regard can also be provided, for example, by a zipper or the like. What is important here is that this connection results in a folding zone, preferably a line-like folding zone.

The folded layer is a separate layer compared to the partial curtain panels, which connects the partial curtain panels with one another.

As a result of the proposed design, even with highly sound-absorbing material of a curtain panel, there is a favorable pull-up capability with regard to the partition curtains affected here. The horizontal folding zone represents a targeted disturbance in the course of the material, which leads to a predetermined folding (kinking) around a geometric folding axis that arises based on the formation of the folding zone. Accordingly, when gathering up in an area between two rows of horizontal traction means immediately following one another in the vertical direction, there are small or, in particular in the preferred embodiment explained below with a vertically central design of the folding zone, practically no large curvature sections with large radii of curvature, in particular radii of curvature correspond to a multiple, for example 30 to 50 times or more, of the material thickness of the curtain panel outside the fold zone.

This also results in a clear specification of the folding area. The curtain panel is always folded in the same fold areas when it is raised up. This also results in a favorable package arrangement of the gathered curtain panel. Viewed transversely to the longitudinal extent of a curtain panel, there is a reduced package width of the gathered curtain panel compared to a comparable curtain panel without folding zones according to the invention. The web sections on both sides of the folding zone extend in the folded position oriented along a vertical or at a comparatively small acute angle of, for example, 20 degrees or less to the vertical.

A partition curtain designed in this way can be designed to meet both requirements of DIN 18032-4, namely that of 22dB(A) sound insulation and that of simultaneous sound absorption, while still being able to be easily gathered.

A sound absorption value of 0.5 and more can be achieved. Such a level of sound absorption has proven itself. With an average sound-absorbing design of the other surrounding surfaces, such as ceilings, floors and walls in the hall areas divided by the partition curtain according to the invention, reverberation times of less than 2 seconds can be achieved.

In one possible embodiment, the folding zone can be formed approximately vertically in the middle between the successive rows of horizontal traction means. In the gathered state, web sections of essentially the same length can result on both sides of the folding zone - with reference to a vertical section through the curtain panel - at the end of which facing away from the folding zone the associated ends of the traction means, which run essentially horizontally in the lowered state of the curtain panel, are connected could be. The folding zone - based on a vertical extent of the curtain panel - can also be formed in a central area between the successive rows of horizontal traction means, which central area can extend over a vertical height of approximately up to 15 or 20 percent, further if necessary up to 50 percent of the vertical height of the curtain panel between successive rows.

This preferably results in a line-like fold zone, wherein the line can, as further preferred, run parallel to a longitudinal axis of the curtain carrying device and/or parallel to a winding axis of the curtain carrying device.

Also, due to the folding between immediately vertically successive rows of horizontal traction means, areas of the surface of the curtain panel that face one another in the gathered state, such as, for example, and in particular, inner surfaces of the curtain panel, without any further influence from the outside, for example via a force acting from the outside , have a maximum distance from each other that is less than four times the thickness of the curtain panel outside the folding zone and possibly outside a weakening zone in which the horizontal traction means are connected. The distance in this regard can also be so small immediately after the folding zone that, if necessary, the surfaces facing one another can be in direct contact with one another. In comparison to the known prior art, this results in a more compact folding of the gathered curtain panel with no external influence. The maximum distance between the surfaces facing each other can be 3 or 2 times or less the web thickness in the unaffected area Curtain track, correspondingly outside the folding and weakening zones.

The curtain panel can have a surface weight of more than 1,200 g/m 2 outside the folding zone and possibly outside the weakening zone in which the horizontal traction means are connected. In addition, the relevant basis weight can be up to 3,000 g/m 2 or more, for example approximately 5,000 or 8,000 g/m 2 .

The folded layer can, as is also preferred, enable the curtain panel to be folded along a line-like zone.

The folded layer can be strip-like and have a thickness that can correspond to half or less of the thickness of one or both partial curtain panels outside the folding zone and possibly outside the weakening zone in which the horizontal traction means are connected.

For example, there can be a folded layer with a thickness that can correspond to approximately one hundredth or more, further for example one tenth to one fifth of the partial web thickness, for example 2 to 8 mm, further for example approximately 4 or 5 mm.

The folded layer can be glued, sewn, welded and/or connected by a zipper to one or both curtain panels. In this regard, preference is given to a permanent connection, which is more preferably non-destructive.

The folding layer can consist of a textile material, leather, artificial leather, plastic material or the like. In terms of material, the folded layer can optionally be made the same as the partial curtain panels, in particular with regard to the material forming the outer surfaces.

A surface can be made of a sound-absorbing and/or sound-damping material towards the outside, towards the room, entirely or in part. Alternatively, one or all curtain panels can be made of a perforated or perforated material.

In a preferred embodiment, a curtain track is composed of several track segments arranged one above the other in the vertical direction. The longitudinal edge edges of the web segments facing each other are connected to one another and form weakening zones in this area, on which the rows of horizontal traction devices attack and are attached there accordingly.

A web segment can have two partial curtain webs, which in turn, as described, are connected to one another along their facing longitudinal edges to form the fold zone.

The web segments can be connected to one another, for example by sewing, gluing, welding or alternatively by means of a zipper or a piping connection.

The arrangement of the folded layer can, as is also preferred, be arranged on the inside with respect to the position of use of the curtain panel, in this case possibly overlapping the inside of both partial curtain panels. The folded position can continue in the lowered state of the curtain track at least partially exposed in a gap-like manner towards the outside, ie directed towards the outside of the curtain track, for example over a vertical gap extent of a few millimeters, for example 1, 2 or 3 mm up to 5 or 10 mm or more.

Overall, the folding zone is essentially integrated in the vertical extent of the curtain panel.

Infolge der Aufteilung in zwei, gegebenenfalls gesonderte Vorhang-Teilbahnen mit einer Faltungszone ergeben sich vertikale Höhen der Segmente von etwa 65 cm.Visually, there is a reduction in the vertical height of the web segments or partial webs compared to the vertical heights of the web segments of the configurations known from the prior art. Such track segments are usually provided with a vertical height of around 130 cm or 65 cm. As a result of the division into two, possibly separate curtain sections with a folding zone, the vertical heights of the segments are approximately 65 cm.

Beschreibung der AusführungsformenDescription of the embodiments

It is shown and described, initially with reference to Figure 1 , a dividing curtain 1, as can be used, for example, in halls, especially sports halls or similar areas. This allows areas of the hall or the like to be separated and largely prevents noise from being transmitted from one side of the hall area to the other.

The dividing curtain 1 essentially consists of two curtain panels 2 and 3, which can be referred to as wall surfaces, with the dividing curtain 1 in the lowered state, as shown, for example, in Figure 1 is shown, extends essentially vertically.

The curtain panels 2, 3 can be connected via horizontal traction means 4 in the form of cross connectors which are fastened in the area of the inside surfaces 11 of the curtain panels 2 and 3.

How further in Figure 1 shown schematically, a ruffle rail 5 can be provided in the area of the end facing the hall floor when the partition curtain 1 is lowered. In a preferred embodiment, such a ruffle rail 5 extends over the entire longitudinal extent of the partition curtain 1 (correspondingly in the direction of extension perpendicular to the plane of the drawing Figure 2 ) and preferably acts on the underside of the connection area between the curtain panels 2 and 3. This connection area can, as also shown, be provided by horizontal traction means 4.

The ruffle rail 5 is attached to a vertical traction means 6 in the form of a ruffle cord. In the lowered state, the vertical traction means 6 passes through the partition curtain 1 approximately centrally between the curtain panels 2 and 3. Furthermore, the vertical traction means 6 is attached at the end, i.e. on the ceiling side, to a winding shaft 7 of a curtain carrying device 8, which is preferably driven by a motor, in particular an electric motor.

The motor device can be used to act on the connecting means or traction means, such as in particular the vertical traction means 6. The partition curtain 1 can be pulled upwards under a hall ceiling while gathering the curtain panels 2 and 3 or can be lowered from here towards the hall floor.

The curtain tracks 2 and 3 are divided into track segments 9 which run transversely to the vertical extent and thus in the prescribed longitudinal extent of the partition curtain 1. These track segments 9 are arranged one above the other for each curtain track 2, 3. The sum of the height b of the track segments 9 of a curtain track 2, 3 essentially results in the vertical height c of a curtain track 2, 3.

The track segments 9 of a curtain track 2 or 3, which extend essentially horizontally when the partition curtain 1 is lowered, are connected to one another, for example via seams 10. In the area of these seams 10, the horizontal traction means 4 can then also be fastened on the inside surface.

Viewed over the length of the track segments 9, there is a row R of horizontal traction devices 4 (with, if necessary, a corresponding number of vertical traction means 6), which rows R are spaced vertically from one another according to the height b of the track segments 9.

The curtain panels 2 and/or 3 or their panel segments 9 can consist of a sound-absorbing and/or sound-insulating material. Furthermore, a curtain panel 2 or 3 or both curtain panels 2 and 3 can consist of a perforated or perforated material. Artificial leather, plastic film, fleece, textile fabric or the like are preferred as the material.

The web segments 9 essentially forming the curtain panels 2 and 3 can have a basis weight of usually 1,200 g/m 2 up to 2,000 g/m 2 or more.

The connection area along the longitudinal edge edges of the web segments facing one another, which in the illustrated embodiment are connected to one another via the seam 10, form a weakening zone 12 which runs in the longitudinal direction of the curtain web 2, 3 and transversely to the vertical traction means 6, around which weakening zone 12 in the course by gathering the curtain panels 2 and 3, a targeted folding of the panels can be achieved.

A further targeted folding is achieved in an area approximately in the middle of the vertical extension of each web segment 9. For this purpose, a folding zone 13 is provided in each track segment 9, which also runs transversely to the alignment of the vertical traction means 6 and in the longitudinal direction of the curtain tracks 2, 3.

Each web segment 9 preferably has such a folding zone 13, each folding zone 13 being given by a reduction in the thickness a of the web segment 9.

The regular thickness a of a web segment 9 is given outside a weakening and/or folding zone 12,13.

For example, the reduction in thickness in the area of the folding zone 13 can be due to a compression of the web segment material, or, for example, due to a corresponding influence via rollers or the like. Such a compression is shown schematically in the Figures 5 and 6 shown. This results in an approximately waist-like constriction 14, which leads to the formation of the fold zone 13 to a thickness a 'of the web segment material in the area of the fold zone 13, which can correspond to approximately one tenth to five tenths of the unaffected thickness a of the web segment 9.

The constriction 14 or the compression is chosen so that there is an optical separation of the web segment 9 from the outside 15 of the curtain panels 2, 3. The inside 16 can be formed continuously with respect to the surface 11 (compare Figure 5 ).

A web segment 9 can also have a covering material 17 on the outside, ie facing the outside 15 and the inside 16, for example made of leather, artificial leather, etc., with a sound-absorbing material 18 being accommodated on the inside. A constriction 14 to form a fold zone 13 can be achieved here, for example, by compacting the sound-absorbing material 18 and gluing or sewing the outside and inside covering material sections (see Figure 7 ).

In a further possible embodiment, a web segment 9 consists of two curtain partial webs 19 arranged one above the other in the vertical direction. These together form a web segment 9. Correspondingly, the longitudinal edge edges of the curtain partial webs 19 that deflect one another are aligned with the web segment 9 lying above or below in the vertical direction or its partial webs are connected in the area of a weakening zone 12.

In the area of the edge edges 20 facing one another, the partial curtain panels 19 of a panel segment 9 are connected to one another. For this purpose, as in the exemplary embodiment Figures 3 and 4 shown, a folding layer 21 may be provided. This folded layer 21 is preferably designed essentially in a strip-like manner with a thickness d, which in the exemplary embodiment shown can correspond to approximately a quarter or a fifth of the uninfluenced thickness a of the web segment 9 or its partial web 19.

The folded layer 21 is provided with a vertical height that allows sufficient overlap over the associated edge edges 20 of the partial curtain panels 19.

Die Figuren 3 und 4 zeigen entsprechende Nähte 22.As further shown, the folded layer 21 can, as is also preferred, be arranged on the inside 16 of the curtain partial panels 19 or the panel segment 9, with sewing, gluing or welding being preferred with regard to the attachment to the partial panels 19. The Figures 3 and 4 show corresponding seams 22.

The folding zone 13 is preferably formed centrally between two rows R of horizontal traction means 4 which are spaced apart from one another in the vertical direction and arranged one behind the other. When training the railway segment 9 consists of two partial curtain panels 19, each of which has approximately a dimension b/2 as the respective vertical height.

As shown in the schematic diagram in Figure 8 To recognize, the formation of defined folding zones 13 per web segment 9 results in a favorable folding of the curtain webs 2 and 3 as a whole. In the gathered position of the curtain panels according to Figure 8 A compact gathering arrangement can also be created without external influence (external forces).

The panels 24, which are usually provided on the ceiling and flank the gathered curtain panels 2 and 3, have a distance g from one another which can be greater than the width h of the gathered curtain package measured in the same direction.

The web segments 9 folded inwards around the folding zones 13 towards their inner surfaces 11 or the curtain partial webs 19 of each web segment 9 pivoted around the folding zone 13 can lie closer to one another even without external influences than is the case with web segments 9 without such a folding zone 13 is possible. A maximum horizontal distance e can be set between the inner surfaces 11 of the same web segment 9 or its partial webs 19, which is less than 4 times the thickness a of the web segment 9 or the partial webs 19 outside the folding zone 13 and outside the weakening zone 12. So There can also be a maximum distance e, which can correspond approximately to the web segment thickness a.

In a first quarter length section 23 of the partial webs 19 or the web segment sections starting from the folding zone 13, a distance e can be set which is smaller than half the material thickness a, whereby the distance dimension e can approach zero, in particular in the section immediately following the folding zone 13, in which the surfaces 11 can rest against one another.

The curtain sections 19 can be in the gathered position accordingly Figure 8 on both sides of the fold zone 13 oriented along a vertical V, preferably including a small acute angle a to the vertical V of less than 20 degrees, preferably less than 10 degrees, for example 2 to 5 degrees.

The gap dimension f can be a few millimeters, for example 1, 2, 3 up to 5 mm, further up to, for example, 10 mm or more (compare Figure 3 ). List of reference symbols 1 Partition curtain a thickness 2 curtain track a' thickness 3 curtain track b Height 4 horizontal traction device c Height 5 ruffle rail d thickness 6 vertical traction device e Distance 7 take-up shaft f gap size 8th Curtain support device G Distance 9 Railway segment H Width 10 seam 11 surface 12 zone of weakness a angle 13 folding zone 14 constriction 15 Outside R Row 16 inside v vertical 17 Cover material 18 material 19 Curtain section 20 edge edge 21 folding position 22 seam 23 length section 24 cover
