Description

Gebiet der TechnikField of technology

The invention relates to a partition curtain for, for example, sports halls, multi-purpose halls, event and exhibition halls, industrial halls or halls, the partition curtain having two outer surfaces each formed by a curtain sheet, the curtain sheets being able to be gathered from a lowered state to a raised state and one a curtain web having a vertical height is composed of several web sections which in the lowered state extend essentially horizontally.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Partition curtains of the type in question are known. These serve, for example, to separate large rooms, such as so-called triple sports halls, into several, for example two or three smaller areas. Known curtains consist of at least two curtain webs which are horizontally spaced from one another in the lowered state and have inner surfaces facing one another and outer surfaces facing one another. The curtain webs can be attached to a curtain support device, but the curtain support device can also have two or more winding shafts.

For example, for sports lessons in schools, as well as for the practice units of the sports clubs that share the sports halls, good speech intelligibility in the part of a sports hall that is separated by the partition curtains is essential and indispensable. The DIN 18032 - halls for gymnastics, games and multi-purpose use - therefore stipulates that partition curtains contribute to the sound absorption of the hall parts have to. The same DIN 22dB (A) values prescribe the sound insulation of partition curtains. The acoustic conditions in a sports hall are influenced not only by the sound insulation between the parts of the hall separated by partition curtains, but also by the duration of the reverberation times or the echo effect within the individual partitioned hall parts.

Accordingly, there is a need to offer partition curtains with which the required sound insulation values can be achieved, as well as sufficient sound absorption to reduce reverberation times.

For example, from the EP 1 174 063 B1 Partition curtains of the type in question are known, with wall surfaces made of fleece-coated covering material, with which partition curtains a degree of sound absorption of about 0.15 can be achieved. Such partition curtains meet the requirements of DIN 18032/4 for sound absorption, whereby the achievable absorption value is not always suitable for ensuring the reverberation times according to DIN 18041 in sports halls.

Furthermore, double-shell partition curtains are known, with or without an additional sound-absorbing textile insert, in which one wall surface is made of sound-absorbing material and the opposite is made of perforated material. If a correspondingly heavy covering material is used for the sound-absorbing wall surface, the 22 dB (A) required by DIN 18032/4 can be achieved. On the side of the perforated wall surface, the sound absorption values are sometimes very good and correspond to those of partition curtains perforated on both sides. The disadvantage of this construction is that the side of the partition curtain with the sound-insulating wall surface is not sound-absorbing, with corresponding disadvantageous consequences for the reverberation times in the corresponding hall area.

The EP 3 225 774 A1 and EP 2 947 256 B1 refer to three or four-shell partition curtains, in which one or two inner wall surfaces ensure sound insulation of 22dB (A) or more, two perforated wall surfaces arranged on the outside, for example made of fleece-coated covering material, simultaneously offer sound absorption of 0.5 and more. Reverberation times according to DIN 18041 can be achieved with this construction. However, there is the disadvantage that such a construction is more expensive and more complex in terms of production technology than conventional partition curtains and that the constructions with a width of at least 0.40 m require greater installation widths in the area of the hall ceilings. In the case of the renewal of partition curtains in existing halls, this is often associated with great effort.

As prior art that has not been published in advance, the EP 3 372 743 A1 and the EP 3 416 161 A1 given.

Zusammenfassung der ErfindungSummary of the invention

With regard to the prior art described above, one object of the invention is to further improve a partition curtain of the type in question, taking into account the above-described requirements with regard to sound insulation and sound absorption.

This object is achieved in the subject matter of claim 1, whereby the aim is that over the vertical height of each of the curtain webs both one or more web sections made of sound-absorbing material, which is synthetic leather, plastic film, fleece or textile fabric, and one or more web sections made of sound-absorbing material and that the track sections made of sound-absorbing material of both curtain tracks are connected to one another in a width direction of the partition curtain by means of connecting sections made of sound-absorbing material, and that the combined vertical heights of the web sections of sound-absorbing material of both curtain webs correspond to the vertical height of the partition curtain in the lowered state.

Accordingly, a partition curtain is specified which is preferably constructed with two shells, with a width between the curtain strips of preferably 200 to 400 mm, more preferably about 250 to 300 mm. Such a width essentially corresponds to the known constructions. At the same time, such a partition curtain fulfills both requirements of DIN 18032/4, namely the 22dB (A) sound insulation and the simultaneous sound absorption.

A sound absorption value of 0.5 and more can be achieved. Such a degree of sound absorption has proven itself. With an average sound-absorbing design of the other surrounding areas, such as the ceiling, floor and walls in the hall areas divided by the partition curtain according to the invention, reverberation times of less than 2 seconds can be achieved.

The sound-absorbing material extends in particular in the lowered state of the partition curtain alternately in the area of the two curtain tracks, crossing the space resulting between the curtain tracks. This also results in an overall continuous, preferably uninterrupted path made of sound-absorbing material. The continuity results with reference to a projection of the track sections of both curtain tracks made of sound-absorbing material and the connecting sections in the horizontal direction on a vertical plane, as well as with reference to a vertical projection of these sound-absorbing material sections on a horizontal plane.

Each curtain web is composed of a plurality of horizontally extending web sections arranged one above the other, which web sections, viewed in the vertical direction of the curtain web, are formed alternately from sound-insulating and sound-absorbing material. The switch between sound-absorbing and sound-absorbing material can be made with each section of the track. It is also possible, for example, to provide two sound-absorbing and subsequently two sound-absorbing track sections in a vertical arrangement one above the other. An irregular change is also possible in this regard.

In a preferred embodiment, a track section made of sound-absorbing material of a curtain track lies opposite a track section made of sound-absorbing material of the other curtain track.

The track sections arranged in the horizontal direction consist accordingly in the vertical direction of sound-absorbing and sound-absorbing individual tracks arranged alternately. The sound-absorbing web sections can be provided without, but preferably also with, an additional sound-absorbing surface, further for example, and preferably, with one made of fleece, felt, textile or some other sound-absorbing covering. This leads to an additionally assessed degree of sound absorption of, for example, about 0.15 for the surface.

The alternately arranged sound-absorbing web sections can also be provided without, but preferably also with an additional sound-absorbing surface, here again preferably with one made of fleece, felt, textile or some other sound-absorbing covering. In addition, these sound-absorbing web sections are preferably provided with a perforation, preferably with a micro-perforation and if required, an additional insert can be placed in the area between the curtain panels.

The sound-absorbing track sections of the two curtain tracks are connected to a sound-absorbing wall surface that is continuous, in particular in the vertical direction, via the connection sections, which are also made of sound-absorbing material. The connecting sections can, as is also preferred, in particular when the partition curtain is in the lowered state, extend essentially along a horizontal plane between the curtain webs.

Further features of the invention are explained below, also in the description of the figures, often in their preferred assignment to the subject matter of claim 1 or to features of further claims. However, they can also be assigned to only individual features of claim 1 or the respective further claim or each can be independent of importance.

Thus, the connecting sections made of sound-absorbing material can be formed in one piece and made of the same material by at least one adjoining track section made of sound-absorbing material of a curtain sheet. Correspondingly, in one possible embodiment, a one-piece, uniform layer of sound-absorbing material, such as synthetic leather, which in particular forms a continuous sound-absorbing wall surface in the vertical direction, corresponding to the sheet sections made of sound-absorbing material of both curtain sheets, as well as the connecting sections between the curtain sheets.

In a further possible embodiment, the connecting sections can also initially be separate strip-like sections which, with regard to the material, are preferably selected to be the same as the track sections made of sound-absorbing material. These separate connecting sections are connected to the track sections made of sound-absorbing material, for example by sewing or using a piping or the like.

In addition, the connecting sections can have an opening through which vertical traction means extend. A shirring to pull up the curtain panels can be achieved via the vertical traction means. The traction means are preferably gathering cords, which are further preferably guided to the winding device in a manner associated with the ceiling of the room. For pulling up and gathering the curtain webs, the vertical traction means interact directly or indirectly with the connecting sections.

A connecting section can consist of both sound-absorbing and sound-absorbing material. Thus, a connecting section can also be designed in multiple layers, at least via a web section directly adjoining the web sections which are made of the same material and in one piece with the connecting section or are connected to it.

Over the width of a web section viewed in the horizontal direction, on the inside of the curtain web, facing the opposite curtain web, several individual and mutually spaced connecting sections can be provided, which are each connected to the assigned sound-absorbing web section of one curtain web as well as the other curtain web, if necessary by one-piece design or as a result of a connection provided in the form of a seam or the like.

Also, as is also preferred, a connecting section can extend over the entire width of a curtain web, correspondingly over the entire extent of the associated web section made of sound-absorbing material in the horizontal direction. This results in a continuous interruption of the gap between the curtain tracks by a connecting section extending over the entire surface and essentially closed in an essentially horizontally aligned plane.

Considered over the vertical height of the partition curtain, several connecting sections made of sound-absorbing material are provided, which each extend over the entire surface both in the direction of the width of the curtain strips and perpendicular to this between the curtain strips, which is essential and preferred to achieve the sound insulation values.

In a connection section, an overlap of two sound-absorbing track sections can be formed in a horizontal direction. The overlap can arise essentially over the entire distance between the curtain webs, but if necessary only over a partial area. In the area of the overlap, there can be a connection between the sound-absorbing web sections, for example in the form of a seam. A connection can also be made, for example, by riveting, welding or screwing, further if necessary using a profile, such as further for example to form a welt connection. In this regard, connections by zip fasteners or the like are also possible.

In addition, the overlapping track sections to form the connecting section cannot be connected to one another, see above that these only overlap one another when the curtain panels are lowered.

The overlap can also be given in a design in which the connecting section is composed of both sound-absorbing and sound-absorbing material. In this case, four layers can also result.

In one possible embodiment, a horizontal traction means can extend below an associated connecting section. The horizontal traction means can be connected to the vertical traction means, moreover also to the opposite curtain tracks. Furthermore, the horizontal traction means can be arranged in such a way that the directly assigned connecting section can rest on it. This is particularly useful in an embodiment in which overlapping sections are not connected to one another to form the connecting section.

In particular in the case of interconnected web sections to form a connecting section or in the case of a one-piece, uniform design of the connecting section and attachment of the same on both sides to the associated web sections made of sound-absorbing material of the two curtain webs, the connecting section designed in this way can immediately form the horizontal traction means. In this case, the vertical traction means interacts directly with the connecting section.

Beschreibung der AusführungsformenDescription of the embodiments

Is shown and described, initially with reference to Figure 1 , a partition curtain 1, as this can be used, for example, in halls, in particular sports halls or similar areas. In this way, areas of the hall or the like can be separated and as far as possible avoided that noises are transmitted from one side of the hall area to the other.

The partition curtain 1 consists essentially of two curtain webs 2 and 3, which can be designated as wall surfaces, the partition curtain 1 being in the lowered state, as shown for example in FIG Figure 1 is shown extends substantially vertically.

The curtain webs 2, 3 can according to the in the Figures 1 to 10 The illustrated embodiments can be connected via horizontal traction means 4 in the form of cross-connectors, which are fastened in the region of the inner surfaces of the curtain webs 2 and 3.

As further in Figure 1 Shown schematically, a gathering rail 5 can be provided in the area of the end facing the hall floor in the lowered state of the partition curtain 1. Such a gathering rail 5 extends in a preferred embodiment over the entire longitudinal extent of the partition curtain 1 (correspondingly in the direction of extent perpendicular to the plane of the drawing with respect to Figure 2 or Figure 3 ) and acts preferably on the underside of the connection area between the curtain lengths 2 and 3.

The gathering rail 5 is attached to a vertical pulling means 6 in the form of a gathering cord. In the lowered state, the vertical traction means 6 passes through the partition curtain 1 approximately in the middle between the curtain tracks 2 and 3. Furthermore, the vertical traction means 6 is at the end, i.e. attached on the ceiling side to a preferably motor-driven or in particular an electric motor-driven take-up shaft 7.

The connecting means or traction means, such as in particular the vertical traction means 6, can be acted on by means of the motorized device. Thus, the partition curtain 1 can be pulled upwards under a hall ceiling while gathering the curtain strips 2 and 3 or, starting from here, can be lowered in the direction of the hall floor.

The curtain webs 2 and 3 are subdivided into web sections 8, 9 running transversely to the vertical extension and thus in the above-described longitudinal extension of the partition curtain 1. These track sections 8, 9 are each curtain track 2, 3 arranged one above the other. The vertical height c of a curtain web 2, 3 results from the sum of the heights b of the web sections 8, 9 of a curtain web 2, 3.

The web sections 8 and 9 of a curtain web 2 and 3, which extend essentially horizontally in the lowered state of the partition curtain 1, are connected to one another by means of seams 10, for example. In the area of these seams 10, the horizontal traction means 4 can then also be attached on the inner surface side.

In a further embodiment, although not shown, the track sections 8, 9 can also optionally be riveted, screwed, clamped, pressed or glued with the arrangement of profiles or strips.

Die Breite a des Trennvorhanges 1 beträgt etwa 0,2 bis 0,4 m, weiter etwa 0,3 bis 0,35 m.The partition curtain 1 or the curtain webs 2, 3 are preferably fastened to a hall ceiling via support devices 11. The horizontal spacing of the supporting devices 11 from one another, viewed in the state of use, essentially specifies the width a of the partition curtain 1 in the ceiling area, and preferably also the width essentially corresponding to this width a in the bottom end region of the partition curtain 1. The width a of the partition curtain 1 is approximately 0 , 2 to 0.4 m, further about 0.3 to 0.35 m.

Distributed over the vertical height of each curtain track 2, 3, track sections 8 made of sound-absorbing material and track sections 9 made of sound-absorbing material are arranged alternately in the illustrated embodiments. The sound-absorbing material for forming the web sections 8 is synthetic leather, plastic film, fleece or textile fabric. The material for the Sound-absorbing web sections 9 are preferably perforated or perforated.

In the horizontal opposite position - with reference to the lowered state of the partition curtain 1 - a sound-absorbing track section 8 of the curtain track 2 is assigned a sound-absorbing track section 9 of the curtain track 3, as is a sound-absorbing track section 9 opposite a sound-absorbing track section 8 (compare in particular the schematic illustration in FIG Figure 2 ).

It thus results with reference to a vertical section, for example according to Figure 2 an alternating arrangement of sound-insulating and sound-absorbing track sections. The vertical height b of the sound-absorbing web sections 8 of both curtain webs 2 and 3 results in the sum total of the vertical height c of the partition curtain 1 in the lowered state.

In addition, the sound-absorbing web sections 8 of both curtain webs 2 and 3 are connected to one another in the width direction of the partition curtain 1 via connecting sections 12. When the partition curtain 1 is in the lowered state, these connecting sections 12 extend essentially in a horizontal plane, traversing the curtain interior space 13 delimited by the curtain tracks 2 and 3.

The connecting sections 12 also extend over the entire length of the curtain webs 2, 3 or the web sections 8 and 9, so that overall a chamber-like subdivision of the curtain interior 13 results.

The connecting sections 12 are formed from a sound-absorbing material, preferably consisting of the same material as the track sections 8.

Correspondingly, in a vertical section, for example according to the illustrations in FIG Figures 2 and 3 , a meander-shaped course of a soundproofing sheet starting from the carrying device 11 and, when the partition curtain 1 is lowered, extends to the hall floor, which extends alternately in the vertical plane of the curtain sheet 2 and the curtain sheet 3 and crosses the curtain interior 13 in the course of the change.

As a result of the proposed configuration, both outward-facing curtain surfaces are designed to be sound-absorbing due to the respective arrangement of the track sections 9, while the partition curtain 1 overall achieves the required sound insulation of 22dB (A) due to the previously described meander-shaped sound insulation layer.

Each connecting portion 12 can according to the in FIGS Figures 3 to 5 The illustrated embodiment is initially present as a separate strip-shaped section which is included in the sewing of the mutually facing longitudinal edges of the web sections 8 and 9. In one possible embodiment, the horizontal traction means extends below the connecting section 12.

The connecting section 12 is provided with an opening 14 for the throughput of the vertical traction means 6.

Alternativ kann der Verbindungsabschnitt 12 bei einer nicht lösbaren Verbindung mit den Vorhangbahnen 2 und 3, beispielsweise gemäß der Darstellung in den Figuren 4 und 5, darüber hinaus weiter beispielsweise auch gemäß den Darstellungen in den Figuren 10 und 11, zugleich das horizontale Zugmittel bilden, zur entsprechenden unmittelbaren Zusammenwirkung mit dem vertikalen Zugmittel 6.Alternatively, in the case of a non-detachable connection to the curtain webs 2 and 3, the connecting section 12 can, for example, as shown in FIGS Figures 4 and 5 , furthermore, for example, also according to the representations in Figures 10 and 11 , at the same time form the horizontal traction means, for corresponding direct cooperation with the vertical traction means 6.

In addition, as exemplified in Figure 6 shown, an overlap of two sound-absorbing connecting sections 12 can be provided, with one connecting section 12 being sewn to the curtain web 2 in the area of the horizontally running abutting edges of the web sections 8 and 9 and the other connecting section 12 in a corresponding position on the curtain web 3.

Dieses horizontale Zugmittel 4 bietet für die Verbindungsabschnitte 12 eine Abstützung, insbesondere in der herabgelassenen Stellung des Trennvorhanges 1.In the overlapping area, the two connecting sections 12 are provided with openings 14 for the throughput of the vertical traction means 6, with the horizontal traction means 4 extending below the connecting sections 12. This horizontal traction means 4 offers support for the connecting sections 12, in particular when the partition curtain 1 is in the lowered position.

This also results in a sound-insulating separating layer that completely traverses the curtain interior 13.

As shown in Figure 7 Such a double-layer arrangement of connecting sections 12 can be connected, for example, by means of a rivet 15 or the like. The connection can also be achieved, for example, by sewing, welding or clamping.

As further in Figure 8 Shown by way of example, the connecting section 12 can also be designed in several parts, the several parts, here three strip-like sections arranged one behind the other in the width direction of the partition curtain, for example via rivets 15, while each end, assigned to the curtain webs 2, 3, for example a sewing can be provided.

Such riveting, screwing or also bracketing can also according to the illustrations in Figures 9 and 11 can also be given with a four-layer configuration of the connecting section 12, for example. These four layers result from a corresponding extension of the web sections 8 and 9 over the area of the seam 10 connecting the adjacent web sections 8 and 9 of a curtain web 2 or 3 in the direction of the opposite curtain web. Correspondingly, such a connecting section 12 not only has sound-absorbing, but also sound-absorbing properties.

Such a four-layer configuration of a connecting section 12 can, with a corresponding arrangement of horizontal traction means 4, lie essentially loosely thereon, and do not necessarily have to be sewn to one another or otherwise fastened to one another.

Figure 12 shows an embodiment in which only the sound-absorbing web section 8 of the curtain webs 2 and 3 is extended beyond the seams 10 in the direction of the opposite curtain web. An embodiment is shown in which the free ends of the track sections 8 facing one another are riveted to one another to form the connecting section 12.

Figure 13 shows an embodiment with a one-piece, uniform design of the web sections 8 of the two curtain webs 2 and 3 and the connecting sections 12 connecting them. The further sound-absorbing web sections 9 are connected to the web sections 8 via seams 10 as described above.
