Description

The invention relates to a curtain in the preamble of Claim 1 mentioned type. Curtains of this type are particularly needed to move to larger spaces, such as sports halls, events and Exhibition halls, industrial plants, halls or the like to divide into several small rooms.

With such curtains it is known from DE 198 10 597 A1 to arrange a curtain sheet with another curtain sheet with holes, with a space between the two curtain sheets. The holes arranged in the curtain sheet serve for reduction the reverberation effect caused by sound reflection on the curtain track, because a large part of the sound passes through the holes and is not reflected on the curtain track. The second, behind the punched Curtain sheet lying curtain sheet should then pass on the sound prevent the other side of the curtain from entering the adjacent room. With additional sound-absorbing inserts, e.g. textile fabrics, the sound insulation can be improved. A soundproofing of more However, the separating curtains shown there only make 12 - 14 dB reached when for the curtain tracks, especially for the continuous rear curtain sheets a particularly heavy plastic or Synthetic leather material or glass material is used.

This makes these known curtains very heavy and very expensive. The object of the present invention is therefore a To develop curtain that without much material Sound insulation values - especially the sound absorption values - of a curtain improved, and which is less expensive to process than that known.

This is according to the invention in the characterizing part of the claim 1 mentioned measures achieved. The peculiarity of those described there Action is to have at least one executed to a room Curtain sheet in whole or in part outside (the room, hall etc. facing side) with a sound-absorbing coating. Even a relatively thin coating can be used with a normal thick one When installed, the curtain sheet achieves high sound absorption become.

According to claim 2, the curtain sheet can be covered with a fleece, a foam, a textile fabric or scrim or glass fabric or scrim or with flocking made of fiber or foam material be coated. The coating is ideally applied directly during manufacture - e.g. Extrusion - of plastic films, synthetic leather etc. on the Curtain sheet applied. But it is also conceivable that the sound absorbing Coating glued, welded, sewn onto a finished curtain sheet or otherwise applied.

Instead of an additional coating as described, the surface can the curtain sheets are also soft, open, porous and therefore sound absorbing be designed, e.g. by using rollers with corresponding surfaces with needles, tips etc.

The partition curtains according to the invention with one or two coated curtain sheets are easy to assemble, require little material and inexpensive to manufacture. The sound absorption of an inventive Curtain, in which the curtain sheet with a fleece of approx. 0.3 - 2 mm Coated thickness is about 40% and above. This value can be clear are higher than the sound absorption values required by the DIN standard.

In a further advantageous embodiment of a curtain sheet of a separating curtain serves the sound absorbing coating, e.g. the fleece, at the same time as a carrier material for the plastic film to be applied to the fleece the curtain, e.g. by extruding. By this measure can be used in the manufacture (e.g. extrusion) of a curtain sheet according to the invention one step, namely the application or introduction of a separate one or additional support layer can be saved.

In Fig. 1 is an embodiment of a curtain according to the invention shown. In this partition curtain 10 there is a curtain sheet 12 in each case arranged on both sides of the curtain 10. The curtain tracks 12 are attached via a curtain support 11 on the ceiling, and through cross sections / cross connectors provided at regular height intervals 18 connected to each other and in stages in sections 15 divided. The curtain sheets 12 are in this embodiment in Path segments 26 divided, which at the section boundaries 24 with each other, e.g. are connected via sewing seams 23.

On the partition curtain 10, a gathering rail 21 is also provided Tension belts 16 is attached, and which usually over the entire longitudinal extent of the curtain 10 runs. The tension belts 16 are between passed the curtain tracks in the direction of gravity. In shutdown state, the shirred rail 21 is in the lower region of the curtain 10. The tension straps 16 can be used to raise the Curtain 10 e.g. about, arranged on a take-up shaft 19 take-up rolls 20 by means of a motor drive (not shown) can be moved up to the building ceiling. The up the moving shirred rail 21 pulls those arranged at the section boundaries 24 Cross sections 18 upwards and thus gather the curtain 10 on, which is folded on both sides of the gathering rail 21.

In Fig. 2, a partition curtain according to the invention is shown in cross section. Both curtain sheets 12 consist of a synthetic leather 13, which on his outward-facing surface is coated with a fleece 14.

This fleece has very good sound-absorbing properties, which means that separation curtain according to the invention achieved a sound insulation of over 22 dB (A) as well as sound absorption of 40% and more.

Schaumstofflagen, textile Gewebe, Glasgewebe oder Gelege oder Beflockungsbeschichtungen aus textilen, synthetischen oder Schaumstoffmaterialien, vorgesehen sein.3a, the curtain sheet 12 according to the invention is now very schematic shown. In this embodiment, the synthetic leather 13 has two layers built up, with both layers in the middle a fabric layer 17, which serves as a carrier layer serves to include. This carrier layer makes the synthetic leather resistant against mechanical stress. So it becomes through this backing layer especially very tearproof. Then there is one on the outside of the artificial leather 13 Fleece layer 14 arranged, which serves to absorb sound. The carrier layer 17 can already during the manufacturing process of the synthetic leather - e.g. at the Extrusion process - into which synthetic leather is inserted. Likewise, the Fleece layer 14 already during the manufacturing process - e.g. during the extrusion process - be applied to the synthetic leather. But it is also possible glue, sew on or weld the fleece onto the synthetic leather. Other sound-absorbing materials could also be used instead of the fleece Coatings, e.g. Foam layers, textile fabrics, glass fabrics or Non-woven or flocking coatings made of textile, synthetic or Foam materials can be provided.

Die Vlieslage/schallabsorbierende Beschichtung 14 ist in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel bereits beim Herstellungsprozeß der Kunstlederlage 13 auf diese aufgebracht worden und mit dieser fest verbunden.3b shows a further embodiment of a curtain sheet according to the invention shown, in which the nonwoven layer 14 is formed such that it takes over the function of the carrier layer 17. The synthetic leather 13 has therefore no separate fabric layer. The fleece layer / sound absorbing coating 14 is already in the manufacturing process in this embodiment the artificial leather layer 13 has been applied to this and with this firmly connected.

It remains only to be noted that the illustrated embodiments only are exemplary implementations of the invention. However, this is not limited to this. In particular, the type of synthetic leather / plastic 13 vary, as well as the proportions of the individual layers of material deviate from the ones shown here.
