Description

The invention relates to a cabinet furniture according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such cabinet furniture are already known from the prior art, as he, for example, in the GB 2302795 is described.

Furthermore, profile elements are described, which are articulated to form a shutter with each adjacent profile elements and which are for opening or closing of cabinet furniture. These existing in profile elements arranged in cabinet furniture shutters from the prior art cause the opening and closing material due itself noises.
In particular, when using the cabinet furniture in, for example, open-plan offices with a per se high noise level their use leads to further distribute the sound, as on the surface of the sound is reflected back.
The resulting background noise, especially in a larger office space, is not conducive to the understanding and working climate of the employees.

So is in the DE 103 43 956 discloses a cabinet furniture, with a furniture body and a front blind, the parallel arranged profile elements, here called lamellae, and is guided in arranged on the end faces in the walls of the furniture body guide grooves. This cabinet furniture should be designed so that the blind can have comparatively high profile elements. This is to be achieved by the fact that the profile elements are connected at their end faces with linking members which have on their sides facing the center of the front blinds connecting areas with the profile elements and respectively on the outwardly facing to the walls sides in the guide grooves engaging pivot pin over Pivoting eyelets are connected to the respective adjacent linking member.

A disadvantage of this cabinet furniture is seen that a sound-enhancing effect is achieved by the geometry and the material used of the profile elements of the front blind, since the resulting in example. Office space sound is reflected back over a large area.

The invention is therefore based on the object to improve the known disadvantages of the prior art and show cabinet furniture that can be produced economically and inexpensively and are particularly improved in terms of sound-absorbing properties.

This is achieved by a cabinet furniture with the features of claim 1 according to the invention. Further advantageous embodiments are described in the subclaims.

The cabinet furniture according to the invention is designed such that the profile element has at least one planar profile body, in which at least one opening is introduced, wherein the profile body of the profile element a sound-absorbing material is arranged as part of a soundproofing element, wherein the SchsIIschutzelement on the underside of the profile body of the profile element is arranged.
This solution is simple and has the advantage that the sound can penetrate through the opening in the profile body of the profile element in the cabinet furniture and spread there. The sound is at least partially absorbed in the cupboard furniture. The sound reflected back from the cupboard furniture is now at least partly reflected back into the cupboard furniture by the profile elements of the front blind, so that only a very small part of the sound is reflected back into the room.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention can be provided in cross-section only one opening in the profile body of the profile element seen in cross-section. In particular, by this design according to the invention can be in the longitudinal direction of a profile element reduce the number of openings and thus simplify the production.

Furthermore, it has been found to be advantageous that seen in cross-section, the width of the opening is less than half the width of the front wall of the profile body of the profile element, preferably less than a third. It has been found in investigations that inexpensive furniture with front blinds can be produced with these specifications, with good sound absorption effect.

Also advantageous has been found that a size of the surface of all openings of the profile body of the profile element of less than 45% or more than 3% of the surface of the front of the profile body of the profile element leads to dimensionally stable profile elements or front blinds, which depending on the size of have generating surface optimized Schallabsorbtionswirkungen.

Another advantage is seen in when a plurality of spaced-apart openings are provided in the longitudinal direction of the profile body of the profile element, through which the Schallabsorbtionswirkungen can also be improved.
It has also proven to be advantageous if the openings are regularly spaced from each other. As a result, on the one hand, the design of the front blinds formed by the profile elements can be designed in accordance with customer requirements while at the same time optimizing the sound absorption effect.
Furthermore, it has proven advantageous that the center distance of the openings is greater than or equal to the extent of the opening in the longitudinal direction of the profile body of the profile element.
These production-technologically simple possibilities and the consequent different designs allow optimized sound absorption effects to be realized for many requirements.

In a further embodiment of the cabinet furniture according to the invention, a soundproofing element is arranged at least in the region of the opening to the opening and can already eliminate large components thereof when the sound penetrates.
The penetrating through the openings of the profile body of the profile element sound propagates such that it comes into contact with at least a majority of the surface of the soundproofing element and is absorbed. Compared to conventional cabinet furniture, the front blinds with profile elements without such sound-absorbing material, the Schallabsorbtionswirkungen a cabinet furniture according to the invention can be significantly improved.
In the case of the cupboard furniture according to the invention, the soundproofing element is arranged to be movable at least in the region of the opening towards the opening and away from it, so that the penetrating sound moves the soundproofing element in the sound direction and thus contributes to a better absorption of the sound.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the soundproofing element is arranged on the front side of the profile body of the profile element, so that in addition to the sound-absorbing properties, design and design possibilities for custom-designed cupboard furniture are advantageously possible.

In a further likewise advantageous embodiment of the invention, the soundproofing element is arranged on the underside of the profile body of the profile element, so that the openings introduced in the profile body of the profile element channeled the incoming sound to the soundproofing element and the design of a cabinet furniture is the wishes of each customer customizable.

In a further likewise advantageous embodiment, the soundproofing element is arranged both on the front side and on the underside of the profile body of the profile element, which leads to even more optimized soundproofing properties of the cabinet furniture.

The formation of the soundproofing element as a substantially mat-shaped leads to advantageous production costs of such inventive cabinet furniture.
In further advantageous developments, the sound-absorbing material may be a fiber material, with which it is possible to inexpensively achieve good sound-absorbing properties of the cabinet furniture in a simple manner.

Another advantage of the cabinet furniture according to the invention is that the sound-absorbing material is a non-woven material, which is characterized by very good sound-absorbing properties and also a very good processability.

In further advantageous embodiments, the soundproofing element can be formed by a membrane, for example made of plastic. With such a membrane, material-specifically targeted desired sound frequencies can be influenced or absorbed.
Furthermore, it is advantageously seen that the soundproofing element extends over the entire length of the profile element, which leads to inexpensive cabinet furniture with optimized Schallabsorbtionswirkungen.

Advantageously, the profile body and or the profile element is formed so that it has fastening devices for fastening the soundproofing element, so that a cost-effective production of such profile elements with optimized Schallabsorbtionswirkungen is possible, which can prevent accidental displacement or slippage of the soundproofing element.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the soundproofing element is connected over its entire surface to the profile body of the profile element, which enables cost-effective optimized production, for example, in the coextrusion process known per se.

The cabinet furniture according to the invention with the consisting of the profile elements front blind has a sound absorption coefficient according to EN ISO 354 of at least 0.4. The sound absorption coefficient represents the ratio of the equivalent sound absorption surface of a test object to the surface of the test object. The surface of the test object, in this case the cabinet furniture according to the invention, is the surface of the floor or the wall which is covered by it.
The equivalent sound absorption area of the test object is determined from the difference between the equivalent sound absorption area of the reverberation room (the office room) with and without the test object (cabinet furniture). Here, the equivalent sound absorption area of a room is defined as the hypothetical size of a fully absorbing surface without diffraction effects, which would give the same reverberation time in a room as if it were the only absorbing element in space.
In general, it can be stated that when a sound source is operated in a closed room, the resulting stationary sound pressure level and the decay of the sound pressure level after switching off the sound source by the sound-absorbing properties of the room boundary surfaces, the air in the room and the objects (cabinet furniture) in the room to be influenced. In general, the proportion of sound power absorbed at a surface depends on the angle of incidence of the sound. In order to relate the reverberation time of, for example, an office, a workshop, and the like to the noise reduction achieved by a sound absorbing arrangement, such as cabinet furniture, the knowledge of the sound absorbing properties of the surface, usually in the form of a suitable average over all Angle of incidence required.
Since the distribution of sound waves in conventional rooms includes a large and unpredictable angular range, a uniform distribution is generally assumed for the purposes of standardization.

Moreover, if the sound energy density within a room is location-independent, such a sound distribution is called a diffuse sound field and one speaks of stochastic sound incidence in the sound components that hit a room surface.
EN ISO 354 describes a reverberation method for measuring the sound absorption coefficient of acoustic materials used to clad walls and ceilings or the equivalent sound absorption area of individual objects such as cupboards. The determined sound absorption coefficient can be used for comparison purposes and for design calculations in room acoustics and especially in noise abatement. By the cabinet furniture according to the invention, it is surprisingly possible to reduce the sound in, for example, office space so that an audible reduction in the general noise level for each recognizable or audible.

In the following, the effect and operation of the cabinet furniture according to the invention will be explained in more detail by means of embodiments which do not limit the invention.

In Fig. 1 an inventive cabinet is shown having a furniture body in a known manner with two side walls 2, 3, a bottom 5 and a topsoil 4. In this embodiment, the front blind 1 from right to left, so horizontally, movable. In the bottom 5 of the cabinet furniture according to the invention a guide groove 20 is introduced, in which the front blind 1 is movable.
Another guide groove 20 is incorporated in the topsoil 4, but this is not visible in the illustration.

Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of a first embodiment of a front blind 1 of a cabinet furniture, which does not belong to the invention and is described below for ease of understanding. The profile element 10 of the front blind 1 has an approximately U-shaped cross section, which is formed in a certain wall thickness by the profile body 11.
The profile element 10 may for example consist of a thermoplastically processable material and be prepared by extrusion in a known manner. However, it is also within the scope of the invention to produce the profile element 10 of a metallic material such as aluminum or a thermosetting processable material.
In the profile body 11 of the profile element 1 openings 40 are introduced, which are formed angular in this embodiment. It is also possible that the openings 40 are round, oval, polygonal or trapezoidal. The sum of the total area of the openings 4 with respect to the surface of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10 in this embodiment is about 17%, which leads to optimized Schallabsorbtionswirkungen the cabinet furniture according to the invention.

Furthermore, the profile element 10 has at its longitudinal sides via connecting means 6, 7, brought about the several profile elements 10 operatively connected to a corresponding front blind 1. The connecting means 6 is in this embodiment, a cross-sectionally approximately C-shaped opening which extends over the entire length of the profile element 10. The connecting element 7 is in this embodiment, an approximately circular in cross-section formed element 72 which is connected via a band-shaped element 71 with the longitudinal side of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10. The band-shaped element 71 of the connecting means 7 is made in this embodiment of a softer material than the element 72, so that in mutually operatively connected connecting means 6, 7, the profile elements 10 are hinged together in the front blind 1.
Below, the operation and operation of the cabinet furniture will be explained in more detail.
As already shown initially, by telescoping the connecting means 6, 7 respectively adjacent profile elements 10, a front blind 1 is formed. This front blind 1 can be performed in a known manner, for example in lateral guide rails 20 of cabinet furniture and guided or wound over a curved rail or a role in cabinet furniture.

When closing the opening of the cabinet furniture, the front side 2 of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10 faces the interior of the office space. The sound entering through the opening 40 in the cabinet furniture is further absorbed and reflected by the objects stored therein, but also by the furniture body itself and thus strongly attenuated coming from the inside of the cabinet furniture on the bottom 3 of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10th From the bottom 3 of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10, a part of the sound is reflected back into the cabinet furniture, while a further part of the reduced sound is returned in small quantities through the openings 40 in the office space.
Thus, by the use of cabinet furniture in offices, an improvement in the working environment can be achieved by reducing the noise level of the room itself.
The sum of the total area of the openings 40 relative to the surface of the first profile body 11 of the profile element 10 in this embodiment is about 17%, which leads to optimized sound absorption effects of the cabinet furniture.

In Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of a front blind 1, which does not belong to the invention to us for better understanding described below. The profile elements 10 of the front blind 1 are made in one piece from a material such as a thermoplastically processable plastic or a metallic material such as aluminum.
At the front side 2 of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10, a soundproofing element 5 is arranged, which consists for example of a fiber material. Below this soundproofing element 5 openings 40 are introduced into the profile body 11 of the profile element 10. In this embodiment, 10 additional sound insulation elements 5 are arranged on the underside 3 of the profile body 11 of the profile element, which are formed for example as a membrane.

The profile element 10 has on its longitudinal sides connecting means 6, 7, which lead by telescoping of several profile elements 1 to a front blind 1. The connecting elements 6, 7 are hook-shaped in this embodiment, so that the front blind 1 from each adjacent profile elements 10, which are hinged together.

By mounted on the front side 2 of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10 soundproofing element 5 and additionally attached to the underside 3 of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10 soundproofing element 5, the soundproofing effect of a cabinet furniture according to the invention is multiplied accordingly. The soundproofing element 5, which is applied to the front side 2 of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10, at the same time still generates a designerischen effect of the cabinet furniture according to the invention. In this embodiment, by using two mutually oppositely arranged soundproofing elements 5, the size or the area of the openings 40 of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10 can be reduced accordingly. For sufficient sound absorption effects, the size of the surface of the openings 40 in this embodiment, about 20% with respect to the surface of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10 is executed. However, it is also within the scope of the invention that the profile body 11 of the profile element 10 next to the covered by the soundproofing element 5 on the front side 2 of the profile body 11 of the profile element openings 40 further openings, where in turn an additional soundproofing element 5 can be arranged.
Thus, by using cabinet furniture in, for example, offices, an improvement in the working environment can be achieved by reducing the noise level of the room itself. Such cabinet furniture according to the invention has a sound absorption coefficient of about 0.7.

Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of another embodiment of a front blind 1 of a cabinet furniture according to the invention. The profile elements 10 of the front blind 1 have an approximately U-shaped cross section, which is formed in a certain wall thickness by the profile body 11.
In the profile body 11 of the profile element 1 openings 40 are introduced, which are formed in this embodiment round. At the bottom 3 of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10, the soundproofing element 5 is arranged, which consists in this embodiment of a nonwoven material. The soundproofing element 5 is arranged in this embodiment over the entire surface of the underside 3 of the profile body 11 and covers the openings 40 over the entire surface. The sum of the total area of the openings 40 relative to the surface of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10 in this embodiment is about 17%, which leads to optimized Schallabsorbtionswirkungen the cabinet furniture according to the invention.

Thus, a reduction of the noise level can be achieved by the use of cabinet furniture according to the invention, such cabinet furniture according to the invention having a sound absorption coefficient of about 0.82.

Furthermore, the profile element 10 has at its longitudinal sides via connecting means 6, 7, brought about the several profile elements 10 operatively connected to a corresponding front blind 1.
Below, the operation and operation of the cabinet furniture will be explained in more detail.
As already described, by telescoping the connecting means 6, 7 respectively adjacent profile elements 10, a front blind 1 is formed. This front blind 1 can be performed in a known manner, for example in lateral guide rails 20 of cabinet furniture. When closing the opening of the cabinet furniture, the front side 2 of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10 faces the interior. The sound from the interior now passes through the opening 40 to the sound-absorbing material of the soundproofing element 5 and can be at least partially absorbed by this. It is also possible that the soundproofing element 5 is arranged so that between the back 3 of the profile body 11 and the soundproofing element 5, an air gap is formed, through which the sound propagates along the soundproofing element 5 and also between the openings 40 of the profile element 10 through the Noise protection element 5 is absorbed. The soundproofing element 5 is fixed in this embodiment to the guided in the guide groove 20 free ends of the profile element 10. The now entering the cabinet furniture sound is further absorbed and reflected by the stored therein objects, but also by the furniture body itself and thus strongly attenuated coming from the interior of the cabinet furniture coming on the bottom 3 of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10. From the bottom 3 of the profile body 11 of the profile element 10, a part of the sound is reflected back into the cabinet furniture, while another part of the reduced sound is absorbed by the soundproofing element 5 again and returned in small quantities through the openings 4 in the office space.
Thus, through the use of such cabinet furniture in offices, an improvement in the working environment can be achieved by reducing the noise level.
