Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a highly curtain separating curtain for sports halls, halls or the like, with horizontal opposite curtain tracks by cross-sections are connected to each other and with one via tension belts connected with a motor-driven winding shaft those, designed as a load-bearing rail, whereby at least one of the two curtain sheets is perforated forms and is further between opposite Curtain sheets a sound absorbing material is arranged that can be gathered together with the curtain sheets.
Such highly gatherable curtains are part of the party development of halls, in particular sports halls, into several Partial halls known. These curtains extend in the drained position over the entire Cross-sectional area of the sports hall or the like. In In practice, sports halls are used on a very large scale or the like by means of two parallel curtains divided into three sub-rooms. To the prescribed Sound insulation values are preferred double-layered curtains used. However, it has it was found that a middle one, by two part of the enclosed curtains space is invented as very noisy because it creates Multiple noises on the two partition curtain walls reflected creating a strong reverberation become.
This effect is counteracted by DE-C2 32 34 202 works. The content of this patent is hereby incorporated by reference Erfin in full in the disclosure of the present tion included, also for the purpose of characteristics ser patent specification in claims of the present invention to include. According to this patent specification Reduction of sound reflections at least one of the two curtain panels of a curtain as a hole grid ter trained and between the two curtain tracks one or two textile sound absorbing cloths arranged, which can be pulled up together with the curtain sheets.
With regard to the prior art described above nik becomes a technical problem of the invention seen in it, a highly retractable curtain which in Talking kind especially with regard to the sound swallowing properties in an advantageous manner the.
This problem is solved first and foremost in the subject matter of claim 1, it being based on the fact that the perforated curtain sheet is designed as a front wall of a pocket, with a fleece-like sound absorbing material enclosed between the front wall and a rear wall by a longitudinal edge connection. As a result of this configuration, a separating curtain with an increased soundproofing effect is specified. As already known from the aforementioned DE-C2 32 34 202, the sound reflection is reduced by the perforation of a curtain track. To master both acoustic problems, i.e. avoid sound reflections and achieve good sound isolation between neighboring hall sections, the perforated front wall curtain spell is backwards, in a pocket formed by the front wall and a back wall, fleece-like sound absorbing material is provided, which the sound waves, which pass through the holes in the front wall curtain, are significantly dampened. To form the bag holding the sound absorbing material, the front wall and the rear wall of each curtain spell are connected along the longitudinal edge. A configuration is preferred in which the two horizontally opposite curtain sheets of each curtain have the sandwich-like structure according to the invention and thus each have a perforated front wall pointing towards the hall space or hall sub-space, a rear wall and a fleece-like sound absorbing material arranged between these walls have. As a result of this design, the partition curtain according to the invention, facing towards both of the hall sub-rooms separated by this, has corresponding precautions to avoid sound reflections and to separate the sound between the adjacent hall sub-rooms. By this inventive design, however, not only sound technical advantages are given. In addition, the partition curtain according to the invention is also improved in terms of its impact behavior, which further reduces the risk of injury. In a further development of the subject matter of the invention it is provided that the pocket is formed on two similar longitudinally connected curtain webs, so that both the front wall of the pocket and the rear wall of the pocket are perforated. However, an embodiment is preferred in which the pockets of the rear wall are closed, the rear wall also being comparable with the front wall, in particular with regard to the material. For example, leather-like materials are used here. In an advantageous development of the subject matter of the invention it is provided that the fleece-like sound swallowing material consists of polyester fiber. As a result, a sound-absorbing material is specified that is flame-retardant and toxicologically harmless. In addition to the good sound-insulating properties, polyester fiber also has high thermal insulation properties. Other significant advantages when using this material in partition curtains according to the invention are the dimensional stability and the rot resistance. With regard to the sound-insulating properties, it is proposed that the length-related flow resistance of the fleece-like sound-absorbing material is greater than 5 kNs / m 4 . In addition, it is provided in this regard that the sound absorption material has a thickness of 5 to 50 mm, preferably 10 to 30 mm. It has been found to be particularly advantageous in terms of production technology that, in a preferred embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, the pocket walls are sewn together. It is known to divide up the separable curtain ge of the type in question by levels, with two superimposed curtain web sections connected along the longitudinal edge. In order to provide a manufacturing simplification, it is suggested that the seam connecting the pocket walls also forms the connection to an adjacent curtain or pocket. The longitudinal edge of the pocket associated with the adjacent curtain section thus also forms a connecting section. In addition, designs are also conceivable in which the sections of the curtain sheet sections, optionally formed by the longitudinal pockets of the pocket, are connected to one another by means of profiles. Such a connection training is known from DE-A1 195 01 735. The content of this patent application is hereby also included in full in the disclosure of the present invention, also for the purpose of including features of this patent application in claims of the present invention. Furthermore, for a sound-absorbing measure, it may be sufficient to provide only the lower area of each separation device with the sound-absorbing material according to the invention, for example the curtain area extending from the hall floor to half the ceiling height. The upper, sound-absorbing area of the separating curtain can, according to the prior art, be formed in one layer as a perforated curtain sheet. However, it is also conceivable to design this upper area in two layers with a front wall and a rear wall corresponding to the lower, sound-insulated area. It is particularly advantageous that the sound-absorbing material is sewn into the pocket. The high inherent stability of the selected sound-absorbing material enables it to be inserted loosely into the preferably sewn-in pocket of the separating curtain. Alternatively, however, there is also the possibility that the seam on the edge also fastens the sound-absorbing material. A previously designed, inventive curtain not only has acoustic advantages, but is also improved in terms of its shock behavior. Furthermore, due to the high thermal insulation properties of the sound-absorbing material used, there is improved thermal insulation, which results in the possibility of specifically heating only one of the hall sub-areas, which are partitioned off by the inventive curtains. In addition, this partition curtain also proves to be advantageous with regard to a possible risk of injury, whereby for further improvement it is also provided that the load bar is covered with a cushioning material. An embodiment is preferred in which the load bar is accommodated in a casing which is distanced from the load bar by the cushioning material. In a further development of the subject matter of the invention, this cushioning material can correspond to the sound absorbing material of the separating curtain - here polyester fiber.
In addition, it is proposed that the shell be made of one that corresponds to the material of the curtain sheet There is material, e.g. synthetic leather. Finally he does it prove with regard to the required sound insulation Measures as favorable that the cover is perforated.
Es zeigt:The invention is based on the attached Drawing, which only several execution examples le represents explained in more detail. It shows:

Letztere sind gegebenenfalls jeweils an nicht dargestellten Verstärkungsleisten der Vorhangbahnen 2 befestigt.1 is shown and described first with reference to FIG. A two, substantially in cross section sandwiched constructed curtain webs 2 curtain 1. The curtain sheets 2 are attached to the ceiling at their upper end via strips 3 and cords 4 provided at regular height intervals connected to each other and divided in levels below. The latter are optionally attached to reinforcing strips ( not shown) of the curtain sheets 2 .
Above the two curtain webs 2 , a wind-up shaft 5 , which can be driven by an electric motor (not shown ), is mounted on the ceiling, which rolls a plurality of wind-ups 6 for tension belts 7 shown in broken lines. These tension belts 7 are guided between the two curtain webs 2 in the vertical direction and fastened with their lower ends to a load rod 8 designed as a shirring rail.
The load bar 8 is in turn connected to the lower edges of the curtain sheets 2 or to the lowest cross-sections 4 . When the separating curtain 1 is pulled up, ie when the pulling straps 7 are pulled up via the winding rollers 6 , the load rod 8 successively meets the cross-sections 4 arranged in stages, so that the curtain sheets 2 hang below the strips 3 in the fully drawn-up state as a gathering package.
Each curtain sheet 2 is essentially of three layers in cross section, with a front wall 9 pointing towards the hall space and a rear wall 10 facing the other curtain sheet 2 . These two walls are preferably of the same material, for example made of synthetic leather.
The front wall 9 is perforated to suppress sound reflections in accordance with DE-C2 32 34 202 mentioned at the beginning. The rear wall 10, however, forms a closed surface.
Front wall 9 and rear wall 10 form pockets 12 for receiving sound-absorbing material 11 , each on a tiered basis. For this purpose, the front wall 9 and the rear wall 10 are connected on all sides along the longitudinal edge. It is preferred here, as shown in the exemplary embodiments, to sew the longitudinal edges.
In the pockets 12 formed in this way, the non-woven sound-absorbing material 11 is enclosed, a polyester fiber being preferred here, which is distinguished by good sound-insulating and thermally insulating properties. So there is a flow resistance of the fleece-like sound absorbing material of greater than 5 kNs / m 4 . In addition, this material is flame retardant. Furthermore, the given high inherent stability of this material enables loose insertion into the pocket 12 . However, there is also the possibility of also consolidating the sound-absorbing material 11 in the course of the longitudinal edge sewing of the pocket 12 .
In the embodiment shown, the sound absorption material 11 has a thickness of 20 mm.
According to the vertical sectional view in FIG. 2, the seam 13 connecting the front wall 9 and the rear wall 10 to form pockets can simultaneously form the connection between two adjacent curtain track sections 14 .
A separating curtain 1 with an increased sound insulation value is specified by the selected configuration. Sound waves that pass through the holes in the perforated front wall 9 are dampened to a high degree by the inserted sound-absorbing material 11 . Furthermore, sound reflections are avoided through the perforated front wall 9 . In addition, the high thermal insulation properties of the sound-absorbing material 11 also make it possible to specifically heat a part of the hall divided by the curtain.
In particular with very large ceiling heights, for example in multi-purpose halls or the like, it may be sufficient for sound reduction to provide only a plurality of lower curtain track sections 14 of each curtain track 2 with the sound-absorbing material 11 , the upper region of the curtain track 2 according to the prior art may be formed a single layer in FIG. 5. This one position corresponds in the embodiment shown to the front wall 9 of the sandwich-like sound insulation. In this exemplary embodiment, too, the two curtain web sections 14 are connected to one another via the seam 13 closing the pocket 12 of the lower section.
Alternativ kann die Ausbildung auch so gewählt sein, daß der obere, nicht mit einem Schallschluckmaterial versehene Vorhangbahn-Abschnitt 14 zweilagig ausgebil det ist, mit einer Vorderwand 9 und einer Rückwand 10.Alternatively, the design can also be selected such that the upper curtain sheet section 14 , which is not provided with sound-absorbing material, is formed in two layers, with a front wall 9 and a rear wall 10 .
Another alternative training is shown in Fig. 6 Darge. Here, only the front wall 9 and the rear wall 10 of each curtain sheet section 14 are connected to one another by a seam 13 to form the respective pocket 12 . The connecting edges of each curtain rail section 14 have junction beads to 15, wherein two in the vertical direction de curtain rail sections 14 abut bindungswülste by recording their Ver are dergehaltert aneinan in a connection profile 16 15th With regard to this embodiment, reference is again made to the already mentioned DE-A1 195 01 735.
In order to reduce a possible risk of injury, it is also provided that the load rod 8 is coated with a pole 17 . This cushioning material 17 can, for example, correspond to the sound absorption material - here polyester fiber. This upholstery fabric 17 is covered by a cover 18 , which consists of a material corresponding to the material of the curtain sheet 2 or the front wall 9 , for example of synthetic leather. In order to achieve effective sound insulation here too, the casing 18 is perforated according to the front wall 9 .
