- Vollautomatische Kaltfolienmaschine vom Zylindertyp, umfassend:einen Maschinenrahmenkörper (a, Abb. 1), wobei der Maschinenrahmenkörper (a, Abb. 1) mit einer elektrischen Steueranordnung versehen ist, die als Kernsteuerung funktioniert;ein Dichtungskasten (b, Abb. 1), wobei der Dichtungskasten (b, Abb. 1) auf dem Maschinenrahmenkörper (a, Abb. 1) montiert ist, und wobei der Dichtungskasten (b, Abb. 1) mit einen Frischluftanschluss (3, Abb. 2) und einen Luftauslass (4, Abb. 4) versehen ist;einen Förderbandmechanismus (c, Abb. 1) zum Fördern eines Drucksubstrats (A, Abb. 1), wobei der Förderbandmechanismus (c, Abb. 1) auf dem Maschinenrahmenkörper (a, Abb. 1) montiert und so verteilt ist, dass er durch den Dichtungskasten (b, Abb. 1) in der Richtung von links nach rechts oder von rechts nach links verläuft;einen Infrarotvorwärmer (d, Abb. 1) zum Vorheizen des Drucksubstrats (A, Abb. 1) und zum Nivellieren des Klebstoffs auf dem Drucksubstrat (A, Abb. 1), wobei der wobei die Stanzfolien-Montagevorrichtung (f, Abb. 1) über dem Förderbandmechanismus (c, Abb. 1) in der Richtung von vorne nach hinten montiert ist und sich auf der Ausstoßseite der Vorhärtungsvorrichtung (e, Abb. 1) befindet;einen Kaltfolien-Gummiwalzenmechanismus (h, Abb. 1) zum Übertragen der durch die Stanzfolien-Montagevorrichtung (f, Abb. 1) herausgeführten Stanzfolie auf das Drucksubstrat (A, Abb. 1);eine Stempelfolien-Rückspulvorrichtung (g, Abb. 1) zum Ziehen der von der Stanzfolien-Montagevorrichtung (f, Abb. 1) ausgegebenen Stanzfolie und zum Recyceln eines Abfallfilms der Stanzfolie (B, Abb. 1),wobei die Stempelfolien-Rückspulvorrichtung (g, Abb. 1) über der Ausstoßseite des Förderbandmechanismus (c, Abb. 1) angebracht ist und sich auf der Ausstoßseite des Kaltfolien-Gummiwalzenmechanismus (h, Abb. 1) befindet;eine Nachhärtungsvorrichtung (k, Abb. 1) zum Durchführen einer verstärkten Härtungsverarbeitung auf Klebstoff zwischen der Stanzfolie und dem Drucksubstrat (A, Abb. 1), wobei die Nachhärtungsvorrichtung (k, Abb. 1) über dem Förderbandmechanismus (c, Abb. 1) in der Richtung von vorne nach hinten angebracht ist und sich auf der Ausstoßseite des Kaltfolien-Gummiwalzenmechanismus (h, Abb. 1) befindet;undeinen Vakuumsaugmechanismus (m, Abb. 1) zum Adsorbieren des Drucksubstrats (A, Abb. 1) an den Förderbandmechanismus (c, Abb. 1), wobei der Vakuumsaugmechanismus (m, Abb. 1) unterhalb des Förderbandmechanismus (c, Abb. 1) angeordnet und mit dem Förderbandmechanismus (c, Abb. 1) verbunden ist;wobeider Förderbandmechanismus (c, Abb. 1) ein Front-Stage-Förderband (23, Abb. 2), das unter der Vorhärtungsvorrichtung (e, Abb. 1) und der Stanzfolien-Montagevorrichtung (f, Abb. 1) in der Richtung von links nach rechts oder von rechts nach links angeordnet ist, und ein Post-Stage-Förderband (21, Abb. 2), das unter der Stempelfolien-Rückspulvorrichtung (g, Abb. 1) und der Nachhärtungsvorrichtung (k, Abb. 1) in der Richtung von links nach rechts oder von rechts nach links angeordnet ist, umfasst;wobei der Kaltfolien-Gummiwalzenmechanismus (h, Abb. 1) einen rotierenden Hauptzylinder (7, Abb. 2) umfasst, der zwischen dem Front-Stage-Förderband (23, Abb. 2) und dem Post-Stage-Förderband (21, Abb. 2) angeordnet ist und jeweils mit dem Front-Stage-Förderband (23, Abb. 2) und dem Post-Stage-Förderband (21, Abb. 2) über einen Synchronriemensatz verbunden ist;wobei die Vorhärtungsvorrichtung (e, Abb. 1), die Stanzfolien-Montagevorrichtung (f, Abb. 1), das Front-Stage-Förderband (23, Abb. 2), der Kaltfolien-Gummiwalzenmechanismus (h, Abb. 1). 1), das Post-Stage-Förderband (21, Abb. 2), die Nachhärtungsvorrichtung (k, Abb. 1) und der Stempelfolien-Rückspulvorrichtung sich in dem Dichtungskasten (b, Abb. 1) befinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass das Front-Stage-Förderband (23, Abb. 2) unter dem Infrarotvorwärmer (d, Abb. 1) angeordnet ist, der sich in dem Dichtungskasten (b, Abb. 1) befindet. dass in Bezug auf die horizontale Ebene die Einbaulage des Front-Stage-Förderbandes (23, Abb. 2) am Maschinenrahmenkörper (a, Abb. 1) höher als die des Post-Stage-Förderbandes (21, Abb.2) am Maschinenrahmenkörper (a, Abb. 1) ist;dass der Kaltfolien-Gummiwalzenmechanismus (h, Abb. 1) eine vordere Folienpresswalze (8, Abb. 2), die über dem Ausstoßende des Front-Stage-Förderbandes (23, Abb. 2) und tangential zum rotierenden Hauptzylinder (7, Abb. 2) angeordnet ist, und eine hintere Folienpresswalze (9, Abb. 2), die über dem Zuführende des Post-Stage-Förderbandes (21, Abb. 2) und tangential zum rotierenden Hauptzylinder (7, Abb. 2) angeordnet ist, umfasst; und dass die vollautomatische Kaltfolienmaschine vom Zylindertyp ferner eine In-Print-Härtungsvorrichtung (n, Abb. 1) umfasst, die auf dem Maschinenrahmenkörper (a, Abb. 1) und zwischen der vorderen Folienpresswalze (8, Abb. 1) und der hinteren Folienpresswalze (9, Abb. 2) angeordnet ist, um das Drucksubstrat (A, Abb. 1) zu härten, worauf die Stanzfolie gedrückt wird.
- Vollautomatische Kaltfolienmaschine vom Zylindertyp nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Stanzfolien-Montagevorrichtung (f, Abb. 1) mindestens einen Multi-Stage Rollensatz umfasst, der über dem Front-Stage-Förderband (23, Abb. 2) in der Richtung von vorne nach hinten angeordnet ist, wobei jeder der Multi-Stage Rollensätze eine obere Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (10, Abb. 2) zum Aufbewahren einer Stanzfolienrolle und eine untere Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (11, Abb. 2) umfasst, und wobei die untere Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (11, Abb. 2) sich unter der oberen Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (10, Abb. 2) befindet; wobei die obere Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (10, Abb. 2) und die untere Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (11, Abb. 2) jeweils entsprechend mit einer Spannungsführungsrolle (12, Abb. 2) für Ausführung der Spannung und Steuerleitung auf der Stanzfolien versehen sind, und wobei eine Entladungsführungsrolle (12, Abb. 2) zwischen der Spannführungsrolle (12, Abb. 2), die der unteren Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (11, Abb. 2) entsprechend ist, und der vorderen Folienpresswalze (8, Abb. 2) angeordnet ist;
wobei die Stanzfolie auf der oberen Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (10, Abb. 2) wird durch die Spannungsführungsrolle (12, Abb. 2), die der oberen Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (10, Abb. 2) entspricht, die Spannungsführungsrolle (12, Abb. 2), die der unteren Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (11, Abb. 2) entspricht, und der Entladungsführungsrolle (12, Abb. 2),so gezogen, dass sie sich zwischen den rotierenden Hauptzylinder (7, Abb. 2) und der vorderen Folienpresswalze (8, Abb. 2); und dass die Stanzfolie auf der unteren Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (11, Abb. 2) ist durch die Spannungsführungsrolle (12, Abb. 2), die der unteren Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (11, Abb. 2) entspricht, und die Entladungsführungsrolle (12, Abb. 2), so gezogen, dass sie sich zwischen dem rotierenden Hauptzylinder (7, Abb. 2) und der vorderen Entladungsführungsrolle (8, Abb. 2) befindet. - Vollautomatische Kaltfolienmaschine vom Zylindertyp nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Förderbandmechanismus (c, Abb. 1) ferner eine einstufige Walze umfasst, die zu einem der mehrstufigen Walzensätze zur Verwendung passt, wobei die einstufige Walze eine einstufige Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (14, Abb. 2) parallel zur oberen Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (10, Abb. 2) in einem Modus von links nach rechts oder von rechts nach links umfasst; wobei die Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (14, Abb. 2) dementsprechend mit mindestens einer einstufigen Spannungsführungsrolle (12, Abb. 2) versehen ist; und wobei Stanzfolie auf der einstufigen Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (14, Abb. 2) durch die einstufige Spannungsführungsrolle (12, Abb. 2) und die Spannungführungsrolle (12, Abb. 2), die der unteren Luftwelle vom Schlupftyp (11, Abb. 2) entspricht, und die Entladungsführungsrolle (12, Abb. 2) so gezogen ist, dass sie zwischen dem rotierenden Hauptzylinder (7, Abb. 2) und der vorderen Folienpresswalze (8, Abb. 2) und der entladenden Führungsrolle ist.
- Vollautomatische Kaltfolienmaschine vom Zylindertyp nach Anspruch 1, wobei die vordere Folienpresswalze (8, Abb. 2) und die hintere Folienpresswalze (9, Abb. 2) jeweils einen Gummirollenhubzylinder (16, Abb. 2), der in dem Maschinenrahmenkörper (a, Abb. 2) montiert ist und sich unterhalb des Förderbandmechanismus (c, Abb. 1) befindet, eine prägende Gummiwalze, die über dem Förderbandmechanismus (c, Abb. 1) und tangential zum rotierenden Hauptzylinder (7, Abb. 2) angeordnet ist, und eine Hubschwinge (1, 7, Abb. 2), die durch eine Welle mit dem Maschinenrahmenkörper (a, Abb. 1) verbunden ist, wobei das untere Ende mit dem Gummirollenhubzylinder (16, Abb. 2) verbunden ist und wobei das obere Ende mit der prägenden Gummiwalze verbunden ist, umfassen.
- Vollautomatische Kaltfolienmaschine vom Zylindertyp nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Förderbandmechanismus (c, Abb. 1) ferner ein vorderes Verbindungsförderband (18 , Abb. 2) umfasst, dessen linkes Ende über eine Welle mit dem Maschinenrahmenkörper (a, Abb. 1) verbunden ist, und das auf der Zuführseite des Front-Stage-Förderbandes (23, Abb.2) angeordnet ist, und ein hinteres Verbindungsförderband (19, Abb. 2), dessen rechtes Ende über eine Welle mit dem Maschinenrahmenkörper (a, Abb. 1) verbunden ist und das auf der Ausstoßseite des Post-Stage-Förderbandes (21, Abb.2) angeordnet ist; wobei der Synchronbandsatz einen ersten Front-Stage-Synchronband (200, Abb. 3), einen zweiten Front-Stage-Synchronband (201, Abb. 3), ein erstes Front-Stage-Synchronrad (202, Abb. 3). ein zweites Front-Stage-Synchronrad (203, Abb. 3), ein Front-Stage-Spannrad (204, Abb. 3), ein erstes Front-Stage-Synchronband (205, Abb. 3), ein zweites Post-Stage-Synchronrad (206, Abb. 3), ein dritter Post-Stage-Synchronband (207, Abb. 3), ein erstes Post-Stage-Synchronrad (208, Abb. 3), ein zweites Post-Stage-Synchronrad (209, Abb. 3) .3) ein drittes Post-Stage-Synchronrad (210, Abb. 3) und ein Post-Stage-Spannrad (21 1, Abb. 3) umfasst;
wobei das Post-Stage-Spannrad (204, Abb. 3) und das zweite Front-Stage-Synchronrad (203, Abb. 3) nacheinander von oben nach unten unterhalb des Zuführendes des Front-Stage-Förderbandes (23, Abb. 2) verteilt sind, wobei das erste Front-Stage-Synchronrad (202, Abb.3) unterhalb des Front-Stage-Förderbandes (23, Abb.2) angeordnet ist, wobei das erste Front-Stage-Synchronband (200, Abb. 3) den rotierenden Hauptzylinder (7, Abb. 2) mit dem ersten Front-Stage-Synchronrad (202, Abb. 3) in einer Hülsenform integriert, und wobei das linke Ende des zweiten Front-Stage-Synchronbandes (201, Abb. 3) um das erstes Front-Stage-Synchronrad (202, Abb. 3) gewickelt ist; wobei das rechte Ende des zweiten Front-Stage-Synchronbandes (201, Abb. 3) gleichzeitig um das zweite Front-Stage-Synchronrad (203, Abb. 3), eine rotierende Welle am linken Ende des vorderen Verbindungsförderbandes (18, Abb. 2) und eine rotierende Welle am rechten Ende des Front-Stage-Förderband (23, Abb. 2) gewickelt wird; und wobei das Front-Stage-Spannrad (204, Abb. 3) auf den zweiten Front-Stage-Synchronband (201, Abb. 3) gedrückt wird; wobei das Post-Stage-Spannrad (211, Abb. 3) und das dritte Front-Stage-Synchronrad (210, Abb. 3) nacheinander von oben nach unten unterhalb des Ausstoßendes des Post-Stage-Förderbandes (21, Abb. 2) verteilt sind , wobei das erstes Post-Stage-Synchronrad (208, Abb. 3) unterhalb des rechten Endes des rotierenden Hauptzylinders (7, Abb. 2) angeordnet ist, wobei das zweite Post-Stage-Synchronrad (209, Abb. 3) unterhalb des Post-Stage-Förderbandes (21, Abb. 2) angeordnet ist, wobei das erste Post-Stage-Synchronband (205, Abb. 3) den rotierenden Hauptzylinder (7, Abb. 2) mit dem ersten Post-Stage-Synchronrad (208, Abb. 3) in einer Hülsenform integriert, wobei das zweite Post-Stage-Synchronrad (206, Abb. 3) das erste Post-Stage-Synchronrad (208, Abb. 3) mit dem zweiten Post-Stage-Synchronrad (209, Abb. 3) in einer Hülsenform integriert, und wobei das rechte Ende des dritten Post-Stage-Synchronbandes (207, Abb. 3) um das zweites Post-Stage-Synchronrad (209, Abb. 3) gewickelt ist; wobei das linke Ende des dirtten Post-Stage-Synchronbandes (207, Abb. 3) gleichzeitig um das dritte Post-Stage-Synchronrad (210, Abb. 3), eine rotierende Welle am rechten Ende des hinterenVerbindungsförderbandes (19, Abb. 2) und eine rotierende Welle am linken Ende des Post-Stage-Förderband (21, Abb. 2) gewickelt wird; und wobei das Post-Stage-Spannrad (211, Abb. 3) auf den dritten Post-Stage-Synchronband (207, Abb. 3) gedrückt wird. - Vollautomatische Kaltfolienmaschine vom Zylindertyp nach Anspruch 5,wobei der Maschinenrahmenkörper (a, Abb. 1) intern mit einem Front-Stage-Umkippzylinder (21, Abb. 2) und einem Post-Stage-Umkippzylinder (22, Abb. 2) versehen ist; wobei eine Antriebswelle des Front-Stage-Umkippzylinders (21, Abb. 2) mit der Unterseite des vorderen Verbindungsförderbandes (18, Abb. 2) verbunden ist, und wobei der Front-Stage-Umkippzylinder (21, Abb. 2) das vordere Verbindungsförderband (18, Abb. 2) antreibt, um eine 90-Grad-Umkippbewegung relativ zum vorderen Förderband (23, Abb. 2) auszuführen; wobei eine Antriebswelle des Post-Stage-Umkippzylinders (22, Abb. 2) mit der Unterseite des hinteren Verbindungsförderbandes (19, Abb. 2) verbunden ist. und wobei der Post-Stage-Umkippzylinder (22, Abb. 2) das hintere Verbindungsförderband (19, Abb. 2) antreibt, um eine 90-Grad-Umkippbewegung relativ zum Post-Stage-Förderband (21, Abb. 2) auszuführen.
- Vollautomatische Kaltfolienmaschine vom Zylindertyp nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Vakuumsaugmechanismus (m, Abb. 1) eine Vakuumpumpe (23, Abb. 2), einen Vakuumspeicher und mehrere Luftsaugrohre umfasst; wobei die Vakuumpumpe (23, Abb. 2) und der Vakuumspeicher im Maschinenrahmenkörper (a, Abb. 1) montiert sind und sich unterhalb des Förderbandmechanismus befinden, wobei der Vakuumspeicher mit der Vakuumpumpe (23, Abb. 2) verbunden ist, wobei das hintere Ende jeder der Luftansaugrohre mit der Vakuumpumpe (23, Abb. 2) verbunden ist, wobei das Kopfende jedes der Luftansaugrohre entsprechend mit den Bodenflächen des vorderen Verbindungsförderbandes (18, Abb. 2), dem vorderen Förderband (23, Abb. 2), dem Post-Stage-Förderband (21, Abb. 2) und dem hinteren Verbindungsförderband (19, Abb. 2) verbunden ist.
- Vollautomatische Kaltfolienmaschine vom Zylindertypnach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die vollautomatische Kaltfolienmaschine vom Zylindertyp ferner eine Kühlrohranordnung zum Zuführen eines Kühlmediums umfasst, wobei die Kühlrohranordnung Kühlrohre (25, Abb. 4), die durch Durchlaufen des rotierenden Hauptzylinders (7, Abb. 2), der Vorhärtungsvorrichtung (e, Abb. 1), der In-Print-Härtungsvorrichtung (n, Abb. 1) und die Nachhärtungsvorrichtung (k, Abb. 1) verteilt sind, und Kühlunterstützungsplatten (26, Abb. 4), die über oder unter dem Front-Stage-Förderband (23, Abb. 2) und dem Post-Stage-Förderband (21, Abb. 2) angeordnet sind, umfasst; und wobei die Vorhärtungsvorrichtung (e, Abb. 1) und die Nachhärtungsvorrichtung (k, Abb. 1) sich innerhalb der Konturabdeckung der entsprechenden Kühlunterstützungsplatten (26, Abb. 4) befinden .
