Die Höhenverstelleinrichtung ist vorzugsweise in Form eines Exzenters ausgebildet, der an der Stellplatte angreift und je nach Stellung die Stellplatte in unterschiedliche Höhen verschiebt. Bevorzugt ist die Drehachse der beiden Stellelemente gegenüber der Rahmenplatte der Befestigungsvorrichtung lagefest. Grundsätzlich soll aber nicht ausgeschlossen werden, dass die Stellelemente nicht drehbar sondern beispielsweise verschiebbar betätigbar sind. Um überhaupt die Verstellung zu ermöglichen, befindet sich zwischen dem ersten Stellelement und der Stellplatte in Höhenrichtung genügend Spiel, um eine Verstellung des zweiten Stellelementes in Höhenrichtung zuzulassen.
