    - the carrier part (7) is pivotably arranged about the rotational axis of the second adjusting element (8) relative to the base part (6).
  2. Panel carrier (5) according to claim 1, characterized in that the first adjusting element (9) is designed as a height adjusting element for adjusting the front panel (3) in a direction parallel to the longitudinal extension of the carrier part (7).
  3. Panel carrier (5) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the first adjusting element (9) is designed as an eccentric rotary cam.
  4. Front panel carrier (5) according to claim 3, characterized in that the first adjusting element (9) is accommodated between the lateral limbs (61, 62) of the base part (6).
  5. Panel carrier (5) according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the first adjusting element (9) comprises at least one support disc (92) and a pivot pin (91) positioned perpendicularly and eccentrically to the support disc surface.
  6. Panel carrier (5) according to claim 5, characterized in that at least one of the lateral limbs (61, 62) of the base part (6) has two supporting webs (67) against which circumferential surfaces of the support disc (92) rest, wherein the base part (6) is pivoted relative to the rotational axis of the pivot pin (91) by rotating the first adjusting element (9).
  7. Panel carrier (5) according to claim 6, characterized in that at least one of the lateral limbs (61, 62) of the base part (6) has an elongated hole (64) in which an end piece (93) of the pivot pin (91) for guiding the pivoting movement of the base part (6) is accommodated.
  8. Panel carrier (5) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that in the region of an end of the lateral limb (61, 62) of the base part (6) remote from the second adjusting element (8), a retaining bolt (10) serving as a pivot bearing is fastened.
  9. Panel carrier (5) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that in the region above and below the second adjusting element (8), an upper and lower guide edge (68) of the lateral limbs (61, 62) of the base part (6) are formed in a rounded manner for guiding the pivoting movement of the base part (6) relative to the carrier part (7), wherein the guide edges (75) of the carrier part (7) which rest against the edges (68) are correspondingly formed in a rounded manner.
  10. Panel carrier (5) according to one of the preceding claims 5 to 9, characterized in that a tool holder (94) is formed on an outer surface of at least one end piece (93) of the pivot pin (91).
  11. Drawer (2) having a front panel (3) fixed to side frames (4) via panel carriers (5), characterized in that at least one panel carrier (5) is designed in accordance with one of the preceding claims.
  12. Drawer (2) according to claim 11, characterized in that each of the side frames (4) has a frame adapter (42) and a frame cover (41), wherein the retaining pin (10) and the pivot pin (91) of the first adjusting element (9) are accommodated in a slot (43) extending in the longitudinal direction of the side frame (4).
  13. Drawer (2) according to claim 12, characterized in that the diameter of the pin (10) is smaller than the diameter of the pivot pin (91) and that the slot (43) of the frame adapter (42) is designed to be widened in steps towards the front panel (3).
