In particular, the length and position of the thread can be adjusted so that the setting plate and the attached hinge flap 1 can strike neither the first sheet metal part 5 nor the second sheet metal part 6, whereby the receiving device 2 could be spread or even blown up. At the end of the thread of the adjusting spindle 9, a thickening is then provided, which prevents further rotation. For example, the adjusting spindles may have a cylindrical shape there, which has approximately the outer diameter of the thread. The adjusting spindles 9 can be subsequently deformed even after insertion into the adjusting plate 8. It is of course also within the scope of the invention to provide a thickening only on one side of the thread of the adjusting spindles.

Claims (11)

  1. A door hinge with a first hinge flap (1) and a second hinge flap (4), which are rotatably connected to each other on an idler (3) and with a holding device (2), in which the first hinge flap (1) is held in an adjustable manner, wherein the holding device (2) has two adjusting spindles (9) between a first sheet-metal part (5) and a second sheet-metal part (6), and wherein the first hinge flap (1) is held in an adjustable manner within the holding device (2) along a longitudinal axis of the adjusting spindles (9) in a first direction (x), characterized in that the first sheet-metal part (5) has connection sections (11a, 11b) and is supported against the second sheet-metal part (6) via its connection sections (11a and 11b), wherein tabs (7) are formed on the connection sections (11a, 11b) with a bend, which engage the second sheet-metal (6) part via the bend.
  2. Door hinge according to Claim 1, characterized in that the first sheet-metal part (5) and/or the second sheet-metal part (6) has fastening bore holes (15) to arrange the holding device (2) on the door leaf (F) or the door frame (Z).
  3. Door hinge according to Claim 2, characterized in that the fastening bore holes (15) are formed on the opposite end sections of the first sheet-metal part (5), wherein the end sections are provided with a seating element (21) made of plastic in the direction of the second sheet-metal part (6) respectively.
  4. Door hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a bar (14) is provided on opposite longitudinal sides of the second sheet-metal part (6) respectively, which is arranged in an offset manner with relation to a centre section (13) of the second sheet-metal part (6) in the direction of the first sheet-metal part (1) by means of a graduation.
  5. Door hinge according to Claim 4, characterized in that both bars (14) are respectively engaged from behind by at least two bent tabs (7), wherein the bent tabs (7) are flush with the centre section (13) on an outer side formed by the second sheet-metal part (6).
  6. Door hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the first sheet-metal part (5) and the second sheet-metal part (6) are attached by means of at least one screw (16) in addition to the positive-locking connection by means of the bent tabs (7) .
  7. Door hinge according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the adjusting spindles (9) are inserted with a thread into a threaded bore hole of an adjusting plate (8), which can be positioned by means of rotating the adjusting spindles (9) between the first sheet-metal part (5) and the second sheet-metal part (6) so that the first hinge flap (1) can be adjusted at the adjusting plate (8) in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the adjusting spindles (9) in a second direction (z) along a positive-locking guide and that the first hinge flap (1) wraps around longitudinal edges of the adjusting plate (8) by means of a doubled offset.
  8. Door hinge according to Claim 7, characterized in that at least one clamping screw (17) is provided, which engages in elongated hole of the adjusting plate (8) and engages into a threaded bore hole of the first hinge flap (1) with a thread.
  9. Door hinge according to Claim 8, characterized in that the clamping screw (17) has in the formation as a dismounting safety feature on the free end of the thread.
  10. Door hinge according to one of the claims 7 to 9, characterized in that an adjustment device is provided on the adjusting plate (8) and the first hinge flap (1) to position the first hinge flap (1) along the second direction (z).
  11. Door hinge according to Claim 10, characterized in that the adjustment device has at least one adjustment screw (18) inserted into the adjusting plate (8), which acts on a wedge surface of the first hinge flap (1) or a wedge (19) abutting the first hinge flap (1).
