Zunächst und im Wesentlichen ist vorgesehen, dass ein runder Drehknopf des Exzenternockens in einer Lagerhöhlung der Klemmplatte einliegt. Ein von einer Stirnseite des Drehknopfes abragender Exzenterstift greift dabei in einen Querschlitz der Befestigungsplatte ein. Der Boden der Lagerhöhlung bildet einen ringförmigen Stützrand aus. An diesen Stützrand stützt sich die dem Exzenterstift gegenüberliegende Stirnseite des Drehknopfes ab. Diese Stirnseite bildet eine Eingriffsöffnung aus, für ein Schraubwerkzeug. Das Schraubwerkzeug greift dadurch durch die im Wesentliche kreisförmige Öffnung des Bodens der Lagerhöhlung, der im Wesentlichen von einem ringsförmigen Steg ausgebildet ist. An diesem Steg liegt eine ringförmige Stufe der Exzenternocken abgewandten Stirnseite des Drehknopfes an. Die Höhe der Stufe entspricht dabei im Wesentlichen der Materialstärke der ringförmigen Stützflanke, die den Boden der Lagerhöhlung ausbildet. Wird der Drehknopf gedreht, so bewegt sich der Exzenterzapfen im Längsschlitz der Befestigungsplatte. Zufolge einer Linearführung der Klemmplatte entlang der Erstreckungsrichtung der Befestigungsplatte bewirkt die Drehung des Drehknopfes eine Verlagerung der Klemmplatte in Erstreckungsrichtung der Befestigungsplatte. Die Befestigungsplatte besitzt Durchtrittsöffnungen für die Schrauben, mit denen die Klemmplatte mit der Befestigungsplatte verbunden ist. Diese Öffnungen sind in Erstreckungsrichtung der Befestigungsplatte langgestreckt, so dass die Gewindeschrauben bei der Linearverlagerung der Klemmplatte gegenüber der Befestigungsplatte dort einen ausreichenden Bewegungsfreiraum besitzen. Die Breite dieser Öffnungen ist größer, als der Durchmesser der Gewindeabschnitte der Befestigungsschrauben, so dass auch ein Einstellspiel in einer Richtung quer zur Erstreckungsrichtung der Befestigungsplatte vorhanden ist. In einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass der Klemmplatte eine Gegenklemmplatte zugeordnet ist, wobei die Befestigungsplatte zwischen Klemmplatte und Gegenklemmplatte angeordnet ist. Die Klemmplatte ist mit der Gegenklemmplatte mit den Schrauben verbunden. Die Schrauben greifen dabei in Gewindebohrungen der Gegenklemmplatte ein. Bei gelösten Schrauben wird die Befestigungsplatte nicht zwischen Klemmplatte und Gegenklemmplatte eingeklemmt, so dass eine Einstellverlagerung in zwei Richtungen möglich ist. Die Schrauben durchgreifen die Öffnungen der Befestigungsplatte somit mit einem zweidimensionalen Einstellspiel. Ferner ist vorgesehen, dass der türblattseitige Bandlappen des Scharnierbandes mit Hilfe der Befestigungsschrauben an der Klemmplatte befestigt ist. Die Befestigungsschrauben durchgreifen dann Durchtrittsöffnungen der Klemmplatte und sind mit der Gegenklemmplatte verschraubt. Der türbandseitige Bandlappen des Scharnierbandes besitzt darüber hinaus eine Öffnung zum Durchtritt des Schraubwerkzeuges. Diese Öffnung fluchtet mit der Bodenöffnung der Lagerhöhlung für den Drehknopf. Der rahmenseitige Bandlappen besitzt ebenfalls Befestigungsöffnungen zum Durchtritt von Befestigungsschrauben, so dass dieser Bandlappen direkt am Rahmen angeschraubt werden kann. Die Unterkonstruktion, mit der der türblattseitige Bandlappen verschraubt ist, steckt in einer gefrästen Aussparung in der Falz des Türblatts. Die Unterkonstruktion hat hierzu eine sehr geringe Breitenerstreckung. Die Breite der Grundplatte, mit der die Unterkonstruktion auf dem Boden der Ausnehmung in der Türfalz befestigt werden kann, hat eine Breite von etwa 2,5 cm. Die Klemmplatte und die Befestigungsplatte sind geringfügig schmaler. Zur Fixierung der Lage des türblattseitigen Bandlappens werden die Befestigungsschrauben angezogen. Dies führt dazu, dass die Befestigungsplatte zwischen Klemmplatte und Gegenklemmplatte eingeklemmt wird. Zum Einstellen der Lage des türblattseitigen Bandlappens zur Befestigungsplatte müssen diese Schrauben lediglich so weit gelöst werden, dass die Klemmwirkung aufgehoben ist. Die den Exzenternocken aufweisende Breitseite des Drehknopfes stützt sich dabei auf der Breitseitenfläche der Befestigungsplatte ab. Er ist dadurch mit einfachen Mitteln in der Lagerhöhlung gefesselt. In einer Weiterbildung ist vorgesehen, dass die Klemmplatte und die Gegenklemmplatte mit Fixierstiften miteinander verbunden sind. Bevorzugt sind zwei Fixierstifte vorgesehen, die von Federstiften ausgebildet sein können. In den beiden Eckbereichen der beiden in Längserstreckungsrichtung voneinander entfernten Endabschnitten befinden sich Öffnungen, in die die Federstifte eingesteckt werden. Die Klemmplatte und die Gegenklemmplatte besitzen jeweils zwei zueinander fluchtende Öffnungen, in denen jeweils ein Ende des Federstiftes klemmend steckt.
