Description

The invention relates to a corner bearing provided for a concealed arrangement for a wing of a window, window door or the like pivotable against a frame, with a wing-side fitting part and a frame-side fitting part, with a handlebar arrangement for connecting the fitting parts, the wing-side fitting part being connected to the handlebar arrangement Has base part and a support part provided for connection to the wing and with a first adjusting means for adjusting the height of the wing and with a second adjusting means for adjusting the supporting part relative to the base part of the wing-side fitting part, the adjusting means each having adjusting screws.

Such a corner bearing is for example from the EP 1 757 767 B1 known. In this corner bearing, the first adjusting means has a vertical adjusting screw for moving a bearing shell. This increases the height of the wing-side fitting part and thus the level of the wing. The second adjusting means has a horizontal adjusting screw for moving the support part along the base part. This will move the wing level horizontally. The disadvantage of this corner bearing is that the adjustment is very complex and therefore uncomfortable. An adjusting tool for adjusting the sash must be applied both horizontally and vertically. In particular, there is often no space available for the horizontal attachment of the turning tool when the wing is mounted. An adjustment of the suit of the wing against the frame and thus a movement of the wing transverse to its plane is not provided. The suit must therefore be adjusted elsewhere in the window.

From the DE 196 50 085 C2 a corner bearing provided for visible arrangement has become known. In this corner bearing, a horizontally arranged eccentric screw for adjusting the tightening of the wing against the frame and a vertically arranged adjusting screw for adjusting the wing are provided. Here too, the horizontal and vertical positioning of the positioning tool is complex. Furthermore, disclosed DE 9016204 U1 a corner bearing according to the preamble of claim 1, with a height adjustment and a horizontal adjustment parallel to the plane of the wing, wherein the set screws have parallel axes of rotation and are accessible for their rotation from the same side of the wing-side fitting part (6).

The invention is based on the problem of designing a corner bearing of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that it permits particularly convenient adjustment of the sash in its height and against the frame.

This problem is solved according to the invention in that the second adjusting means is designed to adjust the support part transversely to the intended plane of the wing.

With this design, the height of the wing can be easily adjusted as in the known corner bearing. The sash is tightened against the frame from the same side as the sash height adjustment. Thanks to the invention, both the height of the wing and its tightening against the frame can be adjusted simply by vertically attaching the adjusting tool. The adjustment of the support part relative to the base part transversely to the intended plane of the wing leads to the suit the wing against the frame can be easily adjusted by rotating the second adjusting means. This makes it particularly easy to adjust the height of the sash and against the frame.

According to another advantageous development of the invention, the adjustment of the suit of the wing to the frame is structurally particularly simple if the supporting part and the base part are connected to one another via a horizontal guide arranged transversely to the plane of the wing and if the adjusting screw of the second adjusting means for moving the Support part is formed along the horizontal guide relative to the base part. Furthermore, the corner bearing has a particularly high stability.

A deflection of the movement of the vertically arranged adjusting screw on the horizontal drive of the wing is particularly simple according to another advantageous development of the invention if the support part or the base part a guide ramp arranged inclined in the horizontal direction and the other component of the support part or the base part has a guide part abutting the guide ramp and if the adjusting screw is designed to adjust the guide part.

According to another advantageous development of the invention, the support part can be adjusted in both directions with respect to the base part if two opposing guide ramps are provided and the guide part is arranged between the guide ramps. The sash can hereby be pulled against the frame as well as moved away from it via the second adjusting means. This makes a particularly permanent setting of the wing's tightening on the frame.

According to another advantageous development of the invention, the adjustment of the support part relative to the base part is particularly simple if the second adjusting means has a slide which can be driven by the adjusting screw and if the slide holds the guide part. The position of the second set screw can be freely selected along the length of the slide. This leads to a particularly simple accessibility of the adjusting screw of the second adjusting means.

According to another advantageous development of the invention, the number of components for adjusting the support part relative to the base part can be kept particularly low if the guide ramp has a conical section arranged on the set screw.

According to another advantageous development of the invention, the structural outlay for moving the wing towards and away from the frame can be kept particularly low if the adjusting screw of the second adjusting means has two conical sections designed in mirror image.

According to another advantageous development of the invention, the adjustment of the height of the wing relative to the frame is structurally particularly simple if the base part has a bearing shell which can be adjusted by an adjusting screw of the first adjusting means for supporting a free end of a bearing pin.

According to another advantageous development of the invention, the corner bearing is particularly compact, if screw heads of the adjusting screws of the two adjusting means are arranged one above the other.

According to another advantageous development of the invention, the setting of the corner bearing is particularly convenient if the support part has trough-shaped depressions for attaching turning tools to the two adjusting means.

According to another advantageous development of the invention, it further contributes to further simplifying the setting of the corner bearing if the screw heads of the two adjusting means have the same hexagon socket.

A first adjusting means 12 for adjusting the height of the wing 2 and a second adjusting means 13 for adjusting the tightening of the wing 2 against the frame 1 are arranged in the wing-side fitting part 6. While the first adjusting means 12 moves the level of the wing 2 in height, the second adjusting means 13 moves the wing 2 across its plane. For this purpose, the support part 10 has a horizontal guide 14 on the base part 9 pointing perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. The first adjusting means 12 has an adjusting screw 15 arranged in the base part 9 for adjusting the bearing shell 11 of the rotary bearing 8 Set screw 16 for displacing a slide 17 engaging in the base part 9. The set screws 15, 16 have parallel axes of rotation. The base part 9 has an elongated hole 18 into which a guide part 19 of the slide 17 penetrates. The slide 17 is guided on a pin 20 pressed into the support part 10.

The adjusting means 12, 13 each have a vertically arranged screw head 21, 22 and are adjustable from above and thus from the same side. To attach an adjusting tool, the screw heads 21, 22 have the same hexagon socket. The support part 10 has trough-shaped depressions 23, 24 for attaching a turning tool to the screw heads 21, 22 of the adjusting means 12, 13.

Figure 3a and 3b show in a sectional view along the line III - III Figure 2 the wing-side fitting part 6 in two end positions of the support part 10 relative to the base part 9. It can be seen here that the elongated hole 18 in the base part 9 is inclined and thus has guide ramps 25 arranged inclined in the horizontal direction. The guide part 19 slides when the slide 17 is driven by means of the set screw 16 of the second adjusting means 13 along the guide ramps 25 and thus displaces the support part 10 with respect to the base part 9 along the in FIG Figure 2 horizontal guide 14 shown.

Figure 4a and 4b show a further embodiment of the wing-side fitting part 6 in a sectional view in two end positions of the support part 10 relative to the base part 9. In contrast to the embodiment according to Figure 3 the second adjusting means 13 has an adjusting screw 25 with a guide part 26. The guide part 26 has two conical sections 27 lying opposite one another. The conical sections 27 lie against guide ramps 28 of the base part 9 which are inclined in the horizontal direction. The set screw 25 is screwed into the support part 10 and has a vertically upward screw head 29 for attaching a turning tool. When the adjusting screw 25 is turned, the conical sections 27 shift in the vertical direction and slide along the guide ramps 28. The support part 10 is displaced in the horizontal direction 14 in relation to the base part 9 in the horizontal guide 14. Otherwise, the wing-side fitting part 6 is made of Figure 3 built up.
