- une contrainte mécanique lors de leur fonction de guidage du déplacement d'un composant ;
- une contrainte mécanique exceptionnelle lors d'un événement particulier, comme une chute, un choc, un arrachement, une torsion, etc. ;
- a mechanical constraint during their function of guiding the movement of a component;
- exceptional mechanical stress during a particular event, such as a fall, shock, tearing, twisting, etc. ;
- environmental constraints such as pollution or user sweat, which could possibly generate degradation through corrosion or oxidation.
The general objective of the invention is to offer a solution which makes it possible to best respond to the aforementioned constraints.

The
In this first embodiment, the
The applicant's studies have shown that such a polymer has the particular advantage of optimizing the reliability and durability of the components with better resistance to wear and abrasion. In particular, the performances in terms of sliding and durability are superior, among others, to those of polymers from the polyacetal family.
Alternatively, the

The first embodiment has been described based on a

The invention is not limited to the embodiment described in which the watchmaking device is a bracelet extension device for a clasp. It applies to any watchmaking device, in particular watch dressing, in which a second component is shaped to accommodate within it a guiding element of a first component, such as a roller or a pad. Such a second component can thus, for example, include a cutout, such as a bore or a groove. This cutout can be open or not.
In addition, the relative movement of the two components of the watch device is advantageously a translation, possibly a slightly curved sliding, which can in particular correspond to the curvature of a clasp cover. Alternatively, this movement could be an articulation such as a rotation for example.

The preceding embodiments ultimately make it possible to achieve the desired objects by using a material belonging to the polyaryletherketone (PAEK) family on all or part of a guide element, as has been described.
In this family of polyaryletherketones (PAEK), the material chosen can be unfilled or charged. A load makes it possible to optimize, among other things, the tribological and mechanical characteristics of the component. For example, the filler may comprise at least reinforcing fibers and/or a lubricating agent and/or graphite. Alternatively, the filler may also comprise at least one pigment, in particular for the purpose of coloring the component.
According to exemplary embodiments, the material chosen will be PEAK, in particular PEEK, polyetheretherketone (PEEEK), polyetherketone (PEK), polyetherketoneketone (PEKK) or a copolymer of the latter and/or a mixture of polymers. On the other hand, this polymer material can advantageously comprise at least one filler of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), molybdenum sulfide, tungsten disulfide, hexagonal boron nitride, carbon fibers, aramid fibers, fibers glass, graphite, graphene, carbon nanotubes, polyimides, polyphenylene sulfide, diamond nanoparticles, polysilsesquioxanes, boron fibers or a combination of two or more of these. The preceding list is naturally non-limiting.
According to a particular embodiment, the material is PEEK which contains 20% PTFE, for example Victrex ® 450FE20. According to another embodiment, the material is PEEK which contains 30% additive, in particular carbon fibers and/or graphite and/or PTFE. According to another embodiment, the material is PEEK which contains 30% of carbon fibers and additional additives, in particular graphite and/or PTFE. As an alternative or in addition to carbon fibers, the fibers contained within PEEK can be aramid fibers or boron fibers. Examples of PEAK or PEEK that can be used are, among others: Victrex ® PEEK 450FC30, Ketron ® HPV, Tekapeek ® PVX, KetaSpire ® KT-820 SL30, AKROTEKO PEAK CF30, AvaSpire ® AV-651 CF30, AvaSpire ® AV- 722 SL30, AvaSpire® AV-755 SL45. As a note, in all cases, and in particular in all the embodiments described, the PEEK polymer can be replaced by any other polymer from the PEAK family.
According to a particular embodiment, the component comprises 65% PEEK, 15% carbon fibers, 10% PTFE, 8% carbon nanotubes, and 2% nano-diamond.
The element or part of the element made of material belonging to the polyaryletherketone (PAEK) family is manufactured by any process or combination of processes known to those skilled in the art. According to an alternative embodiment, the surface of the component or part of a component made of material belonging to the polyaryletherketone (PAEK) family can be structured, in particular micro-structured, in particular with the aim of shaping a first element in the aim of optimizing the tribological and/or wear behavior of the PEAK surface or allowing better distribution of a lubricant. This structuring can be obtained directly during molding of the part or subsequently by machining or micro-machining, for example by laser texturing (in English laser surface texturing or LST) or by chemical etching. Any other technique or combination of techniques can also be implemented to obtain structuring or micro-structuring.
According to a particular embodiment of the invention, it has been seen that the guide element or the part of the guide element, which can be a part made of polymer or metal, is coated at least partially with a coating comprising a material belonging to the polyaryletherketone (PAEK) family, in particular PEEK. In such an embodiment, the coating may be applied using conventional dispersion spray techniques, electrostatic spray techniques or overmolding. A coating can also be applied to an element according to one of the preceding embodiments with or without micro-structuring of the surface of said component: for example a DLC coating or any other appropriate coating technique. Micro-structuring of the surface can also be carried out after application of the coating.
In addition, the relative movement of two mobile components of a watch device also advantageously requires an indexing device, which makes it possible to predetermine certain relative stable positionings of said two mobile components. Such an indexing device is implemented via indexing elements of each of the two mobile components. A technical problem which arises is to be able to best combine this indexing device with the guiding device of the two moving components.
In this embodiment, a PEEK pad always forms a guiding element of the first component. This pad is in the shape of a U, the two sides of which are respectively designed to move in two upper and lower portions of a slide in the form of two parallel upper and lower grooves. The balls forming the indexing element are arranged between the two sides of the U, and are able to be housed in notches arranged between the two grooves forming the
Note that in this embodiment, the indexing elements are arranged near the guide elements, in a combined but relatively independent manner.
Thus, the invention also relates to a watch device, in particular a watch dressing device, comprising two
An indexing element can form a single piece assembly with a guide element, or a separate element arranged near an element guide, for example by an elastic ball or projection placed between two guide ribs.
Ainsi, ils peuvent avantageusement eux aussi comprendre un matériau polymère appartenant à la famille des polyaryléthercétones (PAEK).It appears that these indexing elements are subject to stresses very close to those experienced by the guide elements. Thus, they can also advantageously comprise a polymer material belonging to the polyaryletherketone (PAEK) family.
Thus, the invention also relates to a watch device, in particular a watch dressing device, comprising two

The invention has been described based on a bracelet extension device. As has been mentioned, it naturally applies to any watch device comprising two moving components.
