Description

The present invention relates to a horological component intended to be integrated into a timepiece such as a wristwatch or a pocket watch. The present invention relates more particularly to a horological component intended to be assembled to a part, such as an axle, by driving.

Driving in is a snap-in assembly method. The maintenance in position of components assembled in this way is guaranteed by the frictional forces acting between the contact surfaces.

The figures 6a, 6b , 6c and 6d show structures of the prior art used for driving.

Traditionally, driving is done by simple insertion by pressure of a pin 11 in a component 10 having a hole, as illustrated in figure 6a . This technique causes the formation of burrs. These are particles of repressed material that adhere more or less strongly. In a careful manufacture, the burrs must not remain; in fact, by detaching themselves, they can fall on delicate organs and cause stoppages or other disturbances of the mechanism.

To attenuate these burrs, cells 22, aimed at reducing the interaction between the component 20 having a hole and the pin 21 which it receives, can be made in the inner surface of the hole, as illustrated in FIG. figure 6b . However, this does not remove the burrs.

As shown in figure 6c , the hole 31 receiving the axis is bordered by grooves 33 aiming to vary the rigidity by reducing the contact surfaces between the component 30 and the rest of the inner surface of the hole 31. This component 30 also comprises shaped recesses 32. of bananas behind the grooves 33 to increase the elasticity of the part of the component around the hole 31. Such a component 30 does not appear to be satisfactory, however, and should lead to the formation of burrs due to the presence of ridges at the junction points between the grooves 33 and the rest of the inner surface of hole 31.

Bien qu'évitant les bavures, ce type de structure n'est pas pleinement satisfaisant car il ne permet d'obtenir qu'une faible tenueIn order to avoid any plastic deformation phenomenon, it has also been proposed in the European patent application EP1708045 of the present applicant to border the inner surface of the hole of elastic arms 42 only undergoing elastic deformation when driving the pin 41 into the component 40 having a hole, as illustrated in figure 6d . Although avoiding burrs, this type of structure is not fully satisfactory because it only allows a low resistance to be obtained.

There are still documents EP1513029A1 and EP2755093A2 which disclose elastic collars to provide elastic clamping, or documents EP2595005 A1 and WO2012 / 084382A2 which disclose assembly systems which can be deformed plastically and / or elastically.

The aim of the present invention is to provide a watch component intended to be assembled to a part by driving in which allows good hold while reducing or even eliminating the formation of burrs.

The invention provides for this purpose a horological component comprising a through opening of center O, the outline of which is closed and at least one lumen around the opening, the opening and the at least one lumen defining between them a wall of which the internal surface defines said closed contour, the wall being attached to the rest of the component by at least one connecting zone, the wall being able to deform radially elastically and plastically when a part with a circular section of a part is driven out in the opening, said internal surface comprising a notch in front of the or each of the connecting zones and at least one portion in an arc of a center O interspersed with the at least one notch, characterized in that the or each notch has a bottom and two connecting parts, each connecting part connecting the bottom to one end of the at least one circular arc portion being tangent to the corresponding circular arc portion at the junction point with this d last and having at all points a radius of curvature greater than that of the at least one portion in the form of an arc of a circle.

The invention also proposes an assembly comprising such a timepiece component and a part comprising a part with a circular section, said part with a circular section being driven into the opening of the timepiece component.

The invention also proposes a timepiece such as a wristwatch or a pocket watch comprising such an assembly.

The watch component according to the invention is able to be assembled by driving in with good hold and without creating a burr to a part comprising a part with a circular section.

  • the figure 6d , already commented on, is a graphic representation of a watch component of the prior art having a hole comprising elastic arms only undergoing elastic deformation during driving in.

With reference to the figure 1 , a watch component 1 according to the invention comprises a through opening 2 with center O whose contour is closed and two openings 3 uniformly distributed around the opening 2 defining between them two connecting zones 4 located on a circle c concentric with the opening 2.

The opening 2 is intended to receive an axis and is capable of deforming radially elastically and plastically when said axis is driven therein. The opening 2 and the slots 3 define between them a cylindrical wall 6 which is attached to the rest of the component by the connecting zones 4. The cylindrical wall 6 has, due to its small thickness, a certain elasticity which allows it to deform. first radially elastically, sufficiently, then radially plastically when driving the pin into the opening 2. In practice, the cylindrical wall 6 swells and deforms a lot when the pin is driven out, thus offering good holding of the watch component 1 on said axis.

In the embodiment shown in figure 1 , the lights 3 each have a closed contour. They are oblong, extend along the circle c, and typically have the same shape and dimensions. The set made up opening 2 and lights 3 shown in figure 1 includes two axes of symmetry S 1 , S 2 . As a variant, the slots 3 may have an open contour, preferably almost completely closed, and / or be of different shapes or sizes.

The watch component 1 is typically made of a metallic material (metal or alloy) such as nickel or nickel-phosphorus, steel, copper, beryllium, brass, aluminum, titanium, gold, platinum or an alloy of copper, nickel and zinc such as nickel silver, but it can also be made from any other material having an elastic deformation domain and a plastic deformation domain.

The internal surface of the opening 2 of the watch component 1 shown in figure 1 comprises a notch 5 opposite each of the connecting zones 4 as well as circular arc portions 2a of center O interposed between the notches 5 and each extending over an angle of approximately 115 °.

When driving the pin into the opening 2, in the absence of the notches 5, the connecting zones 4 would be subjected to strong stresses because they cannot deform radially. The purpose of each notch 5 is to reduce the stresses at the level of the connection zone 4 to which it faces, thus reducing the formation of burrs.

The arcuate portions 2a may extend over an angle other than 115 °, this angle being however typically at least 15 °, preferably at least 25 °, preferably at least 35 °, of preferably at least 45 °, preferably at least 55 °, preferably at least 65 °, preferably at least 75 °, preferably at least 85 °, preferably at least 95 °, preferably at least 105 °, more preferably at least 115 °. The angle over which the arcuate portions 2a extend must in fact be sufficient to ensure good retention of the axis to be driven out inside the opening 2 and to avoid excessively narrow contact zones between the axis and the internal surface of the opening 2, in particular point contacts which lead to the formation of burrs when driving out. Preferably, each arcuate portion 2a extends from one end of a notch 5 to one end of the other notch 5.

Each notch 5 has a bottom 5a and two connecting parts 5b connecting this bottom 5a to the two circular arc portions 2a which surround it.

Ce fond 5a est avantageusement en arc de cercle de rayon de courbure plus petit que celui des portions en arc de cercle 2a.This bottom 5a is advantageously in an arc of a circle with a radius of curvature smaller than that of the portions in an arc of a circle 2a.

Les parties de liaison 5b peuvent, par exemple, être constituées de droites auquel cas elles présentent un rayon de courbure infini, ou de courbes, typiquement d'arcs de cercle, présentant une convexité inversée par rapport à celle des portions en arc de cercle 2a.Each connecting part 5b is tangent to the arcuate portion 2a corresponding to the junction point with the latter and has, at all points, a radius of curvature greater than that of the arcuate portions 2a. This prevents the creation of edges or reliefs, bumps or hollows, small radii of curvature which lead to the formation of burrs when driving out the axle. The connecting parts 5b can, for example, consist of straight lines in which case they have an infinite radius of curvature, or of curves, typically of arcs of a circle, having an inverted convexity with respect to that of the arc portions 2a. .

Each connecting part 5b is preferably also tangent to the bottom 5a at the point of junction with the latter.

The radial distance between each arcuate portion 2a and the slot 3 facing it (thickness of the cylindrical wall 6) is preferably equal to at least 5%, preferably at least 10%, preferably at least 15 %, preferably at least 20%, preferably at least 25%, more preferably at least 30%, of the radius of the circular arc portions 2a. It is furthermore preferably equal to at most 50%, preferably at most 45%, preferably at most 40%, more preferably at most 35%, of the radius of the arcuate portions 2a. Such proportions make it possible to ensure a controlled elasticity of the cylindrical wall 6 so that it can deform elastically and then plastically when driving out an axis with a radius greater than the radius of the arcuate portions 2a in the opening 2 of so as to ensure a sufficient of the axis in the opening 2 without causing burrs during its insertion.

As a variant, the horological component according to the invention can comprise more than two lights 3. It can typically include three, as illustrated in figure 2 , four, as shown in figure 3 , or more.

However, the number of lights 3 is preferably at most equal to four to allow the arcuate portions 2a to have the greatest possible extent.

The watch components according to variants comprising more than two lights 3 are also distinguished from the watch component 1 comprising two lights 3 described above by their number of connection zones 4, notches 5 and axes of symmetry S 1 , S 2 , S 3 , S 4 .

In other variants, the horological component 1 according to the invention may only comprise a slot 3 extending over a circle c 'concentric with the opening 2, as illustrated in figure 4 . In this case, component 1 typically comprises a connection zone 4 placed on the circle c 'concentric with the opening 2, between the ends of this slot 3, and a notch 5 facing the connection zone 4. In the example of the figure 4 , light 3 has a completely closed contour.

Each notch 5 is preferably centered with respect to the connecting zone 4 to which it faces.

Quelle que soit la variante, l'ensemble constitué de l'ouverture 2 et de la ou des lumières 3 du composant horloger 1 selon l'invention comprend typiquement autant d'axe(s) de symétrie S1, S2, S3, S4 que d'encoche(s) 5.Whatever the variant, the assembly consisting of the opening 2 and of the slot (s) 3 of the watch component 1 according to the invention typically comprises as many axis (s) of symmetry S 1 , S 2 , S 3 , S 4 as notch (s) 5.

The connection zones 4 are zones of maximum stress. The lights 3 are therefore advantageously designed to make them as narrow as possible.

Le composant horloger 1 selon l'invention peut être fabriqué à l'aide de techniques d'usinage conventionnelles, typiquement par croissance LIGA (lithographie, galvanoplastie, moulage), par fraisage, par électroérosion, par des techniques de découpe laser, ou par impression 3D.The watch component 1 according to the invention can be manufactured using conventional machining techniques, typically by LIGA growth. (lithography, electroplating, molding), by milling, by electroerosion, by laser cutting techniques, or by 3D printing.

The watch component 1 thus obtained is able to receive an axis by driving it into its opening 2 and allows the production of an assembly having good retention and not causing the formation of burrs.

It is clear to those skilled in the art that the present invention is in no way limited to the embodiments presented above and illustrated in the figures.

Cette pièce peut être par exemple un piton pour la fixation de l'extrémité extérieure d'un spiral, cette extrémité extérieure comprenant l'ouverture 2 et les lumières 3.Indeed, it is obvious that the invention could be applied to drive out a part other than an axis in the opening 2 of the watch component 1, provided that this part comprises at least one part with a circular section, for example. cylindrical or conical. This part may for example be a eyebolt for fixing the outer end of a hairspring, this outer end comprising the opening 2 and the slots 3.

The figure 5a illustrates an escape wheel comprising two openings 3 with closed contours, according to the variant of the invention shown in figure 1 . The figure 5b illustrates, for its part, a clockwork hand comprising a single lumen 3 with an open contour. The component 1 according to the invention could also be, for example, a lever, a gear wheel, a pinion, a ferrule, a balance spring, a bridge, a plate or any other watch component intended to receive a part with a circular section of a part, axis or other, by driving.

The horological component 1 according to the invention is typically used in a timepiece such as a wristwatch or a pocket watch.
