Claims (15)
- Unité de nettoyage pour machines de l'industrie du tabac, dans laquelle la machine de l'industrie du tabac est configurée pour traiter un train en mouvement (ST2) d'éléments en forme de boudin (S1, S2) séparés par des compartiments (105) et partiellement enroulés dans une cape (101), dans laquelle les compartiments (105) sont remplis d'un matériau en vrac (102) formant des segments du matériau en vrac (SC) ;- dans laquelle l'unité de nettoyage (104) est positionnée dans la machine de l'industrie du tabac dans une zone de nettoyage (Z2) qui est située entre :∘ une zone de remplissage (Z1) pour remplir le matériau en vrac (102) dans les compartiments (105) entre les éléments en forme de boudin (S1, S2) ;∘ et une zone de garniture (Z3) pour former le train (ST2) des éléments en forme de boudin (S1, S2) jusqu'à un bâtonnet filtre continu (CR) ;- dans laquelle l'unité de nettoyage (104) est configurée pour éliminer les contaminations du matériau en vrac (102) dans les éléments en forme de boudin (S1, S2), les segments du matériau en vrac (SC) et la cape (101) ; et dans laquelle l'unité de nettoyage (104) comprend :- au moins un élément de nettoyage (11, 11'), situé dans la zone de nettoyage (Z2), pour éliminer les contaminations du matériau en vrac (102) dans les éléments en forme de boudin (S1, S2) ;- au moins un élément d'aspiration (12) pour éliminer les contaminations du matériau en vrac (102) dans les éléments en forme de boudin (S1, S2) ;- un mécanisme de déplacement (15) configuré pour déplacer des éléments de couverture (10) vers des positions dans lesquelles les éléments de couverture (10) recouvrent au moins partiellement les compartiments (105) remplis de matériau en vrac (102) entre les éléments en forme de boudin (S1, S2) lors du déplacement du train (ST2) au voisinage de la buse d'aspiration (12) ;- et dans laquelle les éléments de couverture (10), sur une partie de leur trajectoire de déplacement, sont configurés pour se déplacer parallèlement à la direction de déplacement des éléments en forme de boudin (S1, S2) ;caractérisée en ce que l'unité de nettoyage (104) comprend en outre :- une cloison de sortie (34) à une sortie de la zone de nettoyage (Z2) pour limiter un déplacement incontrôlé des contaminations depuis la zone de nettoyage (Z2) vers la zone de garniture (Z3), située au-dessus du train (ST2) des éléments en forme de boudin et ayant un passage (35) à travers lequel passent les éléments de couverture (10).
- Unité de nettoyage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre la cloison d'entrée (24) située à l'entrée de la zone de nettoyage (Z2) pour limiter le déplacement incontrôlé de contaminations depuis la zone de remplissage (Z1) vers la zone de nettoyage (Z2).
- Unité de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une cloison d'extrémité (44) située à l'entrée de la zone de garniture (Z3), pour limiter la dislocation incontrôlée des contaminations depuis la zone de nettoyage (Z2) vers la zone de garniture (Z3) située au-dessus du train des éléments en forme de boudin (ST2) et ayant une encoche (20), à travers laquelle passe le bord de la cape (101).
- Unité de nettoyage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une cloison de protection (54) ayant une surface parallèle à la direction de déplacement (T), située devant la cloison d'extrémité (44) par rapport à la direction de déplacement (T), pour limiter la dislocation incontrôlée des contaminations depuis la zone de nettoyage (Z2) sur les éléments en forme de tige (S1, S2) du train (ST2).
- Unité de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre une cloison initiale (14) située à la sortie de la zone de remplissage (Z1), pour limiter la dislocation incontrôlée des contaminations depuis la zone de remplissage (Z1) vers la zone de nettoyage (Z2).
- Unité de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une cloison (11, 24, 34, 44) est positionnée transversalement à la direction de déplacement (T).
- Unité de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une cloison (11, 24, 34, 44, 54) a la forme d'une plaque plate.
- Unité de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une cloison (11, 24, 34, 44) a une forme ou une plaque de forme arquée.
- Unité de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une cloison (11, 24, 34, 44) a la surface principale dirigée selon un angle aigu par rapport à la direction de déplacement (T).
- Unité de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de couverture (10) a un élément de couverture à paroi mince (10A).
- Unité de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'aspiration a la forme d'une buse d'aspiration (12) ayant une ouverture d'aspiration longitudinale.
- Unité de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de nettoyage est un élément de raclage sous la forme d'une brosse (11, 11').
- Unité de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de nettoyage est un élément de raclage sous la forme d'une buse à air comprimé (17, 18, 19).
- Machine pour l'industrie du tabac pour la production de bâtonnets-filtres multi-segments comprenant :- une unité d'alimentation pour disposer, dans une relation espacée, des éléments en forme de boudin, (S1, S2) dans un train (ST1) sur une cape (101) placée sur une courroie de garniture (5) ;- une unité d'alimentation (103) pour alimenter un matériau en vrac dans des compartiments (105) entre les éléments en forme de boudin (S1, S2) ;- une unité de nettoyage (104) pour éliminer les contaminations du matériau en vrac (102) dans les éléments en forme de boudin (S1, S2) ;- une unité de garniture (6) pour enrouler la cape (101) autour des éléments en forme de boudin (S1, S2) et le matériau en vrac pour former un bâtonnet-filtre continu (CR) ;- une tête de coupe (8) pour couper le bâtonnet continu (CR) en bâtonnets-filtres multi-segments (R) ;caractérisée en ce que- l'unité de nettoyage (104) est l'unité selon l'une quelconque des revendications là 13.
- Procédé de nettoyage d'un train (ST2) d'éléments en forme de boudin pendant la production de bâtonnets-filtres dans une machine de l'industrie du tabac, dans lequel la machine de l'industrie du tabac est configurée pour traiter un train en mouvement (ST2) d'éléments en forme de boudin (S1, S2) séparés par des compartiments (105) et partiellement enroulés dans une cape (101), dans lequel les compartiments (105) sont remplis d'un matériau en vrac (102) formant des segments du matériau en vrac (SC) ;
le procédé comprenant l'élimination des contaminations du matériau en vrac (102) dans une zone de nettoyage (Z2) en déplaçant les éléments de couverture (10) vers des positions dans lesquelles les éléments de couverture recouvrent au moins partiellement les compartiments (105) remplis de matériau en vrac (102) entre les éléments en forme de boudin (S1, S2) pendant le déplacement du train (ST2) au voisinage d'un élément de nettoyage (11, 11', 12), dans lequel les éléments de couverture (10) sur une partie de leur trajectoire de déplacement sont déplacés parallèlement à la direction (T) de déplacement des éléments en forme de boudin (S1, S2), le procédé étant caractérisé par :
la limitation du déplacement incontrôlé des contaminations depuis la zone de nettoyage (Z2) en prévoyant une cloison de sortie (34) à une sortie de la zone de nettoyage (Z2), au-dessus du train d'éléments en forme de boudin (ST2), la cloison de sortie (34) comprenant un passage (35), à travers lequel passent les éléments de couverture (10).
