Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'axe de verrouillage à raccordement de fluide ou autres, destiné à assembler deux éléments, un desdits éléments comportant un axe de liaison dont les extrémités présentent des zones de transmission de force étroitement ajustées qui coopèrent par friction avec des pièces réceptrices latérales, servant principalement transmettre des efforts de cisaillement et des moments de flexion. Entre ces zones de transmission de force de l'axe de liaison, des ouvertures réceptrices pour des connecteurs hydrauliques ou d'autres connecteurs de raccordement de fluide ou autres sont disposées perpendiculairement à la direction longitudinale de l'axe. Un logement étroitement ajusté à la géométrie de l'axe de liaison est ménagé sur l'élément destiné à être assembler au moyen de l'axe de liaison. Ce logement présente au moins localement des surfaces de contact qui correspondent par ajustement serré et congruence aux surfaces de contact de l'axe d'assemblage et permettent de ce fait d'assurer l'étanchéité des connecteurs hydrauliques ou autres connecteurs à l'état assemblé.
