Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Zungenvorrichtungen nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 und Schienenweichen nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 15.The present invention relates to switch devices according to the preamble of claim 1 and rail switches according to the preamble of claim 15.

Claims (15)

  1. Tongue device (100) for a railway point, comprising a tongue (102) which is arranged between a stock rail (106) and an auxiliary rail (110) and runs on at least one slide plate (104), wherein the stock rail (106) and the auxiliary rail (110) are arranged on a base plate (122), wherein the stock rail comprises at least one opening in its stock-rail web and/or the auxiliary rail comprises at least one opening in its auxiliary-rail web, wherein the slide plate abuts the web in the opening, characterised in that the slide plate (104) is continuously welded to the stock rail (106) and/or the auxiliary rail (110) in parallel with the longitudinal extension of the slide plate (104) up to the region of the openings.
  2. Tongue device (100) according to claim 1, characterised in that the slide plate (104) is also welded to the stock rail (106) and/or the auxiliary rail (110) in the region of the openings.
  3. Tongue device (100) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the slide plate (104) abuts laterally projecting parts (109, 112) of the stock rail (106) and the auxiliary rail (110), wherein the laterally projecting parts preferably are formed by recesses (109, 112) in the stock rail (106) and the auxiliary rail (110), in particular in the form of furrows (109) or grooves (112).
  4. Tongue device (100) according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the slide plate (104) comprises at least one drainage port (114), which extends through the base plate (122).
  5. Tongue device (100) according to claim 4, characterised in that the slide plate (104) is formed to be closed relative to the sliding surface up to the at least one drainage port (114).
  6. Tongue device (100) according to claim 4 or 5, characterised in that the drainage port (114) is formed as an opening (116) in the slide plate (104), wherein the opening (116) is connected to a line (118) which is connected to an opening (120) in the base plate (122), wherein the line (118) preferably is formed as a drainage tube (118) that extends through the base plate (122) and underneath the base plate (122).
  7. Tongue device (100) according to any of claims 4 to 6, characterised in that a closed tongue-device chamber (126) is formed by the stock rail (106) and the auxiliary rail (110), the base plate (122) and the slide plate (104), wherein the drainage port (114) traverses the tongue-device chamber (126) without fluid communication with the tongue-device chamber (126).
  8. Tongue device (100) according to any of claims 4 to 7, characterised in that the tongue (102) comprises a tongue tip (130) and the drainage port (114) is arranged in the region of the tongue tip (130), preferably in front of the tongue tip (130).
  9. Tongue device (100) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that a heater (128) is arranged under the slide plate (104) in the region of the tongue (102), wherein the heater (128) preferably ends before the drainage port (114) according to claim 4, wherein the heater (128) is arranged in particular in the tongue-device chamber (126).
  10. Tongue device (100) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the slide plate (104) extends under the tongue (102) completely between the stock rail (106) and the auxiliary rail (110).
  11. Tongue device (100) according to any of the preceding claims in conjunction with claim 4, characterised in that the slide plate (104) is formed to have a downward slope towards the drainage port (128).
  12. Tongue device (100) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that said device is a low-bed tongue device (100), wherein the tongue (102) preferably has a height of greater than 80 mm, in particular of greater than or equal to 100 mm.
  13. Tongue device (100) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that adjusting means which laterally act on the tongue (102) are provided for positioning the tongue (102).
  14. Tongue device (100) according to any of the preceding claims in conjunction with claim 4, characterised in that the drainage port (128) extends over a width of at least 50%, preferably of at least 65%, in particular of at least 75%, of the clear width (LW) between the stock rail (106) and the auxiliary rail (110).
  15. Railway point comprising a tongue device (100), characterised in that the tongue device (100) is designed according to any of the preceding claims.
