Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif d'entraînement pour déplacer des parties de meubles d'assise et de couchage, dans lequel un premier élément de meuble est supporté de manière mobile par rapport à un deuxième élément de meuble, le dispositif d'entraînement comprenant:
    - au moins une broche (2) pouvant être entraînée en rotation par un moteur électrique (1),
    - un écrou de réglage (3) monté sur la broche (2), guidé de manière non rotative dans un tube de guidage (4) et adapté pour être entraîné par la rotation de la broche (2) dans la direction axiale du tube de guidage (4),
    - un tube de levage (5) relié de manière opérationnelle à l'écrou de réglage (3),
    - un premier dispositif d'articulation (6) disposé à une extrémité libre du tube de levage (5) pour l'articulation à un premier joint articulé (7) sur le premier élément de meuble, et
    - un deuxième dispositif d'articulation (10) placé à l'extrémité opposée du dispositif d'entraînement et pouvant être fixé à une partie de cadre fixe (12) ou à un deuxième élément de meuble par l'intermédiaire d'un deuxième joint articulé (11), dans lequel un premier élément d'extension (13; 14) est placé sur au moins un de ces deux dispositifs d'articulation (6; 10) et y est relié de manière rigide, un demi-joint (15; 16) du joint articulé (7; 11) étant placé dans chaque cas sur cet élément d'extension,
    - dans lequel le demi-joint (15; 16) situé sur l'élément d'extension respectif (13; 14) est décalé vers la section centrale (17) du tube de guidage (4) de sorte que la dimension entre les boulons de connexion des demi-joints (15; 16) à l'état rétracté du tube de levage (5) est relativement petite et donc arbitrairement raccourcie,
    - dans lequel l'élément d'extension respectif (13; 14) est fixé de manière rigide au dispositif d'articulation correspondant (6; 10),
    - dans lequel l'élément d'extension (13) est rigidement relié directement ou indirectement à l'extrémité libre du tube de levage (5), caractérisé en ce que
    - l'élément d'extension (13) est conçu comme un étrier en forme de U (18), dans lequel la base (19) de l'étrier (18) est fixée directement ou indirectement à l'extrémité avant du tube de levage (5), les branches du U (20) de l'étrier (18) des deux côtés du tube de levage (5) s'étendent parallèlement à celui-ci et les demi-joints (15) sont disposées dans la région des extrémités libres des branches du U (20), ou
    - l'élément d'extension est formé comme un pot (29), la surface intérieure du fond du pot étant reliée directement ou indirectement à l'extrémité libre du tube de levage (5), ou
    - un étrier transversal (30) est fixé à l'extrémité libre du tube de levage (5), une corde flexible (31) étant passée autour ledit étrier transversal (30) et les extrémités de la corde (31) sont connectables à la fourche de pivot (8) de l'arbre de pivot (9).
  2. Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier en U est formé comme une pièce plastique stable à nervures multiples ou une pièce métallique moulée (21).
  3. Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier en U (18) est formé d'une tôle d'acier pliée.
  4. Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un tenon (23) est soudée à la surface intérieure de la base de l'étrier en U (18), tenon qui est relié à l'extrémité libre du tube de levage (5) .
  5. Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un tenon de tube (26) est soudé à la surface extérieure de l'étrier en U (18) autour d'une ouverture prévue dans la base (19) de l'étrier en U (18) et qu'il est enfiché indirectement ou directement sur l'extrémité libre du tube de levage (5) et fixé à celle-ci.
  6. Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier en U (22) est formé de deux moitiés (24), que des demi-coquilles (25) sont moulées sur les moitiés (24) et que les demi-coquilles (25) sont vissées indirectement ou directement sur l'extrémité libre du tube de levage (5).
  7. Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les branches de U (27) de l'étrier en U (22) peuvent pivoter par rapport à la base (18) autour d'un axe s'étendant transversalement à la base (19).
  8. Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les branches de U (27) de l'étrier en U (22) ont des saillies latérales (28) et que les demi-joints (15) sont formés sur les saillies (28) et sont décalés par rapport au plan des étriers en U.
  9. Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'extension (14) est disposé sur le côté du dispositif d'entraînement de déplacement orienté à l'opposé de l'extrémité libre du tube de levage (5).
  10. Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'extension (14) est conçu comme un étrier en U (32), que la base (33) de l'étrier en U (32) est fixée au dispositif d'articulation (10), que les branches de U (34) s'étendent parallèlement au tube de levage (5) des deux côtés de celui-ci et que les demi-joints (15) sont disposés dans la région des extrémités libres des branches de U (34).
  11. Dispositif d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des éléments d'extension correspondants (35, 36) sont disposés sur les dispositifs d'articulation (6, 10) aux deux extrémités de l'entraînement de déplacement.
