Claims (3)

  1. Schussfadeneinführungsvorrichtung (1) für eine Greiferwebmaschine, die Weben unter Verwendung eines bandförmigen Flachfadens (Y) als Schuss ausführt, wobei die Schussfadeneinführungsvorrichtung (1) eine Einzelgreifer-Schussfadeneinführungsvorrichtung ist, mit der ein Greiferkopf (10, 10'), dessen Bereitschaftsposition auf einer einer Schussfadenzuführseite gegenüberliegenden Seite liegt, zur Schussfadenzuführseite hin vorrückt, den Flachfaden (Y) auf der Schussfadenzuführseite greift und den Flachfaden (Y) beim Rückzug als Schuss einträgt, wobei die Schussfadeneinführungsvorrichtung (1) enthält:
    einen Fadenführungsmechanismus (50), der eine Haltevorrichtung (51) umfasst, die einen Spitzenabschnitt des von einer Schussfadenzuführpaket zugeführten Flachfadens (Y) auf der Schussfadenzuführseite hält und die den Flachfaden (Y) von einer Position oberhalb einer Bewegungsbahn (P) des Greiferkopfes (10, 10') in eine Position unterhalb der Bewegungsbahn (P) in Bezug auf eine Aufwärts-Abwärts-Richtung führt, wobei der Fadenführungsmechanismus (50) unabhängig oder in Zusammenwirkung mit dem Greiferkopf (10, 10') den Flachfaden (Y) in einer Richtung parallel zu einer Breitenrichtung des Greiferkopfes (10, 10') verschiebt,
    wobei der Greiferkopf (10, 10') einen Kopfkörper (11) umfasst, der einen Fadeneinlassabschnitt (11d, 11d'), in den der Flachfaden (Y) geführt wird, in einem vorderen Endabschnitt desselben, ein Fadengreifelement (13b) und ein betätigtes Element, das mit dem Fadengreifelement (13b) gekoppelt ist, umfasst,
    wobei unmittelbar vor Beginn der Schussfadeneinführung der Flachfaden (Y) in den Fadeneinlassabschnitt (11d, 11d') geführt wird, während der Flachfaden (Y) durch den Fadenführungsmechanismus (50) in der Breitenrichtung verschoben wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Fadengreifelement (13b) im Fadeneinlassabschnitt (11d, 11d') in Längsrichtung des Greiferkopfes (10, 10') verschiebbar ist;
    das betätigte Element in dem Kopfkörper (11) in Längsrichtung des Greiferkopfes (10, 10') verschiebbar ist; und
    der Greiferkopf (10, 10') ferner einen Betätigungshebel (17) umfasst, der durch Eingriff mit Öffnern (31, 41) betätigt wird, die auf der Schussfadenzuführseite und der der Schussfadenzuführseite gegenüberliegenden Seite vorgesehen sind, und der das betätigte Element in Längsrichtung verschiebt,
    wobei der Fadeneinlassabschnitt (11d, 11d') durch innere Seitenflächen des Kopfkörpers (11) definiert ist, die in Draufsicht eine winklige U-Form bilden, so dass er zu einer Seite hin in der Breitenrichtung und in der Richtung von oben nach unten offen ist, und
    wobei eine innere Seitenfläche (11b1) der inneren Seitenflächen, die den Fadeneinlassabschnitt (11d, 11d') definieren, wobei die eine innere Seitenfläche (11b1), die in eine Rückzugsrichtung des Greiferkopfes (10, 10') weist, als eine von einem Paar von Greiferflächen zum Greifen des Flachfadens (Y) wirkt, und eine Fläche (13b1) des Fadengreifelements (13b), die der einen der Greiferflächen zugewandt ist, als die andere der Greiferflächen wirkt.
  2. Schussfadeneinführungsvorrichtung (1) für eine Greiferwebmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei der Greiferkopf (10, 10') so aufgebaut ist, dass der Betätigungshebel (17) in der Breitenrichtung relativ zum Kopfkörper (11) schwenkbar ist und das betätigte Element in der Längsrichtung durch einen Schwenkbetrieb des Betätigungshebels (17) aufgrund des Eingriffs des Betätigungshebels (17) mit den Öffnern (31, 41) verschoben wird, und
    wobei der Betätigungshebel (17) einen ersten Eingriffsabschnitt (17a), der mit dem Öffner (31) auf der Schussfadenzuführseite in Eingriff steht, und einen zweiten Eingriffsabschnitt (17b) umfasst, der mit dem Öffner (41) auf der der Schussfadenzuführseite gegenüberliegenden Seite in Eingriff steht, wobei der erste Eingriffsabschnitt (17a) und der zweite Eingriffsabschnitt (17b) von dem Kopfkörper (11) in der Breitenrichtung in einem Zustand vorstehen, in dem der erste Eingriffsabschnitt (17a) und der zweite Eingriffsabschnitt (17b) nicht mit den entsprechenden Öffnern (31, 41) in Eingriff stehen, und der erste Eingriffsabschnitt (17a) und der zweite Eingriffsabschnitt (17b) mit den entsprechenden Öffnern (31, 41) an Seitenflächen davon in Eingriff stehen.
  3. Schussfadeneinführungsvorrichtung (1) für eine Greiferwebmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
    wobei der Betätigungshebel (17) den ersten Eingriffsabschnitt (17a) an einer Position näher an seinem einen Ende als sein Schwenkmittelpunkt und den zweiten Eingriffsabschnitt (17b) an einer Position näher an seinem anderen Ende als sein Schwenkmittelpunkt aufweist, wobei der zweite Eingriffsabschnitt (17b) in der Rückzugsrichtung von dem ersten Eingriffsabschnitt (17a) in Bezug auf die Längsrichtung angeordnet ist, und in Bezug auf die Breitenrichtung der erste Eingriffsabschnitt (17a) in Richtung einer Seite relativ zu dem Kopfkörper (11) vorsteht und der zweite Eingriffsabschnitt (17b) in Richtung der anderen Seite relativ zu dem Kopfkörper (11) vorsteht.
