Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Klemmen mehrerer Schussfäden (7, 8, 9, 10), umfassend mindestens eine Klemmeinheit (20, 21), ein Stützelement (16), und ein Öffnerelement (40) mit mindestens einem Finger (41, 42, 43), wobei die mindestens eine Klemmeinheit (20, 21) ein Anschlagelement (26, 27), das fest an dem Stützelement (16) befestigt ist, mindestens ein Klemmelement (22, 23, 24, 25), das beweglich an dem Stützelement (16) montiert ist und an einer Seite des Anschlagelements (26, 27) angeordnet ist, und mindestens ein Kraftelement (28, 29) umfasst, wobei das mindestens eine Klemmelement (22, 23, 24, 25) zusammen mit dem Anschlagelement (26, 27) eine Klemme (60, 61, 62, 63) definiert, wobei das mindestens eine Kraftelement (28, 29) das mindestens eine Klemmelement (22, 23, 24, 25) zum Anschlagelement (26, 27) hin zwingt, und wobei das Stützelement (16) und das Öffnerelement (40) relativ zueinander in einer Klemmrichtung (14) verschiebbar montiert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung mindestens zwei Klemmelemente (22, 23, 24, 25), die einer Klemmeinheit (20, 21) oder verschiedenen Klemmeinheiten (20, 21) zugeordnet sind, umfasst, wobei jedes Klemmelement (22, 23, 24, 25) an dem Stützelement (16) um eine Schwenkachse (17, 18) senkrecht zur Klemmrichtung (14) schwenkbar montiert ist, und dass das Öffnerelement (40) dazu ausgebildet ist, um in einer Betriebsposition angeordnet zu werden, wobei, wenn das Öffnerelement (40) in der Betriebsposition angeordnet ist, bei einer relativen Verschiebung zwischen dem Stützelement (16) und dem Öffnerelement (40) der mindestens eine Finger (41, 42, 43) mit einem der Klemmelemente (22, 23, 24, 25) interagiert, um zu bewirken, dass das genannte Klemmelement (22, 23, 24, 25) gegen die Kraft des mindestens einen Kraftelements (28, 29) um die Schwenkachse (17, 18) schwenkt, zum Öffnen der zugehörigen Klemme (60, 61, 62, 63).
  2. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Klemmelement (22, 23, 24, 25) mit einer Betriebsstruktur (44, 45, 46, 47) versehen ist, die von der Schwenkachse (17, 18) verschoben ist, um mit dem mindestens einen Finger (41, 42, 43) des Öffnerelements (40) bei einer relativen Verschiebung zwischen dem Stützelement (16) und dem Öffnerelement (40) zu interagieren.
  3. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betriebsstruktur (44, 45, 46, 47) ein Betätigungsstift ist, der aus einer Seitenfläche des jeweiligen Klemmelements (22, 23, 24, 25) herausragt, wobei insbesondere der Betätigungsstift zwischen der Schwenkachse (17, 18) des jeweiligen Klemmelements (22, 23, 24, 25) und einer Klemmposition für einen Schussfaden (7, 8, 9, 10) angeordnet ist.
  4. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei oder mehr Klemmeinheiten (20, 21) vorgesehen sind, wobei das Öffnerelement (40) verschiebbar zwischen der Betriebsposition und einer Ruheposition in einer Lieferrichtung (15) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Klemmrichtung (14) in einer festen Höhe in der Klemmrichtung (14) montiert ist, und wobei das Stützelement (16) verschiebbar in der Klemmrichtung (14) montiert ist, so dass, wenn das Öffnerelement sich in der Ruheposition befindet, durch Verschieben des Stützelements (16) in der Klemmrichtung (14), eine ausgewählte Klemmeinheit (20, 21) vor dem mindestens einen Finger (41, 41, 42) des Öffnerelements (40) angeordnet werden kann.
  5. Die Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Klemmeinheiten (20, 21) vorgesehen sind, wobei das Öffnerelement (40) einen Zentralfinger (41) und zwei äussere Finger (42, 43) umfasst, die vom Zentralfinger (41) in der Lieferrichtung (15) verschoben sind, wobei das Öffnerelement (40) in der Lieferrichtung (15) zwischen einer Ruheposition, einer ersten Betriebsposition und einer zweiten Betriebsposition beweglich ist, wobei das Öffnerelement (40), wenn es in der ersten Betriebsposition oder in der zweiten Betriebsposition angeordnet ist, mit einem der Klemmelemente (22, 23, 24, 25) bei einer relativen Verschiebung zwischen dem Stützelement (16) und dem Öffnerelement (40) in der Klemmrichtung (14) interagiert, so dass einer vom Zentralfinger (41) oder den zwei äusseren Fingern (42, 43) mit einem der Klemmelemente (22, 23, 24, 25) interagiert, um zu bewirken, dass das genannte Klemmelement (22, 23, 24, 25) gegen die Kraft des mindestens einen Kraftelements (28, 29) um die Schwenkachse (17, 18)schwenkt, zum Öffnen der zugehörigen Klemme (60, 61, 62, 63) oder zum Reduzieren einer Klemmkraft an der zugehörigen Klemme (60, 61, 62, 63).
  6. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äusseren Finger (42, 43) an beiden Seiten des Zentralfingers (41) in der Klemmrichtung (14) vorgesehen sind und vom Zentralfinger (41) in der Klemmrichtung (14) verschoben sind, wobei ein Abstand zwischen dem Zentralfinger (41) und jedem äusseren Finger (42, 43) mindestens im Wesentlichen einem Abstand zwischen den Anschlagelementen (26, 27) der beiden Klemmeinheiten (20, 21) entspricht.
  7. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zentralfinger (41) so ausgebildet ist, dass der Zentralfinger (41) nicht mit den Klemmelementen (22, 23, 24, 25) interferiert bei einer relativen Verschiebung zwischen dem Stützelement (16) und dem Öffnerelement (40) in der Klemmrichtung (14), wenn das Öffnerelement (40) sich in der zweiten Betriebsposition befindet.
  8. Die Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste Antriebsvorrichtung (30) umfassend einen ersten Motor (35) vorgesehen ist für eine Verschiebung des Stützelements (16) in der Klemmrichtung (14), wobei insbesondere die erste Antriebsvorrichtung (30) einen ersten Exzenter (31) umfasst, der angetrieben wird, zum Schwenken um eine erste Antriebsachse (32) senkrecht zur Klemmrichtung (14).
  9. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Antriebsvorrichtung (30) weiter ein gleitverschiebbar montiertes erstes Übertragungselement (33) umfasst, wobei der erste Exzenter (31) das erste Übertragungselement (33) antreibt, um bei Drehung des ersten Exzenters (31) das erste Übertragungselement (33) in der Klemmrichtung (14) hin und her zu bewegen.
  10. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Übertragungselement (33) ein erster Rahmen ist, wobei der erste Exzenter (31) innerhalb des ersten Rahmens angeordnet ist, und wobei insbesondere ein Verschleissschutzring (34) zwischen dem ersten Exzenter (31) und dem ersten Rahmen vorgesehen ist.
  11. Die Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zweite Antriebsvorrichtung (50) umfassend einen zweiten Motor (55) vorgesehen ist für eine Verschiebung des Öffnerelements (40) in der Lieferrichtung (15), wobei insbesondere die zweite Antriebsvorrichtung (50) einen zweiten Exzenter (51) umfasst, der angetrieben wird, zum Schwenken um eine zweite Antriebsachse (52) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Lieferrichtung (15).
  12. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Antriebsvorrichtung (50) weiter ein gleitverschiebbar montiertes zweites Übertragungselement (53) umfasst, wobei der zweite Exzenter (51) das zweite Übertragungselement (53) antreibt, um bei Drehung des zweiten Exzenters (51) das zweite Übertragungselement (53) in der Lieferrichtung (15) hin und her zu bewegen.
  13. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Übertragungselement (53) ein zweiter Rahmen ist, wobei der zweite Exzenter (51) innerhalb des zweiten Rahmens angeordnet ist, und wobei insbesondere ein Verschleissschutzring (54) zwischen dem zweiten Exzenter (51) und dem zweiten Rahmen vorgesehen ist.
  14. Webmaschine umfassend eine Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
  15. Verfahren zum Klemmen von Schussfäden mit einer Vorrichtung (1) umfassend mindestens eine Klemmeinheit (20, 21), ein Stützelement (16), und ein Öffnerelement (40) mit mindestens einem Finger (41, 42, 43), wobei die mindestens eine Klemmeinheit (20, 21) ein Anschlagelement (26, 27), das fest an dem Stützelement (16) montiert ist, mindestens ein Klemmelement (22, 23, 24, 25), das beweglich an dem Stützelement (16) montiert ist und an einer Seite des Anschlagelements (26, 27) angeordnet ist, und mindestens ein Kraftelement (28, 29) umfasst, wobei das mindestens eine Klemmelement (22, 23, 24, 25) zusammen mit dem Anschlagelement (26, 27) eine Klemme (60, 61, 62, 63) definiert, wobei das Kraftelement (28, 29) die Klemmelemente (22, 23, 24, 25) zum Anschlagelement (26, 27) hin zwingt, wobei die Vorrichtung mindestens zwei Klemmelemente (22, 23, 24, 25), die einer Klemmeinheit (20, 21) oder verschiedenen Klemmeinheiten (20, 21) zugeordnet sind, umfasst, und wobei jedes Klemmelement (22, 23, 24, 25) an dem Stützelement (16) um eine Schwenkachse (17, 18) senkrecht zur Klemmrichtung (14) schwenkbar montiert ist, das Verfahren eine Verschiebung des Stützelements (16) relativ zum Öffnerelement (40) in einer Klemmrichtung (14) umfasst, während das Öffnerelement (40) in einer Betriebsposition angeordnet ist, wobei der mindestens eine Finger (41, 42, 43) mit einem der Klemmelemente (22, 23, 24, 25) interagiert, um zu bewirken, dass das genannte Klemmelement (22, 23, 24, 25) gegen die Kraft des mindestens einen Kraftelements (28, 29) um die Schwenkachse (17, 18) schwenkt, zum Öffnen der zugehörigen Klemme (60, 61, 62, 63).
