Durch reduzierte Breite der äußeren Seitenlappen 38 wird ein sich über die Höhe des Innenkragens 33 erstreckender, nach innen gerichteter Versatz bzw. ein entsprechender Freiraum 52 geschaffen, der die Seitennaht 19 bzw. deren Flosse 20 mindestens teilweise aufnimmt. Die reduzierten Seitenlappen 38 erstrecken sich etwa bis zur Mitte der jeweiligen Seitenwand, sodass etwa eine halbe Abmessung des innenliegenden Seitenlappens 37 für die Anlage der Flossen 20 frei liegt. Im Bereich dieser Station 50 befinden sich auch querbewegbare Faltorgane, nämlich Faltgabeln 55 zum Einfalten der (dreieckförmigen) Zwickel 54 durch Querbewegung der Faltgabeln 55, die in einem Falttakt - während eines Bewegungsabschnitts - die Zwickel 54 von zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Dichtpackungen 12 falten.The units 41 designed in the manner described or in a similar manner are enveloped by the film for forming the sealing packing 12. Claims (11)

  1. A cigarette pack (10) with a sealed pack (12) in which cigarettes are contained as a ready formed cigarette group (11), wherein the sealed pack (12) has side seams (19) formed as sealing seams arranged on narrow upright film side walls (16), preferably formed as fin seams folded over against the relevant pack wall, wherein the side seams (19) have at least partially a multilayer configuration, and wherein a cardboard inner collar (33), which at least partially surrounds the cigarette group, is arranged inside the sealed pack (12) as a supporting or retaining element and is configured as a cup-shaped wrapping of the cigarette group (11), namely with an inner front wall (34), an inner rear wall (35), an inner base wall (36) and with mutually overlapping side tabs (37, 38) in the region of the film side walls (16) for the formation of the inner side walls, wherein the inner collar (33) arranged inside the sealed pack (12) has depressions in the region of material thickenings on account of the side seams of the sealed pack (12) to form free spaces (52) in which the side seams (19) are at least partially accommodated, characterized in that
    a) the outer side tabs (38), preferably connected to the inner front wall (34), are configured with a width extending across their complete length or height that is smaller than the inner side tabs (37), preferably with a width that is somewhat smaller than half of the width of the inner side tab (37) or half of the width of a film side wall (16) of the film material pack (12), in such a way that a depression running across the height of the inner side wall is created on the outer side of the inner collar next to the outer side tabs (38) to form a free space (52) to accommodate the material thickenings on account of the side seams (19), and that
    b) the material thickenings of the sealed pack (12) due to the respective side seam (19) extend in each case at least with partial regions into the free space (52) formed by the outer side tabs (38).
  2. The pack as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the inner collar (33) has an inner rear wall (35), which preferably extends over the full dimension of the cigarette group (11), in particular over the length of the cigarettes (10), and which is provided with an opening (45) formed as a recess or punched-out portion in the region of the transversely directed connecting seam (21) extending along a film rear wall (15), wherein the dimensions of the opening (45), in particular the width or height thereof, is selected such that the connecting seam (21) extends completely inside the opening (45), preferably in a free space (51) formed by the opening (45) with a larger width than the connecting seam (21).
  3. The pack as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the inner collar (33) has side tabs (37, 38) that are connected to the inner rear wall (35) and which extend inside the sealed pack (12) in the region of film side walls (16), wherein the opening (45) extends at least partially into the region of the associated side tabs (37) - connected to the inner rear wall (35) - to form an opening limb (46).
  4. The pack as claimed in claim 1 or any one of the further claims, characterized in that the free space (52) formed next to the outer side tabs (38) is of slit-shaped design and has a width of 0.1 mm to 2 mm, preferably a width of 0.3 mm to 1 mm, in the region of the film side walls (16).
  5. The pack as claimed in claim 1 or any one of the further claims, characterized in that the side tabs (37, 38) of the inner collar (33) for the formation of inner side walls are connected to each other by adhesive bonding, in particular by a plurality of glue points (43) extending in the longitudinal direction of the side tabs (37, 38).
  6. The pack as claimed in claim 1 or any one of the further claims, characterized in that the outer, narrow side tabs (38) have at the ends material partitions, in particular bevelled edges (42), such that the side tabs (38) have a preferably approximately trapezoidal shape, wherein the material partitions, in particular the bevelled edges (42), are adapted to the dimensions and shapes of in particular triangular-shaped gussets (54) after folding against the inside of film side walls (16).
  7. The pack as claimed in claim 1 or any one of the further claims, characterized in that the inner collar (33) has contoured, upright folding edges, in particular bevelled edges, these consisting of an obliquely directed material strip (49) in the region of the inner front wall (34) and/or of the inner rear wall (35) and bounded by parallel folding lines (47, 48), wherein the side tabs (37, 38) of smaller width formed outside the region of the lateral folding lines (48) partially overlap one another in such a way that the free space (52) created corresponds approximately to half the width or depth of the inner collar (33).
  8. A method for producing packs as claimed in claim 1 for cigarettes (10) with a cigarette group (11) arranged in a sealed pack (12) and surrounded by an inner collar (33), wherein the inner collar (33) has a cup-like shape with an inner front wall (34), inner rear wall (35), inner base wall (36) and side tabs (37, 38) for the formation of inner side walls, characterized by the following features:
    a) the side tabs (37, 38) are joined together by glue during production of the inner collar (33), in particular after a cigarette group (11) has been inserted into the partially folded inner collar (33),
    b) for joining the side tabs (37, 38), glue, in particular glue points (43), is/are applied to the free outer side of the inner side tabs (37) after the folding thereof and before the folding of the outer side tabs (38), wherein these outer side tabs (38) have a shortening, i.e. a shorter width, extending across their complete length or height in such a way that next to the outer side tabs (38) in each case a free space (52) is created for receiving a respective material thickening of the sealed pack (12) due to a side seam of the sealed pack (19) and in which the respective side seam (19) of the sealed pack (12) is at least partially accommodated,
    c) then the outer side tabs (38), preferably in a downward direction, are folded over against the glued areas of the inner side tabs (37).
  9. The method as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that the glue, in particular the glue points (43), is/are applied on the basis of relative movement between packs or inner collars (33) on the one hand and a gluing unit on the other hand, preferably by stationary glue nozzles (44) on both sides of the movement path of the inner collar (33) for applying the glue or glue points (43) to the side tabs (37) while the cyclically transported packs or inner collars (33) are at a standstill.
  10. The pack as claimed in claim 1 or any one of the further claims, characterized in that the sealed pack (12) has an opening aid with a reusable opening flap (24), which is fastened by an actuating strip (25) to an inner side of a lid (29) of the outer pack (27) designed as a hinge-lid box, in such a way that the opening flap (24) can be moved into an open position by actuating the lid (29).
  11. The pack as claimed in claim 1 or any one of the further claims, characterized in that the outer pack (27), which is designed as a hinge-lid box, has a collar (30) which uses collar side tabs (56) to cover side seams (19) of the sealed pack (12) in an end face or upper region of film side walls (16).
