Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Zigarettenpackung der eingangs genannten Ausführung hinsichtlich des inneren Stützorgans bzw. des Innenkragens so auszubilden, dass ein besserer Schutz und insbesondere eine stabilere Struktur des Innenkragens gegeben ist.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die erfindungsgemäße Packung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 ausgebildet.
Eine erhöhte bzw. ausreichende Formstabilität des Innenkragens mit der von diesem umhüllten Zigarettengruppe ist demnach erreicht, wenn der Innenkragen mindestens in einem unteren, bodenseitigen Bereich eine geschlossene Struktur aufweist. Die Zigarettengruppe ist darüber hinaus durch die packungsgemäße Ausbildung des Innenkragens in der Formation stabilisiert, sodass die Fertigung des Zigaretten- bzw. Dichtblocks erleichtert und darüber der Dichtblock eine insgesamt formstabile Einheit bildet. Mit der Innen-Vorderwand und der sich über eine Teilhöhe erstreckenden Innen-Rückwand verbundene Seitenlappen sind bei mindestens teilweiser Überdeckung miteinander dauerhaft verbunden (z. Claims (4)

  1. A pack for a cigarette group (12), which is surrounded by a blank of foil while a sealing block (11) is formed, wherein a supportive element of thin cardboard or of a comparable material, specifically in the form of an internal collar (42), which has an internal front wall (45), an internal base wall (48), and internal side walls and which at least partially surrounds the cigarette group (12) is disposed in the interior of the sealing block (11), characterized by the following features:
    a) the internal collar (42), at least in a lower region that faces the internal base wall (48), is configured so as to have a closed cross section, that is to say so as to be cup-shaped,
    b) the internal front wall (45) of the internal collar (42) extends essentially across the full height of the cigarettes (10) or of the cigarette group (12),
    c) an internal rear wall (68) connected to the internal base wall (48) extends preferably across a part-region of the sealing block (11), approximately up to half the height of the sealing block (11),
    d) disposed on the internal front wall (45) and on the internal rear wall (68) are lateral folding flaps, that is to say internal side flaps (46) and rear side flaps (69), which form internal side walls by mutual partial superimposition,
    e) the rear side flaps (69) connected to the internal rear wall (68) abut the outer side of the internal side walls.
  2. The pack as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the internal side flaps (46) of the internal front wall (45) extend across the full height and the rear side flaps (69) connected to the internal rear wall (68), depending on the dimension thereof, extend across a part-region of the internal side flaps (46) and are preferably connected to the latter.
  3. The pack as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the internal side flaps (46) which are connected to the internal front wall (45) - approximately at half the height - have a punched feature, which is open toward the free periphery, for forming a clearance (51) having a rectangular or square contour, for example, wherein the material web (43) for manufacturing the internal collars (42) is preferably provided with U-shaped or with angular punched features in such a manner that for forming the clearance (71) either one material piece (73) corresponding to the punched feature is severable from said material web (43) or the material piece (73) along a folding line (75) which preferably lies on the upper side is foldable against the internal side flap (46).
