Definitions
- the invention relates to a pack for a cigarette group having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- Packings for cigarettes are usually designed so that a support member or an inner collar is disposed within a dense foil envelope having sealing block, which causes increased dimensional stability of the sealing block and protects the cigarettes against mechanical and thermal stress.
- the cigarette block which is closed on all sides, is accommodated in an outer pack preferably designed as a hard pack - folding box.
- the DE 10 2011 119 344 A1 shows and describes such a packing for cigarettes with an approximately tray-shaped inner collar, which has a substantially over the full height of the cigarettes extending inner front wall, an inner bottom wall and on the narrow sides of the cigarette block extending inner side walls.
- the back of the cigarette group is free in this embodiment of the inner collar, except for a freely movable tab, which is referred to as approach and can develop any support function for the cigarette.
- the DE 10 2010 019 867 A1 shows gaskets made according to the "flowpack" principle.
- Inner collar in various designs are formed in this prior art as a sleeve, at least without coverage in the region of a bottom surface on the one hand and an end face on the other.
- the invention has the object of providing a cigarette packet of the aforementioned embodiment with respect to the inner support member or the inner collar in such a way that a better protection and in particular a more stable structure of the inner collar is given.
- the package according to the invention with the features of claim 1 is formed. An increased or sufficient dimensional stability of the inner collar with the cigarette group surrounded by this is thus achieved when the inner collar has a closed structure at least in a lower, bottom-side region.
- the cigarette group is also stabilized by the packaging according to the formation of the inner collar in the formation, so that the production of the cigarette or sealing block facilitates and above the sealing block forms a dimensionally stable unit.
- Side lobes connected to the inner front wall and the inner rear wall extending over a partial height are permanently connected to one another (at least partially overlapping, for example by gluing).
- the inner front wall extends over the full height, while the inner rear wall covers only a partial height, approximately up to half the height of the cigarette group.
- the inner collar is provided with inner side walls, which consist of mutually at least partially overlapping inner side tabs of the front wall on the one hand and the rear wall on the other.
- the blanks for the inner collar are separated by a strip-shaped material web by transverse punch cuts. Resulting tongue-like projections can be eliminated by folding into the plane of the inner bottom wall or by separating as waste.
- Packing for cigarettes 10 are usually designed so that a (aroma-and moisture-tight) film to form a sealing block 11, the cigarettes 10 and a cigarette group 12 of molded cigarettes 10 on all sides wrapped. Folding tabs are bonded together by gluing or thermal sealing while maintaining the sealing structure.
- the sealing block 11 is expediently arranged in an outer pack 13 designed as a hard pack, in the present case in the form of a folding box or hinged lid pack.
- This widely used type of package consists of a (lower) box part 14 and a lid 15. The latter is pivotally connected to the box part 14 via a rear line joint 16. In Fig. 1, Fig. 2 the open position of the lid 15 is shown.
- the box part consists of box front wall 17, opposite box rear wall 18, box side walls 19 and a bottom wall 20. Accordingly, the lid 15 lid front wall 21, lid rear wall 22, lid side walls 23 and end wall 24 on , In the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 A further special feature is that the folding box 13 in the present case has no otherwise customary collar which extends in the area of the box front wall 17 and box side tabs 19 and projects out of the box part 14 , Instead, the lid 15 in the closed position immediately surrounds the sealing block 11, which has a corresponding rigidity.
- the sealing block 11 or the film wrapping the cigarette group 12 is thermally sealable.
- the rectangular blank is folded so that partially overlapping fold tabs are joined together to form seal seams.
- the sealing block 11 is cuboid with block front wall 26, block back wall 27, block side walls 28, block end wall 29 and block bottom wall 30.
- side seams 31 are formed in the region of substantially trapezoidal, partially overlapping folding flaps (so-called envelope folding).
- the block end wall 29 is free of folds.
- a bottom seam 32 is likewise designed as a curve fold.
- the sealing block 11 may alternatively ( Fig. 11 ) Have side folds 31 and a transverse seam 33.
- the side seams 31 in the region of the block side walls 28 consists of two interconnected in a transverse folding position material strips or lobes, which are folded over as a unit against the block side wall 28 ( Fig. 11, Fig. 12 ).
- the block end wall 29 and the block bottom wall 30 are free of folds. Instead, a transverse finned seam, namely the transverse seam 33, is arranged in the area of the block rear wall 27, with a clear distance from the block bottom wall 30, preferably (approximately) at half the height.
- the transverse seam 22 extends into the region of the block sidewalls 28 with end pieces 34 due to a corresponding folding.
- the arrangement is such that first the transverse seam 33 is produced, then the lateral folds are carried out, so that the fin of the side seam 31 faces upwards the end piece 34 of the transverse seam 33 is folded and thus covers the end piece 34 ( Fig. 11, Fig. 12 ).
- the sealing block 11 is provided with a substantially known opening aid. This extends in the area of the block end wall 29, in an adjacent region of the block front wall 26 and possibly with a portion in the block rear wall 27.
- a closure tab 36 By cross-sectional weakening of the film - perforation line 35 - a closure tab 36 is limited, in the open position ( Fig. 2 ) gives a corresponding discharge opening 37 for the cigarettes 10 free.
- the closure tab 36 and thus the removal opening 37 is completely covered by a closure label 38, which in the present case consists of a separate blank and by means of full-surface attached (permanent) adhesive on the outside of the closure tab 36 and - in Closed position - adheres to partial surfaces of the sealing block 11, namely at the edge regions of the removal opening 37, adhesive.
- the closure label 38 can be detected and actuated for (multiple) opening of the sealing block 11 by means of a glue-free grip tab 39 on a lower, free edge of the closure label 38.
- closed position Fig. 1
- handle 39 is a front-side leg of the closure label 38 with handle 39 completely in the region of the lid 15 (lid front wall 21), ie above a closing edge 40 of the box front wall 17th
- the sealing block 11 is provided with an analogously designed opening mechanism, but the closure label 38 is provided with lateral, strip-like projections 41 and thus extends (approximately) over the full width of the block end wall 29.
- the cigarette group 12 In the foreground is a positioned within the sealing block 11, the cigarette group 12 partially surrounding support or protective device.
- This preferably consisting of a one-piece blank of (thin) cardboard body is hereinafter referred to as inner collar 42.
- the basically known inner collar 42 is designed in such a way that increased dimensional stability and resistance to mechanical influences, in particular, are present in the lower region of the cigarette group.

Description
The invention relates to a pack for a cigarette group having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
Packings for cigarettes are usually designed so that a support member or an inner collar is disposed within a dense foil envelope having sealing block, which causes increased dimensional stability of the sealing block and protects the cigarettes against mechanical and thermal stress. The cigarette block, which is closed on all sides, is accommodated in an outer pack preferably designed as a hard pack - folding box.

The
The invention has the object of providing a cigarette packet of the aforementioned embodiment with respect to the inner support member or the inner collar in such a way that a better protection and in particular a more stable structure of the inner collar is given.
To solve this problem, the package according to the invention with the features of claim 1 is formed.
An increased or sufficient dimensional stability of the inner collar with the cigarette group surrounded by this is thus achieved when the inner collar has a closed structure at least in a lower, bottom-side region. The cigarette group is also stabilized by the packaging according to the formation of the inner collar in the formation, so that the production of the cigarette or sealing block facilitates and above the sealing block forms a dimensionally stable unit. Side lobes connected to the inner front wall and the inner rear wall extending over a partial height are permanently connected to one another (at least partially overlapping, for example by gluing). According to the invention, the inner front wall extends over the full height, while the inner rear wall covers only a partial height, approximately up to half the height of the cigarette group. The inner collar is provided with inner side walls, which consist of mutually at least partially overlapping inner side tabs of the front wall on the one hand and the rear wall on the other.
The blanks for the inner collar are separated by a strip-shaped material web by transverse punch cuts. Resulting tongue-like projections can be eliminated by folding into the plane of the inner bottom wall or by separating as waste.

Packing for
In
In the foreground is a positioned within the sealing
In a special way, an
A part or a position of the
Weitere Lagen bzw. Further layers or folding tabs of the
The corner recesses 63 are formed by the correspondingly contoured punching
The punching

The thus formed blank for the
The design of the packing unit or the sealing
In the example shown, moreover, the
