Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Aufbewahrung und/oder Entnahme von Tüchern nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 und ein Verfahren nach dem Anspruch 9.
  • Bekannt sind Verpackungen von Feuchttüchern in Schlauchbeuteln aus Kunststoff, die in der Folienverpackung oder auf einer Rolle aufgerollt zum Schutz gegen Austrocknen in eine verschließbare Dose eingelegt werden können, wobei die Dose einen einfachen Klappdeckel aufweist. Hierbei ist - insbesondere bei nichts vorschriftsgemäßem Gebrauch - die Gefahr einer hygienischen Verunreinigung insbesondere in Krankenhäusern oder anderen entsprechenden Einrichtungen gegeben. Die Dokumente US 2006/266669 A1 , EP 2 989 950 A1 , US 6,158,614 , US 4,535,912 und US 2008/0017750 A1 offenbaren solche Vorrichtungen.
  • Die nosokomialen Infektionen insbesondere in deutschen Krankenhäusern stellen ein immer größeres Risiko für Patienten und Personal dar. Die wesentlichen Ursachen sind nicht vorschiftsgetreue Desinfektionsdurchführungen durch nicht ausreichend geschultes Personal und Personalmangel. Insbesondere wurde in den letzten Jahren erkannt, dass durch die Verwendung von Desinfektionsprodukten bei der Wischdesinfektion das Risiko der Falschanwendung besteht, da standardardmäßig Desinfektionsmittel erst im Krankenhaus angemischt oder abgefüllt werden und mit nicht darauf abgestimmten und getesteten Wischtüchern durchgeführt wird.
  • Bekannte Vorrichtungen sind noch nicht optimal für eine sicherere Verwendung hinsichtlich der sichergestellten Einmalverwendung des Systems, sondern werden aus Kostengründen häufig wiederbefüllt und mehrfach verwendet.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zur Aufbewahrung und/oder Entnahme von Tüchern bereitzustellen, die einfach aufgebaut ist und sicher zu bedienen ist, ohne Keime zu verbreiten.
  • Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 1 zur Aufbewahrung und/oder Entnahme von Tüchern, insbesondere Einmaltüchern, nämlich Feuchttüchern, umfassend einen Vorratsbereich mit einem innen eingebrachten Vorratsgebinde für Tücher, insbesondere eine Tuchrolle, ein festwandiges Gefäß, und einen nicht rückstandslos zu entfernenden Abdeckungsbereich an einer Oberseite, der eine Entnahmeöffnung aufweist, durch die die Tücher entnommen werden können, und die durch ein Verschlussmittel abdeckbar ist, wobei die Entnahmeöffnung einen Durchmesser aufweist, der derart an einen Durchmesser des Vorratsgebindes angepasst ausgebildet ist, dass eine Durchführung des Vorratsgebindes als Ganzes durch die Entnahmeöffnung verhindert ist, wobei die Vorrichtung vor Wiederverwendung geschützt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abdeckungsbereich ein an das Gefäß angepasst ausgebildetes folienartiges Abdeckungsmittel aufweist, insbesondere eine stabile und/oder flüssigkeitsdichte und/oder keimdichte Verbundfolie, beispielsweise umfassend PET/PE und/oder PET/PP und/oder PE und/oder PP und/oder PET/Aluminium/PE oder andere fixierbare Folienmaterialien.
  • Die Vorrichtung stellt ein Trocken- und Feuchttuchsystem bereit, insbesondere ein Tuchspendersystem, insbesondere gebrauchsfertig, das vor Wiederverwendung geschützt ist, es kann keine neue Tuchrolle eingebracht werden, ohne das aufgebrachte Abdeckungsmittel, insbesondere eine aufgesiegelte Folie zu zerstören. Bei der Erfindung wird beispielsweise ein Gefäß mit einem verbreiterten oder auch regulären Siegelrand verwendet, das beispielsweise mit einer Tuchrolle und Desinfektionsmittel gefüllt wird, und dann mit einem gegen rückstandsloses Abziehen gesicherten Abdeckungsbereich, insbesondere mit einer hochreißfesten Siegelfolie, flüssigkeitsdicht verschlossen wird. Auf diese hochreißfeste Folie kann vorteilhaft eine Gegenmutter für das Entnahmesystem aufgesiegelt werden, es kann beispielsweise aber auch ein Gegengewinde bereits mit der Siegelfolie einstückig ausgebildet sein. Diese kann entweder nach innen oder nach außen gerichtet sein, dementsprechend kann ein Gewinde angepasst ausgebildet sein.
  • Die Vorrichtung kann sowohl mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit oder Desinfektionsmittel befeuchteten oder mit trockenen Tuchrollen bestückt, in Einzelverpackung oder als Mehrfachverpackung angeboten werden. Je nach Absorptionsmenge und Reichweite können Grammatur und Tuchgröße, an Kundenanforderungen und Einsatzzweck angepasst werden. Ebenso kann die Tuchrolle horizontal, vertikal oder als Tuchstapel oder beispielsweise auch als Endlosmateriel in das Gefäß gebracht werden.
  • Bei der Erfindung ist es, wenn der Abdeckungsbereich ein an das Gefäß angepasst ausgebildetes folienartiges Abdeckungsmittel aufweist, insbesondere eine stabile und/oder flüssigkeitsdichte und/oder keimdichte Verbundfolie, beispielsweise umfassend PET/PE und/oder PET/PP und/oder PE und/oder PP und/oder PET/Aluminium/PE oder andere fixierbare Folienmaterialien.
  • Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn die Entnahmeöffnung einen Verbindungsbereich, insbesondere ein Gewinde, aufweist und ein Gegenstück, insbesondere eine Gegenmutter, umfasst, die ein Rechtsgewinde und/oder ein Linksgewinde aufweist, wobei das Gegenstück in das folienartige Abdeckungsmittel fest eingebracht, insbesondere eingeschweißt, ist, insbesondere zentral, das Gegenstück in dem Abdeckungsbereich, in dem folienartigen Abdeckungsmittel, derart abgedichtet ist, mit einem nicht rückstandslos entfernbaren Dichtmittel, insbesondere in Form eines Rings oder direkt mit dem Abdeckungsbereich, dass keine rückstandslose Entfernung des Gegenstücks aus dem Abdeckungsbereichs und/oder des Abdeckungsbereichs von dem Gefäß möglich ist.
  • Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn das die Entnahmeöffnung im Wesentlichen rund ausgebildet ist.
  • Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn der Verbindungsbereich einklipsbar und/oder eindrehbar und/oder mit einem Bajonettverschluss und/oder einem Schiebeverschluss ausgebildet ist. Somit können Gegenstücke für Clip-, Schnapp- und Bajonettverschlüsse, Schiebe- oder andere Verschluss-Systeme fixiert, aufgeschweißt, aufgeklebt, ect werden. Zudem kann eine Siegelfolie optional auf die Mutter aufgebracht werden, die das System flüssigkeitsdicht verschließt und vor Verwendung rückstandslos abgezogen werden kann.
  • Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn auf der Entnahmeöffnung ein Abdeckungsmittel, insbesondere ein Etikett und/oder eine abnehmbare Verschlussfolie angebracht ist, insbesondere über den Verbindungsbereich gespannt.
  • Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn das Gefäß mit einer Arbeitsflüssigkeit zusätzlich zu dem Vorratsgebinde befüllt ist und/oder nachträglich nach dem Einsetzen eines Vorratsgebindes zu befüllen ist, insbesondere mit einer Desinfektionsflüssigkeit und/oder eine Reinigungsflüssigkeit und/oder eine Kosmetikflüssigkeit.
  • Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn das Tuch einen Vliesstoff aufweist, der mit einer Flüssigkeit getränkt ist, wobei der Vliesstoff insbesondere ein thermisch Heißluft-und/oder andere Verfestigungsarten, beispielsweise chemisch verfestigt oder Wasserstrahlverfestigter Vliesstoff ist, insbesondere umfassend Polyester und Mischungen mit PP/CV- und/oder PET/PE und/oder PE/PP und/oder PET/Co-PET- Bikomponenten, und/oder reines PP und/oder dass die Tücher mit einer Desinfektionsflüssigkeit getränkt sind.
  • Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn das ein Entnahmemittel in die Entnahmeöffnung einsetzbar ist, durch die die Tücher entnommen werden können, wobei das Entnahmemittel eine im wesentlichen geschlossene Öffnungsfläche mit einem zentralen, kreuzartigen Durchführungsbereich aufweist, die im Verhältnis zur Öffnungsfläche insbesondere weniger als etwa ein Viertel des Durchmessers der Öffnungsfläche umfasst, insbesondere weniger als ein Fünftel.
  • Die Aufgabe wird ebenfalls gelöst durch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Vorrichtung zur Aufbewahrung und/oder Entnahme von Tüchern, insbesondere Einmaltüchern, insbesondere Feuchttüchern, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei in ein Gefäß ein Vorratsgebinde eingesetzt wird, ein Gegenstück in den Abdeckungsbereich, ein folienartiges Abdeckungsmittel derart verbunden wird, dass kein rückstandsloses entfernen möglich ist, wobei der Abdeckungsbereich auf das Gefäß aufgebracht, insbesondere aufgeschweißt wird.
  • Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Ansprüchen und der nachstehenden Beschreibung, in ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Gegenstands der Erfindung in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung näher erläutert ist.

  • Fig. 1a zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung 1 zur Aufbewahrung und/oder Entnahme von Tüchern 2, insbesondere Einmaltüchern, insbesondere Feuchttüchern, umfassend einen Vorratsbereich 3 mit einem innen eingebrachten Vorratsgebinde 40 für Tücher, insbesondere eine Tuchrolle 16, ein festwandiges Gefäß 6, insbesondere mit einem Henkel, und einen nicht rückstandslos zu entfernenden Abdeckungsbereich 7 an einer Oberseite 21, der eine Entnahmeöffnung 11 aufweist, durch die die Tücher 2 entnommen werden können. Die Darreichung erfolgt in der Weise, dass das Gefäß beispielhaft mit einer Tuchrolle befüllt ist und Arbeitsflüssigkeit, insbesondere Desinfektionsmittel ist noch vom Anwender ergänzt wird.
  • An dem Gefäß ein Henkel vorgesehen ist, der insbesondere an die Siegelfolie verschweißt ist.
  • Wenn eine Gegenstück 32 beispielhaft nach außen aus dem Gefäß 6 herausstehend angebracht ist, wird beispielhaft zur Verwendung der Tücher 2 vor dem Gebrauch zunächst die Folie 13 innerhalb der Gegenmutter beispielsweise mit einem Skalpel oder Messer kreuzweise eingeschnitten oder kreisrund ausgeschnitten. Dann wird ein im Tuchrollenkern befindliches Tuch herausgezogen und in das beiliegende Entnahmesystem eingefädelt welches anschließend in die Gegenmutter geschraubt wird. Jetzt ist das System gebrauchsfertig. Falls während der Verwendung Wischtücher in den Eimer zurückfallen, können diese wieder durch Aufdrehen und erneutes Einfädeln in die übliche Verwendungsposition gebracht werden. Nach vollständigem Aufbrauch des Tüchervorrates im Eimer, kann dieser mit Entnahmesystem komplett entsorgt werden. Eine Wiederverwendung dieses Eimersystems ist praktisch ausgeschlossen, da zur erneuten Befüllung mit einem Vorratsgebinde 40, insbesondere einer Tuchrolle, die Folie 13 zerstört werden muss und somit keine Abdeckung mit Entnahmeöffnung als Deckelfunktion mehr vorhanden ist.
  • Wenn ein nicht dargestelltes Gegenstück 32 nach innen in das Gefäß gerichtet angebracht wird, wird beispielhaft der Abdeckbereich, insbesondere die Folie innerhalb des Gegenstücks vollständig an einem inneren Rand ausgeschnitten, damit die Entnahmeöffnung eingedreht werden kann, wodurch eine sehr dichte Vorrichtung entsteht.
  • Fig. 1b zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung 1 zur Aufbewahrung, wobei ein Etikett oder Verschlussfolie 22 bereits entfernt wurde und eine Entnahmeöffnung 11 eingesetzt wurde, insbesondere eingedreht, wobei die Entnahmeöffnung 11 einen Durchmesser 50 aufweist, der derart an einen Durchmesser 60 des Vorratsgebindes 40 angepasst ausgebildet ist, dass eine Durchführung des Vorratsgebindes (40) als Ganzes durch die Entnahmeöffnung 11 verhindert ist.
  • Fig. 2a zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zur Aufbewahrung mit Arbeitsflüssigkeit, wobei die Darreichung in der Weise erfolgt, dass das Gefäß bereits gebrauchsfertig ab Werk beispielhaft mit einer Tuchrolle und Arbeitsflüssigkeit befüllt ist, insbesondere Desinfektionsmittel.
  • Fig. 2b zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zur Aufbewahrung mit Arbeitsflüssigkeit.

Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Aufbewahrung und/oder Entnahme von Tüchern (2), insbesondere Einmaltüchern, nämlich Feuchttüchem, umfassend einen Vorratsbereich (3) mit einem innen eingebrachten Vorratsgebinde (40) für Tücher, insbesondere eine Tuchrolle (16), ein festwandiges Gefäß (6), und einen nicht rückstandslos zu entfernenden Abdeckungsbereich (7) an einer Oberseite (21), der eine Entnahmeöffnung (11) aufweist, durch die die Tücher (2) entnommen werden können, und die durch ein Verschlussmittel (70) abdeckbar ist, wobei die Entnahmeöffnung (11) einen Durchmesser (50) aufweist, der derart an einen Durchmesser (60) des Vorratsgebindes (40) angepasst ausgebildet ist, dass eine Durchführung des Vorratsgebindes (40) als Ganzes durch die Entnahmeöffnung (11) verhindert ist,
    wobei die Vorrichtung vor Wiederverwendung geschützt ist,
    wobei der Abdeckungsbereich (7) ein an das Gefäß (6) angepasst ausgebildetes folienartiges Abdeckungsmittel (13) aufweist, insbesondere eine stabile und/oder flüssigkeitsdichte und/oder keimdichte Verbundfolie, beispielsweise umfassend PET/PE und/oder PET/PP und/oder PE und/oder PP und/oder PET/Aluminium/PE oder andere fixierbare Folienmaterialien.
  2. Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entnahmeöffnung (11) einen Verbindungsbereich (31), insbesondere ein Gewinde, aufweist und ein Gegenstück (32), insbesondere eine Gegenmutter (33), umfasst, die ein Rechtsgewinde und/oder ein Linksgewinde aufweist, wobei das Gegenstück in das folienartige Abdeckungsmittel (13) fest eingebracht, insbesondere eingeschweißt, ist, insbesondere zentral, das Gegenstück (32) in dem Abdeckungsbereich (7), insbesondere in dem folienartigen Abdeckungsmittel (13), derart abgedichtet ist, mit einem nicht rückstandslos entfernbaren Dichtmittel, insbesondere in Form eines Rings oder direkt mit dem Abdeckungsbereich, dass keine rückstandslose Entfernung des Gegenstücks aus dem Abdeckungsbereichs und/oder des Abdeckungsbereichs (7) von dem Gefäß (6) möglich ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Entnahmeöffnung (11) im Wesentlichen rund ausgebildet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsbereich (31) einklipsbar und/oder eindrehbar und/oder mit einem Bajonettverschluss und/oder einem Schiebeverschluss ausgebildet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Entnahmeöffnung (11) ein Abdeckungsmittel (20), insbesondere ein Etikett und/oder eine abnehmbare Verschlussfolie (22) angebracht ist, insbesondere über den Verbindungsbereich (31) gespannt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gefäß (6) mit einer Arbeitsflüssigkeit (35) zusätzlich zu dem Vorratsgebinde (40) befüllt ist und/oder nachträglich nach dem Einsetzen eines Vorratsgebindes (40) zu befüllen ist, insbesondere mit einer Desinfektionsflüssigkeit und/oder eine Reinigungsflüssigkeit und/oder eine Kosmetikflüssigkeit.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tuch (2) einen Vliesstoff aufweist, der mit einer Flüssigkeit getränkt ist, wobei der Vliesstoff insbesondere ein thermisch Heißluft- und/oder andere Verfestigungsarten, beispielsweise chemisch verfestigt oder wasserstrahlverfestigter Vliesstoff ist, insbesondere umfassend Polyester und Mischungen mit PP/CV- und/oder PET/PE und/oder PE/PP und/oder PET/Co-PET- Bikomponenten, und/oder reines PP und/oder dass die Tücher (2) mit einer Desinfektionsflüssigkeit getränkt sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ein Entnahmemittel in die Entnahmeöffnung (11) einsetzbar ist, durch die die Tücher (2) entnommen werden können, wobei das Entnahmemittel eine im wesentlichen geschlossene Öffnungsfläche mit einem zentralen, kreuzartigen Durchführungsbereich aufweist, die im Verhältnis zur Öffnungsfläche insbesondere weniger als etwa ein Viertel des Durchmessers der Öffnungsfläche umfasst, insbesondere weniger als ein Fünftel.
  9. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Vorrichtung (1) zur Aufbewahrung und/oder Entnahme von Tüchern, insbesondere Einmaltüchern, insbesondere Feuchttüchern, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei in ein Gefäß (6) ein Vorratsgebinde (40) eingesetzt wird, ein Gegenstück in den Abdeckungsbereich (7), ein folienartiges Abdeckungsmittel (13) derart verbunden wird, dass kein rückstandsloses Entfernen möglich ist, wobei der Abdeckungsbereich (7) auf das Gefäß (6) aufgebracht, insbesondere aufgeschweißt wird, wobei der Abdeckungsbereich (7) insbesondere vollständig über das Gefäß (6) verläuft und das Gegenstück aufgesetzt ist, so dass vor dem Gebrauch ein Öffnen des Abdeckungsbereichs (7) innerhalb des Gegenstücks erfolgt.
