Claims (10)
- Procédé de nettoyage de pièces fabriquées industriellement en métal et/ou en plastique en utilisant un produit de nettoyage,
avec les étapes consistant à :a) introduire des pièces à nettoyer dans une chambre de travail (2) ;b) charger la chambre de travail (2) avec le produit de nettoyage ;c) nettoyer les pièces dans la chambre de travail (2) au moyen du produit de nettoyage ;dans lequel, de préférence à l'étape c), une circulation des pièces et/ou du produit de nettoyage est effectuée dans la chambre de travail (2) ;lors de laquelle la chambre de travail (2) est ensuite évacuée et au moins un solvant organique sous forme de vapeur est introduit dans la chambre de travail (2) évacuée à une pression négative par rapport à l'environnement, de préférence à une pression de 400 mbar, 200 mbar ou moins, à une température égale ou supérieure au point d'inflammation du solvant concerné, et le nettoyage est complété par condensation de la vapeur de solvant sur les pièces, dans lequel la pression négative et/ou la température est sélectionnée de sorte qu'aucun mélange explosif ne se produise ;caractérisé en ce queun mélange d'au moins deux solvants organiques et d'eau est utilisé en tant que produit de nettoyage, lequel mélange comprend au moins un premier solvant organique insoluble dans l'eau et au moins un second solvant organique soluble dans l'eau, et en ce que, à la suite de l'étape c), le mélange eau-solvant est purgé de la chambre de travail (2),ledit produit de nettoyage contenant, par rapport à la proportion de solvant organique soluble dans l'eau, une proportion d'eau d'au moins environ 30 % en volume, de préférence d'au moins environ 50 % en volume. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que, ensuite,
de l'eau chaude à une température de préférence supérieure à 50 °C est introduite dans la chambre de travail (2). - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que, ensuite,
les pièces nettoyées sont soumises à un séchage, dans lequel le séchage est de préférence effectué dans la chambre de travail (2). - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que
une fois le nettoyage effectué, le mélange eau-solvant est nettoyé par évaporation et/ou filtration et préparé pour une nouvelle utilisation. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce quele premier solvant est soluble dans l'eau dans une proportion inférieure à 5 % en volume, de préférence inférieure à 1 % en volume, le plus préférablement inférieure à 0,1 % en volume, etle second solvant est soluble dans l'eau dans une proportion supérieure à 5 % en volume, de préférence supérieure à 20 % en volume, le plus préférablement supérieure à 30 % en volume ou supérieure à 50 % en volume. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
le mélange eau-solvant présente un rapport de mélange entre le solvant non soluble dans l'eau et la quantité totale du solvant soluble dans l'eau et de l'eau d'environ 10:90, de préférence de 30:70, le plus préférablement de 50:50. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que
avant l'étape b), les pièces sont prénettoyées avec un solvant, de préférence un solvant organique. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce queau moins pendant les étapes b) et c), une pression négative par rapport à l'environnement est générée et maintenue dans la chambre de travail (2) ; ou au moins pendant les étapes b) et c), une surpression par rapport à l'environnement est générée et maintenue dans la chambre de travail (2) ;dans lequel, de préférence au moins pendant les étapes b) et c), une pression et une température sont générées et maintenues dans la chambre de travail (2), de sorte qu'aucun mélange explosif d'air et de vapeur de solvant ne se produise. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisé en ce que
les solvants organiques ont un point d'inflammation dans la plage de 40 °C à 100 °C, de préférence de 55 °C à 100 °C, au plus de 61 °C à 100 °C. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
caractérisé en ce que
un mélange comprenant est utilisé en tant que mélange eau-solvant.30-35 % en volume carbone, d'hydrocarbure aliphatique avec 9 à 13 atomes de 30-35 % en volume de DPM, 1-5 % en volume de diéthylamine, et le reste étantde l'eau
